Claims (12)
- 一种滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:包括动子组件、定子组件,以及控制所述动子组件移动的控制器,所述定子组件与所述控制器电性连接,所述定子组件包括两个或两个以上定子,所述控制器设置于相邻两个定子之间,所述控制器两侧的定子端部设有霍尔器件。
- 如权利要求1所述的滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:所述霍尔器件设置于所述定子组件远离所述控制器的一端。
- 如权利要求2所述的滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:所述控制器两端分别设有霍尔器件。
- 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:所述定子与所述控制器均为独立组件,所述定子和所述控制器两端分别设置可插接端子,所述定子和所述控制器通过所述可插接端子电性连接。
- 如权利要求4所述的滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:所述控制器两端分别设置第一可插接端子,所述定子的一端设置第二可插接端子,第一可插接端子与第二可插接端子直接连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:所述第一可插接端具有第一联接部和第二联接部,所述第一插孔阵列,所述第二联接部具有端子壳体,所述端子壳体内部形成容纳通孔,靠外侧凸设插块,所述容纳通孔供所述插孔阵列通过;所述第二可插接端子设置于所述插孔阵列配合的插头阵列,以及与所述插块配合的插槽。
- 如权利要求6所述的滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:所述插孔阵列上方设置卡钩,所述端子壳体上端靠外侧向下凹设卡槽,所述第二可插接端子的上端设置弹性卡接件,该弹性卡接件底部向内凹设底槽,所述卡钩卡穿过端子壳体后在所述卡槽中与所述弹性卡接件的底槽 卡接。
- 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:还包括电源和/或预留接线盒,所述电源和/或预留接线盒为独立组件,在两端分别设置可插接端。
- 如权利要求8任一项所述的滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:所述电源的可插接端通过带插头导线与所述定子或所述控制器电性连接,和/或所述预留接线盒的可插接端通过带插头导线与所述定子或所述控制器电性连接。
- 如权利要求8所述的滑动门用直线电机,其特征在于:所述滑动门具有型材,所述型材内部在竖直方向分为两部分,所述定子组件、控制组件、转接器和电源首尾连接装入到型材内一部分中。
- 如权利要求10所述的滑动门用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述动子组件设有轮组,并装入到型材内部的另一部分中,与定子组件上下相对设置,所述动子组件通过轮组在型材内部滑动。
- 如权利要求11所述的滑动门用直线电机系统,其特征在于:所述轮组设置于所述动子组件的左右两侧,型材内部具有与轮组配合的肋条。
