技术领域
本发明涉及摩托车车轮的装配设备,尤其涉及一种摩托车车轮的装配装置。
背景技术
现有技术中,摩托车车轮一般包括轮胎、轮辋、辐条和轮毂。装配轮胎时,先用夹具将轮辋固定,再将轮胎强行压装在轮辋上,完成组装。夹具固定轮辋通常是对轮辋的内侧进行支撑来实现。
然而,夹具动作容易碰撞辐条,造成辐条弯曲或断裂。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述所提及的技术问题,提供一种摩托车车轮的装配装置,避免装配过程导致辐条弯曲或断裂。
本发明是通过以下的技术方案实现的:
一种摩托车车轮的装配装置,包括机架,机架设置有固定轮辋的的夹具、带动夹具转动的动力机构和按压轮胎进入轮辋的按压机构,动力机构设置于夹具的底部,按压机构设置于夹具的顶部,夹具包括连接动力机构的第一转盘、沿第一转盘的周向均布的若干第一滑块,第一滑块与第一转盘滑动连接,第一转盘设置有容置第一滑块滑动的第一开口,第一滑块靠近第一转盘中心的一侧能够与轮辋的径向外边缘抵接。
优选的,第一滑块朝向第一转盘中心的一侧设置有卡接轮辋外边缘的第一凸起。
优选的,第一滑块套装有第一壳体,第一壳体的顶部设置有卡接轮辋外边缘的第一翻边。
进一步的,第一壳体底部设置有第二翻边,第二翻边与第一转盘的顶面抵接。
进一步的,第一壳体背向第一转盘中心的一侧设置有第三翻边,第三翻边倾斜设置,第三翻边的末端向下倾斜。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种摩托车车轮的装配装置,包括机架1,机架1设置有固定轮辋5的的夹具2、带动夹具2转动的动力机构3和按压轮胎6进入轮辋5的按压机构4,动力机构3设置于夹具2的底部,按压机构4设置于夹具2的顶部。
动力机构3带动夹具2转动,进而使轮辋5转动,再通过按压机构4将轮胎6压装在轮辋5上,实现轮胎6与轮辋5的自动压装,提升装配效率,降低装配工的劳动强度,同时,由于没有应用撬别等野蛮作业方式,避免对轮胎6造成损伤。
如图1所示,夹具2包括连接动力机构3的第一转盘21、沿第一转盘21的周向均布的若干第一滑块22,第一滑块22与第一转盘21滑动连接,第一转盘21设置有容置第一滑块22滑动的第一开口23,第一滑块22靠近第一转盘21中心的一侧能够与轮辋5的径向外边缘抵接。
为实现第一滑块22对轮辋5的夹持,避免轮辋5向上移动脱离第一滑块22,第一滑块22朝向第一转盘21中心的一侧可以设置有卡接轮辋5外边缘的第一凸起。
如图2所示,为降低第一滑块22的加工量和更好的保护轮胎6,第一滑块22可以套装有第一壳体221,第一壳体221为冲压成型,成本低。
第一壳体221的顶部可以设置有卡接轮辋5外边缘的第一翻边222,以防轮辋5与第一滑块22脱离。
作为第一壳体221的进一步拓展,第一壳体221底部设置有第二翻边223,第二翻边223与第一转盘21的顶面抵接,第二翻边223与第一转盘21形成第一滑块22滑动的导轨结构,可以防止第一滑块22受力翻转,有效的保证第一滑块22对轮辋5的夹持效果,还减少对第一滑块22的加工量。
作为第一壳体221的进一步拓展,第一壳体221背向第一转盘21中心的一侧设置有第三翻边224,第三翻边224倾斜设置,第三翻边224的末端向下倾斜。
这样可以防止第一壳体221对轮胎6产生划伤,还方便第一壳体221与轮辋5脱离。
为实现第一滑块22的滑动,夹具2还包括带动第一滑块22滑动的第一气缸26,第一气缸26的一端与第一滑块22,第一气缸26的另一端与另一个第一滑块22铰接。
第一气缸26的另一端与另一个第一滑块22铰接,还可以减少第一气缸26的数量。
为避免第一滑块22滑动时与第一开口23产生磨损,夹具2还包括带动第一滑块22滑动的第二气缸,第一气缸26和第二气缸相对第一滑块22对称。
为避免若干第一滑动的运动不一致导致轮辋5变形,如图1所示,第一转盘21的底部转动的设置有第二转盘24,第二转盘24的轴线与第一转盘21轴线重合,第二转盘24的周向均布的设置有若干第一连杆25,第一连杆25的数量与第一滑块22的数量相等,第一连杆25的一端与第二转盘24铰接,第一连杆25的另一端与第一滑块22铰接。
这样当其中一个第一滑块22滑动时,第一滑块22会带动第一连杆25移动,第一连杆25带动第二转盘24转动,第二转盘24再带动其他的第一连杆25和第一滑块22滑动,实现所有第一滑块22同步滑动,使轮辋5受力均匀,避免变形,还使得轮辋5的几何中心与轮辋5的转动中心重合,避免轮辋5相对按压机构4偏移。
为实现夹具2的转动,如图1所示,动力机构3包括与机架1转动连接的第一转轴31和带动第一转轴31转动的第一电机32,第一转轴31与第一转盘21连接,第一电机32设置于第一转轴31的底部。
第一电机32设置于第一转轴31的底部可以缩小装配装置的体积,方便在摩托车装配线上进行布置。
第一电机32和第一转轴31可以通过联轴器、齿轮进行连接,不再详述和图示画出。
为将轮胎6压装在轮辋5上,除了了使轮辋5转动外,还需使用按压机构4,如图1所示,按压机构4包括与机架1转动连接的第一悬臂41、连接第一悬臂41背向机架1一端的第一压杆42,第一压杆42的底部设置有第一压块43,第一压块43的底部设置有台阶部,台阶部包括能够与轮辋5抵接的第一平面44和能够与轮胎6抵接的第二弧面45。
使用时,第一悬臂41转动,使第一压杆42位于轮辋5的上方,第一平面44与轮辋5抵接,第二弧面45与轮胎6抵接,当轮辋5转动时,第一平面44使轮胎6向轮辋5外侧移动,第二弧面45使轮胎6向下移动,进而,轮胎6套装在轮辋5上,完成轮胎6的装配。
为使轮胎6顺利的向轮辋5外侧移动,进一步,台阶部背向轮辋5转动方向的一侧设置有弧形凸起46。
为避免按压机构4对轮胎6表面产生划伤和方便第一悬臂41的转动,第二弧面45为球面。
为保持第一压块43对轮辋5和轮胎6的按压力,第一压杆42还还套装有回位弹簧47。
