Description

一种分体式物料干燥装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种干燥装置,具体涉及一种分体式物料干燥装置,属于机械设备技术领域。
背景技术
干燥设备在化工、药物的生产加工方面被广泛应用,现有技术中的干燥设备也有很多种,但是这些设备普遍存在以下问题:1)结构复杂,成本较高;2)干燥设备大都是一体化的设计,不方便进行调节,因此,迫切的需要一种新的方案解决该技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种分体式物料干燥装置,该技术方案提出针对物料进行分批次进行干燥,既能合理的控制干燥的温度时间,也可以使得物料进行充分干燥,保证干燥质量,提高干燥效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种分体式物料干燥装置,包括底座,其特征在于:所述底座上左右两侧均焊接有支撑架,所述支撑架上镶嵌有轴承,所述轴承内贯穿有支撑套,两个所述支撑套之间连接有烘干箱,且烘干箱与支撑套之间焊接固定,所述烘干箱的下方设置有二次烘干组件,所述烘干箱内设置有电加热器。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述二次烘干组件包括方形的烘干本体,所述烘干本体上方设置有加热风机,内部设置有干燥网。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述烘干箱设置为圆形烘干箱,其上面设置有进料口,下方设置有出料口,所述二次烘干组件的入口正对烘 干箱的出料口。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述烘干箱外面依次设置有隔热层、保暖层以及防火层。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述烘干箱内设置有温湿传感器。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述加热风机的数量至少为两个。优选的,所述底座、支撑架、支撑套、烘干箱、料管、密封帽、限位架和抽真空管均为不锈钢结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1)通过隔热层、保暖层以及防火层的设置,可起到保温隔热作用,降低热量流失,提高烘干效率;
2)通过设置两次干燥过程,即可以有效的控制干燥的质量,又可以根据实际情况进行控制,
3)通过电加热器的设置,可直接对烘干箱内部进行加热烘干,使外部热湿气不易进入到烘干箱内,烘干效率高;
4)该技术方案的烘干箱内设置有温湿传感器16,便于及时检测烘干箱内的温度和湿度,便于及时调整,整个方案成本较低,保温隔热效果好,提高烘干效率。

实施例1:一种分体式物料干燥装置,包括底座1,所述底座1上左右两侧均焊接有支撑架2,所述支撑架2上镶嵌有轴承3,所述轴承3内贯穿有支撑套4,两个所述支撑套4之间连接有烘干箱5,且烘干箱5与支撑套4之间焊接固定,所述烘干箱的下方设置有二次烘干组件,所述烘干箱内设置有电加热器11,所述二次烘干组件包括方形的烘干本体,所述烘干本体上方设置有加热风机,内部设置有干燥网9,所述烘干箱设置为圆形烘干箱,其上面设置有进料口7,下方设置有出料口6,所述二次烘干组件的入口正对烘干箱的出料口,所述烘干箱外面依次设置有隔热层15、保暖层14以及防火层13,所述烘干箱内设置有温湿传感器16。所述加热风机的数量至少为两个。优选的,所述底座、支撑架、支撑套、烘干箱、料管、密封帽、限位架和抽真空管均为不锈钢结构。
工作原理:电加热器11和电机12与外部电源连接供电,并且在电路上串联控制开关,方便控制电加热器11和电机12的工作,物料从进料口进入,加入到烘干箱5内腔,电加热器11对烘干箱5内腔的空气和材料进行加热,使水分子蒸发,所述烘干箱外面依次设置有 隔热层15、保暖层14以及防火层13,保温性能好,使热量不易流失,提高材料的烘干效率,提高保温性,增加材料烘干效率。

  1. 一种分体式物料干燥装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于:所述底座(1)上左右两侧均焊接有支撑架(2),所述支撑架(2)上镶嵌有轴承(3),所述轴承(3)内贯穿有支撑套(4),两个所述支撑套(4)之间连接有烘干箱(5),且烘干箱(5)与支撑套(4)之间焊接固定,所述烘干箱的下方设置有二次烘干组件,所述烘干箱内设置有电加热器(11)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的分体式物料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述二次烘干组件包括方形的烘干本体,所述烘干本体上方设置有加热风机,内部设置有干燥网。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的分体式物料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述烘干箱设置为圆形烘干箱,其上面设置有进料口7,下方设置有出料口,所述二次烘干组件的入口正对烘干箱的出料口。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的分体式物料干燥装置,其特征在于:所述烘干箱外面依次设置有隔热层、保暖层以及防火层。
