参见图1-图10所示,本实施例提供一种衣物处理设备,包括壳体、设置在壳体内的衣物处理筒和冷凝式烘干模块;所述冷凝式烘干模块包括底座4、设置在底座4上的冷凝器2以及设置在底座4上用于冷却冷凝器2的冷却风道,所述的冷凝器2与衣物处理设备的烘干风道连接,所述壳体的侧板17或后板上开设有用于向冷却风道进风的空气入口19。
在上述方案中,通过将冷却风道的空气入口19设置在衣物处理设备的侧板17或背板上,保留整机前面板16一体结构,使得前面板16具有整体性,有利于前面板16的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时将空气入口19设置在侧板或背板上有利于增强前面板16的结构强度
优选的,所述的冷却风道包括蜗壳13,所述的蜗壳13安装在底座4上靠近壳体设有空气入口19的侧板17,其进风口131相对所述的空气入口19设置。蜗壳13内的叶轮132通过安装在底座4上的电机15驱动转动。
在上述方案中,空气入口19的形状可以是圆形也可以是正方形,所述的蜗壳的进风口131与空气入口19同轴心,从而提高了空气入口19的进风效率。
优选的,所述的冷却风道还包括有风道上壳体14,所述的风道上壳体14安装在底座4上与底座4之间形成了连通的蜗壳出风口至冷凝器2的风道。
优选的,所述的底座4上成型有冷凝器安装槽和由蜗壳的出风口逐渐扩展延伸至冷凝器安装槽的凹槽,所述的风道上壳体14安装在所述的凹槽和冷凝器安装槽的顶部形成所述冷却风道。
在上述方案中,在底座4上设置凹槽有利于降低冷凝器2的安装高度,减小了底座4和冷凝器2占用衣物处理设备的内部空间,同时蜗壳的出风口逐渐扩展延伸至冷凝器安装槽的凹部,有利于均布冷却风,提高对冷凝器的冷却效率。
优选的,所述的风道上壳体14包括覆盖在冷凝器2上的第一壳体142和与第一壳体142连接覆盖设置在所述凹槽顶部用于连通蜗壳出风口与冷凝器的第二壳体141;
在上述方案中,通过将风道上壳体14设置为相互连接的第一壳体142和第二壳体141,使得风道的结构简单,第一壳体142被设置被设计为利于冷却风扩散至整个冷凝器的外扩结构,而第二壳体141被设计为沿着冷凝器长度方向设置的盒体结构,该第一壳体142的连接蜗壳的一端为小口端,而连接的第二壳体141的一端为外扩的广口端,从而有利于冷却风全面的冷却冷凝器,提高对湿热空气的干燥效果。
所述第一壳体142与冷凝器2的结构相匹配,所述第二壳体141与所述凹槽的结构相匹 配。其中,第一壳体142被设计为沿冷凝器长度方向设置的盒体结构,而凹槽被设计为风道逐渐扩大的梯形结构,第二壳体141则被设计为与凹槽形状匹配的梯形的壳体结构,安装在凹槽的顶部。
优选的,所述蜗壳还包括出风口,蜗壳的出风口与蜗壳的进风口131反向设置,所述第二壳体141沿蜗壳的出风口方向延伸设置。
在上述方案中,蜗壳13被设计为进风口朝向衣物处理设备的侧板17,而出风口被设计为与进风口相反的方向,即蜗壳的出风口朝向衣物处理设备的另一侧板设置,所述第二壳体141的进风端与蜗壳的出风口连接,并沿着蜗壳的出风口的方向延伸设置,从而减小了冷却风流动的阻力,提高了对冷凝器的冷却效率。
优选的,所述的壳体包括前面板16、于前面板16两侧分别与前面板16连接的两个侧板17以及位于前面板16后侧分别连接所述两侧板的后板,所述的侧板17或后板上正对所述冷凝器开设有用于将与冷凝器进行热交换后的空气排出冷却风道的空气出口,或冷却风道的空气出口设置在壳体内部,将换热后的空气直接排放在壳体与衣物处理筒之间的空间内。
在上述方案中,设置出风口与冷凝器位置相对应,从而减小了冷却风流动的阻力,提高了对冷凝器的冷却效率,同时也有利于降低蜗壳风机的能耗,优选的,在壳体上不设置冷却风道的空气出口,从而有利于增强壳体的结构强度。
优选的,所述的空气入口19设在壳体一侧的侧板17上,所述空气出口设置在壳体另一侧的侧板17上。
优选的,所述的空气入口19和/或空气出口上设置有风向调节过滤装置;
优选的,所述的进风调节过滤装置为百叶窗结构。
优选的,壳体内上下分别设置有第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8,所述的底座4安装在第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8之间;
在上述方案中,根据双子洗衣机的特点将底座4设置在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间,根现有技术中将底座设置在干衣筒的底部相比,将底座设置在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间提升了冷凝器的安装高度,方便了对冷凝器安装和拆卸。
实施例二
参见图1-图10所示,实施例二提供一种衣物处理设备,包括壳体、设置在壳体内的衣物处理筒和冷凝式烘干模块;所述冷凝式烘干模块包括底座、设置在底座上的冷凝器以及设 置在底座上用于冷却冷凝器2的冷却风道,所述的冷凝器2与衣物处理设备的烘干风道连接,所述壳体的侧板17或后板上开设有用于向冷却风道进风的空气入口19,壳体的侧板17或后板上开设有用于将与冷凝器进行热交换后的空气排出冷却风道的空气出口,或者冷却风道的空气出口设置在壳体内部,将换热后的空气直接排放在壳体与衣物处理筒之间的空间内。
进一步的,参见图1-图5所示,所述衣物处理设备还包括有后支撑1,所述衣物处理筒的后端安装在后支撑1上,所述冷凝式烘干模块包括底座和冷凝器2,所述的后支撑1上开设用于冷凝器2插入安装在底座上的开口。
在上述方案中,所述的衣物处理筒优选为烘干筒,通过将用于冷凝器2插入安装在底座上的开口设置在后支撑1上保留整机前面板16一体结构,使得前面板16具有整体性,有利于前面板16的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,同时将开口设置在后支撑1上有利于增强了前面板16的结构强度。
当然的,本发明中,该用于冷凝器2插入安装在底座4上的开口也可以设置在衣物处理设备的侧板17上即衣物处理设备的左右两侧中其中一侧的侧板17上,同样于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用,且也有利于增强了前面板16的结构强度。
例如,在衣物处理设备的侧板17上开设安装孔,以将冷凝器2安装进去。优选的,该冷凝器2为长方体结构,则对应在衣物处理设备的侧板17开设长方形的开口,方便将冷凝器2插入,此时冷凝器2的把手则设置在其长度侧面上,而不是端部。
优选的,在所述后支撑1上设置所述的开口,所述的开口上设置有冷凝器固定座3,所述的冷凝器固定座3在冷凝器2插入安装在底座上时,固定所述的冷凝器2。
在上述方案中,冷凝器固定座3的形状与冷凝器2对应端匹配设置,在冷凝器2安装在底座4上时,冷凝器固定座3和冷凝器2对应的一端密封连接,从而防止了烘干风由该处漏出。
优选的,所述的冷凝器固定座3为一独立件,通过紧固件固定在后支撑1的开口处。
优选的,所述冷凝器2上设置有卡接件5,所述的冷凝器2的固定座上设置有卡槽,冷凝器2插入安装在底座上时,所述的卡接件5与卡槽卡接固定。
优选的,所述的冷凝器固定座3包括有本体,本体的中心设置有安装口,本体外周设置有螺钉座6通过螺钉固定在后支撑1上,所述冷凝器2的一端通过所述安装口插入安装在底座上,另一端设置有若干可转动的卡接件5,所述的安装口的侧壁上对应各卡接件5开设有卡槽,调节卡接件5的位置,实现卡接件5与卡槽的卡接固定;
优选的,所述的冷凝器2为长方体结构,长方体结构的一端端面的四角上分别设置有所 述的卡接件5,所述的安装口的侧壁上对应各卡接件5的位置分别设置有卡槽,每一卡槽至少具有一个朝向安装口中心的槽口,用于卡接件5转动至该卡槽内时,卡接固定所述的冷凝器2。
在上述方案中,所述的卡接件5的卡接部通过转动可卡入卡槽内或通过转动可脱离所述的卡槽,通过在长方体结构一端端面的四角分别设置所述的卡接件5,可实现稳定固定冷凝器2。
实施例三
参见图1-图10所示,为了实现衣物处理设备的一体外观,实施例三在实施例一和实施例二的基础上进一步公开衣物处理设备的后支撑1上可拆卸安装有所述的后板,所述的后板遮蔽所述后支撑1的外表面。
在上述方案中,因为所述的开口设置在了后支撑1上,从而影响了衣物处理设备后部的外观,因此本发明中进一步在后支撑1上可拆卸的设置了后板,该后板遮蔽住所述的开口,从而使得整机外观一体化,有利于对衣物处理设备进行全方位一体设计。
优选的,衣物处理设备内部上下分别设置有第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8,所述的底座安装在第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8之间。
在上述方案中,根据双子洗衣机的特点(上下分别设置两个衣物处理筒)将底座设置在第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8之间节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间,根现有技术中将底座4设置在干衣筒的底部相比,将底座4设置在第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8之间提升了冷凝器2的安装高度,方便了对冷凝器2安装和拆卸。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8分别设置有第一后支撑9和第二后支撑,其中,所述的开口设置在所述的第一后支撑9上。所述的底座4和第一后支撑9连接。
在上述方案中,开口设置在第一后支撑9上,提升了开口的高度,方便了用户安装拆卸冷凝器2。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备上对应所述第一后支撑9和第二后支撑分别设置有第一后板10和第二后板11,所述的第一后板10遮蔽所述第一后支撑9的外表面,所述的第二后板11遮蔽所述的第二后支撑的外表面。
在上述方案中,第一后板10遮蔽第一后支撑9,也遮蔽了第一后支撑9上的开口,而第二后板11遮蔽第二后支撑,该第一后板10和第二后板11配合可遮蔽整个衣物处理设备的背部。衣物处理设备的背面一般朝向墙面设置,因此对其外观要求较小。
另一方面,本发明中,设置第一后板10和第二后板11与只设置一个后板相比,更加有利于用户安装拆卸冷凝器2,在实际的拆卸过程中,用户只需要拆卸下第一后板10进行更换冷凝器2,而不需要拆下第二后板11,因此大幅度降低了更换冷凝器2的难度。
优选的,为了更加方便用于安装拆卸冷凝器2,则在第一后板10上对应第一后支撑9上开口的位置开设操作口,该操作口不小于冷凝器固定座3上的安装口,用于在拆装冷凝器2时,通过该操作口进行取出或插入冷凝器2。冷却风道的空气入口19也可以设置在第一后板10上,则此时需要在第一后支撑9上开设避让口,该避让口与第一后板10上的空气入口19相对设置。
优选的,所述的开口设置在后支撑1一侧边沿上,所述底座4上对应该开口设置有冷凝器安装腔,冷凝器安装腔的安装开口开设在底座的后侧且正对开口设置;
在上述方案中,通过将所述的开口设置在后支撑1一侧的边沿上,则冷凝器2被安装在第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8之间靠近衣物处理设备的左侧或右侧边沿位置,根据第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8的结构可知,衣物处理设备内第一衣物处理筒7和第二衣物处理筒8之间靠近左右两侧边沿的位置空隙最大,在后支撑1的一侧边沿上设置所述的开口则恰好将冷凝器2安装在了该位置处,从而充分利用了双子衣物处理设备的结构特点,节约了双子衣物处理设备内部空间。
所述的冷凝器安装腔室包括成型在底座4上的冷凝器安装槽,所述安装槽的槽顶覆盖设置有第一壳体142,所述冷凝器安装腔室一侧连通衣物处理设备的烘干风道的前风道,另一侧连通烘干风道的后风道。所述后支撑1上安装有风机12。
优选的,所述的冷凝器2为长方体结构,与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置。
在上述方案中,该冷凝器2被设计为长方体结构,并与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置进一步节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间。
实施例四
实施例四在上述实施例的基础上进一步公开衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备包括衣物处理筒和位于衣物处理筒前部的前面板,该前面板即为壳体的前面板,所述的前面板上设置有衣物投放口,前面板上位于衣物投放口外周表面内凹形成安装空间,衣物处理设备的机门安装在所述的安装空间内,所述的安装空间内还设置有洗涤添加剂投放口,所述机门可打开/关闭所述的洗涤添加剂投放口。
在上述方案中,通过将洗涤添加剂投放口设置在了衣物投放口处从而可通过衣物处理装置的机门打开/关闭所述的洗涤添加剂投放口,方便了用户投放洗涤添加剂,同时将洗涤添加 剂投放口设置在安装空间内,保留了整机前面板一体结构,使得前面板具有整体性,有利于前面板的美观,同时有利于增强前面板的结构强度。
优选的,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口设置在安装空间的底壁上或所述的洗涤添加剂投放口设置在安装空间的周壁上。
在上述方案中,安装空间的底壁中心设置所述的衣物投放口,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口也可设置在安装空间的底壁上位于衣物投放口的边沿,如此设置则在关闭机门的时候,机门可同时关闭衣物投放口和洗涤添加剂投放口。另一方面,洗涤添加剂投放口也可设置在安装空间的周壁上,则在关闭机门时,机门的圆周端面关闭洗涤添加剂投放口。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备包括有自动投放装置,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口与所述自动投放装置的洗涤添加剂存放盒连通。
在上述方案中,该洗涤添加剂投放口连通至衣物处理设备内的洗涤添加剂存放盒,优选的,用户可以通过该洗涤添加剂投放口向洗涤添加剂存放盒添加存放洗涤添加剂,该自动投放装置在洗涤过程中,由该洗涤添加剂存放盒内吸取适量的洗涤添加剂至衣物处理筒内。
另一方面,该洗涤添加投放口也可是用于用户向自动投放装置内安装洗涤添加剂盒,该洗涤添加剂盒为存放洗涤添加剂的盒体,所述的洗涤添加剂存放盒被设计为可以固定洗涤添加剂盒的限位装置,该洗涤添加剂存放盒内部限定有至少一个用于放置洗涤添加剂盒的放置空间,其上还设置有限位结构,用于在洗涤添加剂盒安装在洗涤添加剂存放盒时,限制所述洗涤添加剂盒的活动。
在上述方案中,所述的洗涤添加剂盒为长方体/正方体结构,包括出液口,所述的出液口设置在长方体/正方体结构的底部,所述洗涤添加剂存放盒底壁竖直设置连通结构,用于连通所述的出液口与衣物处理设备的投放管路。

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括壳体、设置在壳体内的衣物处理筒和冷凝式烘干模块;所述冷凝式烘干模块包括底座、设置在底座上的冷凝器以及设置在底座上用于冷却冷凝器的冷却风道,所述的冷凝器与衣物处理设备的烘干风道连接,所述壳体的侧板或后板上开设有用于向冷却风道进风的空气入口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的冷却风道包括蜗壳,所述的蜗壳安装在底座上靠近壳体设有空气入口的侧板,其进风口相对所述的空气入口设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的冷却风道还包括有风道上壳体,所述的风道上壳体安装在在底座上与底座之间形成了连通的蜗壳出风口至冷凝器的风道。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的底座上成型有冷凝器安装槽和由蜗壳的出风口逐渐扩展延伸至冷凝器安装槽的凹槽,所述的风道上壳体安装在所述的凹槽和冷凝器安装槽的顶部形成所述冷却风道。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的风道上壳体包括覆盖在冷凝器上的第一壳体和与第一壳体连接覆盖设置在所述凹槽顶部用于连通蜗壳出风口与冷凝器的第二壳体;
    所述第一壳体与冷凝器的结构相匹配,所述第二壳体与所述凹槽的结构相匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求2-5任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述蜗壳还包括出风口,蜗壳的出风口与蜗壳的进风口反向设置,所述第二壳体沿蜗壳的出风口方向延伸设置。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的壳体包括前面板、于前面板两侧分别与前面板连接的两侧板以及位于前面板后侧分别连接所述两侧板的后板,所述的侧板或后板上正对所述冷凝器开设有用于将与冷凝器进行热交换后的空气排出冷却风道的空气出口,或冷却风道的空气出口设置在壳体内部,将换热后的空气直接排放在壳体与衣物处理筒之间的空间内。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的空气入口设在壳体一侧的侧板上,所述空气出口设置在壳体另一侧的侧板上。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的空气入口和/或空气出口上设置有风向调节过滤装置;
    优选的,所述的进风调节过滤装置为百叶窗结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,壳体内上下分别设 置有第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,所述的底座安装在第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间;
    优选的,所述衣物处理设备还包括有后支撑,所述的冷凝器安装槽的安装开口开设在底座的后侧,所述的后支撑上对应所述的安装开口设置用于冷凝器插入安装在底座上的开口,所述后板覆盖安装在所述的后支撑上,遮蔽所述后支撑的外表面。
