压铸机喷涂装置 技术领域
本实用新型涉及压铸设备,尤其涉及用于压铸机的喷涂装置。
背景技术
压铸机是将熔融状态的金属液在高速、高压下压射到铸型中,并在压力下凝固获得铸件的机器。当设备工作时,为了使铸件顺利脱离模具,需要进行离型剂喷涂。现有压铸机喷涂器包括多个错位设置的喷涂铜管,然而,喷涂铜管的位置不稳定,影响喷涂的效果,从而影响铸件的品质,另外,为了使离型剂喷涂均匀,则需要需要较长的喷涂时间,这造成离型剂的喷涂量较大,时间长,且现有的压铸机喷涂器需要设置较多的喷涂铜管,成本较高,效率较低。

鉴于上述状况,有必要提供一种压铸机喷涂装置,以解决上述问题。
一种压铸机喷涂装置,其包括导向板、固定板及多个喷头,所述导向板连接在所述固定板的一端,所述导向板上开设有进料槽,所述固定板内设有喷涂管道,所述喷涂管道与所述进料槽相连通,所述固定板上开设有多个通孔,所述喷涂管道与所述多个通孔相连通,所述多个喷头分别安装于所述多个通孔中。
进一步地,所述喷涂管道包括主管道以及与所述主管道垂直连通的分管道,所述主管道的一端与所述进料槽相连通,且所述主管道的延伸方向与所述导向板相垂直,所述分管道与所述多个喷头相连通。
进一步地,所述多个喷头分别设置在所述固定板相对的两个侧面上。
进一步地,所述喷涂装置还包括吹气板,所述吹气板固定于所述固定板远离所述导向板的一端。
进一步地,所述导向板上还开设有进气槽,所述进气槽与所述进料槽间隔设置,所述固定板内还设有进气管道,所述进气管道的一端与所述进气槽连通,另一端与所述吹气板相连通。
进一步地,所述吹气板内设有吹气管道,所述吹气管道与所述进气管道相连通,所述吹气板上设有多个喷嘴,所述多个喷嘴分别与所述吹气管道相连通。
进一步地,所述吹气管道与所述进气管道相垂直,所述吹气板还包括连接管道,所述连接管道连接于所述进气管道与所述吹气管道之间。
进一步地,所述压铸机喷涂装置还包括第一紧固件与第二紧固件,第一紧固件穿设于所述固定板与所述导向板上,以将所述固定板与所述导向板固定连接,所述第二紧固件穿设于所述固定板与所述吹气板上,以将所述固定板与所述吹气板固定连接。
上述压铸机喷涂装置中,导向板上开设有进料槽,固定板内设有喷涂管道,喷涂管道与进料槽相连通,固定板上开设有多个通孔,喷涂管道与多个通孔相连通,多个喷头分别安装于多个通孔中。因此,离型剂等涂料与气体混合后可由进料槽流 入喷涂管道,再由喷涂喷出,完成了对压铸模具的喷涂。由于多个喷头的位置固定,提高了喷涂的准确度,节省喷涂的时间以及离型剂的使用量,提升了喷涂的品质。并且,与现有的喷涂器相比,上述压铸机喷涂装置节省了铜管的使用量,缩短了喷涂时间,既降低了成本,也提高了产能。

请同时参照图1至图3,本实用新型提供一种压铸机喷涂装置100,用于喷涂离型剂等涂料。压铸机喷涂装置100包括导向板10、固定板20、吹气板30及多个喷头40。导向板10与吹气板30分别连接在固定板20的相对两端,多个喷头40分别设置在固定板20相对的两个侧面上。
导向板10呈矩形板状,导向板10远离固定板20的表面上间隔开设有进料槽11与进气槽12。在本实施方式中,进料槽11大致呈矩形,进气槽12大致呈条形,进料槽11的宽度大于进气槽12的宽度。
进料槽11用于与一供应离型剂的进液管(图未示)及一压缩气体供应装置(图未示)相连接,液态的离型剂与压缩气体在进料槽11中初步混合,混合后的离型剂与压缩气体流到固定板20中。在本实施方式中,进料槽11的底部设有两个进料孔111。可以理解,进料孔111的数量也可以为一个,或两个以上。
进气槽12用于与一压缩气体供应装置相连接,以将压缩气体经由固定板20传输到吹气板30中。进气槽12中设有进气孔121。
固定板20与导向板10垂直,并连接在导向板10的中部。固定板20内设有喷涂管道21与进气管道22,且固定板20相对的两侧面分别开设有多个通孔23。喷涂管道21与进气管道22均为空腔结构。喷涂管道21与进料槽11的进料孔111相连通,进气管道22与进气槽12的进气孔121相连通。
喷涂管道21包括主管道211及与该主管道211垂直连通的分管道212。主管道211的一端与进料孔111相连通,另一端朝向吹气板30的方向延伸,主管道211的延伸方向与导向板10相垂直。在本实施方式中,主管道211的数量为两个, 两个主管道211平行设置,且分别位于进气管道22的两侧。
在本实施方式中,分管道212的数量为多个,多个分管道212相互平行,且分别与主管道211垂直连通。
多个喷头40分别安装于多个通孔23上,从而多个喷头40可与喷涂管道21相连通。离型剂与压缩气体在喷涂管道21中再次混合,并从多个喷头40中呈雾化状态喷射出来。在本实施方式中,多个喷头40均匀地设置在固定板20上。
吹气板30连接于固定板20远离导向板10的一端,吹气板30内设有吹气管道31,吹气管道31与进气管道22相连通。吹气板30上设有多个喷嘴32,多个喷嘴32分别与吹气管道31相连通,并用于吹出气体。在本实施方式中,吹气管道31与进气管道22相垂直,吹气板30还包括连接管道33,连接管道33连接于进气管道22与吹气管道31之间。
在本实施方式中,压铸机喷涂装置100还包括第一紧固件51与第二紧固件52,第一紧固件51穿设于固定板20与导向板10上,以将固定板20与导向板10固定连接;第二紧固件52穿设于固定板20与吹气板30上,以将固定板20与吹气板30固定连接。第一紧固件51与第二紧固件52的数量均为两个,可以理解,第一紧固件51与第二紧固件52的数量也可分别为一个或多个。
使用时,离型剂及气体在进料槽11中初步混合,再经由喷涂管道21中再次混合,并由多个喷头40喷出,实现对模具型腔的喷涂。喷涂结束后,气体由进气槽12依次流经进气管道22与吹气管道31,并由多个喷嘴32喷出,实现对模具型腔的吹扫。
上述压铸机喷涂装置100包括导向板10、固定板20及多个喷头40,导向板10连接在固定板20的一端,导向板10上 开设有进料槽11,固定板20内设有喷涂管道21,喷涂管道21与进料槽11相连通,固定板20上开设有多个通孔23,喷涂管道21与多个通孔23相连通,多个喷头40分别安装于多个通孔23中。因此,离型剂等涂料与气体混合后可由进料槽11流入喷涂管道21,再由喷涂喷出,完成了对压铸模具的喷涂。
上述压铸机喷涂装置100的多个喷头40固定在固定板20上,由于多个喷头40的位置固定,提高了喷涂的准确度,节省喷涂的时间以及离型剂的使用量,提升了喷涂的品质。并且,与现有的喷涂器相比,上述压铸机喷涂装置100节省了铜管的使用量,缩短了喷涂时间,既降低了成本,也提高了产能。
可以理解,吹气板30可以取消,此时,固定板20中的进气管道22同时取消。
可以理解,进气管道22与吹气管道31的数量可为多个。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新型所要求保护的范围内。

  1. 一种压铸机喷涂装置,其包括导向板、固定板及多个喷头,其特征在于:所述导向板连接在所述固定板的一端,所述导向板上开设有进料槽,所述固定板内设有喷涂管道,所述喷涂管道与所述进料槽相连通,所述固定板上开设有多个通孔,所述喷涂管道与所述多个通孔相连通,所述多个喷头分别安装于所述多个通孔中。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的压铸机喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述喷涂管道包括主管道以及与所述主管道垂直连通的分管道,所述主管道的一端与所述进料槽相连通,且所述主管道的延伸方向与所述导向板相垂直,所述分管道与所述多个喷头相连通。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的压铸机喷涂装置,其特征在于:所述多个喷头分别设置在所述固定板相对的两个侧面上。
