Definitions
- the present invention relates to a physiotherapeutic device for treating a patient by physical exercise.
- Physiotherapeutic devices are used for the rehabilitation of sick people.
- such devices are characterized in that different body parts can be trained with such a device.
- the operability should be simple, so that the device can be operated or adjusted by the patient himself or that a trained professional, such as a nurse or caregiver, can quickly retrofit the device or the device.
- a physiotherapeutic device for treating a patient by physical exercise comprising: an arm trainer for rotationally moving the patient's arms with a first axis and a leg trainer for rotationally moving the patient's legs with a second axis; wherein the first and the second axis have a height adjustability, wherein the distance of the first axis to the second axis is constant.
- physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient by movement with a device comprising the steps of: training the arms by an arm trainer and / or exercising the legs by a leg trainer in a sitting position and exercising the arms by an arm trainer and / or exercising the legs by a leg trainer in a lying position.
- a device having a display for indicating the status of the device and / or the physical condition of the patient, the display being pivotable relative to the longitudinal axis of the device.
- a pivoting display By a pivoting display, on the one hand, an optimum display angle can be selected.
- the display can be pivoted for transport, making it less bulky and results in a suitable compact transport size.
- a device is provided, wherein the height adjustment is made possible by a first and a second element or by a third single element.
- a third single element can combine the functions of jamming and locking in a control element, resulting in ease of use.
- an apparatus comprising a foot member and a body member, wherein the arm trainer and the leg trainer are disposed on the body member and / or wherein the height adjustability is achieved by displacing the foot member with respect to Body element results.
- a foot member and a body member
- the arm trainer and the leg trainer are disposed on the body member and / or wherein the height adjustability is achieved by displacing the foot member with respect to Body element results.
- the first element for clamping the foot member is suitable with the body member and / or wherein the second element is provided for locking the foot member with the body member.
- Adjusting the height of the device can prevent inadvertent "driving to the ground" of the body element, in particular due to a stepwise or stepwise locking element providing a safeguard in the operation of the device The release of a clamping element therefore does not automatically cause the device to "collapse".
- the first and / or the second element are color-coded and / or wherein the controls of the device are color-coded.
- the color coding results in a simple operability of the device.
- the arm trainer and / or the leg trainer are rotatably movable by the patient and / or by a motor.
- an apparatus wherein the motor moves the arm trainer and / or the leg trainer at 90 revolutions per minute.
- a method comprising the step of: rotating the arm trainer and / or the leg trainer at 90 revolutions per minute.
- the distance between the two axes of the arm and the leg trainer should be kept constant.
- a different training position is taken at a height adjustment, whereby other parts of the body can be trained.
- the training position will change from a sitting to a lying position.
- FIG. 1 shows the device according to the invention in a first side view
- Fig. 2 shows the device according to the invention in a rear view
- Fig. 3 shows the device according to the invention in a second lateral view
- Fig. 4 shows a further embodiment of the invention.
- Fig. 1 shows a physiotherapeutic device with a leg trainer 1 and an arm trainer 2, arm and leg trainers 1 and 2 each one
- the leg trainer 1 results.
- the patient can first train in the sitting position first body parts and in the lying position other other parts of the body.
- the device has two controls 6 and 7, which ensure locking a selected height position.
- the first operating element 7 serves to cause a jamming, so that every possible height adjustment is made possible.
- the second operating element 6 can be a stepwise or stepwise engagement produce. Before a height adjustment, this control element 6 must be solved.
- the device has a display 3, which can be pivoted inwards in the pivoting direction 8. In this way, a better transport option can be opened, if by means of the transport handle 5 a drive away of the device with the wheels 9 should take place.
- the controls 6 and 7 of the device may be color coded, such as orange, to ensure ease of use.
- the device according to the invention has a rotary drive of the arm and / or leg exerciser 1 and 2, each with 90 revolutions per minute.
- a rotary drive of the arm and / or leg exerciser 1 and 2 each with 90 revolutions per minute.
- the simultaneous rotational movement of the arms and legs of the patient Parkinson's disease can be treated.
- the rotational movement of the legs with 90 revolutions per minute leads to a healing effect.
- the device according to the invention comprises a first element 7 and a second element 6 for height adjustment, that is to say for changing the position of the device
- a clamping of the body element 11 to the foot element 10 can be made possible by the first element 7. It can therefore be selected due to the first element 7 any height adjustment.
- the second element 6 is provided for latching the body member 11 to the foot member 10. This prevents that upon release of the clamping element 7, the body member 11 moves due to the influence of gravity all the way down. Instead, in a "free fall", the latching element 6 will gradually bring the body element 11 to a halt
- FIG. 2 shows the device in a view from the rear, wherein the back of the display 3 can be seen.

Description
Vorrichtung zur Höhenverstellung
BESCHREIBUNG
Fig. 4 eine weitere Ausführungsform der Erfindung.
Fig. 4 zeigt eine alternative Ausführungsform der Vorrichtung.
