一种衣物处理设备 技术领域
本发明涉及家电领域,尤其是一种外观具有整体效果的衣物处理设备。
背景技术
随身社会的发展,人们对家用电器的产品外观要求越来越高。在竞争激烈的家电销售中,人们会挑选心目中喜欢的家用电器外观。家电的结构设计影响到了家电的是否畅销,现有的衣物处理设备,尤其是干衣机,包括有多种多样,就烘干原理区分就包括冷凝式干衣机、热泵式干衣以及直排式干衣机,干衣机因为原理不同,其结构也会具有差异,例如冷凝式干衣机位于烘干风道内,容易积累杂质,因此定期进行清洗,则需要设计将其取出的开口,现有技术中,考虑到了内部风道的设计或为了方便安装拆卸冷凝器,将用于取出或安装冷凝器的开口设置在了前面板上,虽然该结构方便了冷凝器的安装拆卸,但是在外观上,破坏了干衣机的整机外观,难以达到人们对家电外观上的满意度。
申请号为201420029148.3的实用新颖专利公开了一种冷凝式干衣机,包括:底座、冷凝器、冷凝器把手和前支撑组件。所述冷凝器设在所述底座上;所述冷凝器把手设在所述底座上,且所述冷凝器把手位于所述冷凝器的一侧,所述底座上设有位于所述冷凝器把手下方的冷凝水槽;所述前支撑组件设在所述底座上。冷凝器把手上产生的冷凝水可以有固定的存放地,从而可以减少冷凝器把手上的冷凝水,避免了拿出冷凝器时,冷凝器把手上的冷凝水从冷凝器把手上滴落到底板上,从而可以保持室内清洁,从而便于该冷凝式干衣机的使用。参见其附图1、2、4、5可知其冷凝器的把手设置在前面板一侧,因此其用于取放冷凝器的开口设置在了前面板上,虽然取放冷凝器方便了但是却不利于干衣机的整机外观设计。
申请号为201510374811.2的发明专利公开了冷凝式干衣机底座及干衣机,干衣机底座上设置有排水泵和冷凝器,所述的干衣机底座上对应冷凝器的下部设置集水槽,集水槽与所述的排水泵连通,所述的集水槽内设置用于过滤线屑的过滤结构。干衣机底座在与排水泵连通的集水槽内设置过滤结构,这样,在冷凝水流向排水泵的过程中,其中的线屑被过滤结构阻挡,以避免线屑进入排水泵中造成堵塞甚至损坏。参见其说明书附图2可知该专利中,冷凝器开口设置在前面板上,前面板上需要设置卡接在前面板的盖板,以封闭所述的开口,该结构设计使得干衣机的前面板外观上为多块小面板拼接构成,前面板结构复杂,不能满足消费者的要求,且其冷凝器的开口和冷凝器冷却风道的开口均设置在前面板上,从而降低了前面板的结构强度。
将用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口设置在前面板上,则减弱了前面板的强度,前面板容易变形,而后支撑结构强度优良,将该开口设置在后支撑上,则可解决了开口设置在前面板上降低了前面板强度的问题。
在前面板上设置用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口,则需要设置结构精致的盖板覆盖所述的开口,该盖板需要与前面板相匹配,如此,则增大了设计成本,且安装结构复杂。同时在前面板上设置用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口则在前面板上留有缝隙结构,容易引起儿童注意,容易引发安全事故。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种衣物处理设备,通过将用于安装拆卸冷凝器的开口设置在衣物处理设备的背侧,保留整机前面板一体结构,使得前面板具有整体性,有利于前面板的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时将开口设置在后支撑上有利于增强前面板的结构强度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案的基本构思是:
一种衣物处理设备,包括后支撑、衣物处理筒和冷凝式烘干模块,所述衣物处理筒的后端安装在后支撑上,衣物处理筒与冷凝式烘干模块相连通;所述冷凝式烘干模块包括底座和冷凝器,所述的后支撑上开设用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口。
在上述方案中,所述的衣物处理筒优选为烘干筒,通过将用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口设置在后支撑上保留整机前面板一体结构,使得前面板具有整体性,有利于前面板的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时将开口设置在后支撑上有利于增强前面板的结构强度。
当然的,本发明中,该用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口也可以设置在衣物处理设备的侧面上即衣物处理设备的左右两侧中其中一侧的侧面上,同样于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,且也有利于增强前面板的结构强度。
优选的,所述的开口上设置有冷凝器固定座,所述的冷凝器固定座在冷凝器插入安装在底座上时,固定所述的冷凝器。
在上述方案中,冷凝器固定座的形状与冷凝器对应端匹配设置,在冷凝器安装在底座上时,冷凝器固定座和冷凝器对应的一端密封连接,从而防止了烘干风由该处漏出。
优选的,所述的冷凝器固定座为一独立件,通过紧固件固定在后支撑的开口处。
优选的,所述冷凝器上设置有卡接件,所述的冷凝器的固定座上设置有卡槽,冷凝器插入安装在底座上时,所述的卡接件与卡槽卡接固定。
优选的,所述的冷凝器固定座包括有本体,本体的中心设置有安装口,本体外周设置有螺钉座通过螺钉固定在后支撑上,所述冷凝器的一端通过所述安装口插入安装在底座上,另一端设置有若干可转动的卡接件,所述的安装口的侧壁上对应各卡接件开设有卡槽,调节卡接件的位置,实现卡接件与卡槽的卡接固定;
优选的,所述的冷凝器为长方体结构,长方体结构的一端端面的四角上分别设置有所述的卡接件,所述的安装口的侧壁上对应各卡接件的位置分别设置有卡槽,每一卡槽至少具有一个朝向安装口中心的槽口,用于卡接件转动至该卡槽内时,卡接固定所述的冷凝器。
在上述方案中,所述的卡接件的卡接部通过转动可卡入卡槽内或通过转动可脱离所述的卡槽,通过在长方体结构一端端面的四角分别设置所述的卡接件,可实现稳定固定冷凝器。
优选的,所述后支撑上还可拆卸安装有盖板,所述的盖板遮蔽所述后支撑的外表面。
在上述方案中,因为所述的开口设置在了后支撑上,从而影响了衣物处理设备后部的外观,因此本发明中进一步在后支撑上可拆卸的设置了盖板,该盖板遮蔽住所述的开口,从而使得整机外观一体化,有利于对衣物处理设备进行全方位一体设计。
优选的,衣物处理设备内部上下分别设置有第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,所述的底座安装在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间。
在上述方案中,根据双子洗衣机的特点将底座设置在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间,根现有技术中将底座设置在干衣筒的底部相比,将底座设置在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间提升了冷凝器的安装高度,方便了对冷凝器安装和拆卸。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第一衣物处理筒设置有第一后支撑,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第二衣物处理筒设置有第二后支撑,其中,所述的开口设置在所述的第一后支撑上。
在上述方案中,开口设置在第一后支撑上,提升了开口的高度,方便了用户安装拆卸冷凝器。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备上对应所述第一后支撑和第二后支撑分别设置有第一盖板和第二盖板,所述的第一盖板遮蔽所述第一后支撑的外表面,所述的第二盖板遮蔽所述的第二后支撑的外表面。
在上述方案中,第一盖板遮蔽第一后支撑,也遮蔽了第一后支撑上的开口,而第二盖板遮蔽第二后支撑,该第一盖板和第二盖板配合可遮蔽整个衣物处理设备的背部。衣物处理设备的背面一般朝向墙面设置,因此对其外观要求较小。
另一方面,本发明中,设置第一盖板和第二盖板与只设置一个盖板相比,更加有利于用户安装拆卸冷凝器,在实际的拆卸过程中,用户只需要拆卸下第一盖板进行更换冷凝器,而不需要拆下第二盖板,因此大幅度降低了更换冷凝器的难度。
优选的,所述的开口设置在后支撑一侧边沿上,所述底座上对应该开口设置有冷凝器安装腔,冷凝器安装腔的安装开口开设在底座的后侧且正对开口设置;
在上述方案中,通过将所述的开口设置在后支撑一侧的边沿上,则冷凝器被安装在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间靠近衣物处理设备的左侧或右侧边沿位置,根据第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的结构可知,衣物处理设备内第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间靠近左右两侧边沿的位置空隙最大,在后支撑的一侧边沿上设置所述的开口则恰好将冷凝器安装在了该位置处,从而充分利用了双子衣物处理设备的结构特点,节约了双子衣物处理设备内部空间。
优选的,所述的冷凝器为长方体结构,与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置。
在上述方案中,该冷凝器被设计为长方体结构,并与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置进一步节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间。
优选的,所述的底座上还设置有冷凝器冷却风道,所述的冷凝器冷却风道的进风口设置在衣物处理设备的侧面或背面;
在上述方案中,通过将冷却风道的进风口设置在了衣物处理设备的侧面或背面,同样保留整机前面板一体结构,使得前面板具有整体性,有利于前面板的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时有利于增强前面板的结构强度。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明中,通过将用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口设置在衣物处理设备的背侧,保留整机前面板一体结构,使得前面板具有整体性,有利于前面板的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时将开口设置在后支撑上有利于增强前面板的结构强度。
2、本发明中冷凝器冷却风道的进风口设置在衣物处理设备的侧面或背面,同样保留整机前面板一体结构,使得前面板具有整体性,有利于前面板的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美 观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时将开口设置在后支撑上有利于增强前面板的结构强度。
3、衣物处理设备内部上下分别设置有第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,所述的底座安装在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间。所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第一衣物处理筒设置有第一后支撑,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第二衣物处理筒设置有第二后支撑,其中,所述的开口设置在所述的第一后支撑上。开口设置在第一后支撑上,提升了开口的高度,方便了用户安装拆卸冷凝器。所述的衣物处理设备上对应所述第一后支撑和第二后支撑分别设置有第一盖板和第二盖板,所述的第一盖板遮蔽所述第一后支撑的外表面,所述的第二盖板遮蔽所述的第二后支撑的外表面,设置第一盖板和第二盖板与只设置一个盖板相比,更加有利于用户安装拆卸冷凝器,在实际的拆卸过程中,用户只需要拆卸下第一盖板进行更换冷凝器,而不需要拆下第二盖板,因此大幅度降低了更换冷凝器的难度。
4、本发明中通过将所述的开口设置在后支撑一侧的边沿上,则冷凝器被安装在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间靠近衣物处理设备的左侧或右侧边沿位置,根据第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的结构可知,衣物处理设备内第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间靠近左右两侧边沿的位置空隙最大,在后支撑的一侧边沿上设置所述的开口则恰好将冷凝器安装在了该位置处,从而充分利用了双子衣物处理设备的结构特点,节约了双子衣物处理设备内部空间。

参见图1-图5所示,本实施例提供一种衣物处理设备,包括后支撑1、衣物处理筒和冷凝式烘干模块,所述衣物处理筒的后端安装在后支撑1上,衣物处理筒与冷凝式烘干模块相连通;所述冷凝式烘干模块包括底座和冷凝器2,所述的后支撑1上开设用于冷凝器2插入安装在底座上的开口。
在上述方案中,所述的衣物处理筒优选为烘干筒,通过将用于冷凝器2插入安装在底座上的开口设置在后支撑1上保留整机前面板16一体结构,使得前面板16具有整体性,有利于前面板16的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时将开口设置在后支撑1上有利于增强了前面板16的结构强度。
当然的,本发明中,该用于冷凝器2插入安装在底座上的开口也可以设置在衣物处理设备的侧面17上即衣物处理设备的左右两侧中其中一侧的侧面17上,同样于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,且也有利于增强了前面板16的结构强度。
例如,在衣物处理设备的侧面17上开设安装孔,以将冷凝器2安装进去。优选的,该冷凝器2为长方体结构,则对应在衣物处理设备的侧面17开设长方形的开口,方便将冷凝器2 插入,此时冷凝器2的把手则设置在其长度侧面上,而不是端部。
优选的,在所述后支撑1上设置所述的开口,所述的开口上设置有冷凝器固定座3,所述的冷凝器固定座3在冷凝器2插入安装在底座上时,固定所述的冷凝器2。
在上述方案中,冷凝器固定座3的形状与冷凝器2对应端匹配设置,在冷凝器2安装在底座4上时,冷凝器固定座3和冷凝器2对应的一端密封连接,从而防止了烘干风由该处漏出。

在上述方案中,所述的卡接件5的卡接部通过转动可卡入卡槽内或通过转动可脱离所述的卡槽,通过在长方体结构一端端面的四角分别设置所述的卡接件5,可实现稳定固定冷凝器2。
实施例二
参见图1-图5所示,实施例二在实施例一的基础上进一步公开衣物处理设备的后支撑1上还可拆卸安装有盖板,所述的盖板遮蔽所述后支撑1的外表面。
在上述方案中,因为所述的开口设置在了后支撑1上,从而影响了衣物处理设备后部的外观,因此本发明中进一步在后支撑1上可拆卸的设置了盖板,该盖板遮蔽住所述的开口,从而使得整机外观一体化,有利于对衣物处理设备进行全方位一体设计。
优选的,衣物处理设备内部上下分别设置有第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8,所述的底座安装在第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8之间。

优选的,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8分别设置有第一后支撑9和第二后支撑,其中,所述的开口设置在所述的第一后支撑9上。所述的底座4和第一后支撑9连接。
在上述方案中,开口设置在第一后支撑9上,提升了开口的高度,方便了用户安装拆卸冷凝器2。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备上对应所述第一后支撑9和第二后支撑分别设置有第一盖板10和第二盖板11,所述的第一盖板10遮蔽所述第一后支撑9的外表面,所述的第二盖板11遮蔽所述的第二后支撑的外表面。
在上述方案中,第一盖板10遮蔽第一后支撑9,也遮蔽了第一后支撑9上的开口,而第二盖板11遮蔽第二后支撑,该第一盖板10和第二盖板11配合可遮蔽整个衣物处理设备的背部。衣物处理设备的背面一般朝向墙面设置,因此对其外观要求较小。

优选的,为了更加方便用于安装拆卸冷凝器2,则在第一盖板10上对应第一后支撑9上开口的位置开设操作口,该操作口不小于冷凝器固定座3上的安装口,用于在拆装冷凝器2时,通过该操作口进行取出或插入冷凝器2。
优选的,所述的开口设置在后支撑1一侧边沿上,所述底座4上对应该开口设置有冷凝器安装腔,冷凝器安装腔的安装开口开设在底座的后侧且正对开口设置;
在上述方案中,通过将所述的开口设置在后支撑1一侧的边沿上,则冷凝器2被安装在第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8之间靠近衣物处理设备的左侧或右侧边沿位置,根据第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8的结构可知,衣物处理设备内第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8之间靠近左右两侧边沿的位置空隙最大,在后支撑1的一侧边沿上设置所述的开口则恰好将冷凝器2安装在了该位置处,从而充分利用了双子衣物处理设备的结构特点,节约了双子衣物处理设备内部空间。
优选的,所述的冷凝器安装腔室包括成型在底座4上的冷凝器安装槽,所述安装槽的槽顶覆盖设置有上壳体14,形成风道,所述冷凝器安装腔室一侧连通衣物处理设备的烘干风道 的前风道,另一侧连通烘干风道的后风道。所述后支撑1上安装有风机12。
优选的,所述的冷凝器2为长方体结构,与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置。
在上述方案中,该冷凝器2被设计为长方体结构,并与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置进一步节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间。
优选的,所述的底座4上还设置有冷凝器冷却风道,所述的冷凝器冷却风道的进风口设置在衣物处理设备的侧面17或背面;
在上述方案中,通过将冷却风道的进风口设置在了衣物处理设备的侧面17或背面,同样保留整机前面板16一体结构,使得前面板16具有整体性,有利于前面板16的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时有利于增强前面板16的结构强度。
所述的冷却风道包括设置在底座4上的蜗壳13,所述蜗壳13的进口与所述的冷却风道的进风口相对设置,蜗壳13内的叶轮通过安装在底座4上的电机15驱动转动。
现有技术中将用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口设置在前面板上,则减弱了前面板的强度,前面板容易变形,而后支撑结构强度优良,本发明中将该开口设置在后支撑上,则可解决了开口设置在前面板上降低了前面板强度的问题。

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括后支撑、衣物处理筒和冷凝式烘干模块,所述衣物处理筒的后端安装在后支撑上,衣物处理筒与冷凝式烘干模块相连通;所述冷凝式烘干模块包括底座和冷凝器,所述的后支撑上开设用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的开口上设置有冷凝器固定座,所述的冷凝器固定座在冷凝器插入安装在底座上时,固定所述的冷凝器。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述冷凝器上设置有卡接件,所述的冷凝器的固定座上设置有卡槽,冷凝器插入安装在底座上时,所述的卡接件与卡槽卡接固定。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的冷凝器固定座包括有本体,本体的中心设置有安装口,所述冷凝器的一端通过所述安装口插入安装在底座上,另一端设置有若干可转动的卡接件,调节卡接件的位置,实现卡接件与卡槽的卡接固定;
    优选的,所述的冷凝器为长方体结构,长方体结构的一端端面的四角上分别设置有所述的卡接件,所述的安装口的侧壁上对应各卡接件的位置分别设置有卡槽,每一卡槽至少具有一个朝向安装口中心的槽口,用于卡接件转动至该卡槽内时,卡接固定所述的冷凝器。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述后支撑上还可拆卸安装有盖板,所述的盖板遮蔽所述后支撑的外表面。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,衣物处理设备内部上下分别设置有第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,所述的底座安装在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第一衣物处理筒设置有第一后支撑,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第二衣物处理筒设置有第二后支撑,其中,所述的开口设置在所述的第一后支撑上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的衣物处理设备上对应所述第一后支撑和第二后支撑分别设置有第一盖板和第二盖板,所述的第一盖板遮蔽所述第一后支撑的外表面,所述的第二盖板遮蔽所述的第二后支撑的外表面。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的开口设置在后支撑一侧边沿上,所述底座上对应该开口设置有冷凝器安装腔,冷凝器安装腔的安装开口开设在底座的后侧且正对开口设置;
    优选的,所述的冷凝器为长方体结构,与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的底座上还设置有冷凝器冷却风道,所述的冷凝器冷却风道的进风口设置在衣物处理设备的侧面或背面。
