本发明涉及汽车零部件生产研究领域中的一种组立设备,特别是一种外水切亮面与饰条本体组立专机。
背景技术
前门外水切总成一般由外水切亮面和饰条本体组成。由于外水切亮面和饰条本体分开生产,两者装配时,一般是通过人工将外水切亮面压合到饰条本体中的嵌槽中。由于外水切亮面和饰条本体装配之后有密封性要求,两者之间的安装要求高,导致人工非常难将外水切亮面压到饰条本体的嵌槽中,需要耗费大量的体力,并且存在划伤手等安全隐患;组立时间长,生产节拍低,每小时最多压合10PCS。另外,在手工压合的过程中品质无法保障,外水切亮面或/和饰条本体会出现变形、划伤的情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的,在于提供一种外水切亮面与饰条本体组立专机,其能实现外水切亮面和饰条本体之间的半自动化装配。
本发明解决其技术问题的解决方案是:一种外水切亮面与饰条本体组立专机,包括机架以及将机架分成上部空间和下部空间的工作平台,所述工作平台的上端面布置有仿形治具,所述仿形治具旁布置有若干个夹紧气缸以及布置在夹紧气缸动作端上的夹紧块,仿形治具上方布置压合组件。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述压合组件包括压合基座以及多台压合气缸,多台所述压合气缸布置在压合基座的前侧面,所述压合气缸的动作端朝下,所述压合基座通过两条水平滑轨安装在工作平台上,所述工作平台上布置有驱使压合基座靠近或者远离仿形治具的驱动电机。

将饰条本体放到中部仿形块11和两个外侧仿形块5上,将外水切亮面预固定在饰条本体的嵌槽上,夹紧气缸3工作,通过夹紧块4将饰条本体固定,驱动电机驱使压合基座7靠近仿形治具,使得压合气缸8以及缓冲块9位于外水切亮面上方,压合气缸8依次伸出后缓冲块9与外水切亮面压触,压合气缸8继续伸出后将外水切亮面压入到饰条本体的嵌槽中,压合气缸8复位,驱动电机复位,夹紧气缸3复位,卸料气缸工作后,通过第一杆将饰条本体顶出,饰条本体沿着第一杆滑落后被第二杆阻挡,操作人员将工件取出,卸料气缸和第一杆复位后,将新的饰条本体放到中部仿形块11和两个外侧仿形块5上。
