技术领域
本申请涉及衣物处理技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种衣物护理设备的箱体组件和具有所述衣物护理设备的箱体组件的衣物护理设备。
背景技术
随着人们生活品质的提高,对衣服护理的要求不断提高,衣物护理设备在日常生活中的使用越来越广泛,衣物护理设备能够对衣物实现除尘、熨烫、除皱、杀菌中的一种或多种功能。
相关技术中为了使衣物护理机能够满足差异化需求,通常会在护理机内设置支撑件,用户可以根据需要在支撑件上放置置物架、衣架等,但是这种支撑件通常需要手动开合,用户的使用体验较差。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请提出一种衣物护理设备的箱体组件,该衣物护理设备的箱体组件具有能够使支撑部自动转动至支撑位置、便于减少了手动操作支撑部的步骤、便于用户快速地将置物架安装在内胆内等优点。
本申请还提出一种具有所述衣物护理设备的箱体组件的衣物护理设备。
根据本申请第一方面实施例的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,包括:箱体,所述箱体包括内胆,所述内胆限定出具有开口的护理腔;门体,所述门体可转动地设于所述箱体以开闭所述开口,所述门体和/或所述箱体具有安装壁;支撑件,所述支撑件设于所述安装壁且包括在支撑位置和收回位置之间可转动的支撑部,在所述支撑位置下,所述支撑部凸出于所述安装壁的内表面;置物架,所述置物架可拆卸地设于所述内胆内,所述置物架被构造为在靠近所述支撑部的过程中在磁力作用下驱动所述支撑部从所述收回位置向所述支撑位置转动,以使所述支撑部对所述置物架进行支撑。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备的箱体组件具有能够使支撑部自动转动至支撑位置、便于减少了手动操作支撑部的步骤、便于用户快速地将置物架安装在内胆内等优点。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述支撑部和所述置物架中的一个上设有第一磁吸部且另一个上设有适于与所述第一磁吸部吸合的第一磁吸配合部。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述第一磁吸部为磁铁,所述第一磁吸配合部为磁铁或可磁吸金属。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述支撑件还包括支撑座,所述支撑座固定在所述安装壁,所述支撑部可转动地设于所述支撑座。

下面详细描述本申请的实施例,实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本申请,而不能理解为对本申请的限制。
下面参考附图描述根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10。
如图1-图10所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10包括箱体11112、门体、支撑件600和置物架70。
箱体11包括内胆112,内胆112限定出具有开口108的护理腔105,需要护理的衣物可放置在护理腔105内,以便于衣物护理设备1对护理腔105内的衣物进行护理,置 物架70可拆卸地设置在内胆112内,以方便对置物架70进行拆卸,进而方便对置物架70进行清洗或更换,当置物架70设置在内胆112内时,置物架70能够将护理腔105分为多个腔室,以便于用户充分利用护理腔105内的空间。
具体而言,将置物架70可拆卸地设置在内胆112内,便于提高内胆112内空间的利用率,以利用置物架70可选择地将护理腔105分隔为多个空间较小的腔室或形成空间较大的单个腔室,便于用户对不同种类的衣物进行护理,进而便于提高用户的使用体验。
门体可转动地设于箱体11以开闭开口108,门体和/或箱体11具有安装壁,支撑件600设于安装壁,支撑件600包括支撑部61,支撑部61能够在支撑位置和收回位置之间转动,进而便于通过支撑部61实现对置物架70的支撑。
具体而言,当需要将置物架70设置在内胆112内时,可使支撑部61转动至支撑位置时,此时支撑部61凸出于安装壁的内表面,以能够对内胆112内的置物架70进行支撑,进而将置物架70设置在内胆112内,以通过置物架70将护理腔105分为多个腔室,方便用户将更多的衣物放置在护理腔105内,便于充分利用护理腔105内的空间,以提高衣物护理设备1对衣物护理的效率,进而便于提高用户的使用体验。
当无需将置物架70设置在内胆112内时,可使支撑部61转动至收回位置,以减小支撑部61在护理腔105内占用的空间,避免支撑部61对护理腔105内的衣物造成钩挂等。
其中,置物架70被构造为在靠近支撑部61的过程中在磁力作用下驱动支撑部61从收回位置向支撑位置转动,以使支撑部61能够逐渐凸出于安装壁的内表面,进而使支撑部61能够对置物架70进行支撑,这样无需用户手动地将支撑部61转动至支撑位置就能够将置物架70放置在支撑部61上,以方便用户快速方便地将置物架70放置在支撑部61上,方便了用户的安装,便于提高用户的使用体验。
具体而言,当需要将置物架70设置在内胆112内,操作置物架70逐渐靠近支撑部61时,支撑部61在磁力的作用下会从收回位置向支撑位置转动,以使置物架70能够顺利地与支撑部61相配合,且在将置物架70逐渐安装到位时,置物架70可驱动支撑部61顺利转动至支撑位置,进而利用支撑部61将置物架70设置在内胆112内,便于用户快速方便地将置物架70设置在内胆112内。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10,支撑部61与置物架70之间具有磁力,以在将置物架70安装至内胆112内时,利用磁力使支撑部61朝支撑位置的方向转动,以使支撑部61能够对置物架70进行支撑,进而使置物架70能够顺利快速的安装在内胆112内。
因此,根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10具有能够使支撑部61自动转动至支撑位置、便于减少了手动操作支撑部61的步骤、便于用户快速地将置物架70安装在内胆112内等优点。
下面参考附图描述根据本申请具体实施例的衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10。
如图1-图10所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10包括箱体11、门体、支撑件600和置物架70。
在本申请的一些实施例中,支撑部61和置物架70中的一个上设有第一磁吸部81,支撑部61和置物架70中的另一个上设有第一磁吸配合部82,第一磁吸配合部82适于与第一磁吸部81吸合,以在置物架70靠近支撑部61时,能够利用第一磁吸配合部82和第一磁吸部81之间的吸合力对支撑部61产生吸力,进而驱动置物架70从收回位置向支撑位置转动,使置物架70能够顺利地与支撑部61相配合,进而利用支撑部61将置物架70安装在内胆112内。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,第一磁吸部81可以为磁铁,第一磁吸配合部82可以为磁铁或可磁吸金属,以使第一磁吸部81和第一磁吸配合部82之间具有磁吸力,以 在置物架70靠近支撑部61时,利用第一磁吸部81和第二磁吸配合部之间磁吸力使支撑部61从从收回位置向支撑位置转动,使置物架70能够顺利地与支撑部61相配合,进而利用支撑部61将置物架70安装在内胆112内。
如图9所示,在一些实施例中,支撑部61上具有第一磁吸部81,第一磁吸部81为磁铁,置物架70上设有第一磁吸配合部82,第一磁吸配合部82为可磁吸金属,当置物架70靠近支撑部61时,能够利用磁铁和可磁吸金属之间的磁吸力驱动置物架70从收回位置向支撑位置转动,使置物架70能够顺利地与支撑部61相配合,进而利用支撑部61将置物架70安装在内胆112内。
其中,第一磁吸配合部82可以是铁、镍、钴的合金或主要成份为铁、镍、钴的化合物。
如图7-图9所示,在本申请的一些可选实施例中,支撑件600还包括支撑座62,支撑座62固定在安装壁,支撑部61可转动地设于支撑座62,以将支撑部61可转动地设置在安装壁,使支撑部61可顺利地在收回位置和支撑位置之间转动。
如图7所示,在本申请的一些具体实施例中,支撑部61与支撑座62中的一个具有转动部611,支撑部61与支撑座62中的另一个具有转动配合部621,转动配合部621与转动部611相配合,以将支撑部61可转动地设置在支撑座62上,进而使支撑部61可顺利地在支撑位置和收回位置之间转动。
如图7所示,在本实施例中,支撑部61上具有转动部611,转动部611形成为转轴,支撑座62上具有转动配合部621,转动配合部621形成为轴孔,转轴伸入轴孔内与轴孔相配合,以将支撑部61可转动地设置在支撑座62上,使支撑部61可顺利地在收回位置和支撑位置之间转动。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10还包括复位件,复位件设于支撑座62或者安装壁,用于驱动支撑部61从支撑位置向收回位置转动,以在用户将置物架70从内胆112内取出后,支撑部61可自动向收回位置转动,这样用户无需对支撑部61进行手动操作,支撑部61就能从支撑位置自动转回至收回位置,便于减少用户的操作步骤,降低用户操作的复杂性,提高用户的使用体验。
在一些实施例中,复位件为复位弹簧,复位弹簧的一端与安装壁或支撑座62相配合,另一端与支撑部61配合,当用户将置物架70安装在内胆112内时,置物架70逐渐靠近支撑座62,此时第一磁吸配合部82与第一磁吸部81逐渐靠近,由于第一磁吸部81与第一磁吸配合部82之间具有吸力,能够驱动支撑部61转动至支撑位置,以利用支撑部61对置物架70进行支撑,进而将置物架70顺利地设置在内胆112内。
如图7-图9所示,具体而言,在第一磁吸部81与第一磁吸配合部82之间吸力的作用下,可驱动支撑部61逆时针转动一定角度,以使支撑部61能够顺利地与置物架70相配合,当支撑部61支撑置物架70时,支撑部61逆时针转动至支撑位置,此时支撑部61对复位弹簧具有一定的作用力,当置物架70与支撑部61脱离配合时,复位弹簧可以使支撑部61顺时针转动至收回位置。
在一些示例中,置物架70支撑在支撑部61的上方,当置物架70位于支撑部61上时,置物架70对支撑部61具有向下的压力,以克服复位弹簧对支撑部61的作用力,使支撑部61能够保持在支撑位置,进而将置物架70稳定地安装在内胆112内。当置物架70从支撑部61上取下时,支撑部61部不再受到向下的压力,此时在复位弹簧的作用下,支撑部61可自动转动至收回位置。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,第一磁吸部81设于支撑部61,复位件形成第二磁吸配合部,第一磁吸部81适于与第二磁吸配合部吸合,以能够利用第一磁吸部81和第二磁吸配合部之间的吸力,使支撑部61能够从支撑位置向收回位置转动,这样设置无需手动操作就能使支撑部61转动至收回位置,以减小支撑部61在护理腔105内的占用空间,同时能够避免支撑部61对护理腔105内的衣物造成钩挂等。
其中,第一磁吸部81与第一磁吸配合部82之间的吸力大于第一磁吸部81与第二磁吸配合部之间的吸力,以在将置物架70设置在内胆112内,置物架70逐渐靠近支撑座62时,置物架70上的第一磁吸配合部82与支撑部61上的第一磁吸部81逐渐靠近,此时第一磁吸部81与第一磁吸配合部82之间的吸力能够克服第一磁吸部81和第二磁吸配合部之间的吸力,驱动支撑部61能够顺利地从收回位置向支撑位置转动,以利用支撑部61对置物架70进行支撑,以将置物架70顺利地设置在内胆112内。
在将置物架70从内胆112内拆卸下来时,置物架70上的第一磁吸配合部82逐渐远离支撑部61上的第一磁吸部81,第一磁吸配合部82与第一磁吸部81之间的吸力逐渐减小,此时在第一磁吸部81和第二磁吸配合部的吸力作用下,支撑部61能够自动转动至收回位置,以减少支撑部61在护理腔105内的占用空间,避免支撑部61会对护理腔105内的衣物造成钩挂等。
在一些实施例中,支撑部61上的第一磁吸部81形成为磁铁,置物架70上的第一磁吸配合部82和支撑座62上的第二磁吸配合部形成为可磁吸金属,以利用磁铁和可磁吸金属之间的吸力使置物架70和支撑部61之间具有磁吸力,使支撑件600与支撑部61之间具有磁吸力。
在本申请的另一些具体实施例中,第一磁吸配合部82设于支撑部61,复位件形成第二磁吸部,第二磁吸部适于与第一磁吸配合部82吸合,以能够利用第二磁吸部和第一磁吸配合部82之间的吸力,使支撑部61能够从支撑位置向收回位置转动,这样设置无需手动操作就能使支撑部61转动至收回位置,以减小支撑部61在护理腔105内的占用空间,避免支撑部61对护理腔105内的衣物造成钩挂等。
其中,第一磁吸配合部82与第一磁吸部81之间的吸力大于第二磁吸部与第一磁吸配合部82之间的吸力,以在将置物架70设置在内胆112内时,置物架70逐渐靠近支撑座62,置物架70上的第一磁吸部81与支撑部61上的第一磁吸配合部82逐渐靠近,此时第一磁吸部81与第一磁吸配合部82之间的吸力能够克服第二磁吸部和第一磁吸配合部82之间的吸力,进而使支撑部61能够顺利地转动至支撑位置,以对置物架70进行支撑,以将置物架70顺利地设置在内胆112内。
在将置物架70从内胆112内拆卸下来时,置物架70上的第一磁吸部81逐渐远离支撑部61上的第一磁吸配合部82,第一磁吸配合部82与第一磁吸部81之间的吸力逐渐减小,此时在第一磁吸配合部82和第二磁吸部的吸力作用下,支撑部61能够转动至收回位置,以减少支撑部61在护理腔105内的占用空间,避免支撑部61会对护理腔105内的衣物造成剐蹭。
在一些实施例中,置物架70上的第一磁吸部81和支撑座62上的第二磁吸部形成为磁铁,支撑部61上的第一磁吸配合部82形成为可磁吸金属,以利用磁铁和可磁吸金属之间的吸力使置物架70和支撑部61之间具有磁吸力,使支撑件600与支撑部61之间具有磁吸力。
如图9所示,在本申请的一些可选实施例中,支撑部61在支撑位置的状态下沿水平方向延伸,以使支撑部61能够对置物架70进行支撑,进而将置物架70顺利地安装在内胆112内,使置物架70能够将内胆112内分隔为多个空间较小的腔室,进而便于提高护理腔105内空间的利用率。
如图7、图8所示,支撑部61在收回位置的状态下沿竖直方向延伸或者相对于竖直方向倾斜延伸,以尽量减小支撑部61在护理腔105内的占用空间,避免支撑部61会对护理腔105内的衣物造成钩挂等。
在一些实施例中,置物架70可沿上下方向向下安装在支撑部61上,以将置物架70设置在内胆112内,当置物架70向下逐渐靠近支撑部61时,由于第一磁吸部81和第一磁吸配合部82之间具有吸力,此时可吸动支撑部61自动沿逆时针方向转动,此时支撑部61与置物架70的下底面止抵配合,置物架70对支撑部61具有向下的压力,以继 续驱动支撑部61逆时针转动至支撑位置,此时支撑部61的上表面与置物架70的下表面接触配合,以将置物架70稳定的支撑在内胆112内。
当需要将置物架70从内胆112取下时,可向上移动置物架70,此时置物架70朝远离支撑部61的方向移动,在复位件的驱动下,支撑部61可自动顺时针转动至收回位置,以减小支撑部61在护理腔105内占用的空间。
如图7、图8、图10所示,在本申请的一些可选实施例中,支撑座62设有限位部622,在支撑部61处于收回位置的状态下,限位部622止挡在支撑部61的一侧以使支撑部61保持在收回位置,以通过限位部622对支撑部61的位置进行限定,避免支撑部61处于其他位置并影响支撑部61与置物架70之间的配合。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,支撑座62限定出容纳槽63,支撑部61的一端可转动地设于容纳槽63内,以使支撑部61可顺利地在支撑位置和收回位置之间转动,当支撑部61转动至收回位置时,支撑部61的至少一部分被收纳在容纳槽63内,以减少支撑部61在护理腔105内占用的空间,避免支撑部61对护理腔105内的物品造成剐蹭。
其中,容纳槽63内设有限位面,限位面形成限位部622。限位面与支撑部61的一个侧壁接触配合,以对支撑部61可转动的范围进行限定,并将支撑部61限定在收回位置处,以将支撑部61收纳在容纳腔内,便于后续支撑部61受到置物架70的磁吸作用后可顺利的朝支撑位置转动。
如图7、图10所示,在本实施例中,支撑部61的转动轴线沿第一方向延伸,容纳槽63的槽深沿第二方向延伸,第一方向与第二方向相互垂直,限位面设置在容纳槽63的槽底处,当支撑部61处于收回位置时,限位面与支撑部61的一个侧壁接触配合,以对支撑部61可转动的范围进行限制,进而将支撑部61限定在收回位置处。
如图7、如图10所示,在一些示例中,限位面从下向上沿第二方向朝远离容纳槽63槽底的方向倾斜延伸,当支撑部61位于收回位置时,支撑部61从下向上方向朝远离容纳槽63槽底的方向倾斜延伸。以在支撑部63处于收回位置时,使支撑部61的上部略伸出于容纳槽63,进而在置物架70靠近支撑部61时,在磁吸的作用下,能够使支撑部61顺利地朝支撑位置转动,使置物架70能够顺利地与支撑部61向配合,以将置物架70安装在护理腔内。
如图8所示,在另一些示例中,限位面沿竖直方向延伸,当支撑部61处于收回位置时,支撑部61沿竖直方向延伸,以将支撑部61尽可能多的收纳在容纳槽63内,减少支撑部61在护理腔105内的占用空间,避免支撑部61对护理腔105内的衣物造成钩挂。
如图9所示,在本申请的一些具体实施例中,容纳槽63包括第一容纳槽631和第二容纳槽632,第二容纳槽632设置在第一容纳槽631的下方,支撑部61的一端可转动的设在第二容纳槽632内,第二容纳槽632沿水平方向的深度大于第一容纳槽631沿水平方向的深度,以在第一容纳槽631和第二容纳槽632之间形成限位台面633,限位台面633沿水平方向延伸。
当支撑部61转动至支撑位置时,支撑部61的上表面与限位台面633接触配合,以利用限位台面633对支撑部61能够沿逆时针向下转动的范围进行限制,进而将支撑部61限定在支撑位置处,使支撑部61能够对置物架70进行支撑,以将置物架70顺利地设置在内胆112内,使置物架70能够将内胆112内分隔为多个空间较小的腔室,进而便于提高护理腔105内空间的利用率。
具体而言,当用户将置物架70放置在支撑部61上时,置物架70与支撑部61的第一端止抵配合,支撑部61的第二端与限位台面633相接触,支撑部61的转动中心位于第一端和第二端之间。
此时置物架70对支撑部61的第一端具有向下的压力,以驱动置物架70具有沿逆时针转动的趋势,此时置物架70的第二端与限位台面633止抵配合,限位台面633对 支撑部61具有向下的压力,以驱动置物架70具有沿顺时针转动的趋势,进而使支撑部61两端的受力平衡,以将支撑部61限定在支撑位置处。
当用户将置物架70从支撑部61上取下时,此时支撑部61受到复位件的驱动并沿顺时针转动,直至支撑部61的右侧壁与限位面接触配合,以通过限位面将支撑部61限定在收回位置处,进而将支撑部61的至少一部分收纳在容纳槽63内。
在本申请的一些具体实施例中,置物架70的底部具有定位槽72,在支撑部61处于支撑位置的状态下,支撑部61与定位槽72配合,以使支撑部61能够对置物架70进行稳定地支撑,进而将支撑架稳定地设置在内胆112内,使置物架70能够将内胆112内分隔为多个空间较小的腔室,进而便于提高护理腔105内空间的利用率。
如图3所示,在本申请的一些实施例中,置物架70包括第一支架701和第二支架702,第一支架701与第二支架702可转动连接,以便于对置物架70进行收纳,便于减少置物架70的占用空间。
具体而言,当需要对置物架70进行收纳时,可转动第一支架701或第二支架702,使第一支架701朝靠近向第二支架702转动,进而便于减少第一支架701和第二支架702的占用空间,以方便地对置物架70进行收纳。
当需要使用置物架70时,可再次转动第一支架701或第二支架702,使第一支架701朝远离第二支架702的方向转动,以展开置物架70,进而将置物架70放置在护理腔105内,利用置物架70能够将内胆112内分隔为多个空间较小的腔室,进而便于提高护理腔105内空间的利用率。
在本申请的一些实施例中,衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10还包括外壳111和挡风件113,内胆112设于外壳111内,挡风件113设于内胆112内,挡风件113与内胆112的侧壁之间限定出第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301,第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301沿上下方向排布。
挡风件113上还设有第一通风部1146和第二通风部1145,挡风件的两侧均设有第一通风部1146和第二通风部1145,以利用的简单的结构即可限定出第一通风部1146和第二通风部1145,从而可以利用第一通风部1146连通第一通风腔11302和护理腔105,第二通风部1145连通第二通风腔11301和护理腔105,有利于达到良好的通风效果。
在本申请的一些可选实施例中,第一通风部1146和第二通风部1145可以分别长形通风口,长形通风口的长度方向沿护理腔105的高度方向延伸。具体地,衣物护理设备1工作时,可以在护理腔105的两侧分别形成沿上下方向延伸的风帘,不仅可以增加单位时间内的通风量,而且可以增加通风力度,从而保证了护理腔105的通风效果,从而使护理效果更加均匀,提升衣物护理设备1的使用体验。
在另一些可选的实施例,第一通风部1146和第二通风部1145分别包括多个,多个第一通风部1146沿护理腔105的高度方向间隔布置,多个第二通风部1145沿护理腔105的高度向间隔布置。
由此,不仅可以增加单位时间内的通风量,而且可以根据需要对多个第一通风部1146、多个第二通风部1145的结构形状以及尺寸进行单独设计,利于实现个性化设计,满足通风需求。
举例而言,第一通风部1146形成为第一通风口11461,第二通风部1145形成为第二通风口11451,第一通风口11461和第二通风口11451可以设置成圆孔、方形孔、长方形孔,也可以根据高度位置设置第一通风口11461和第二通风口11451的排布密度,从而满足通风需求。
下面描述根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1。根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1包括根据本申请上述实施例的衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1,通过利用根据本申请上述实施例的衣物护理设备1的箱体组件10,具有能够使支撑部61自动转动至支撑位置、便于减少了手动操 作支撑部61的步骤、便于用户快速地将置物架70安装在内胆112内等优点。
下面结合附图11-图30描述根据本申请的衣物护理设备1的一个具体实施例。
如图11-图30所示,衣物护理设备1具有护理腔105、顶部风道1120、底部风道401和侧部风道1130,顶部风道1120位于护理腔105的上方,底部风道401位于护理腔105的下方,侧部风道1130位于护理腔105的侧部。
具体地,衣物护理设备1包括箱体组件10、烘道组件40和蒸汽发生器60。
箱体组件10包括箱体11和门体(图中未示出),箱体11限定出护理腔105和容纳腔106,护理腔105位于容纳腔106的上方,护理腔105和容纳腔106均具有开口108,门体可转动地设于箱体11,用于同时开闭护理腔105的开口108和容纳腔106的开口108。
箱体11还具有第一进风口101、第二进风口102、第一出风口103、第二出风口104、两个第一通风部1146、两个第二通风部1145、过风口107。
其中,第一进风口101位于护理腔105的上部,第二进风口102位于护理腔105的下部,两个第一通风部1146位于护理腔105的左右两侧,两个第二通风部1145位于护理腔105的左右两侧且位于第一通风部1146的下方,第一出风口103位于护理腔105的中后部,第二出风口104位于护理腔105的下部且位于第二进风口102的前方,侧部风道1130包括第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301,第一通风腔11302位于第二通风腔11301的上方,第一通风部1146包括多个第一通风口11461,每个第一通风口11461连通第一通风腔11302和护理腔105,第二通风部1145包括多个第二通风口11451,每个第二通风口11451连通第二通风腔11301和护理腔105。
箱体11包括外壳111、内胆112和挡风件113。
内胆112设于外壳111内,内胆112限定出护理腔105,内胆112与外壳111之间设有发泡材料以保证护理腔105的保温性能。第一进风口101设于内胆112的顶壁,第一出风口103设于内胆112的后壁,第二出风口104设于内胆112的底壁前部,过风口107设于内胆112的底壁后部。
挡风件113设于内胆112内,挡风件113与内胆112的后壁之间限定出侧部风道1130,侧部风道1130包括第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301,第一通风腔11302位于第二通风腔11301的上方。两个第一通风部1146分别设于挡风件113的左右两侧,两个第二通风部1145分别设于挡风件113的左右两侧,第一通风部1146位于第二通风部1145的上方,第二进风口102位于挡风件113的下方。
其中,挡风件113包括两个竖杆1131、横杆1132和挡风板1133,两个竖杆1131在左右方向上间隔布置,横杆1132的两端分别与两个竖杆1131的中部连接。
如图12-图15所示,每个竖杆1131包括第一支撑板11311、第二支撑板11313和连接板11315,连接板11315连接在第一支撑板11311和第二支撑板11313之间,并且连接板11315与第一支撑板11311、第二支撑板11313之间限定出安装凹部,连接板11315上设有第一卡钩11316,并且第一卡钩11316的钩头部朝向第二支撑板11313设置,第一卡钩11316与第二支撑板11313之间限定出插槽11317,第一支撑板11311的朝向第二支撑板11313的一侧具有导风面11312,导风面11312从安装凹部内至安装凹部外朝远离第二支撑板11313的方向延伸。
如图16-图18所示,挡风板1133包括前面板11331和两个侧板11332,前面板11331连接在两个侧板11332之间,每个侧板11332包括第一板部11333和第二板部11334,第一板部11333的长度方向和第二板部11334的长度方向均沿前面板11331的长度方向延伸,第一板部11333连接在第二板部11334和前面板11331的侧部之间,第一板部11333和第二板部11334均相对于前面板11331倾斜设置,并且第一板部11333和第二板部11334相对于前面板11331的倾斜方向相反,第一板部11333的位于下部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第二通风口11451,第一板部11333的位于上部的板段 设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第一通风口11461,第二板部11334的位于下部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第二通风口11451,第二板部11334的位于上部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第一通风口11461,第二板部11334上还设有卡孔11336。
在挡风件113安装至内胆112的状态下,第一支撑板11311与内胆112的侧壁止抵配合,第二支撑板11313设于前面板11331与内胆112的后壁之间,并且第二支撑板11313与前面板11331、内胆112的后壁止抵配合,挡风板1133的侧板11332插入第一卡钩11316与第二支撑板11313之间的插槽11317,并且卡孔11336与第一卡钩11316卡接配合,从而保证挡风板1133与竖杆1131的连接可靠性。第二支撑板11313具有避让口11314,避让口11314对第二通风口11451/第一通风口11461形成避让,在保证竖杆1131和挡风板1133的连接可靠性的基础上,使第二通风口11451可以连通护理腔105和第二通风腔11301,以及,使第一通风口11461可以连通护理腔105和第一通风腔11302。
其中,如图20-图22所示,内胆112与挡风件113还通过卡接结构114实现连接。
具体地,如图22所示,卡接结构114包括第一卡接件1141、第二卡接件1142和连接件1143,连接件1143连接在第一卡接件1141和第二卡接件1142之间,第一卡接件1141设在内胆112内,第二卡接件1142适于从内胆112上的穿孔穿过,以将卡接结构114安装在内胆112上。
在内胆112上安装卡接结构114时,可以先使第二卡接件1142穿过内胆112上的穿孔,然后旋转卡接结构114,使第二卡接件1142转动移动角度,这样内胆112外形成发泡层之后,第二卡接件1142可以与内胆112外的发泡层配合,以将第二卡接件1142固定在内胆112外的发泡层处,进而对卡接结构114的位置进行固定,并且可以保证卡接结构114不会从内胆112上脱离,以将卡接结构114稳定地安装在内胆112上。
第二卡接件1142包括多个卡接部11421和连接柱11424,每个卡接部11421的横截面形状与穿孔的形状相同,卡接部11421和穿孔形成为非圆形,相邻两个卡接部11421沿连接柱11424的轴向排布,相邻两个卡接部11421通过连接柱11424实现连接,每个卡接部11421包括固定柱11422和多个固定臂11423,固定柱11422沿连接柱11424的轴向延伸,固定柱11422与连接柱11424连接,固定柱11422和连接柱11424均形成圆柱且二者的轴线重合,多个固定臂11423在固定柱11422的周向间隔布置。
挡风件113上设有卡接配合部11337,卡接配合部11337与第一卡接件1141卡接配合,以通过卡接结构114将内胆112与挡风件113连接一起。
进一步地,连接件1143具有定位部11431,定位部11431适于与内胆112配合,在将卡接结构114安装在内胆112上时,可通过定位部11431固定卡接结构114相对于内胆112的位置。连接件1143和第一卡接件1141通过加强筋1144连接,以增强连接件1143与第二卡接件1142的连接强度,进而增强卡接结构114的结构强度,避免在利用卡接结构114将内胆112与内胆112内的结构安装在一起,卡接结构114因受到力的作用而发生断裂。
如图24-图27所示,外壳111与内胆112的顶壁之间设有安装壳,安装壳与外壳111的顶壁之间限定出顶部风道1120,顶部风道1120内设有第一风机20,第一风机20的风机进口201与第一出风口103通过第一通风腔11302连通,第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风口101通过通风壳30连通。
其中,通风壳30限定出至少一个通道301,通道301连通第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风口101,通道301包括主体部3011和多个分支部3012,主体部3011的进口与第一风机20的风机出口202,主体部3011的出口与多个分支部3012的进口连通,第一进风口101包括多个,多个第一进风口101与多个分支部3012的出口一一对应地连通,使气流通过多个分支部3012实现分流,利于增加第一进风口101的占用面积, 从而可以使通过第一进风口101进入护理腔105的气流快速地扩散到护理腔105的各个位置,进一步提高衣物护理设备1的使用效果。分支部3012的宽度沿气流方向减小,由此提高气流在各个分支部3012的出口的排出速度。
在一些实施例中,通道301的出口处设有多个分隔筋31,多个分隔筋31沿通道301的出口的长度方向间隔布置,从而可以将通道301的出口分隔成多个尺寸较小的风口。如此设置,可以实现散风效果,并且,分隔筋31还可以起到导风作用,从而可以根据需要设置分隔筋31的方向,满足通风需求。
如图29、图30所示,第一风机20包括电机21、两个风机壳22和两个风轮23,电机21具有两个电机轴,第一风机20的两个风机出口202设置在两个风机壳22上,两个风机壳22上的出口与两个通风壳30一一对应地连接,每个风机壳22内设有可转动的风轮23,即两个风轮23一一对应地设于两个风机壳22内,两个风轮23与两个电机轴一一对应地连接。也就是说,第一风机20的电机21为双轴电机,电机21工作时,电机21可以同时驱动两个风轮23转动,控制更加方便。
第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿设有多个第一连接孔221,多个第一连接孔221沿该出口的周向间隔布置,每个通风壳30的通道301的进口边沿设有多个第二连接孔302,多个第二连接孔302沿该进口的周向间隔布置,多个第一连接孔221与多个第二连接孔302的位置一一对应,第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿与对应的通风壳30通过多个紧固件实现连接,每个紧固件穿设于对应的第一连接孔221和第二连接孔302,结构简单、装拆方便。
烘道组件40设于容纳腔106,并且烘道组件40限定出底部风道401,底部风道401的回风口4011与第二出风口104连通,底部风道401的供风口4012与过风口107连通,烘道组件40包括第二风机43、蒸发器41和冷凝器42,第二风机43可驱动护理腔105内的空气依次从第二出风口104、底部风道401的回风口4011进入底部风道401内,在底部风道401内依次流经蒸发器41和冷凝器42,经蒸发器41和冷凝器42处理后从底部风道401的供风口4012流出底部风道401,一部分空气进入第二通风腔11301内,从第二通风部1145(多个第二通风口11451)进入护理腔105,另一部分空气从第二进风口102进入护理腔105,以对护理腔105内的物品进行护理。
衣物护理设备1还包括压缩机50,压缩机50与蒸发器41和冷凝器42相连。具体而言,换热剂能够在压缩机50、蒸发器41和冷凝器42之间流动,以使换热剂能够进行吸热或放热,进而对底部风道401内的空气进行干燥或加热处理,而护理腔105内的空气可从进口进入底部风道401内,在底部风道401经干燥或加热处理从出口流至第二通风腔11301,从第二通风腔11301流至护理腔105内,以对护理腔105内的衣物进行烘干处理。
蒸汽发生器60的蒸汽出口与第二通风腔11301连通,蒸汽发生器60产生的水蒸汽可从蒸汽出口处进入第二通风腔11301内,从第二通风腔11301进入护理腔105内,以护理腔105内的物品进行护理。当衣物护理设备1用于对衣物进行护理时,蒸汽发生器60产生的水蒸汽可对护理腔105内的衣物进行除皱护理,同时方便用户对护理腔105内的衣物进行熨烫。
第二风机43工作时,护理腔105内中下部的大量空气在第二风机43的驱动下从第二出风口104排出护理腔105,并通过回风口4011进入底部风道401内,底部风道401内的空气经过加热处理之后,在第二风机43的驱动下从供风口4012排出,一部分空气进入第二通风腔11301,从位于左右两侧的两个第二通风部1145(多个第二通风口11451)进入护理腔105,一部分空气从第二进风口102进入护理腔105。如此循环,使大量空气在护理腔105的中下部与第二通风腔11301之间实现循环流动。
第一风机20工作时,护理腔105内中上部的大量空气在第一风机20的驱动下从位于左右两侧的两个第一通风部1146(多个第一通风口11461)、第一出风口103排出护 理腔105,随后进入第一通风腔11302,在第一风机20的作用下进入顶部风道1120,再从第一进风口101进入护理腔105。如此循环,使大量空气在护理腔105的中上部与第一通风腔11302之间实现循环流动。
由此,能够防止护理腔105的局部区域存在气流死角,保证了护理腔105的通风效果,从而使烘干效果和除皱更加均匀,提升衣物护理设备1的使用体验
需要说明的是,第二通风腔11301与第一通风腔11302可以彼此连通或者隔断,在第二通风腔11301与第一通风腔11302连通的方案中,实际工作过程中,气流的流动路径相对比较复杂,例如第二通风腔11301内的一部分空气可能从第二通风口11451进入护理腔105内,也可能一部分空气流向第一通风腔11302。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,包括:
    箱体,所述箱体包括内胆,所述内胆限定出具有开口的护理腔;
    门体,所述门体可转动地设于所述箱体以开闭所述开口,所述门体和/或所述箱体具有安装壁;
    支撑件,所述支撑件设于所述安装壁且包括在支撑位置和收回位置之间可转动的支撑部,在所述支撑位置下,所述支撑部凸出于所述安装壁的内表面;
    置物架,所述置物架可拆卸地设于所述内胆内,所述置物架被构造为在靠近所述支撑部的过程中在磁力作用下驱动所述支撑部从所述收回位置向所述支撑位置转动,以使所述支撑部对所述置物架进行支撑。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述支撑部和所述置物架中的一个上设有第一磁吸部且另一个上设有适于与所述第一磁吸部吸合的第一磁吸配合部。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述第一磁吸部为磁铁,所述第一磁吸配合部为磁铁或可磁吸金属。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述支撑件还包括支撑座,所述支撑座固定在所述安装壁,所述支撑部可转动地设于所述支撑座。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述支撑部与所述支撑座中的一个具有转动部且另一个具有与所述转动部相配合的转动配合部。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,还包括:
    复位件,所述复位件设于所述支撑座或者所述安装壁,用于驱动所述支撑部从所述支撑位置向所述收回位置转动。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述第一磁吸部设于所述支撑部,所述复位件形成第二磁吸配合部;
    其中,所述第一磁吸部适于与所述第二磁吸配合部吸合,所述第一磁吸部与所述第一磁吸配合部之间的吸力大于所述第一磁吸部与所述第二磁吸配合部之间的吸力。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述第一磁吸配合部设于所述支撑部,所述复位件形成第二磁吸部;
    其中,所述第二磁吸部适于与所述第一磁吸配合部吸合,所述第一磁吸配合部与所述第一磁吸部之间的吸力大于所述第二磁吸部与所述第一磁吸配合部之间的吸力。
  9. 根据权利要求4-8中任一项所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述支撑部在所述支撑位置的状态下沿水平方向延伸,所述支撑部在所述收回位置的状态下沿竖直方向延伸或者相对于竖直方向倾斜延伸。
  10. 根据权利要求4-9中任一项所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述支撑座设有限位部,在所述支撑部处于所述收回位置的状态下,所述限位部止挡在所述支撑部的一侧以使所述支撑部保持在所述收回位置。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述支撑座限定出容纳槽,所述支撑部的一端可转动地设于所述容纳槽内,所述限位部形成设于所述容纳槽内的限位面。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述置物架的底部具有定位槽,在所述支撑部处于所述支撑位置的状态下,所述支撑部与所述定位槽配合以使所述支撑部对所述置物架进行支撑。
  13. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,所述置物架包括第一支架和第二支架,所述第一支架与所述第二支架可转动连接。
  14. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,还包括:
    外壳,所述内胆设于所述外壳内;
    挡风件,所述挡风件设于所述内胆内,所述挡风件与所述内胆的侧壁之间限定出沿上下方向排布的第一通风腔和第二通风腔;
    其中,所述挡风件的两侧均设有第一通风部和第二通风部,所述第一通风部连通所述第一通风腔和所述护理腔,所述第二通风部连通所述第二通风腔和所述护理腔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件,其中,
    所述第一通风部和/或所述第二通风部包括一个沿所述护理腔的高度方向延伸的长形通风口;或者,
    所述第一通风部和/或所述第二通风部包括多个通风口且多个所述通风口沿所述护理腔的高度方向间隔布置。
  16. 一种衣物护理设备,其中,包括根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的衣物护理设备的箱体组件。
