另外,如图1所示,落杯装置还包括:设置在基座201上用于配合滑块204的滑轨212,且所说滑块204底部开设有用于配合滑轨212滑动的轨道槽(图中未标示)。从而通过轨道槽与滑轨212的相互配合,使得滑块204能够平稳在基座201上进行滑动。
并且,第一夹持部与第二夹持部在其滑动方向上的最大间隔距离小于或等于其穿过杯檐对应的圆周时所形成的弦长。以确保第一夹持部与第二夹持 部能够顺利交接。
如图1所示,上述落杯装置还包括设置在基座201上的驱动机构。其中,上述驱动机构主要是由驱动件214、与夹持机构中的连接块207连接的驱动件214、与驱动件214连接的驱动组件所构成。
并且,基座201上开设有用于容纳驱动件214的滑槽(图中未标示),且驱动件214在驱动组件的驱动作用下,沿滑槽的轴向推动夹持机构滑动。
详细地说,在本实施例中,上述驱动组件主要是由:驱动电机、与驱动电机主轴连接的偏心轮217、设置在滑槽中且两端分别抵持驱动件214和滑槽末端的弹簧216所构成。
其中,当驱动电机在驱动偏心轮217转动时,驱动驱动件214带动夹持机构从初始位置滑动至终止位置,并压缩弹簧216,以使得第一夹持部脱离对第一落杯210的夹持,并使得第二夹持部对第二落杯211进行夹持。
当驱动电机停止驱动偏心轮217后,弹簧216在回弹作用下,推动驱动件214带动夹持机构从终止位置滑动至初始位置,以使得第二夹持部脱离对第二落杯211的夹持,并使得第一夹持部对叠加在第二落杯211上的杯体进行夹持。
由上可知,通过偏心轮217的转动,实现驱动件214在滑槽中的加速移动,从而有利于第一夹持部和第二夹持部在交接时,能够快速移动至相应位置并夹持住落杯。并且,通过弹簧216的回弹作用,使得驱动件214能够复位至初始位置,以完成往复运动。通过这种设置结构还可以无需采用齿轮传递进行传递,从而简化了结构,降低生产成本,提高稳定性。
显然,实现上述第一夹持部和第二夹持部进行交替的目的时,不限于上述驱动组件,其驱动组件还可以通过齿轮传递的方式直接驱动驱动件214,或通过贵两组驱动组件来带动第一夹持部和第二夹持部的运动,本实施例仅选用优选的方式,而对其他的替代方案不作过多的阐述和说明。
此外,值得一提的是,驱动机构还包括:固定在基座201上用于固定驱 动电机的基板、固定在基座201上用于容纳驱动组件的电机壳203。并且,所述落杯装置还包括:盖合在所述基座201上用于容纳所述夹持机构和所述驱动件214的盖体223。其中,偏心轮217设置在基板与基座201之间,且驱动电机的主轴穿过所说基板上的轴孔与偏心轮217的导向限位触动杆215连接。以方便驱动组件的固定和安装,并启动到对内部传动部件进行保护的作用。
另外,如图1所示,落杯装置还包括设置在基座201上并位于镂空部相对两侧的卡合部221,以用于配合插入杯罩222,并配合夹持机构,在夹持机构的滑动方向对落杯进行限位(即四个方位对其限位)。其中,杯罩222与卡合部221连接后,将位于镂空部中依次叠加的杯体容纳在内部。以方便对叠加的杯体的保护,防止叠加的杯子出现落尘或在基座201移动时出现倒塌的现象。并且,落杯装置还包括设置在所述镂空部下方的导向杯罩224,以对镂空部中落下的落杯进行导向限位。
本实用新型的第二实施例还提供了一种落杯装置,本实施例是对上述实施例的进一步改进,其改进之处在于,在本实施例中,驱动件214为套筒,且弹簧216的一端插入套筒内部并抵持其筒底部。以通过套筒对弹簧216起大到限位和导向的作用,防止弹簧216因挤压而产生非轴向上的变形而产生卡死的现象。
以上实施例仅用以说明本实用新型的技术方案而非限定,仅仅参照较佳实施例对本实用新型进行了详细说明。本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本实用新型的技术方案进行修改或等同替换,而不脱离本实用新型技术方案的精神和范围,均应涵盖在本实用新型的权利要求范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种落杯装置,固定在支架上,其特征在于,包括:
    基座,用于固定在所述支架上,并开设有用于容纳落杯的镂空部;
    夹持机构,具有相互配合且相对的第一夹持部和第二夹持部,并可往复滑动的设置在所述基座上,用于在其滑动至不同的预设位置时,分别夹持叠加的两个落杯中的一个;
    其中,所述第二夹持部用于在所述第一夹持部脱离对第一落杯的夹持前,滑动至对第二落杯进行夹持的位置;
    所述第一夹持部用于在所述第二夹持部脱离对所述第二落杯的夹持前,滑动至对叠加在第二落杯上的杯体进行夹持的位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的落杯装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部和所述第二夹持部之间的高度落差小于或等于所述叠加的两个落杯的杯檐之间的落差距离。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的落杯装置,其特征在于,所述夹持机构包括:相对平行的两个滑块、分别设置在各滑块上的第一限位块和第二限位块、连接两个滑块的连接块;
    其中,相对的两个第一限位块构成所述第一夹持部;相对的两个第二限位块构成所述第二夹持部。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的落杯装置,其特征在于,所述第一限位块和所述第二限位块上均设有配合斜面,以使得所述落杯的杯檐在所述配合斜面的作用下分别滑入所述第一限位块或第二限位块的顶端,并被其所承托。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的落杯装置,其特征在于,所述落杯装置还包括: 设置在所述基座上用于配合所述滑块的滑轨,且所说滑块底部开设有用于配合所述滑轨滑动的轨道槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的落杯装置,其特征在于,所述第一夹持部与所述第二夹持部在其滑动方向上的最大间隔距离小于或等于其穿过所述杯檐对应的圆周时所形成的弦长。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的落杯装置,其特征在于,所述落杯装置还包括设置在所述基座上的驱动机构;
    其中,所述驱动机构包括:驱动件、与所述夹持机构连接的驱动件、与所述驱动件连接的驱动组件;
    并且,所述基座上开设有用于容纳所述驱动件的滑槽,且所述驱动件在所述驱动组件的驱动作用下,沿滑槽的轴向推动所述夹持机构滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的落杯装置,所述驱动组件包括:驱动电机、与所述驱动电机主轴连接的偏心轮、设置在所述滑槽中且两端分别抵持所述驱动件和所述滑槽末端的弹簧;
    其中,当所述驱动电机在驱动所述偏心轮转动时,驱动所述驱动件带动所述夹持机构从初始位置滑动至终止位置,并压缩所述弹簧,以使得第一夹持部脱离对第一落杯的夹持,并使得第二夹持部对第二落杯进行夹持;
    当所述驱动电机停止驱动所述偏心轮后,所述弹簧在回弹作用下,推动所述驱动件带动所述夹持机构从终止位置滑动至初始位置,以使得第二夹持部脱离对第二落杯的夹持,并使得第一夹持部对叠加在第二落杯上的杯体进行夹持。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的落杯装置,其特征在于,所述驱动件为套筒,且所述弹簧的一端插入所述套筒内部并抵持其筒底部。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的落杯装置,其特征在于,所述驱动机构还包括:固定在所述基座上用于固定驱动电机的基板、固定在所述基座上用于容纳所述驱动组件的电机壳;
    所述落杯装置还包括:盖合在所述基座上用于容纳所述夹持机构和所述驱动件的盖体;
    其中,所述偏心轮设置在所述基板与所述基座之间,且所述驱动电机的主轴穿过所说基板上的轴孔与所述偏心轮的导向限位触动杆连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的落杯装置,其特征在于,所述落杯装置包括:设置在所述基座上并位于所述镂空部相对两侧的卡合部,以用于配合插入杯罩,并配合所述夹持机构,在所述夹持机构的滑动方向对所述落杯进行限位;设置在所述镂空部下方的导向杯罩;
    其中,所述杯罩与所述卡合部连接后,将位于所述镂空部中依次叠加的杯体容纳在内部。
