Description

目前金融机构的保单销售方式包括网络销售、电话销售以及门店销售等多种渠道。当客户通过客服咨询保单问题时,客服人员将记录客户信息,生成一个待处理的业务,并分配给某一渠道的销售坐席,以通知该销售坐席来跟进处理该客户。然而,若该客户是去年已在其它渠道下出单的客户,则可能会发生渠道之间互抢客户的现象,即渠道冲突,使得金融机构内部人员的工作量重复,工作效率低下。另外,去年已出单的渠道坐席人员跟进客户后,其它渠道的坐席人员又跟进客户,由此也给客户带来了较大的骚扰。

所述当前处理渠道与所述业务来源渠道保持一致,若业务来源渠道为电话渠道,则将电话渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道,若业务来源渠道为网络渠道,则将网络渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道。
步骤S108、将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理。
在确定出所述当前处理渠道后,即可将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道,以便对其进行处理。
但是,按照上述的方法,若出现某个业务来源渠道不均匀的情况,则会相应产生处理渠道也不均匀的情况,例如,若共有100条业务,其中90条的客户是通过拨打客服电话进行咨询的,剩余10条的客户是通过在网站上留言咨询的,那么相应地,会将90条业务分配给电话渠道进行处理,将10条业务分配给网络渠道进行处理,这样可能就会电话渠道的业务积压,不能及时得到处理,影响客户的满意度。
因此,优选地,在步骤S107之后,还可以包括如图2所示的处理过程:
步骤S201、获取所述当前处理渠道待处理的总业务数。
步骤S202、判断所述当前处理渠道待处理的总业务数是否小于预设的第一阈值。
若所述总业务数小于预设的第一阈值,则执行步骤S108;若所述总业务数大于或等于所述第一阈值,则执行步骤S203和步骤S204。
步骤S203、根据预设的各个处理渠道的优先级排序确定与所述当前处理渠道不同的优先级最高的处理渠道。
所述优先级的高低与各个处理渠道的处理效率的高低正相关,若某处理渠道的处理效率越高,则其优先级也越高,若某处理渠道的处理效率越低,则其优先级也越低。
各个处理渠道的处理效率可以根据对预设的统计时间段内的历史业务记录进行统计而得到,例如,可以将当前日期的前一周作为统计时间段,在这一周内,若网络渠道共处理了77件业务,则其处理效率为11件/天,若电话渠道共处理了56件业务,则其处理效率为8件/天,若门店渠道共处理了28件业务,则其处理效率为4件/天,则可确定处理效率从高到低依次为:网络渠道、电话渠道、门店渠道,相应地,优先级从高到低也依次为:网络渠道、电话渠道、门店渠道。
步骤S204、将所述目标业务分配到所述优先级最高的处理渠道进行处理。
例如,若所述当前处理渠道为电话渠道,其中待处理的总业务数为90条,与所述第一阈值相等,那么说明该渠道已出现了业务积压,不宜再将目标业务分派到该渠道处理,而此时网络渠道、门店渠道待处理的总业务数都较少,不会存在业务积压,那么就可以将该目标业务分配给两者中优先级最高的处理渠道进行处理,例如,若网络渠道的优先级高于门店渠道,则将目标业务分配到网络渠道进行处理,以保证目标业务能搞及时得到处理。
优选地,如图3所示,在步骤S108将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理之后,还可以进一步地选择合适的业务处理坐席:
步骤S301、在预设的优选客户信息列表中检索所述目标客户信息。
对检索结果进行判断,若检索到所述目标客户信息,则执行步骤S302,若未检索到所述目标客户信息,则执行步骤S302。
步骤S302、将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道中预设的优选业务处理坐席进行处理。
一般地,可以在所述优选客户信息列表中设置一些需要给予优先处理的客户,例如,某些高价值的VIP客户或者某些指定合作单位的员工等等,对于这些客户,可以设置专门的优选业务处理坐席对其业务进行处理,最大限度保证这些优选客户的满意度。
步骤S303、将所述目标业务分配到待处理的业务数最少的业务处理坐席进行处理。
对于其他的普通客户的业务,由普通的业务处理坐席进行处理,为了保证处理速度,可以统计各个业务处理坐席当前待处理的业务数,从中选取出待处理的业务数最少的业务处理坐席,然后将业务分配到该业务处理坐席进行处理。
可选地,如图4所示,在步骤S108将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理之后,还可以进一步地根据业务类别来选择合适的业务处理坐席:
步骤S401、提取所述目标业务中的业务类别。
步骤S402、在所述当前处理渠道中筛选与所述业务类别对应的业务处理坐席。
步骤S403、将所述目标业务分配到筛选出的业务处理坐席中待处理的业务数最少的业务处理坐席进行处理。
例如,可以按照人寿保险、车辆保险、重疾保险等对业务进行分类,同样地,对业务处理坐席也做类似的分类,并只处理相同分类的业务,例如,车辆保险的业务处理坐席只处理业务类别为车辆保险的业务,这样可以提供专业化的程度,避免同一坐席不断地在处理不同类别业务间切换,提升整体的处理效率。对于所述目标业务而言,首先要选择与其业务类别对应的业务处理坐席,若该业务处理坐席有多个,则从中选取待处理的业务数最少的业务处理坐席进行处理,这样可以使得目标业务尽快得到处理,提高客户的满意度。
综上所述,本申请实施例在从资源池中获取到待分配的目标业务后,首先提取出其中的客户信息,并在历史业务记录中检索该客户的历史业务,若检索到该客户的历史业务,说明该客户是老客户,那么按照既有的处理渠道来处理其业务,例如,若之前是通过电话销售渠道处理的,本次仍将其分配给电话销售渠道的销售坐席来处理。若未检索到该客户的历史业务,说明该客户是新客户,那么按照该客户的业务来源渠道来为其选择处理渠道,例如,若该客户是通过在网站上留言咨询的,则将其分配给网络销售渠道的销售坐席来处理。可见,本申请有效避免了渠道冲突的发生,提高了金融机构内部人员的工作效率,同时也减少了给客户带来的骚扰。
图5示出了本申请实施例提供的业务分配终端设备的示意框图,该业务分配终端设备可包括:处理器50、存储器51以及存储在所述存储器51中并可在所述处理器50上运行的计算机可读指令52。
请参阅图6,是本申请实施例提供的计算机可读指令52的模块图。在本实施例中,所述的计算机可读指令52可以被分割成一个或多个模块,所述一个或者多个模块被存储于所述存储器51中,并由所述处理器50所执行,以完成本申请。例如,在图6中,所述的计算机可读指令52,也即业务分配程序可以被分割成业务获取模块601、客户信息提取模块602、历史业务检索模块603、历史处理渠道提取模块604、第一处理渠道确定模块605、业务来源渠道提取模块606、第二处理渠道确定模块607、第一业务分配模块608。同样地,本申请实施例提供的业务分配装置也可包括这些模块。以下描述将具体介绍所述模块601-608的功能。
业务获取模块601,用于从预设的业务资源池中获取待分配的目标业务;
客户信息提取模块602,用于提取所述目标业务中的目标客户信息;
历史业务检索模块603,用于在预设的时间段内的历史业务记录中检索包含所述目标客户信息的目标历史业务;
历史处理渠道提取模块604,用于若检索到所述目标历史业务,则提取所述目标历史业务中的历史处理渠道;
第一处理渠道确定模块605,用于根据提取的所述历史处理渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;
业务来源渠道提取模块606,用于若未检索到所述目标历史业务,则提取所述目标业务中的业务来源渠道;
第二处理渠道确定模块607,用于根据提取的所述业务来源渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;
第一业务分配模块608,用于将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理。
进一步地,所述第一处理渠道确定模块605可以包括:
第一确定单元,用于若提取的所述历史处理渠道是唯一的,则将所述历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;
第二确定单元,用于若提取的所述历史处理渠道不唯一,则获取各个所述历史处理渠道的应用时间,并将应用时间距当前时间最近的历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;
第三确定单元,用于若提取的所述历史处理渠道不唯一,则统计各个所述历史处理渠道的应用次数,并将应用次数最多的历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道。
进一步地,所述计算机可读指令52中还可以包括:
总业务数获取模块,用于获取所述当前处理渠道待处理的总业务数;
分配执行模块,用于若所述总业务数小于预设的第一阈值,则执行所述将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理的步骤;
第三处理渠道确定模块,用于若所述总业务数大于或等于所述第一阈值,则根据预设的各个处理渠道的优先级排序确定与所述当前处理渠道不同的优先级最高的处理渠道;
第二业务分配模块,用于将所述目标业务分配到所述优先级最高的处理渠道进行处理,所述优先级的高低与各个处理渠道的处理效率的高低正相关。
优选地,所述计算机可读指令52中还可以包括:
客户信息检索模块,用于在预设的优选客户信息列表中检索所述目标客户信息;
第一坐席分配模块,用于若检索到所述目标客户信息,则将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道中预设的优选业务处理坐席进行处理;
待处理业务数获取模块,用于若未检索到所述目标客户信息,则获取所述当前处理渠道中的各个业务处理坐席待处理的业务数;
第二坐席分配模块,用于将所述目标业务分配到待处理的业务数最少的业务处理坐席进行处理。
可选地,所述计算机可读指令52中还可以包括:
业务类别提取模块,用于提取所述目标业务中的业务类别;
坐席筛选模块,用于在所述当前处理渠道中筛选与所述业务类别对应的业务处理坐席;
第三坐席分配模块,用于将所述目标业务分配到筛选出的业务处理坐席中待处理的业务数最少的业务处理坐席进行处理。

- 一种业务分配方法,其特征在于,包括:从预设的业务资源池中获取待分配的目标业务;提取所述目标业务中的目标客户信息;在预设的时间段内的历史业务记录中检索包含所述目标客户信息的目标历史业务;若检索到所述目标历史业务,则提取所述目标历史业务中的历史处理渠道;根据提取的所述历史处理渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;若未检索到所述目标历史业务,则提取所述目标业务中的业务来源渠道;根据提取的所述业务来源渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理。
- 根据权利要求1所述的业务分配方法,其特征在于,所述根据提取的所述历史处理渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道包括:若提取的所述历史处理渠道是唯一的,则将所述历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;若提取的所述历史处理渠道不唯一,则:获取各个所述历史处理渠道的应用时间,并将应用时间距当前时间最近的历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;或者统计各个所述历史处理渠道的应用次数,并将应用次数最多的历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道。
- 根据权利要求1所述的业务分配方法,其特征在于,在根据提取的所述业务来源渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道之后,还包括:获取所述当前处理渠道待处理的总业务数;若所述总业务数小于预设的第一阈值,则执行所述将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理的步骤;若所述总业务数大于或等于所述第一阈值,则根据预设的各个处理渠道的优先级排序确定与所述当前处理渠道不同的优先级最高的处理渠道,将所述目标业务分配到所述优先级最高的处理渠道进行处理,所述优先级的高低与各个处理渠道的处理效率的高低正相关。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的业务分配方法,其特征在于,在将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理之后,还包括:在预设的优选客户信息列表中检索所述目标客户信息;若检索到所述目标客户信息,则将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道中预设的优选业务处理坐席进行处理;若未检索到所述目标客户信息,则获取所述当前处理渠道中的各个业务处理坐席待处理的业务数,将所述目标业务分配到待处理的业务数最少的业务处理坐席进行处理。
- 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的业务分配方法,其特征在于,在将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理之后,还包括:提取所述目标业务中的业务类别;在所述当前处理渠道中筛选与所述业务类别对应的业务处理坐席;将所述目标业务分配到筛选出的业务处理坐席中待处理的业务数最少的业务处理坐席进行处理。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:从预设的业务资源池中获取待分配的目标业务;提取所述目标业务中的目标客户信息;在预设的时间段内的历史业务记录中检索包含所述目标客户信息的目标历史业务;若检索到所述目标历史业务,则提取所述目标历史业务中的历史处理渠道;根据提取的所述历史处理渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;若未检索到所述目标历史业务,则提取所述目标业务中的业务来源渠道;根据提取的所述业务来源渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理。
- 根据权利要求6所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据提取的所述历史处理渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道包括:若提取的所述历史处理渠道是唯一的,则将所述历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;若提取的所述历史处理渠道不唯一,则:获取各个所述历史处理渠道的应用时间,并将应用时间距当前时间最近的历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;或者统计各个所述历史处理渠道的应用次数,并将应用次数最多的历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道。

- 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,在将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理之后,还包括:提取所述目标业务中的业务类别;在所述当前处理渠道中筛选与所述业务类别对应的业务处理坐席;将所述目标业务分配到筛选出的业务处理坐席中待处理的业务数最少的业务处理坐席进行处理。
- 一种业务分配终端设备,包括存储器、处理器以及存储在所述存储器中并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:从预设的业务资源池中获取待分配的目标业务;提取所述目标业务中的目标客户信息;在预设的时间段内的历史业务记录中检索包含所述目标客户信息的目标历史业务;若检索到所述目标历史业务,则提取所述目标历史业务中的历史处理渠道;根据提取的所述历史处理渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;若未检索到所述目标历史业务,则提取所述目标业务中的业务来源渠道;根据提取的所述业务来源渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;将所述目标业务分配到所述当前处理渠道进行处理。
- 根据权利要求11所述的业务分配终端设备,其特征在于,所述根据提取的所述历史处理渠道确定所述目标业务的当前处理渠道包括:若提取的所述历史处理渠道是唯一的,则将所述历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;若提取的所述历史处理渠道不唯一,则:获取各个所述历史处理渠道的应用时间,并将应用时间距当前时间最近的历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道;或者统计各个所述历史处理渠道的应用次数,并将应用次数最多的历史处理渠道确定为所述目标业务的当前处理渠道。
