Abstract

La présente invention concerne un film de revêtement dur pourvu d'une couche adhésive, ayant une dureté au crayon égale ou supérieure à 3H et pouvant améliorer la visibilité d'un écran en supprimant la réflexion d'une lumière externe et en garantissant la visibilité de l'écran sans se soucier d'un quelconque angle lors du port de lunettes de soleil polarisées. Le film de revêtement dur ayant la couche adhésive comprend : un matériau de base composé d'un film de résine transmissif ayant un retard compris entre 5 000 et 30 000 nm ; une couche de revêtement dur disposée sur une surface du matériau de base ; une couche antireflet disposée sur le côté opposé de la couche de revêtement dur à partir du matériau de base ; et une couche adhésive disposée sur le côté opposé du matériau de base à partir de la couche de revêtement dur. La couche de revêtement dur présente une épaisseur comprise entre 3 et 15 µm et est composée d'une résine durcissable. La couche antireflet présente une épaisseur comprise entre 50 et 150 nm et un indice de réfraction compris entre 1,20 et 1,40. La couche adhésive présente une épaisseur comprise entre 5 et 20 µm et un coefficient de frottement dynamique compris entre 0,05 et 0,30 sur la surface la plus à l'extérieur qui est opposée au matériau de base.
