背景技术
目前市场上的锁具大部分为机械锁,而机械锁使用的拨舌是和锁头之间的链接受钥匙控制,当钥匙插入锁头动作时另一端顶出钥匙拨舌才能动作。这样的联动关系存在较大安全隐患,因为一但锁头被外力破坏,失去其密码功能后就可以随意转动,拨舌将会跟随锁头一起转动也就可以随意开启或者关闭门锁。这样就给用户带来财产损失,甚至危及人生安全,而且如果一端忘记拔出钥匙,另一端是无法插入钥匙,这样就会影响客户进行开锁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种两边电子钥匙独立控制的电子锁芯,解决了现有技术中锁具不能做到抗暴力破坏、防钻且安全性低的技术问题。
一种两边电子钥匙独立控制的电子锁芯,包括外壳、两个锁芯机构和拨舌,所述锁芯机构间隔设置在所述外壳内部,所述拨舌设置在所述锁芯机构之间,且拨舌与所述锁芯机构连接。

本发明为一种两边电子钥匙独立控制的电子锁芯,外壳分为实心和空心两个部分,实心部分能够有效防止门锁被暴力破化;本发明的锁芯机构是两个单独分离的,锁芯机构内部的离合块与拨舌支架是单独干涉,互不影响,因此两个锁芯机构相互独立控制的,这样可以两边钥匙在使用时不会互相影响,而且可以根据需要设置不同的进出权限;本发明结构简单,且能够提高电子锁的安全性,不会因为一边门锁发生问题,影响锁芯的使用;本发明能够有效防止电子电路被暴力破坏,是一种真正适用于防盗门的锁芯。

如图1-2所示,本发明所提供的一种两边电子钥匙独立控制的电子锁芯,包括外壳1、两个锁芯机构2和拨舌3,所述锁芯机构2间隔设置在所述外壳1内部,所述拨舌3设置在所述锁芯机构2之间,且拨舌3与所述锁芯机构2连接。
其中,所述外壳1包括实心部4和两块空心部5,所述实心部4上开设有拨舌槽6,所述空心部5间隔设置在实心部4下方,所述拨舌槽6与两块所述空心部5之间的间隙相对应,所述拨舌3设置在所述空心部4之间,所述锁芯机构2设置在空心部5内部,现有的机械锁通常外壳内都会有弹子结构,但是这样容易被暴力破坏,一旦弹子被破坏,就会影响机械锁的功能;本发明的实心部能够有效防止暴力破坏。
其中,所述锁芯机构2包括含有驱动装置7的锁核8、凸轮9、离合块 10和拨舌支架11,所述驱动装置7上安装有凸轮9,所述拨舌支架11、离合块10依次安装在锁核8的端部,驱动装置7带动凸轮9转动,凸轮9转动带动离合块10实现离合功能,以此实现拨舌支架11的转动。
其中,所述拨舌3上开设有联动孔12,所述联动孔12的内壁上设置有联动凸起13,所述拨舌支架11的外侧设置有拨舌凸起14,所述拨舌凸起14沿外缘开设有联动凹槽15,且拨舌凸起14位于所述联动孔12内部,所述联动凹槽15与所述联动凸起13相配合;本发明主要通过拨舌3实现联动功能,同时本发明中的两个锁芯机构是单独动作的,这样能够方便实现不同权限门锁控制;拨舌支架11转动时,拨舌凸起14转动,因为拨舌支架11与拨舌3是通过联动凸起13、联动凹槽15连接在一起的,这样拨舌3也能够跟着转动,从而实现开锁功能。
其中,所述拨舌支架11之间通过连接螺栓16固定,这样能够确保结构的稳定性。
实施例2
如图3所示,基于实施例1,本发明中在锁核8端部开设有离合槽17,所述离合块10设置在所述离合槽17内部,且离合块10内部开设有凹槽18,所述凸轮9位于所述凹槽18内部,驱动装置7推动凸轮9转动,凸轮9带动离合块10沿着离合槽17运动,驱动装置7为电机;
其中,所述离合块10上设置有挡块18,所述拨舌支架11内侧设置有拨动块19,所述挡块18与拨动块19相对应,所述离合槽17的外侧面开设有槽型通孔20,所述离合块10两侧为台阶面,利用台阶面方便离合块10在离合槽17运动,同时槽型通孔20可以方便离合块1带动挡块18运动,当挡块18到达一定位置后,就会与拨动块19发生接触,从而实现拨舌支架11的转动,以此实现拨舌3的转动。
本发明的工作原理:
本发明为两边独立的锁芯机构,因此可以独立带动拨舌3转动,每个单独的锁芯机构运动过程如下:驱动装置7带动凸轮9旋转,凸轮9的旋转带动离合块10在离合槽17内部运动,而离合块10上设置有挡块18,挡块18 的侧面就会与拨动块19的侧面发生触碰,即带动拨块19转动,也就是带动拨舌支架11转动,而拨舌支架11与拨舌3连接,这样就能够带动拨舌3转动,从而实现开关锁的功能;正常情况下,驱动装置7关闭,此时凸轮9就不会转动,那么离合块10就不会与拨舌支架11一起转动,这样不管锁核怎么转动,都是空转,无法实现开锁的动作。
本发明可以采用两种权限方式控制,第一种是安全系数比较低的方式,两边的权限一致,即同种电子钥匙既可以开门,也可以关门,这种一般适用于普通家用;第二种是安全系数比较高的方式,即两边的权限不一致,进门的电子钥匙只可以从正面开门,而无法从背面开门;出门的电子钥匙只可以从背面开门,不能从正面开门,这个可以用于银行等安全系数要求高的地方;例如金库钥匙必须是两把,必须要两个人都在场,才能进入金库和从金库出来,否则只能进去,出不来,这种两边独立控制的电子锁能够同时满足不同安全系数的场合。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种两边电子钥匙独立控制的电子锁芯,其特征在于,所述外壳包括实心部和两块空心部,所述实心部上开设有拨舌槽,所述空心部间隔设置在实心部下方,所述拨舌槽与两块所述空心部之间的间隙相对应,所述拨舌设置在所述空心部之间,所述锁芯机构设置在空心部内部。
