Abstract
一种采用电热丝的空气加热装置,包括平置的圆筒(1),圆筒(1)的一端设有用于向圆筒(1)内腔输入空气的鼓风机(2),圆筒(1)的另一端敞口;圆筒(1)内部设有若干螺旋状电热丝(3),各螺旋状电热丝(3)的轴心与圆筒(1)的轴心平行;各螺旋状电热丝(3)在圆筒(1)内腔的横截面上均布,该横截面为垂直于圆筒(1)轴心的截面;鼓风机(2)的进风口设有空气过滤装置。
Description
本发明涉及采用电热丝的空气加热装置。
电热丝广泛应用于加热装置,如空气加热装置,但现有空气加热装置结构复杂,使用不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用电热丝的空气加热装置,其能加热空气,且使用方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种采用电热丝的空气加热装置,包括平置的圆筒,圆筒的一端设有用于向圆筒内腔输入空气的鼓风机,圆筒的另一端敞口;
圆筒内部设有若干螺旋状电热丝,各螺旋状电热丝的轴心与圆筒的轴心平行;
各螺旋状电热丝在圆筒内腔的横截面上均布,该横截面为垂直于圆筒轴心的截面;
鼓风机的进风口设有空气过滤装置。
优选的,所述圆筒外壁覆盖有隔热层。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种采用电热丝的空气加热装置,其能加热空气,且使用方便。
鼓风机向圆筒内腔输入空气,空气被圆筒内部的螺旋状电热丝加热后由圆筒敞口端输出。
各螺旋状电热丝在圆筒内腔的横截面上均布,可以让空气在圆筒内腔流动的过程中产生湍流,提高加热效果。

下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
如图1所示,一种采用电热丝的空气加热装置,包括平置的圆筒1,圆筒1的一端设有用于向圆筒1内腔输入空气的鼓风机2,圆筒1的另一端敞口;
圆筒1内部设有若干螺旋状电热丝3,各螺旋状电热丝3的轴心与圆筒1的轴心平行;
各螺旋状电热丝3在圆筒1内腔的横截面上均布,该横截面为垂直于圆筒1轴心的截面;
鼓风机2的进风口设有空气过滤装置(图中未示出)。
优选的,所述圆筒1外壁覆盖有隔热层。
鼓风机2向圆筒1内腔输入空气,空气被圆筒1内部的螺旋状电热丝3加热后由圆筒1敞口端输出。
各螺旋状电热丝3在圆筒1内腔的横截面上均布,可以让空气在圆筒1内腔流动的过程中产生湍流,提高加热效果。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

- 采用电热丝的空气加热装置,其特征在于,包括平置的圆筒,圆筒的一端设有用于向圆筒内腔输入空气的鼓风机,圆筒的另一端敞口;圆筒内部设有若干螺旋状电热丝,各螺旋状电热丝的轴心与圆筒的轴心平行;各螺旋状电热丝在圆筒内腔的横截面上均布,该横截面为垂直于圆筒轴心的截面;鼓风机的进风口设有空气过滤装置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的采用电热丝的空气加热装置,其特征在于,所述圆筒外壁覆盖有隔热层。
