一种过滤支架、线屑过滤装置及衣物处理装置

技术领域
本申请属于衣物处理技术领域,例如公开了一种过滤支架、线屑过滤装置及衣物处理装置。
背景技术
干衣机是一种用于对衣物进行烘干处理的衣物处理装置,其按照工作方式通常被分为直排式干衣机、热泵式干衣机等。直排式干衣机的烘干风经过滚筒后直接排放到空气中,热泵式干衣机的烘干风在整个风路循环系统中循环流动。
在衣物烘干过程中,高温气流经过滚筒中需要干燥衣物的表面时,会有一些细小的线屑被带出,线屑在随烘干风流动的过程中,可能会造成风路堵塞或者对衣物造成二次污染,尤其是对于热泵式干衣机,线屑若进入风道中,可能会吸附在冷凝器、蒸发器或者风扇上,造成热泵系统运行效率降低或者故障等问题,且增加干衣机的清理难度。因此,相关技术中,干衣机内通常设置有线屑过滤装置。
相关技术中的线屑过滤装置,通常包括相铰接装配的两个半盒体,每个半盒体上均设置有过滤网,当两个半盒体装配固定后,两者之间形成线屑容纳腔。干衣机长期工作后,两个半盒体上的过滤网上粘附有大量的线屑,需要定期清理。对于热泵干衣机,由于干衣机为闭式循环,相关技术中的线屑过滤装置受限于过滤网安装空间,过滤网面积较小,因此线屑积累较快,清洗频率高,导致用户体验较差。
发明内容
本申请提供一种过滤支架、线屑过滤装置及衣物处理装置,以提高对线屑的过滤效果,降低线屑清理频率,且提高线屑过滤装置的拆装性能。
本申请提供一种过滤支架,包括:
内过滤支架,包括顶端相连且下端能够相对展开或合拢的两个内架体,两个所述内过滤支架设置为安装内过滤网;
外过滤支架,包括相对设置的两个外半盒体,所述内过滤支架设置于两个所述外半盒体之间,且每个所述外半盒体的下端均与对应侧的所述内架体的下端转动连接,两个所述外半盒体的上端能够相对扣合或展开,两个所述外半盒体设置为安装外过滤网,每个所述外半盒体的顶端开设有用于透风的过滤进风口。
一种线屑过滤装置,包括如上所述的过滤支架,还包括过滤网,所述过滤网包括覆设于所述两个外半盒体上的外过滤网及覆设于所述内过滤支架外表面的内过滤网。
一种衣物处理装置,包括如上所述的线屑过滤装置。

如图1所示,本实施例提供了一种衣物处理装置,其能够用于对衣物进行烘干处理,且本实施例提供的衣物处理装置可以为干衣机,也可以为洗干式一体机。
在一实施例中,衣物处理装置包括壳体700、设置于壳体700内部的滚筒600以及设置在壳体700与滚筒600之间的热泵系统。壳体700内壁与滚筒600外壁之间形成有风道,热泵系统设置于风道内,壳体700于滚筒600的前端开口处设置有与风道连通的风道进风口,滚筒600的后端设置有风道出风口。热泵系统包括压缩机400、冷凝器300、节流装置800、蒸发器200及烘干风扇900等,蒸发器200、冷凝器300及烘干风扇900沿气流流动方向依次排布,且压缩机400、冷凝器300、节流装置800及蒸发器200用管路依次连通并形成冷媒循环管路,冷媒循环管路中填充有冷媒介质。
在热泵系统运行时,压缩机400将冷媒介质加压升温后送入至冷凝器300,高温冷媒介质在冷凝器300处与风道中的空气换热转换成低温低压气体,低温低压气体经过节流装置800后输送至蒸发器200中,进入蒸发器200后,吸收流经蒸发器200表面的高温湿热气体的热量后升温并回流至压缩机400内,完成冷媒流动循环。同时,风道中的气流在烘干风扇900的作用下由风道出风口进入滚筒600,高温气体经过滚筒600时与湿润的衣物接触变成湿热气体,湿热气体由风道进风口进入到风道内并吹向蒸发器200,在蒸发器200处与低温冷媒介质换热,湿热气体被冷凝除湿形成干燥空气,干燥空气经过冷凝器300后与冷凝器300中的高温冷媒介质换热形成高温干燥空气,高温干燥空气继续流动并由风道出风口再次进入到滚筒600内,形成气流流动循环,并通过空气的循环流动带走衣物中的水分,实现对衣物的烘干。
在本实施例中,由于湿热空气在蒸发器200中被冷凝降温并形成有冷凝水,风道中还设置有承接冷凝水的集水盘500,以对冷凝水进行收集。在本申请中,壳体700、滚筒600及热泵系统的设置均可参照相关技术进行设置,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,为避免衣物中的线屑随空气流动进入到风道中,风道进风口处还设置线屑过滤装置100,以对流出滚筒600的线屑进行收集。线屑过滤装置100包括过滤支架和设置在过滤支架上的过滤网,过滤支架设置为安装过滤网,并实现线屑过滤装置100在壳体700上的安装,过滤网设置为对进入过滤支架中的线屑进行过滤和收集,避免线屑继续随空气流动。
如图2和图3所示,过滤支架包括外过滤支架2和内过滤支架1,内过滤支架1包括顶部相连且下端可相对展开或合拢的两个内架体11;外过滤支架2包括相对设置的两个外半盒体21,两个外半盒体21分别位于两个内架体11的两侧,且两个外半盒体21的下端分别与对应侧的内架体11转动连接,两个外半盒体21的顶端能够相对扣合或分离。过滤网包括覆设于两个外半盒体21上的外过滤网及覆设于内过滤支架1外表面的内过滤网,内过滤网及外过滤支架2合围形成用于收集线屑的线屑收集腔,外半盒体21的顶部开设有与线屑收集腔连通的过滤进风口2111。
本实施例提供的线屑过滤支架,通过设置内过滤支架1和外过滤支架2,且在内过滤支架1和外过滤支架2均用于设置过滤网,能够在保持线屑过滤装置整体外形尺寸不变的基础上,增加过滤网的面积,从而增大过滤面积,提高线屑过滤装置线屑的收容量,从而降低线屑过滤装置的清理频率,提高用户使用体验;同时,通过将内架体11的上端连接,内架体11的下端与外半盒体21的下端转动连接,使得在对线屑过滤装置清理时,可以较为方便地对整个线屑过滤装置进行展开,从而提高线屑过滤装置的清理便利性,同时也方便清理后的线屑过滤装置进行合拢装配,提高线屑过滤装置的拆装便利性和清洁效率。
本实施例提供的线屑过滤装置,通过采用上述的过滤支架安装过滤网,能够增大过滤网的面积,增大线屑收容量,从而降低线屑清理频率,且能够提高线屑过滤装置的清理便利性,提高用户的使用体验。
本实施例提供的衣物处理装置,通过采用上述的线屑过滤装置,能够降低线屑清理频率,提高用户使用体验。
如图2、图4及图6所示,每个外半盒体21的开口均朝向另一外半盒体21。且每个外半盒体21均包括用于安装外过滤网的外过滤板部212、连接于外过滤板部212顶端的盒顶板211、连接于外过滤板部212相对两侧的盒侧板214以及连接于外过滤板部212底部的盒底板213,盒侧板214的上下两端分别与盒顶板 211及盒底板213连接,盒顶板211、外过滤板部212、盒侧板214及盒底板213合围形成开口朝向另一外半盒体21的盒空间。
盒顶板211可选为开口向上的圆弧形结构,以适配风道进风口的形状,且每个盒顶板211上均开设有多个过滤进风口2111,以在保证进风量的同时,减小单个过滤进风口2111的尺寸,提高结构强度的同时,避免线屑收集腔中的线屑通过过滤进风口2111飞出线屑过滤装置的外部。可选地,过滤进风口2111沿圆弧结构周向排布有多行,每行过滤进风口2111沿圆弧结构的径向设置有多个过滤进风口2111,以提高加工便利性。过滤进风口2111可选为长圆孔,更有利于线屑的穿过与下沉,以充分将线屑收集在收集腔内。
盒顶板211沿外过滤板部212及盒侧板214的外侧向外延伸并形成有凸沿部216,凸沿部216可搭设在风道进风口的开口端面处,以方便将线屑过滤装置安装在风道进风口处。
为方便线屑过滤装置的拆装,每个盒顶板211上均设置有取放口218,且两个盒顶板211上的取放口218正对连通。每个外过滤板部212的顶端均沿朝向另一外过滤板部212的方向延伸有握杆部217,两个握杆部217正对设置,握杆部217位于取放口218中。取放口218和握杆部217的设置,使用户能够通过抓取握杆部217的方式实现线屑过滤装置的风道进风口处的取放,提高线屑过滤装置的拆装便利性。
由于取放口218的设置使盒顶板211分隔为两个部分,为保证盒顶板211的结构强度,盒顶板211的内表面凸设有加强筋219。可选地,加强筋219沿盒顶板211的周向间隔设置有多个,且加强筋位于相邻两排过滤进风口2111之间。可选地,取放口218的边缘处同样设置有加强筋219,以增强外半盒体21在取放口218处的局部结构强度。
为保证线屑过滤装置装配后的稳定性,两个外半盒体21的上端可拆卸连接,连接方式可以为卡接、螺接或者插接等。可选地,在本实施例中,两个握杆部217上贯通开设有插孔2171,且插孔2171贯通外半盒体21的相对两侧,两个外半盒体21通过穿设于两个插孔2171中的连接杆连接。该种连接方式,可以使得两个握杆部217采用相同的结构,简化外过滤支架2的加工。在其他实施例中,也可以是一个握杆部217上设置插孔2171,另一个握杆部217上开设螺纹孔,采用螺纹连接件实现两者之间的连接。
外过滤板部212上设置有外通风口2121,外过滤网覆设在外通风口2121上。可选地,外通风口2121沿外过滤板部212的长度方向间隔设置有两个,两个外通风口2121之间的外过滤板部212的部分形成外分隔筋2122,以在保证外过滤网的有效过滤面积的同时,减小单个外过滤网的尺寸,降低外过滤网的成本; 同时,也避免外通风口2121过大而导致外过滤板部212的结构强度难以保证的问题。可选地,外过滤板部212于外通风口2121的相对两侧均凸出设置有限位筋条215,限位筋条215定位外过滤网的安装位置。在其他实施例中,两个外通风口2121也可以采用同一外过滤网覆设。外过滤网在外过滤板部212上的安装方式可参考相关技术,此处不再赘述。
在线屑过滤装置装配后,两个外半盒体21的侧开口端面贴合,以避免装配后的线屑过滤装置出现漏风问题。为方便内过滤支架1的安装,两个外半盒体21的上端拼合,外半盒体21的下端相对张开并形成具有下开口的安装空间,内过滤支架1位于所述安装空间中。安装空间的设置,可以在保证外过滤支架2整体尺寸不变的情况下,增长内过滤支架1的长度,从而增大内过滤网的尺寸,增大过滤面积;且安装空间的设置,能够更好地实现两者之间的折叠设置,增加过滤支架1在展开后的总体长度。
可选地,每个盒侧板214上均开设有安装缺口2141,每个安装缺口2141均贯通盒侧板214的下端面及盒侧板214朝向另一外半盒体21的一面,两个外半盒体21的安装缺口2141合围形成有开口向下的安装口,安装口形成安装空间的侧向开口,内过滤支架1的两端伸入对应侧的安装口并与安装口的侧壁贴合。安装口的设置,能够更好地实现线屑过滤装置装配后,内过滤支架1在外过滤支架2上的限位,避免内过滤支架1产生晃动,提高线屑过滤装置的装配稳定性。在其他实施例中,内过滤支架1也可以完全设置在外过滤支架2内部,即两个半壳体的盒侧板214完全贴合。
为了增加外过滤支架2与内过滤支架1的接触面积,盒侧板214的内表面环绕安装缺口2141设置有凸筋部,凸筋部与内过滤支架1的表面贴合。
如图4-图8所示,在本实施例中,每个内架体11与对应的外半盒体21通过轴连接结构3转动连接,轴连接结构3包括第一连接结构31和第二连接结构32,第一连接结构31上开设有轴孔314,第二连接结构32上具有转轴部321,转轴部321转动穿设于轴孔314中。通过轴与孔的转动配合形式实现两者之间的转动连接,可以实现两者之间的大范围转动,且结构稳定性和使用寿命长。可选地,轴连接结构3沿内过滤支架1的长度方向间隔设置有至少两组,以提高转动连接稳定性。
第一连接结构31包括上座部311、半圆筒部312及连接弧部313:上座部311与每个外半盒体21或对应的内架体11连接;半圆筒部312的上端与上座部311的侧面连接,半圆筒部312上开设有弧形口3121;连接弧部313的内表面为与半圆筒部312同轴且等半径的圆弧面,外表面为光顺的曲面,连接弧部313与弧形口3121一一对应设置,连接弧部313的上端与上座部311连接,连接弧 部313的下端与半圆筒部312的下侧内表面连接,半圆筒部312与连接弧部313合围形成轴孔314。
第二连接结构32包括转轴部321、连接筋板部322及环形筋部323。连接筋板部322与每个外半盒体21或对应内架体11连接,连接筋板部322与转轴部321的轴线平行且与转轴部321的外壁面连接;环形筋部323凸设于转轴部321的外侧且沿转轴部321的轴向间隔设置有多个,每个环形筋部323的一端与连接筋板部322的一侧垂直连接,每个环形筋部323的从所述一端沿转轴部321的周向延伸至连接筋板部322的另一相对侧并向上延伸至与连接筋板部322的上端平齐。
该种第一连接结构31和第二连接结构32的设置,有利于在加工时进行上下开模,从而能够简化模具结构,提高加工模具的使用寿命。
为方便转轴部321插入轴孔314中,转轴部321的插入端设置有倒角3211,用于为进入轴孔314进行导向。可选地,转轴部321靠近插入端的位置开设有环形的凹槽3212,以使得插入端可以相对第二连接结构32的主体结构产生一定的偏转变形,更加有利于将转轴部321插入轴孔314中,有利于转轴部321在插入轴孔314时的找准,提高装配便利性。
在本实施例中,每个内架体11均通过两个轴连接结构3与外半盒体21连接,且每个内架体11的底部两端分别设置两个所述轴连接结构3中的一个轴连接结构3的第一连接结构31和两个所述轴连接结构3中的另一个轴连接结构3的第二连接结构32,外半盒体21的底部两端对应设置第二连接结构32和第一连接结构31。
如图9和图10所示,内架体11包括内过滤板部111,内过滤板部111上开设有内通风口1111,内过滤网包裹内过滤支架1的外侧面,实现对内过滤支架111侧部和顶部的覆盖。可选地,内通风口1111沿内过滤支架111的长度方向间隔设置有两个,以减小单个内通风口1111的尺寸,增强内架体11的整体结构强度,两个内通风口1111之间的内过滤板部111部分形成内分隔筋1112。
内过滤板部111的下端可以连接有连接板部112,连接板部112上设置有上述的第一连接结构31和第二连接结构32。连接板部112的设置,可以在减小内过滤板部111的厚度的同时,保证第一连接结构31和第二连接结构32在内架体11上的设置稳定性。
两个内架体11的顶端通过柔性结构12连接,且柔性结构12与内架体11一体成型,以简化内过滤支架1的加工。示例性地,柔性结构12可以包括连接座部121,连接座部121为开口朝下的开口环结构,且两端分别与两个内架体 11的顶端连接。连接座部121的厚度小于内架体11的厚度,且连接座部121沿内架体11的长度方向间隔设置有多个。
连接座部121为开口朝下的U型结构,连接座部121包括顶座部1211和连接于顶座部1211两端的两个侧座部1212,两个侧座部1212分别与内架体11连接,且顶座部1211与侧座部1212连接处的厚度小于其余部分的厚度,由此可以保证连接座部121在拐角处的柔性,实现顶座部1211和侧座部1212之间的相对展开。在其他实施例中,连接座部121还可以为圆弧形结构。
连接座部121沿内架体11的长度方向间隔设置有至少两个,以保证两个内架体11之间的连接可靠性。在本实施例中,连接座部121设置有三个,其中两个连接座部121位于内架体11沿长度方向的两端,另一个连接座部121位于内架体11沿长度方向的中部且与内分隔筋1112正对设置。
可选地,侧座部1212的外表面与内过滤板部111的外表面光顺连接,以减小连接处的棱角,避免产生应力集中。
可选地,相邻两个顶座部1211之间连接有加强梁部122,以增强内过滤支架1的整体结构强度,避免内过滤支架1在装配使用时产生变形。可选地,加强梁部122的顶面与顶座部1211的顶面位于同一平面上。
在其他实施例中,两个内架体11也可以通过转轴结构或者其他铰接结构实现连接,本实施例不再一一赘述。
实施例二
如图11-图13所示,本实施例提供了一种过滤支架、线屑过滤装置及衣物处理装置,且本实施例提供的过滤支架及线屑过滤装置,基本结构与实施例一一致,仅内过滤支架1存在结构差异,本实施例不再对与实施例一相同的结构进行赘述。
本实施例提供的内过滤支架1还包括一体成型于内架体11上的容纳半盒部13,容纳半盒部13位于内过滤支架1的底部及位于内过滤网的内侧,当线屑过滤装置装配后,两个容纳半盒部13扣合形成容纳盒部,容纳盒部中具有容纳空间,容纳空间中可以放置香薰等介质。
本实施例提供的线屑过滤装置,通过在内过滤支架1的内侧(即两个内架体11之间)设置容纳盒部,可以使得在容纳盒部可以容纳香薰等介质的同时,这种结构的优势在于线屑可以优先经过过滤网过滤,从而能够避免或者减少线屑进入到容纳盒部中,进而避免线屑对介质造成污染,提高介质的使用效果,同时也能避免线屑堵塞容纳盒部,保证介质的正常使用;同时,由于容纳半盒部13一体成型于内架体11上,当线屑过滤装置装配后,容纳半盒部13扣合形 成容纳盒部,当线屑过滤装置打开后,两个容纳盒部打开,介质可以取出或者放入至容纳半盒中,从而能够使得在进行线屑清理的过程中,能够进行介质的更换,提高介质更换的便利性;再者,容纳半盒部13一体成型于内架体11上,能够提高容纳半盒部13的使用寿命,且降低线屑过滤装置的组装难度,降低内过滤支架1的加工成本;最后,由于容纳盒部设置在内过滤网的内侧,能够避免容纳盒部的设置影响内过滤网的面积,从而保证线屑过滤效果。
值得说明的是,介质为挥发性介质,且介质可以为具有香味的香薰介质,香薰介质挥发至滚筒后,会附着在滚筒内的衣物上,从而使得烘干后的衣物具有一定的香味,提高用户体验。挥发性介质还可以为具有杀菌、消毒等功能的杀菌、消毒介质,以消除衣物上的细菌、病毒,或挥发性介质还可以为满足用户其他要求的介质。同时,挥发性介质可以呈块状、颗粒状等固体,可直接放入容纳盒部中,或通过带有镂空结构的容纳结构放入容纳盒部中;或挥发性介质也可以为液体,此时,可以在容纳盒部中设置吸附块对液体进行吸附,从而实现介质的存放,吸附块可以为泡棉、海绵等。
可选地,容纳半盒部13包括凸设在内过滤板部111内表面一侧且封闭的环形凸筋131。在本实施例中,环形凸筋131呈拱门形,以提高外形美观性,且方便内过滤支架1的脱模加工。同时,拱门形的顶端为圆弧形结构,可以减小风阻,提高空气流动的顺畅性。在其他实施例中,环形凸筋131可以为圆形、多边形或者其他异形结构,只要保证两个容纳半盒部13能够在线屑过滤装置装配后扣合形成容纳盒部即可。
容纳半盒部13的顶端与内分隔筋1112的下端连接,下端与内通风口1111的下侧边缘连接,以提高内过滤支架1的整体结构强度,且提高内过滤支架1的加工便利性。
内过滤板部111对应容纳半盒部13的内腔贯通开设有侧透气孔132,侧透气孔132有利于使挥发性介质通过侧透气孔132挥发并散发至风道中,提高介质挥发的效果,有利于气流在容纳盒部中的流动。
在一实施例中,容纳半盒部13的环形凸筋131上开设有与容置腔连通的顶透气孔133,以提高介质的使用效果,促进气流在容纳盒部中的流动,提高介质的挥发效果。在本实施例中,两个容纳半盒部13的顶透气孔133合围形成顶透气口,顶透气口沿容纳盒部的周向间隔设置有多个。在其他实施例中,也可以是每个容纳半盒部13上的顶透气孔133单独开设,或仅有一个容纳半盒部13上开设顶透气孔133。
可选地,顶透气口设置在容纳盒部的顶部,气流能够从顶透气孔133进入到容纳盒部中后,从侧透气孔132挥发出去,更好地促进空气的流动。
在本实施例中,顶透气口为六边形,在其他实施例中,顶透气口可以为圆形、三角形或者其他形状。
可选地,两个容纳半盒部13的结构相同,以简化内过滤支架1的加工。
为提高容纳盒部装配后的结构稳定性,容纳盒部还包括连接结构,连接结构包括设置于其中一个容纳半盒部13上的第一连接部和设置在另一容纳半盒部13上的第二连接部,第一连接部和第二连接部中的一个可以为卡凸,另一个为卡槽,即第一连接部和第二连接部卡接;或,第一连接部和第二连接部中的一个可以为磁铁,另一个可以为金属片等磁吸附件或极性相反的磁铁,即第一连接部和第二连接部磁吸连接。能用于扣合连接两个容纳盒部的卡接结构或磁吸结构为相关技术,此处不再赘述。
线屑过滤装置上的其他结构可以参考实施例一进行设置,此处不再赘述。
实施例三
如图14-图17所示,本实施例提供了一种线屑过滤装置和干衣机,且本实施例提供的线屑过滤装置是基于实施例一中的线屑过滤装置的改动,本实施例不再对与实施例一相同的结构进行赘述。
本实施例提供的线屑过滤装置除包括内过滤支架1和外过滤支架2外,还包括介质盒4,介质盒4可拆卸设置于内过滤支架1的内侧且能够相对内过滤支架1沿内过滤支架1的长度方向滑动。介质盒4具有用于存放介质的容置腔,且介质盒4上设置有用于介质挥发的透风孔43。
本实施例提供的线屑过滤装置,通过在内过滤支架1的内侧设置介质盒4,使得介质盒4内可以用于存放具有香薰或者消毒杀菌功能的挥发性介质,满足用户对介质的使用需求;同时,由于介质盒4设置在内过滤支架1的内侧,使得介质盒4位于内过滤网的内部,从而进入到线屑过滤装置内的线屑因内过滤网的遮挡而无法进入到介质盒4处,有效避免介质盒4被线屑堵塞以及线屑对介质造成污染,保证介质的正常、有效使用,降低介质盒4的清理难度;再者,由于介质盒4可滑动的设置在内过滤支架1上,从而能够通过调节介质盒4在内过滤支架1上的位置,实现内架体11中筋部对介质盒4上部分透风孔43的选择性遮挡,从而调节介质挥发的浓度,改善用户使用体验。
在本实施例中,介质盒4的下端支承于内架体11的连接板部112上,从而能够使得介质盒4在连接板部112上滑动。可选地,介质盒4的相对两个侧面分别与对应侧的内过滤板部111的内表面贴合,从而使得介质盒4能够稳定夹持在两个内架体11之间,避免介质盒4在内架体11内产生左右晃动。
可选地,介质盒4的上端与内过滤支架1的上端内表面滑动连接,从而能够 增大介质盒4的整体尺寸,且使得介质盒4的上下两端夹设在内过滤支架1的上下两端之间,保证了介质盒4在内过滤支架1上的设置稳定性,避免介质盒4在风压作用下产生晃动。可选地,介质盒4在垂直于内过滤支架1长度方向的平面的投影外轮廓与内过滤支架1内表面在该平面上的投影轮廓重合,从而能够有效增加介质盒4与内过滤支架1的接触面积,提高介质盒4的设置稳定性。
在本实施例中,介质盒4包括盒体41和盒盖42,盒体41具有一侧开口的容置槽,盒盖42盖设在容置槽的开口处并与盒体41合围形成容置腔。盒体41与盒盖42可拆卸连接方式,可拆卸连接方式可以是卡接、螺纹连接或者粘接等,可拆卸连接的具体结构可以采用相关技术中的结构,此处不再赘述。
在本实施例中,盒体41的整体外形与内过滤支架1的内表面形状相一致,且盒体41与内过滤支架1长度方向垂直的一侧设置有上述的开口。该种设置,可以更加方便盒体41的加工,提高盒盖42与盒体41拆装便利性。在其他实施例中,也可以是盒体41朝向内过滤网的一侧形成开口。
在本实施例中,盒体41包括左右对称设置的两个半盒部411,两个半盒部411通过焊接或者可拆卸连接的方式连接。在其他实施例中,盒体41也可以为一体成型结构。
可选地,盒体41每处壁厚大致相等,以方便盒体41的加工成型。
为提高线屑过滤装置装配后的结构稳定性,可选地,两个内架体11的下端在装配后可拆卸连接。从而保证两个内架体11下端之间相对固定,从而使得整个线屑过滤装置处于不能展开的状态,保持整个线屑过滤装置的稳定性。
可选地,两个内架体11卡接连接,以方便内架体11的合拢和拆装。可选地,其中一个内架体11设置有卡接件14,另一个内架体11上设置有卡口,卡接件14卡接于卡口中。
在一实施例中,其中一个内架体11沿朝向另一个内架体11的方向凸设有延伸板部141,延伸板部141的末端设置有卡勾部142,另一个内架体11上开设有卡口,卡勾部142能够卡入卡口中,从而实现两个内架体11之间的连接。卡接件14沿内过滤支架1的长度方向间隔设置有两个,且介质盒4位于两个卡接件14之间。该种设置,能够实现两个内架体11之间的卡接的同时,还能够保证介质盒4被限位在两个卡接件14之间,避免介质盒4滑出线屑过滤装置的内侧,提高介质盒4的设置稳定性。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种过滤支架,包括:
    内过滤支架(1),包括顶端相连且下端能够相对展开或合拢的两个内架体(11),两个所述内过滤支架(1)设置为安装内过滤网;
    外过滤支架(2),包括相对设置的两个外半盒体(21),所述内过滤支架(1)设置于两个所述外半盒体(21)之间,且每个所述外半盒体(21)的下端均与对应侧的所述内架体(11)的下端转动连接,两个所述外半盒体(21)的上端能够相对扣合或展开,两个所述外半盒体(21)设置为安装外过滤网,每个所述外半盒体(21)的顶端开设有用于透风的过滤进风口(2111)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤支架,其中,两个所述外半盒体(21)的上端拼合,两个所述外半盒体(21)的下端相对张开并形成具有下开口的安装空间,所述内过滤支架(1)位于所述安装空间中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的过滤支架,其中,两个所述外半盒体(21)相对设置的两个侧盒板(214)上均开设有安装缺口(2141),两个所述外半盒体(21)的所述安装缺口(2141)合围形成具有下侧开口的安装口,所述安装口形成所述安装空间的侧向开口,所述内过滤支架(1)的端部插入所述安装口中并与所述安装口的侧壁贴合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的过滤支架,其中,两个所述内架体(11)的顶端通过柔性结构(12)连接,所述柔性结构(12)与所述内架体(11)一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的过滤支架,其中,所述柔性结构(12)包括连接座部(121),所述连接座部(121)为开口朝下的开口环状结构或者开口朝下的U型结构,且所述连接座部(121)的两端分别与两个所述内架体(11)的上端连接,所述连接座部(121)的厚度小于所述内架体(11)的厚度,且所述连接座部(121)沿所述内架体(11)的长度方向间隔设置有多个。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的过滤支架,其中,相邻两个所述连接座部(121)之间连接有加强梁部(122),所述加强梁部(122)位于所述内架体(11)的上方并与所述内架体(11)间隔设置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的过滤支架,其中,所述U型结构两侧拐角处的厚度小于所述U型结构其余处的厚度。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的过滤支架,其中,每个所述外半盒体(21)与对应的内架体(11)通过轴连接结构(3)连接,所述轴连接结构(3)包括第一连接结构(31)和第二连接结构(32),所述第一连接结构(31)具有轴孔(314),所述第二连接结构(32)具有转轴部(321),所述转轴部(321)转动穿设于所述轴孔(314);
    在每个所述外半盒体(21)对应的所述轴连接结构(3)中,所述第一连接结构(31)和所述第二连接结构(32)中的一个连接于每个所述外半盒体(21)的底部,另一个连接于对应的所述内架体(11)的底部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的过滤支架,其中,所述第一连接结构(31)包括:
    上座部(311),与每个所述外半盒体(21)或对应的所述内架体(11)连接;
    半圆筒部(312),所述半圆筒部(312)上端与所述上座部(311)的侧面连接,所述半圆筒部(312)上开设有弧形口(3121);
    连接弧部(313),所述连接弧部(313)内表面为与所述半圆筒部(312)同轴且等半径的圆弧面,外表面为光顺的曲面,所述连接弧部(313)与所述弧形口(3121)一一对应设置,所述连接弧部(313)的上端与所述上座部(311)连接,所述连接弧部(313)的下端与所述半圆筒部(312)的下侧内表面连接,所述半圆筒部(312)与所述连接弧部(313)合围形成所述轴孔(314)。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的过滤支架,其中,所述第二连接结构(32)包括:
    连接筋板部(322),与每个所述外半盒体(21)或对应所述内架体(11)连接,所述连接筋板部(322)与所述转轴部(321)的轴线平行且与所述转轴部(321)的外壁面连接;
    环形筋部(323),凸设于所述转轴部(321)的外侧且沿所述转轴部(321)的轴向间隔设置有多个,每个所述环形筋部(323)的一端与所述连接筋板部(322)的一侧垂直连接,每个所述环形筋部(323)的从所述一端沿所述转轴部(321)的周向延伸至所述连接筋板部(322)的另一相对侧并向上延伸至与所述连接筋板部(322)的上端平齐。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的过滤支架,其中,所述转轴部(321)的插入端设置有倒角(3211)。
  12. 根据权利要求8或11所述的过滤支架,其中,所述转轴部(321)靠近所述插入端的位置开设有环形的凹槽(3212)。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的过滤支架,其中,每个所述内架体(11)通过两个所述轴连接结构(3)与对应的所述外半盒体(21)转动连接,且每个所述内架体(11)的底部两端分别设置两个所述轴连接结构(3)中的一个轴连接结构(3)的所述第一连接结构(31)和两个所述轴连接结构(3)中的另一个轴连接结构(3)的所述第二连接结构(32)。
  14. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的过滤支架,其中,两个所述外半盒体(21) 的结构相同。
  15. 根据权利要求1-7以及14任一项所述的过滤支架,其中,两个所述内架体(11)的结构相同。
  16. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的过滤支架,其中,两个所述外半盒体(21)的顶部可拆卸连接。
  17. 根据权利要求1-7以及16任一项所述的过滤支架,其中,两个所述外半盒体(21)的底部可拆卸连接。
  18. 一种线屑过滤装置,包括如权利要求1-17任一项所述的过滤支架,还包括过滤网,所述过滤网包括覆设于所述两个外半盒体(21)上的外过滤网及覆设于所述内过滤支架(1)外表面的内过滤网。
  19. 一种衣物处理装置,包括如权利要求18所述的线屑过滤装置。
