背景技术
现有技术中的电子设备通常是将产品logo制备在壳体上,其logo与壳体的制备方式大致包括:在壳体的外表面开设凹槽,然后将logo贴附在凹槽内,通常凹槽通过CNC进行加工,因此,凹槽的边缘较为圆润,不适合造型锐利的logo;另外,若采用激光切割工艺开设凹槽,容易对壳体的漆面产生灼烧、异色等不良影响,且logo多采用一体式,难以在单个logo图案上实现多色效果。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明实施例提供一种工艺简单,能够制作具有多色效果的图案的方法及具有多色图案的壳体。
为解决上述问题,本发明实施例提供的技术方案是:
一种标识制作方法,其包括如下步骤:
在基体上形成预定形状的基底图案;
在所述基底图案上形成色彩层;
其中,所述色彩层包括多个子色彩层,每个所述子色彩层的自身的颜色相同至少两个所述子色彩层的颜色不相同,多个所述子色彩层拼接成所述色彩层。

首先在壳体外表面喷涂外观漆层,其中,壳体的材质可以为合金、碳纤维等,外观漆层可以为弹性漆以提供良好的手感,本实施例中,壳体采用碳纤维材质,且外观漆层为深黑色皮革漆(丙烯酸酯树脂),因此,能够提升用户的触觉体验。当然在其他实施例中,壳体还可以采用镁合金、铝合金等材质,在进行喷漆(形成外观漆)处理之前,其表面可以进行喷砂、拉丝等处理工艺;另外,外观漆层的颜色可根据不同设计需求做多样性调整,本实施例在此不做具体限定。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的标识制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤还包括,在所述色彩层上形成PU层或UV层。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的标识制作方法,其特征在于,形成所述色彩层的步骤具体包括:
    在所述基底图案上形成第一子色彩层,在所述基底图案上形成第二子色彩层。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的标识制作方法,其特征在于,形成所述色彩层的步骤还包括:
    在所述基底图案上形成第二子色彩层后,在所述第二子色彩层上形成叠加层;
    所述第二子色彩层与所述叠加层的颜色相同。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的标识制作方法,其特征在于,所述第一子色彩层的颜色为黑色,所述第二子色彩层的颜色为红色。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的标识制作方法,其特征在于,所述基底图案的颜色为白色、灰白色、浅灰色、黄色、银色中的任意一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的标识制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤还包括:
    在所述基体上形成所述基底图案前在所述基体上形成背景层。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的标识制作方法,其特征在于,所述背景层的颜色为黑色。
  9. 一种壳体,其特征在于,包括基体,所述基体的预定区域设有基底图案,所述基底图案上设有色彩层,所述色彩层包括多个子色彩层,每个所述子色彩层的自身的颜色相同且至少两个所述子色彩层的颜色不相同,多个所述子色彩层拼接成所述色彩层。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述色彩层上设有PU层或UV层。
