具体实施方式
下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
需要说明的是,当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中设置的元件。当一个元件被认为是“设置在”另一个元件,它可以是直接设置在另一个元件上或者可能同时存在居中设置的元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本实用新型的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本实用新型的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的 目的,不是旨在于限制本实用新型。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
请参阅图1与图2,本实用新型一实施例提供一种上料装置100。上料装置100用于抓取工件200并将其翻转放置于工作台或流水线(图未示)上。本实施例中,工件200为大尺寸的玻璃,但不限于此,在其他实施例中,工件200还可以是其他平板形状的物料。
工件200竖立存放于储料箱201中。本实施例中,储料箱201包括底板2012、第一侧板2014及第二侧板2016。第一侧板2014与第二侧板2016分别设于底板2012相连的两个侧边上。可以理解,在其他实施例中,储料箱201还可以为其他结构,还可以采用其他设备承载工件200,只要工件能够竖立存放即可。
为便于后续描述,在此定义第一方向X为平行底板2012及第一侧板2014的方向,第二方向Y为平行底板2012及第二侧板2016的方向,第三方向Z垂直于第一方向X和第二方向Y,其同时平行第一侧板2014及第二侧板2016。
上料装置100包括第一移动机构10、第二移动机构20、第三移动机构30、翻转机构40及多个吸附件50。第一移动机构10架设于储料箱201上方。第二移动机构20可滑动地设于第一移动机构10上。第二移动机构20受第一移动机构10驱动沿第一方向X移动。第三移动机构30可滑动地设于第二移动机构20上。第三移动机构30受第二移动机构20驱动沿第二方向Y移动。翻转机构40可滑动地设于第三移动机构30上。翻转机构40受第三移动机构30驱动沿第三方向Z移动。多个吸附件50设于翻转机构40上。多个吸附件50用于吸取工件200。多个吸附件50及受其吸取的工件200受翻转机构40驱动翻转并在第一移动机构10、第二移动机 构20及第三移动机构30共同驱动下移动至预设的工作台进行上料。
如图2所示,第一移动机构10两端分别架设于储料箱201及工作台上方。第一移动机构10包括承载件12及第一驱动件14。
承载件12包括两个支架121及承载板123。两个支架121位于第一侧板2014背离工件200的一侧。承载板123设于两个支架121上。承载板123部分位于第一侧板2014的上方。承载板123的另一端位于工作台上方。
第二移动机构20可滑动地设于承载板123上。第二移动机构20与承载板123之间的滑动配合连接可以采用各种形式,如轨道连接,凹凸型的滑槽和卡块连接等,只要能够满足滑动连接要求即可。本实施例中,第二移动机构20与承载板123之间采用轨道连接。
具体地,如图2和图3所示,第一移动机构10还包括至少一个导轨16及滑动套设于该导轨16上的滑动块18。导轨16沿平行第一方向X设置。滑动块18背离承载板123的一侧与第二移动机构20相连接。在第一驱动件14驱动下,滑动块18能够带动第二移动机构20沿导轨16滑动。
请一并参阅图3,第一驱动件14用于驱动第二移动机构20移动。本实施例中,第一驱动件14包括旋转电机141、传送带143、连接块145及多个转动轮147。多个转动轮147沿第一方向X设于承载板123两端。传送带143套设于多个转动轮147上并平行第一方向X。旋转电机141连接其中一个转动轮147以驱动该转动轮147转动。连接块145固定连接于传送带143上。连接块145还与第二移动机构20相连接以带动第二移动机构20移动。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,第一驱动件14还可以是气缸、丝 杠电机等,只要其能够驱动第二移动机构20移动即可。
请一并参阅图4,第二移动机构20包括支撑板21及第二驱动件23。支撑板21一端固定连接于连接块145及多个滑动块18。支撑板21另一端平行第二方向Y并朝向工件200。第二驱动件23设于支撑板21上用于驱动第三移动机构30沿第二方向Y移动。可以理解,第二驱动件23可以是气缸、丝杠电机等,只要其能够驱动第三移动机构30移动即可。
本实施例中,第二驱动件23包括驱动电机232、丝杠234及驱动块236。
本实施例中,第二移动机构20还包括一安装块25。安装块25设于支撑板21背离滑动块18的一侧。安装块25包括底壁252及设于底壁252相对两侧的两个侧壁254。两个侧壁254平行第二方向Y。底壁252与两个侧壁254围绕形成一容纳槽256。驱动电机232与丝杠234设于容纳槽256内。丝杠234一端连接驱动电机232的驱动部。驱动块236螺接于丝杠234上。驱动块236与第三移动机构30相连接。可以理解,在其他实施例中,安装块25还可以取消,第二驱动件23直接安装于支撑板21上。
本实施例中,第二驱动件23还包括多个滑块238。多个滑块238分别卡设于两个侧壁254上。每个滑块238可以沿侧壁254滑动。每个滑块238与第三移动机构30相连接,以对第三移动机构30进行限位。可以理解,在其他实施例中,滑块238还可以取消,只要第三移动机构30在移动时不会发生偏移。
请一并参阅图5,第三移动机构30包括固定板32及第三驱动件34。固定板32平行第三方向Z。固定板32一端通过一连接件321固定连接于驱动块236及多个滑块238上。第三驱动件34设于固定板32上用于驱动翻转机构40沿第三方向Z移动。可以理解, 第三驱动件34可以是气缸、丝杠电机等,只要其能够驱动翻转机构40移动即可。
本实施例中,第三驱动件34的结构与第二驱动件23相同,在此不再赘述。
请一并参阅图6与图7,翻转机构40包括连接架41、翻转驱动件43及固定架45。连接架41大致为一长方体框架。连接架41包括相对设置的顶壁412及底壁414。顶壁412与底壁414垂直第三方向Z。翻转驱动件43包括相连接的本体432及驱动端434。顶壁412与第三驱动件34的本体432相连接。底壁414靠近工件200的一侧与固定架45转动连接。驱动端434与固定架45转动连接。
固定架45大致为矩形框架。固定架45包括多个第一固定杆452与多个第二固定杆454。多个第一固定杆452平行且间隔排列。多个第二固定杆454与多个第一固定杆452垂直并交错连接。本实施例中,第一固定杆452的数量为三个;第二固定杆454的数量为五个。底壁414与居中的三个第二固定杆454的中部位置转动连接。驱动端434与中间的第二固定杆454转动连接。驱动端434与底壁414间隔连接于第二固定杆454上。翻转驱动件43启动后,驱动端434向本体432外伸出并推动固定架45。固定架45绕底壁414与第二固定杆454的连接处转动,并最终处于水平状态。
多个吸附件50间隔设于多个第一固定杆452与多个第二固定杆454上。每个吸附件50均连接抽真空设备以吸附工件200。工件200受吸附件50吸附固定并随固定架45一同翻转。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,固定架45还可以是其他结构,只要固定架45能够安装多个吸附件50以吸附固定工件200。
请一并参阅图8,本实施例中,上料装置100还包括吹气机构60。吹气机构60用于吹气以去除工件200之间的隔离纸。吹气机 构60包括滑台61、移动架63、移动架驱动件65及多个喷嘴67。滑台61大致为长方体。滑台61靠近储料箱201并与第二侧板2016相对设置。滑台61平行第二方向Y并与工件200垂直。移动架63可滑动地设于滑台61上。移动架驱动件65连接移动架63以驱动移动架63移动使移动架63对准最外侧的工件200。多个喷嘴67间隔装设于移动架63上。喷嘴67连接吹气装置以吹气以去除隔离纸。
本实施例中,移动架驱动件65包括旋转电机及传送带。可以理解,移动架驱动件65还可以是气缸、丝杠电机等,只要其能够驱动移动架63移动即可。
使用时,第一驱动件14驱动第二移动机构20沿第一方向X朝向储料箱201方向移动。第二驱动件23驱动第三驱动件34及设于其上的连接架41沿第二方向Y朝向工件200移动。吸附件50贴合并吸附最外侧的工件200。第二驱动件23驱动受吸附件50吸附的工件200沿第二方向Y远离储料箱201。翻转驱动件43启动,驱动端434向本体432外伸出并推动固定架45。固定架45及工件200绕底壁414与第二固定杆454的连接处转动,并最终处于水平状态。第一驱动件14驱动第二移动机构20及受吸附的工件200沿第一方向X移动至工作台上方。第三驱动件34驱动工件200沿第三方向Z下降并移动至工作台上。吸附件50释放工件200完成上料。
本实用新型的上料装置100通过第一移动机构10、第二移动机构20及第三移动机构30驱动工件200分别沿第一方向X、第二方向Y及第三方向Z移动。翻转机构40能够带动工件200由竖直状态翻转为水平状态以放置于工作台上。
另外,本领域技术人员还可在本实用新型精神内做其它变化,当然,这些依据本实用新型精神所做的变化,都应包含在本实用新 型所要求保护的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种上料装置,用于抓取工件并翻转放置于工作台上,其特征在于:该上料装置包括第一移动机构、第二移动机构、第三移动机构、翻转机构及多个吸附件,该第一移动机构两端分别架设于该工件上方及该工作台上方,该第二移动机构可滑动地设于该第一移动机构上,该第一移动机构能够驱动该第二移动机构沿第一方向移动,该第三移动机构可滑动地设于该第二移动机构上,该第二移动机构能够驱动该第三移动机构沿第二方向移动,其中该第二方向垂直该第一方向,该翻转机构包括连接架、翻转驱动件及固定架,该连接架可滑动地设于该第三移动机构上,该第三移动机构能够驱动该连接架沿第三方向移动,其中该第三方向垂直该第一方向与该第二方向,该固定架转动连接于该连接架远离该第三移动机构的一侧,该翻转驱动件的两端分别转动连接于该连接架与该固定架,多个该吸附件设于该固定架上用于吸附该工件,该翻转驱动件能够驱动该固定架及该工件发生翻转。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的上料装置,其特征在于:该上料装置还包括吹气机构,该吹气机构包括滑台、移动架、移动架驱动件及多个喷嘴,该滑台平行该第二方向,该移动架可滑动地设于该滑台上,该移动架驱动件连接该移动架以驱动该移动架移动并使该移动架对准最外侧的该工件,多个该喷嘴间隔装设于该移动架上,该喷嘴用于外接吹气装置吹气以去除相邻工件间的隔离纸。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的上料装置,其特征在于:该第一移动机构包括承载件及第一驱动件,该承载件包括支架及承载板,该承载板设于该支架上并部分位于工件的上方,该承载板的另一端位于该工作台上方,该第二移动机构可滑动地设于该承载板上,该第一驱动件用于驱动该第二移动机构移动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的上料装置,其特征在于:该第一移动机构还包括至少一个导轨及滑动套设于该导轨上的滑动块,该导轨沿平行该第一方向设置,该滑动块背离该承载板的一侧与该第二移动机构相连接以带动该第二移动机构沿该导轨滑动。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的上料装置,其特征在于:该第一驱动件包括旋转电机、传送带、连接块及至少两个转动轮,至少两个该转动轮沿该第一方向设于该承载板两端,该传送带套设于至少两个该转动轮上并平行该第一方向,该旋转电机连接其中一个该转动轮以驱动该转动轮转动,该连接块固定连接于该传送带上,该连接块还与该第二移动机构相连接以带动该第二移动机构移动。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的上料装置,其特征在于:该第二移动机构包括支撑板及第二驱动件,该支撑板一端固定连接于该第一移动机构,该第二驱动件设于该支撑板上用于驱动该第三移动机构沿该第二方向移动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的上料装置,其特征在于:该第二移动机构还包括一安装块,该安装块设于该支撑板上,该安装块包括底壁及设于该底壁相对两侧的两个侧壁,两个该侧壁平行该第二方向,该底壁与两个该侧壁围绕形成一容纳槽,该第二驱动件包括驱动电机、丝杠及驱动块,该驱动电机与该丝杠设于该容纳槽内,该丝杠一端连接该驱动电机的驱动部,该驱动块螺接于该丝杠上,该驱动块与该第三移动机构相连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的上料装置,其特征在于:该第二驱动机构还包括多个滑块,多个该滑块分别卡设于两个该侧壁上,每个该滑块可以沿该侧壁滑动,每个该滑块与该第三移动机构相连接,以对该第三移动机构进行限位。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的上料装置,其特征在于:该连接架包括 相对设置的顶壁及底壁,该顶壁与该底壁垂直该第三方向,该顶壁与该第三移动机构相连接,该底壁靠近该工件的一侧与该固定架转动连接。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的上料装置,其特征在于:该翻转驱动件包括本体及驱动端,该本体与该顶壁远离该工件的一侧转动连接,该驱动端与该固定架转动连接。
