Description

一种热风循环烘箱 技术领域
本发明涉及一种烘箱,更具体的涉及一种热风循环烘箱,属于制药设备技术领域。
背景技术
在药品生产过程中,通常要对药品中某些原料进行干燥处理,目前经常使用的是热风循环风箱,风源由循环送风电机带动风轮经由加热器,而将热风送出,再经由风道至烘箱内室,再将使用后的空气吸入风道成为风源再度循环,加热使用。常用的热风循环烘箱风机在箱体两侧,对内室的加热很不均匀,同时由于两侧布置有加热管,所以遇到高温烘箱的情况下,就要另外接水管对电机进行冷却,很不方便有浪费能源。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种加热均匀、节约能源、使用方便的热风循环烘箱。
技术方案:本发明所述一种热风循环烘箱,包括箱体、设置于箱体两侧的出风风道和设置于所述箱体内部的层级烘架,箱体的顶部设置风机,所述风机的风道呈R型设计,所述R型风道的尾部与所述箱体的侧壁的出风风道连通,所述R型风道的头部设置于所述箱体顶部的中心位置,所述风机设置于所述R型风道的头部,并与所述箱体的内部连通。
本申请技术方案的进一步限定为,所述风机为长轴式轴流风机。
进一步地,所述R型风道与所述箱体的顶部之间设置隔热层。
进一步地,所述R型风道的尾部进风口还连接有补风通道。
进一步地,所述箱体两侧的出风风道里设置加热管。
进一步地,所述箱体的顶端还设置排湿风机,所述排湿风机的进风口与所述箱体的内腔连通。
有益效果:本发明提供一种热风循环烘箱,把风机放在顶部,并采用长轴式轴流风机,中间有隔热层,避免高温影响电机工作,也不需要水冷却,方便又节能;风机的风 道采用R型,加大了进风的风量,保证了进风的均匀性,同时,进风通道明显大于出风通道,加大了风压,使出风速度更快,气流进入箱体时从上而下的冲力大,使干燥更均匀。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例1:一种热风循环烘箱,如图1、2所示,包括箱体1、设置于箱体1两侧的出风风道和设置于所述箱体1内部的层级烘架,所述箱体1两侧的出风风道里设置加热管。
本实施例中,箱体1的顶部设置风机2,所述风机2为长轴式轴流风机,轴流式风机通常应用在通风换气的场所,而本实施例中采用长轴式轴流风机,通过对风机旋转轴的加长设计,增大了风机与加热管之间的距离,避免了温度过高影响风机的工作。
所述风机2的风道呈R型设计,所述R型风道3的尾部与所述箱体1的侧壁的出风风道4连通,所述R型风道的头部设置于所述箱体1顶部的中心位置,所述风机2设置于所述R型风道3的头部,并与所述箱体1的内部连通。R型风道的设计,加大了进风量,保证了进风的均匀性,同时进风通道明显大于出风通道,加大了风压,使出风速度更快,气流进入箱体时从上而下的冲力大,使干燥更均匀。
另外,在风机2的循环过程中,会有空气损失,为了保证热风的充足性,本申请的R型风道3的尾部进风口还连接有补风通道6,在必要的时候开启补风。
所述R型风道3与所述箱体1的顶部之间设置隔热层,更进一步的降低了高温对电机的影响,在高温的环境下,也不需要进一步的水冷,方便又节能。
所述箱体1的顶端还设置排湿风机7,所述排湿风机7的进风口与所述箱体1的内 腔连通,在循环烘箱运行一段时间后,箱体内湿度较大时,启动排湿风机7,将湿度大的空气排出。
如上所述,尽管参照特定的优选实施例已经表示和表述了本发明,但其不得解释为对本发明自身的限制。在不脱离所附权利要求定义的本发明的精神和范围前提下,可对其在形式上和细节上作出各种变化。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种热风循环烘箱,包括箱体(1)、设置于箱体(1)两侧的出风风道和设置于所述箱体(1)内部的层级烘架,其特征在于,箱体(1)的顶部设置风机(2),所述风机(2)的风道呈R型设计,所述R型风道(3)的尾部与所述箱体(1)的侧壁的出风风道(4)连通,所述R型风道的头部设置于所述箱体(1)顶部的中心位置,所述风机(2)设置于所述R型风道(3)的头部,并与所述箱体(1)的内部连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种热风循环烘箱,其特征在于,所述风机(2)为长轴式轴流风机。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种热风循环烘箱,其特征在于,所述R型风道(3)与所述箱体(1)的顶部之间设置隔热层。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种热风循环烘箱,其特征在于,所述R型风道(3)的尾部进风口还连接有补风通道(6)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种热风循环烘箱,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)两侧的出风风道里设置加热管(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种热风循环烘箱,其特征在于,所述箱体(1)的顶端还设置排湿风机(7),所述排湿风机(7)的进风口与所述箱体(1)的内腔连通。
