Abstract
La présente invention concerne un nouveau tube de cadre de bicyclette. Le corps de tube (1) présente une section transversale d'une mono-cavité ayant une structure fermée en forme de U, et est composé d'une partie inférieure, de deux parois latérales et d'une partie supérieure d'une manière fermée, les deux parois latérales étant disposées parallèlement l'une par rapport à l'autre et les parois latérales étant reliées à la partie supérieure au moyen de parties d'angle ; la section médiane du corps de tube est pourvue, en retirant la partie supérieure et les parties d'angle reliées, d'une fente ouverte (2) pour placer une cassette de batterie, la section transversale de la fente ouverte maintenant les deux parois latérales et la partie inférieure ; et dans la cavité du corps de tube, au moins une entretoise en saillie (3) est disposée dans la partie inférieure de la fente ouverte, deux extrémités de l'entretoise étant reliées à demeure aux parois latérales dans une direction verticale. Les parois latérales du corps de tube présentent une structure d'enveloppement ayant une partie supérieure épaisse et une partie inférieure mince, et, dans des cas de chute ou de collision latérale d'une bicyclette électrique au lithium pendant la conduite, la batterie est soumise à une force qui la laisse fortement déformée, provoquant un accident secondaire de l'explosion de la batterie ; toutefois, les parois latérales d'enveloppement protègent le boîtier de batterie, réduisant la probabilité de survenue de l'accident. Par ailleurs, le fond du corps de tube présente une structure en forme de V ou une structure en forme d'arc, fournissant une forte capacité de résistance aux chocs et une forte résistance à la flexion.
