一个可选实施例中,参照图3,连接件还包括:后侧板,后侧板与底座111、下支撑板112、中支撑板113和上支撑板114的后侧边沿连接。其中,后侧板可以包括:上后侧板117和下后侧板118,上后侧板117和下后侧板118都具有多个散热孔。压缩机352和蒸发器产生的热量由下后侧板118上的散热孔排出,且热罐31和其它电器元件产生的热量由上后侧板117上的散热孔排出,这样,使得水处理装置100机体不会过热而影响使用寿命。 另外,后侧板还为底座111、下支撑板112、中支撑板113和上支撑板114提供了后部支撑,使支撑框架结构11更加稳定,整体性更强。
一些具体实施例中,结合图2和图3所示,中支撑板113、上支撑板114、左侧板115、右侧板116和后侧板共同构设出上安装空间,底座111、下支撑板112、左侧板115、右侧板116、后侧板和中支撑板113共同构设出下安装空间。其中,供水模块34等零部件安装于上支撑板114上方,第一制水模块和第二制水模块等零部件设置于上安装空间,制冷模块35和净水系统和其它零部件设置于下安装空间,这样,分区、分块的安装空间使安装变得简单,也因此,水处理装置100的内部空间应用合理。
一个具体实施例中,如图3,壳体组件10还包括:上前壳12,上前壳12用于封闭上安装空间。上前壳12将上安装空间封闭,避免灰尘等进入机体从而影响用户饮水质量,此外,内部结构被隐藏避免了漏电触电的现象发生,也更加安全,使整机看起来美观。
一些示例中,如图2,下支撑板112将下安装空间分隔成位于上部的第一子安装空间和位于下部的第二子安装空间。这样,分化出更多的区域,使得水处理装置100具有更多的容纳和安装空间,零部件的安装变得有序,结构更加严谨合理。例如,可以将压缩机352安装于第二子安装空间,冷凝器351安装于第一子安装空间,其中,冷凝器351贴靠于下后侧板118。
一个具体实例中,如图1和图3,壳体组件10还包括:上衬13和下衬14。上衬13安装于左侧板115、右侧板116、下支撑板112和中支撑板113的前边沿,上衬13具有与第一子安装空间相通的开口。下衬14落座于底座111,且下衬14的后面贴靠于左侧板115、右侧板116、下支撑板112的前边沿以封闭第二子安装空间。其中,上衬13与第一子安装空间相通的开口可以用来安装二氧化碳瓶50和用来过滤的滤芯装置60,二氧化碳瓶50为苏打水产生装置100提供二氧化碳,自来水经过滤芯装置60过滤之后进入供水模块34,这样,一旦二氧化碳瓶50中二氧化碳用完或者滤芯装置60的滤芯达到使用寿命,可以方便的进行更换。制冷模块35在工作过程中由于压缩机352的震动会产生噪音,下衬14将第二子安装空间封闭,避免漏出的水溅入第二子安装空间,更加安全,也将制冷模块35和其它零部件与外界隔离,减小了噪音,具有更好的用户体验。
一些实施例中,如图1,水处理装置100还包括门体40,安装于上衬13和下衬14上用于打开或关闭第一子安装空间。其中,第一子安装空间具有可更换的滤芯装置60和二氧化碳瓶50,门体40可枢转的安装于上衬13和下衬14的侧边,可以方便更换或者存取物品。
一些可选实施例中,如图1和图3,壳体组件10还包括:上盖15,上盖15的下边沿与前壳体、所左侧板115、右侧板116和后侧板的上边沿连接,以封闭上安装空间。这样, 水处理装置100组装成为一个整体,壳体组件10将水处理装置100的内部空间与外部空间分隔开,外形简洁。
对于水处理装置100的其他构成以及操作属于本领域普通技术人员所理解并容易获得的,在此不再进行赘述。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    壳体组件;
    净水系统,所述净水系统设于所述壳体组件内对水进行净化;
    饮水系统,所述饮水系统设于所述壳体组件内,所述饮水系统包括:
    第一制水模块,所述第一制水模块设有热罐;
    第二制水模块,所述第二制水模块设有苏打水产生装置和冷罐,所述苏打水产生装置内置于所述冷罐内;
    供水模块,所述供水模块与所述净水系统连通,所述热罐、所述冷罐和所述苏打水产生装置均与所述供水模块连通;
    制冷模块,所述制冷模块设于所述壳体内对所述冷罐进行制冷。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述壳体组件包括:支撑框架结构,所述支撑框架结构包括:
    底座;
    下支撑板,所述下支撑板设在所述底座上方,且所述下支撑板与所述底座间隔开;
    中支撑板,所述中支撑板设在所述下支撑板上方,且所述中支撑板与所述下支撑板间隔开;
    上支撑板,所述上支撑板设在所述中支撑板上方,且所述上支撑板与所述中支撑板间隔开;
    连接件,所述连接件分别与所述底座、所述下支撑板、所述中支撑板和所述上支撑板连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述连接件至少包括:对称设置的左侧板和右侧板,所述左侧板分别与所述底座、所述下支撑板、所述中支撑板和所述上支撑板的左侧边沿连接,所述右侧板分别与所述底座、所述下支撑板、所述中支撑板和所述上支撑板的右侧边沿连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述连接件还包括:后侧板,所述后侧板与所述底座、所述下支撑板、所述中支撑板和所述上支撑板的后侧边沿连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述中支撑板、所述上支撑板、所述左侧板、所述右侧板和所述后侧板共同构设出上安装空间,所述底座、所述下支撑板、所述左侧板、所述右侧板、所述后侧板和所述中支撑板共同构设出下安装空间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述壳体组件还包括:上前壳, 所述上前壳用于封闭所述上安装空间。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述下支撑板将下安装空间分隔成位于上部的第一子安装空间和位于下部的第二子安装空间。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述壳体组件还包括:
    上衬,所述上衬安装于所述左侧板、所述右侧板、所述下支撑板和所述中支撑板的前边沿,所述上衬具有与第一子安装空间相通的开口;
    下衬,所述下衬座落于所述底座,且所述下衬的后面贴靠于所述左侧板、所述右侧板、所述下支撑板的前边沿以封闭所述第二子安装空间。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的水处理装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    门体,所述门体安装于所述上衬和所述下衬上用于打开或关闭所述第一子安装空间。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的水处理装置,其特征在于,所述壳体组件还包括:上盖,所述上盖的下边沿与所述前壳体、所左侧板、所述右侧板和所述后侧板的上边沿连接,以封闭所述上安装空间。
