复数个回转路径,其分别连接于其中二该平行路径间,且各该至少一出餐口的内侧邻近其中一该回转路径。
进一步而言,如前所述的存放装置中:
该至少一出餐口的数量为复数个,且该等出餐口的位置分别对应其中一该回转路径;且
该至少一匣门的数量为复数个,且各该匣门对应其中一该出餐口。
进一步而言,如前所述的存放装置中,该至少一出餐口具有一感应器,其用以监测盛放单元的状况。
进一步而言,如前所述的出餐方法中:
执行点餐程序中,该消费者能不指定取用时间;
执行制作程序中,当该消费者选择稍后取用且不指定取用时间,立即由该食品贩卖机的该制餐装置制作一餐点;且
执行出餐程序中,当该消费者选择稍后取用且不指定取用时间,该餐点完成后被存放于该食品贩卖机的该存放装置,并于验证身份后,该餐点被输送至该存放装置的其中一该出餐口,同时该出餐口开启。
进一步而言,如前所述的出餐方法,于出餐程序中,以该存放装置进行出餐时,在该存放装置内存放有复数个餐点的情况下,该存放装置以完成时间最早的餐点进行出餐。
进一步而言,如前所述的出餐方法,于出餐程序中,当餐点存放于该存放装置的时间超过一报废时间后,该餐点被设定为报废而不会用于出餐。
进一步而言,如前所述的出餐方法,于点餐程序中,该消费者可选择以网页、手机应用程序、或该食品贩卖机的一操作介面进行点餐。
进一步而言,如前所述的出餐方法中:
于点餐程序中,该消费者更能选择立即取用;
于制作程序中,当该消费者选择立即取用,立即由该食品贩卖机的该制餐装置制作一餐点;且
于出餐程序中,当该消费者选择立即取用,该餐点完成后立即被输送至该食品贩卖机的其中一该出餐口;若该餐点位于该出餐口的时间在该等候时间内,该消费者验证身份后,该出餐口开启;若该餐点位于该出餐口的时间超过该等候时间,该餐点被输送至该食品贩卖机的该存放装置,并于验证身份后,该餐点被输送至该存放装置的该出餐口,同时该出餐口开启。
进一步而言,如前所述的出餐方法中:
该存放装置的具有复数个该出餐口及一输送路径,该输送路径邻近该等出餐口的内侧;且
该于出餐程序中,将餐点输送至该输送路径上最近的该出餐口进行出餐。

具体实施方式
首先请参考图1及图2。本发明提出一种食品贩卖机,其具有一制餐装置1及一存放装置2。制餐装置1可于消费者点餐后调理食材、制作餐点、并将餐点存放于餐盒等容器中。制餐装置1具有一操作介面11及至少一出餐口。操作介面11位于制餐装置1的正面,其可具有一观景窗及/或可具有一屏幕110;观景窗可用于让消费者观察制餐装置1内的食材调理;而屏幕110可用于显示餐点的简介或播放广告。至少一出餐口的数量为二个,且分别为一第一出餐口12及一第二出餐口13;第一出餐口12连接于存放装置2,而位于制餐装置1的其中一侧面。第二出餐口13位于制餐装置1的其中一侧面,例如位于制餐装置1的正面,以使所完成的餐点能直接供应给消费者。
接着请参考图3至图6。存放装置2具有一壳体20、一输送机构30、一入口稳定机构40、及一动力机构50。
壳体20具有一入口21、至少一出餐口22(如图2所示)、二轨道23、至少一匣门24。于本实施例中,存放装置2的出餐口22的数量及匣门24的数量皆为复数个,且出餐口22的数量及匣门24的数量相等。
壳体20的入口21与制餐装置1的第一出餐口12连通(如图2所示),以使制餐装置1完成餐点A后,连同容器将餐点A通过第一出餐口12及入口21送入存放装置2中。出餐口22设置于壳体20的正面,且各出餐口22分别具有一感应器25。二轨道23平行且间隔设置于出餐口22的两旁。换句话说,本实施例中轨道23延伸通过该等出餐口22的两旁。
匣门24分别对应其中一出餐口22并选择性地封闭该出餐口22。于本实施例中,各匣门24具有一门板241、至少一穿设部242、一连接单元243、一转动单元244、及一挡板245。
门板241两端可移动地分别连接于二轨道23,且具体而言是套设于二轨道23上,且门板241可沿二轨道23移动。本实施例中穿设部242的数量为二个。二穿设部242 分别固设于门板241的两端,且各穿设部242具有一定位杆2421及锥状块2422。定位杆2421呈L字形,且垂直端固设于门板241,水平端固设有锥状块2422,因此锥状块2422的位置低于门板241。于其他实施例中,定位杆2421可呈U字形,且连接锥状块2422的该另一端短于连接门板241的该一端。锥状块2422呈上窄下宽。
连接单元243的一端固设于门板241,且一侧连接于转动单元244。于本实施例中,转动单元244可具有一马达2441及一齿轮2442,而连接单元243可为一齿条,且齿条与齿轮2442啮合;于其他实施例中,转动单元可具有一马达及一轮体,而连接单元为一连接带,且连接带套设于轮体。藉此,当转动单元244转动会带动连接单元243移动,而连接单元243再带动门板241沿二轨道23上下移动,以使匣门24开启或关闭出餐口22。
挡板245固设于转动单元244上方,以限制餐盒的活动范围,防止取餐时餐盒倾斜角度过大而翻覆。
于其他实施例中可仅具有一轨道,且该一轨道相邻于该等出餐口,而该等门板仍连接于该一轨道上并沿该一轨道移动。于其他实施例中可具有复数对轨道,且各对轨道平行且间隔设置于其中一出餐口的两旁,而该复数门板分别对应于其中一对轨道。
输送机构30设置于壳体20内并具有至少一带体31及复数个盛放单元32。于本实施例中,带体31为链条,且数量为二个,但均不以此为限;二带体31平行且间隔设置。带体31定义一输送路径,输送路径沿带体31延伸并邻近全部的出餐口22的内侧。
具体而言,输送路径包含复数个平行路径311及复数个回转路径312。平行路径311呈水平延伸彼此平行且间隔设置,但其他实施例中亦可斜向或垂直延伸。回转路径312的两端分别连接于其中二平行路径311间。出餐口22的内侧邻近位置分别对应其中一回转路径312。藉此,带体31及输送路径于该等出餐口22后方呈S字形延伸,以增进壳体20内部的空间利用效率,放置更多的盛放单元32。于其他实施例中,各出餐口22也可对应于其中一平行路径。
请一并参考图7。各盛放单元32连接于带体31,并沿输送路径移动。具体而言,各盛放单元32位于二带体31间,并具有一连接杆321、二悬吊架322、及一盛放座323。连接杆321两端分别固设于二带体31,例如,当带体31为链条时,连接杆321可穿设于链条的枢接的节点上。二悬吊架322的上端分别可转动地套设于连接杆321外,而盛放座323两端分别固设于二悬吊架322的下端。因此,无论盛放单元32随着 带体31移动至输送路径的任何位置,通过可转动的悬吊架322,盛放座323永远保位于连接杆321的下方。
盛放座323可为一板体,且形成有至少一固定缺口3230,而于本实施例中为二固定缺口3230,且固定缺口3230位于盛放座323两侧的边缘。门板241的二穿设部242的锥状块2422选择性地分别穿设于二固定缺口3230中(如图8所示),藉此当门板241向上移动而使匣门24开启时,锥状块2422会随之向上移动并固定盛放座323,使盛放单元32不会产生晃动。
各出餐口22的感应器25设置于门板24的内侧面,其可为影像感应器(Charge Coupled Device,CCD)是用于监测盛放单元32的状况。具体而言,是用于监测移动至该出餐口22后方的盛放单元32上是否放置有餐点A,以确保出餐状况正确无误;或是用于侦测到消费者将手伸进出餐口22时,发出讯号控制匣门24保持开启,以避免夹伤消费者的手部。
接着请参考图2至图4。入口稳定机构40邻近于输送路径,且入口21正对于入口稳定机构40。入口稳定机构40具有一夹取件,当制餐装置1完成一餐点A,并将该餐点A连同容器通过制餐装置1的第一出餐口12及存放装置2的入口21输送至存放装置2内,并被入口稳定机构40的夹取件夹取定位,然后再由入口稳定机构40将餐点A连同容器放置于盛放单元32的盛放座323正中央,同时避免餐点A翻倒。
动力机构50连接于带体31并带动带体31绕行,且本实施例中,动力机构50可带动带体31正向绕行或逆向绕行,且具体来说为一马达而可带动两齿盘51转动,并通过该两齿盘51分别带动两带体31。
存放装置2还可具有一温控单元(图未绘示),其用以调节壳体20内的温度,使壳体20内的温度适于保存餐点A。例如,若餐点A为热食,如便当或汤面,温控单元可为电热器;反之,若餐点A为冷盘或点心,温控单元也可为冷气机。
接着请参考图1及图10。通过前述的食品贩卖机,并经由下列程序,消费者即能购买喜欢的餐点:
点餐程序:首先,消费者可通过网页、手机应用程序、或本食品贩卖机的屏幕110上取得各项餐点的资讯,例如各餐点的材料及营养成份等,并可利用网页、手机应用程序、或本食品贩卖机的操作介面11选择餐点并付款。于消费者选择餐点同时,还可选择立即取用餐点或稍后取用餐点。
若选择立即取用餐点,餐点完成后将直接由制餐装置1进行出餐;而若选择稍后 取用餐点,消费者还可进一步选择性地指定一个取用时间。若不指定取用时间,于消费者付款后本食品贩卖机即开始后续的制作程序及出餐程序,并于餐点完成后餐点会先被存放于存放装置2中,直到消费者来取用;若指定取用时间,本食品贩卖机待该取用时间接近时才开始后续的制作程序,并于餐点完成后将直接由制餐装置1进行出餐。
以下先说明消费者选择稍后取用且不指定取用时间的流程。
制作程序:于消费者点餐并完成付款,食品贩卖机的制餐装置1会立即开始制作餐点。
出餐程序:餐点完成后被存放于食品贩卖机的存放装置2。消费者若要进行取餐,并于验证身份后,其所点的餐点被输送至存放装置2的其中一出餐口22,同时该出餐口22开启。
当餐点存放于存放装置2的时间超过一报废时间后,该餐点将会被设定为报废而不会用于出餐,以确保每个所供应的餐点新鲜适于食用。且此报废时间为第一报废时间。此外,由于本食品贩卖机可制作多种餐点,且存放装置2内可存放复数个餐点,因此本实施例中,在存放有复数个餐点的情况下,存放装置2会以完成时间最早的同种类餐点进行出餐,而非以点餐完成当下所开始制作的该餐点进行出餐。
藉此,即使有前消费者在点餐后长时间不来取用,后消费者若点了同种类的餐点,可取用前消费者点餐当下所制作的餐点,使餐点不会因久放而被设定为报废。相对地,前消费者来取餐时,仍能取用后消费者点餐当下所制作的餐点,以减少因餐点报废而无法取得餐点的情况。换句话说,本发明的出餐方法中,是使先制作的餐点先供应的「先进先出」的方式。
接着请一并参考图4。另一方面,通过存放装置2的复数个出餐口22,以及动力机构50能带动带体31正向绕行或逆向绕行,于出餐的程序中,将餐点A输送至输送路径上最近的出餐口22进行出餐,而不会发生餐点A几乎绕行输送路径一周才送至出餐口22的情况,减少消费者等待取餐的时间。
接着请一并参考图6、图8及图9。当餐点A输送至出餐口22后,转动单元244转动而使门板241上升而出餐口22开启。当门板241上升时,穿设部242会穿设于盛放座323的固定缺口3230。藉此固定盛放单元32,使盛放座323不会晃动。此时消费者能通过出餐口22拿取盛放座323上的餐点A,且拿取时不会因为意外造成盛放座323晃动而打翻餐点A。在消费者拿取餐点A后,感应器25确认盛放单元32上没有餐 点A时,感应器25即发送讯号,接着匣门24将出餐口22关闭,以开始下一次出餐程序。
接着说明消费者选择稍后取用且指定取用时间的流程。
制作程序:待该取用时间接近时,该制餐装置1制作一餐点。
出餐程序:该餐点完成后立即被输送至食品贩卖机的制餐装置1的出餐口13,并于验证身份后,该出餐口13开启,让消费者取用。若该餐点位于出餐口13的时间超过一等候时间而消费者迟迟未前来取用,该餐点被输送至该存放装置2。而随后的出餐程序即类似于前述的「选择稍后取用且并指定取用时间」的出餐程序,因此于此不再赘述。在此情况下,由于餐点已放置一段时间,因此餐点存放于存放装置2的时间会在短于第一报废时间即将被设定为报废。此时,存放于存放装置2的最大时间为第二报废时间,其可为第一报废时间减去等候时间。
最后说明消费者选择立即取用的流程。
制作程序:于消费者点餐并完成付款,食品贩卖机的制餐装置1会立即开始制作餐点。
出餐程序:消费者选择立即取用时的出餐程序类似于前述选择「稍后取用且指定取用时间」的出餐程序,因此于此不再赘述。
于其他实施例中,出餐方法可不利用如前所述的食品贩卖机,只要食品贩卖机具有存放装置来暂放所欲出餐的餐点即可。
综上所述,通过存放机构,食品贩卖机所生产的餐点能被储存,待消费者可随时来取用,且消费者能于点餐时选择立即取用或稍后取用,而若选择稍后取用时能指定取用时间。此外,进行出餐时,若消费者过久未来取用,已供应而待取用的餐点可再次被收回,而存放于存放机构中。藉此,可有效减少消费者等待的时间,还可让远端点餐或让消费者点餐后去处理其他事务再回来取餐,而未取用的餐点不会影响到后续消费者取用。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明做任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何所属技术领域中的普通技术人员,在不脱离本发明技术方案的范围内,当可利用上述揭示的技术内容做出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种食品贩卖机的存放装置,其连接于一食品贩卖机的一制餐装置,其特征在于,所述食品贩卖机的存放装置具有:
    一壳体,其具有:
    一入口,其与该制餐装置连通;
    至少一出餐口,其设置于该壳体的正面;及
    至少一匣门,其选择性地封闭该至少一出餐口;
    一输送机构,其设置于该壳体内,并具有:
    至少一带体,其定义一输送路径,该输送路径沿该带体延伸并邻近该至少一出餐口的内侧;及
    复数个盛放单元,其连接于该至少一带体,并沿该输送路径移动;以及
    一动力机构,其连接于该至少一带体并带动该至少一带体绕行。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的存放装置,其特征在于:
    至少一该带体的数量为二个,且二该带体平行且间隔设置;且
    该等盛放单元连接于二该带体,并位于二该带体间。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的存放装置,其特征在于,各该盛放单元具有:
    一连接杆,其两端分别固设于二该带体;
    二悬吊架,其上端分别可转动地套设于该连接杆;以及
    一盛放座,其两端分别固设于二该悬吊架的下端。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的存放装置,其特征在于:
    各该盛放单元形成有至少一固定缺口;且
    该壳体的至少一该匣门具有至少一穿设部,至少一该穿设部选择性地穿设于至少一该固定缺口。
  5. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的存放装置,其特征在于:
    该壳体更具有至少一轨道,至少一该轨道设置于至少一该出餐口旁;且
    该壳体的至少一该匣门具有:
    一门板,其两端可移动地分别连接于至少一该轨道;
    一转动单元;
    一连接单元,其一端固设于该门板,且其一侧连接于该转动单元;
    其中,当该转动单元转动会带动该连接单元移动,该连接单元再带动该门板沿该 至少一轨道移动。
  6. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的存放装置,其特征在于,该输送路径具有:
    复数个平行路径;以及
    复数个回转路径,其分别连接于其中二该平行路径间,且各该至少一出餐口的内侧邻近其中一该回转路径。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的存放装置,其特征在于:
    至少一该出餐口的数量为复数个,且该等出餐口的位置分别对应其中一该回转路径;且
    至少一该匣门的数量为复数个,且各该匣门对应其中一该出餐口。
  8. 如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的存放装置,其特征在于,该至少一出餐口具有一感应器,其用以监测盛放单元的状况。
  9. 一种食品贩卖机,其特征在于,所述食品贩卖机具有:
    一制餐装置,其具有复数出餐口,该等出餐口分别位于该制餐装置的不同侧面;以及
    一如权利要求1至8中任一项所述的存放装置,该存放装置的该入口与该制餐装置的其中一该出餐口连通。
  10. 一种出餐方法,其包含下列依序执行下列程序:
    一点餐程序,包含有以下步骤:
    由一消费者选择餐点、付款,且该消费者能选择稍后取用并指定取用时间;
    一制作程序,包含有以下步骤:
    当该消费者选择稍后取用并指定取用时间,待该取用时间接近时,以如权利要求9所述的食品贩卖机的该制餐装置制作一餐点;以及
    一出餐程序,包含有以下步骤:
    当该消费者选择稍后取用且指定取用时间,该餐点完成后立即被输送至该食品贩卖机的其中一该出餐口;若该餐点位于该出餐口的时间在一等候时间内,该消费者验证身份后,该出餐口开启;若该餐点位于该出餐口的时间超过该等候时间,该餐点被输送至该食品贩卖机的该存放装置,并于验证身份后,该餐点被输送至该存放装置的该出餐口,同时该出餐口开启。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的出餐方法,其特征在于:
    执行点餐程序中,该消费者能不指定取用时间;
    执行制作程序中,当该消费者选择稍后取用且不指定取用时间,立即由该食品贩卖机的该制餐装置制作一餐点;且
    执行出餐程序中,当该消费者选择稍后取用且不指定取用时间,该餐点完成后被存放于该食品贩卖机的该存放装置,并于验证身份后,该餐点被输送至该存放装置的其中一该出餐口,同时该出餐口开启。
  12. 如权利要求10或11所述的出餐方法,其特征在于,于出餐程序中,以该存放装置进行出餐时,在该存放装置内存放有复数个餐点的情况下,该存放装置以完成时间最早的餐点进行出餐。
  13. 如权利要求10或11所述的出餐方法,其特征在于,于出餐程序中,当餐点存放于该存放装置的时间超过一报废时间后,该餐点被设定为报废而不会用于出餐。
  14. 如权利要求10或11所述的出餐方法,其特征在于,于点餐程序中,该消费者可选择以网页、手机应用程序、或该食品贩卖机的一操作介面进行点餐。
  15. 如权利要求10或11所述的出餐方法,其特征在于:
    于点餐程序中,该消费者更能选择立即取用;
    于制作程序中,当该消费者选择立即取用,立即由该食品贩卖机的该制餐装置制作一餐点;且
    于出餐程序中,当该消费者选择立即取用,该餐点完成后立即被输送至该食品贩卖机的其中一该出餐口;若该餐点位于该出餐口的时间在该等候时间内,该消费者验证身份后,该出餐口开启;若该餐点位于该出餐口的时间超过该等候时间,该餐点被输送至该食品贩卖机的该存放装置,并于验证身份后,该餐点被输送至该存放装置的该出餐口,同时该出餐口开启。
  16. 如权利要求10或11所述的出餐方法,其特征在于:
    该存放装置的具有复数个该出餐口及一输送路径,该输送路径邻近该等出餐口的内侧;且
    于该出餐程序中,将餐点输送至该输送路径上最近的该出餐口进行出餐。
