本申请涉及护理设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种衣物护理设备。
背景技术
随着人们生活品质的提高,对衣服护理的要求不断提高,衣物护理设备在日常生活中的使用越来越广泛,衣物护理设备能够对衣物实现除尘、熨烫、除皱、杀菌中的一种或多种功能。
衣物护理设备中大多采用设置在机械室内的热泵系统对从护理腔的空气进行除湿加热,处理后的空气在风机的作用下通过与护理腔连通的风口排回到衣物护理设备的柜体内对衣物进行护理,现有护理腔的局部区域存在气流死角,导致护理腔的通风效果差以及护理效果不均匀,护理效果差。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种衣物护理设备,所述衣物护理设备的通风效果更好,有利于提高护理效果。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备,所述衣物护理设备具有护理腔、位于所述护理腔上方的顶部风道、位于所述护理腔下方的底部风道、位于所述护理腔侧部的侧部风道,所述护理腔的顶壁设有顶部风口以连通所述顶部风道和所述护理腔,所述护理腔的底壁设有底部风口以连通所述底部风道和所述护理腔,所述护理腔的侧壁设有侧部风口以连通所述侧部风道和所述护理腔。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备,通过设置顶部风道、底部风道和侧部风道,从而在护理腔的周围形成三维风道,方便从护理腔的侧部、上方和下方进风和/或出风,即可以从护理腔的多个方向进出风,利于扩大通风面积,进一步提升衣物护理设备的护理效果。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述顶部风口包括第一进风口,所述侧部风口包括第一出风口,所述衣物护理设备包括第一风机,所述第一风机用于驱动从所述第一出风口进入所述侧部风道内的至少一部分空气朝所述第一进风口引导。
在一些实施例中,所述第一风机设于所述顶部风道内。
在一些实施例中,所述顶部风道内还设有通风壳,所述通风壳限定出通道,所述通道连通所述第一风机的风机出口与所述第一进风口,所述通道的至少一段的宽度沿气流方向减小。
在一些具体实施例中,所述通道的出口处设有多个分隔筋,多个所述分隔筋沿所述通道的出口的长度方向间隔布置。
在一些具体实施例中,所述通道包括:主体部;多个分支部,所述主体部的进口与所述第一风机的风机出口,所述主体部的出口与多个所述分支部的进口连通,所述第一进风口包括多个,多个所述第一进风口与多个所述分支部的出口一一对应地连通。
在一些示例中,所述分支部的宽度沿气流方向减小。
在一些实施例中,所述第一风机的风机出口和所述通风壳分别包括多个,所述第一风机的多个所述出口与多个所述通风壳一一对应连通。
在一些具体实施例中,所述第一风机包括:电机,所述电机具有两个电机轴;两个风机壳,两个所述风机壳与两个所述通风壳一一对应地连接,每个所述风机壳内设有可转动的风轮,两个所述风轮与两个所述电机轴一一对应地连接。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述底部风口包括第二进风口和第二出风口,所述衣物护理设备包括第二风机,所述第二风机用于驱动从所述第二出风口进入所述底部风道内的至少一部分空气朝所述第二进风口引导。
在一些实施例中,所述第二风机为贯流风机。
在一些实施例中,所述护理腔具有前部开口,所述第二进风口和所述第二出风口在前后方向上间隔布置。
在一些实施例中,所述衣物护理设备包括:箱体组件,所述箱体组件限定出所述护理腔、所述顶部风道、所述侧部风道以及位于所述护理腔下方的容纳腔;烘道组件,所述烘道组件设于所述容纳腔且限定出所述底部风道,所述第二进风口、所述第二出风口分别连通所述护理腔和所述底部风道。
在一些示例中,所述底部风道内设有蒸发器和冷凝器,所述衣物护理设备还包括压缩机,所述压缩机与所述蒸发器、所述冷凝器连接。
在一些示例中,所述烘道组件包括:风道壳;风道盖,所述风道盖设于所述风道壳的上方且与所述风道壳限定出所述底部风道,所述底部风道的进口设于所述风道盖且与所述第二出风口连通,所述底部风道的供风口设于所述风道盖且与所述第二进风口连通。
在一些示例中,所述箱体组件包括:外壳;内胆,所述内胆设于所述外壳内,所述内胆限定出所述护理腔,所述顶部风道形成在所述内胆的顶壁与所述外壳之间;挡风件,所述挡风件设于所述内胆内且与所述内胆的侧壁之间限定出所述侧部风道,所述侧部风口设于所述挡风件。
在一些具体示例中,所述侧部风道包括第一通风腔和第二通风腔,所述第一通风腔连通所述护理腔和所述顶部风道,所述第二通风腔位于所述第一通风腔的下方且连通所述护理腔和所述底部风道。
其中,所述侧部风口包括第一通风口和第二通风口,所述第一通风口分布在所述挡风件的上部的两侧且连通所述第一通风腔和所述护理腔,所述第二通风口分布在所述挡风件的下部的两侧且连通所述第二通风腔和所述护理腔。

下面参考图1-图20描述根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1。
如图1-图2、图10以及图14-图17所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1具有护理腔105、顶部风道1120、底部风道401和侧部风道1130,顶部风道1120位于护理腔105的上方,底部风道401位于护理腔105的下方,侧部风道1130位于护理腔105的侧部。
其中,护理腔105的顶壁设有顶部风口,从而可以通过顶部风口连通顶部风道1120和护理腔105,护理腔105的底壁设有底部风口,从而可以通过底部风口连通底部风道401和护理腔105,护理腔105的侧壁设有侧部风口,从而可以通过侧部风口连通侧部风道1130和护理腔105。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1,通过设置顶部风道1120、底部风道401和侧部风道1130,从而在护理腔105的周围形成三维风道,方便从护理腔105的侧部、上方和下方进风和/或出风,即可以从护理腔105的多个方向进出风,利于扩大通风面积,进一步提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
如图14和图15所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,顶部风口包括第一进风口101,侧部风口包括第一出风口103,衣物护理设备1包括第一风机20,第一风机20用于驱动从第一出风口103进入侧部风道1130内的至少一部分空气朝第一进风口101引导。
具体地,第一风机20工作时,顶部风道1120内的空气可以在第一风机20的驱动下,从位于护理腔105上方的第一进风口101进入护理腔105内,而护理腔105内上部的空气可 以在第一风机20的驱动下,从位于护理腔105侧部的第一出风口103排出,从而进入侧部风道1130,侧部风道1130内上部的空气可以在第一风机20的驱动下进入顶部风道1120。
如上所述,护理腔105内中上部的大量空气在第一风机20的驱动下在顶部风道1120、护理腔105的中上部与侧部风道1130之间实现循环流动,如此往复,保证衣物护理设备1的通风效果,从而提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
在一些实施例中,第一风机20设于顶部风道1120内,结构简单、装拆方便、易于实现。
如图15所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,衣物护理设备1还包括通风壳30,通风壳30限定出至少一个通道301,通道301连通第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风口101,通道301的至少一段的宽度沿气流方向减小。
也就是说,通道301的至少一段的宽度从第一风机20的风机出口202至第一进风口101逐渐减小,例如,通道301的靠近第一进风口101的部分宽度从第一风机20的风机出口202至第一进风口101逐渐减小,从而可以提高第一进风口101处的风速。
由此,通过在第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风口101之间设置通风壳30,可以实现导风作用,便于第一风机20在箱体组件10上的布局,通过将通风壳30限定出的通道301的至少一段的宽度设置成沿气流方向减小,可以提高第一进风口101处的风速,有利于提高衣物护理设备1的使用效果,从而提升用户的使用体验。
如图20所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,通道301的出口处设有多个分隔筋31,多个分隔筋31沿通道301的出口的长度方向间隔布置,从而可以将通道301的出口分隔成多个尺寸较小的风口。如此设置,可以实现散风效果,并且,分隔筋31还可以起到导风作用,从而可以根据需要设置分隔筋31的方向,满足通风需求。
如图17-图20所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,通道301包括主体部3011和多个分支部3012,主体部3011的进口与第一风机20的风机出口202连通,主体部3011的出口与多个分支部3012的进口连通,第一进风口101包括多个,多个第一进风口101与多个分支部3012的出口一一对应地连通。
具体地,从第一风机20的风机出口202排出的空气从主体部3011的进口进入主体部3011内,然后分流至多个分支部3012,从多个分支部3012的出口排出,并通过多个第一进风口101进入护理腔105内。其中,多个分支部3012的出口可以按设定的规律进行排布,例如可以根据第一进风口101的分布规律进行排布。
由此,通过将通道301设置成包括主体部3011和多个分支部3012,可以使气流通过多个分支部3012实现分流,利于增加第一进风口101的占用面积,从而可以使通过第一进风口101进入护理腔105的气流快速地扩散到护理腔105的各个位置,进一步提高衣物护理设备1的使用效果。
为了提高气流在各个分支部3012的出口的排出速度,在一些实施例中,分支部3012的宽度沿气流方向减小。例如,分支部3012的与主体部3011连接的一端截面可以形成较宽的长方形,分支部3012的另一端截面可以设置成较扁平的长方形。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一风机20的风机出口202和通风壳30分别包括多个,第一风机20的多个风机出口202与多个通风壳30一一对应连通。
第一风机20工作时,从第一出风口103排出护理腔105的空气在第一风机20的作用下进入第一风机20内,第一风机20内的空气从第一风机20的多个风机出口202排出,然后分别流经多个通风壳30的通道301,最终从多个第一进风口101进入护理腔105内,如此循环往复。
如图19-图20所示,在一些实施例中,第一风机20包括电机21、两个风机壳22和两个风轮23,电机21具有两个电机轴,第一风机20的两个风机出口202设置在两个风机壳22上,两个风机壳22上的出口与两个通风壳30一一对应地连接,每个风机壳22内设有可转动的风轮23,即两个风轮23一一对应地设于两个风机壳22内,两个风轮23与两个电机轴一一对应地连接。也就是说,第一风机20的电机21为双轴电机,电机21工作时,电机 21可以同时驱动两个风轮23转动,控制更加方便。
在一些实施例中,风机壳22与通风壳30可以通过多个紧固件实现连接。
具体地,如图19所示,第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿设有多个第一连接孔221,多个第一连接孔221沿该出口的周向间隔布置,每个通风壳30的通道301的进口边沿设有多个第二连接孔302,多个第二连接孔302沿该进口的周向间隔布置,多个第一连接孔221与多个第二连接孔302的位置一一对应,第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿与对应的通风壳30通过多个紧固件实现连接,每个紧固件穿设于对应的第一连接孔221和第二连接孔302,结构简单、装拆方便。
在一些实施例中,第一风机20为离心风机。通过将第一风机20设置为离心风机,可以实现轴向进风、周向出风的形式,占用空间小且可以达到良好的通风效果。
如图14和图16所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,底部风口包括第二进风口102和第二出风口104,衣物护理设备1包括第二风机43,第二风机43用于驱动从第二出风口104进入底部风道401内的至少一部分空气朝第二进风口102引导。
具体地,第二风机43工作时,底部风道401内的一部分空气可以在第二风机43的驱动下从底部风道401的供风口4012排出底部风道401,并通过第二进风口102进入护理腔105内,底部风道401内的另一部分空气可以进入侧部风道1130,从侧部风口进入护理腔105内,护理腔105内下部的空气可以在第二风机43的驱动下,从第二出风口104排出护理腔105,并通过底部风道401的回风口4011进入底部风道401内。
如上所述,护理腔105内中下部的大量空气在第二风机43的驱动下在底部风道401、护理腔105的中下部与侧部风道1130之间实现循环流动,如此往复,保证衣物护理设备1的通风效果,从而提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
在一些实施例中,第二风机43为贯流风机。通过采用贯流风机,可以根据底部风道401的尺寸选择贯流风机的叶轮长度,并且贯流风机可以使气流到达很远的距离,出风更均匀,有利于提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
如图16和图17所示,在一些实施例中,护理腔105具有前部开口,第二进风口102和第二出风口104在前后方向上间隔布置。
这样可以使护理腔105内中下部的大量空气在第二风机43的驱动下在前后方向、上下方向循环流动,即使护理腔105内的进出风气流更加立体,进一步提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
在一些实施例中,衣物护理设备1包括箱体组件10和烘道组件40,箱体组件10限定出护理腔105、顶部风道1120、侧部风道1130以及容纳腔106,容纳腔106位于护理腔105的下方,烘道组件40设于容纳腔106,烘道组件40限定出底部风道401,第二进风口102、第二出风口104分别连通护理腔105和底部风道401。
由于衣物护理设备1中重量较重的结构主要集中在除去护理腔105以外的结构,通过将烘道组件40设置在位于护理腔105下方的容纳腔106,使衣物护理设备1的重心降低,可以减少衣物护理设备1的晃动,保证衣物护理设备1的稳定性,从而提升衣物护理设备1的使用安全性;此外,还可以抬高护理腔105的高度,用户无需弯腰放置衣物,提升用户的使用便利性。
如图16和图17所示,在一些示例中,底部风道401内设有蒸发器41和冷凝器42,衣物护理设备1还包括压缩机50,压缩机50与蒸发器41、冷凝器42连接。
具体地,压缩机50和第二风机43工作时,底部风道401内经过加热处理后的空气在第二风机43的作用下朝底部风道401的供风口4012流动,一部分从第二进风口102进入护理腔105内,另一部分空气进入侧部风道1130内,然后排至护理腔105内,从而对护理腔105内的待护理物品处理,然后依次流过第二出风口104、底部风道401的回风口4011,再次进入底部风道401内,如此往复。
在一些示例中,烘道组件40包括风道壳和风道盖,风道盖设于风道壳的上方,并且风 道盖与风道壳限定出底部风道401,底部风道401的回风口4011设于风道盖,并且底部风道401的回风口4011与第二出风口104连通,底部风道401的供风口4012设于风道盖,并且底部风道401的供风口4012与第二进风口102连通。
具体地,底部风道401的回风口4011和底部风道401的供风口4012在风道盖的前后方向上间隔布置,对应地,第二进风口102和第二出风口104在前后方向上间隔布置,这样可以使护理腔105内中下部的大量空气在第二风机43的驱动下在前后方向、上下方向循环流动,即使护理腔105内的进出风气流更加立体,进一步提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
由此,通过将烘道组件40设置成包括风道壳和风道盖,便于底部风道401内的结构部件的装拆。其中,风道壳和风道盖可以通过紧固件连接,可以保证风道壳和风道盖的连接可靠性,使装拆过程更加方便。
如图9-图10、图13-图17所示,在一些示例中,箱体组件10包括外壳111和内胆112,内胆112设于外壳111内,内胆112限定出护理腔105,顶部风道1120形成在内胆112的顶壁与外壳111之间。
进一步地,箱体组件10还包括挡风件113,挡风件113设于内胆112内,并且,挡风件113与内胆112的侧壁之间限定出侧部风道1130,侧部风口设于挡风件113。
由此,通过设置挡风件113,并在挡风件113设置侧部风口,利用的简单的结构即可限定出侧部风道1130,从而可以利用侧部风口连通侧部风道1130和护理腔105,有利于达到良好的通风效果。
如图9和图10所示,在一些实施例中,侧部风道1130包括第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301,第一通风腔11302连通护理腔105和顶部风道1120,第二通风腔11301位于第一通风腔11302的下方,并且第二通风腔11301连通护理腔105和底部风道401。
也就是说,一部分空气可以在护理腔105的中上部与第一通风腔11302之间实现循环流动,一部分空气可以在护理腔105的中下部与第二通风腔11301之间实现循环流动,保证衣物护理设备1的通风效果,从而提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
如图9、图13和图14所示,在一些示例中,侧部风口1130包括第一通风口11461和第二通风口11451,第一通风口11461分布在挡风件113的上部的两侧,并且第一通风口11461连通第一通风腔11302和护理腔105,第二通风口11451分布在挡风件113的下部的两侧,并且第二通风口11451连通第二通风腔11301和护理腔105。
第一风机20工作时,护理腔105内的部分空气可以通过第一出风口103排出护理腔105,并进入第一通风腔11302内,也可以通过挡风件113两侧的第一通风口11461排出,并进入第一通风腔11302内。
第二风机43工作时,从第二出风口104排出护理腔105的空气可以进入底部风道401内,通过过风口107进入第二通风腔11301内,进入第二通风腔11301内的部分空气可能会从第二通风口11451排出第二通风腔11301,并进入护理腔105内;在第一通风腔11302与第二通风腔11301连通的方案中,进入第二通风腔11301内的部分空气可能会在第一风机20的作用下从第一进风口101进入护理腔105内。
也就是说,第一风机20和第二风机43工作时,护理腔105内中上部的大量空气在第一风机20的驱动下在护理腔105的中上部与第一通风腔11302之间实现循环流动,护理腔105内中下部的大量空气在第二风机43的驱动下在护理腔105的中下部与第二通风腔11301之间实现循环流动,保证衣物护理设备1的通风效果,从而提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
由此,利用的简单的结构即可限定出第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301,从而可以利用第一通风口11461连通第一通风腔11302和护理腔105,实现在挡风件113的两侧的出风形式,利用第二通风口11451连通第二通风腔11301和护理腔105,实现在挡风件113的两侧的进风形式,能够防止护理腔105的局部区域存在气流死角,保证了护理腔105的通风效果,从而使护理效果更加均匀,提升衣物护理设备1的使用体验。
在一些可选的实施例,第一通风口11461和第二通风口11451可以分别长形通风口,长形通风口的长度方向沿挡风件113的长度方向延伸。
具体地,衣物护理设备1工作时,可以在护理腔105的两侧分别形成沿上下方向延伸的风帘,不仅可以增加单位时间内的通风量,而且可以增加通风力度,从而保证了护理腔105的通风效果,从而使护理效果更加均匀,提升衣物护理设备1的使用体验。
如图2和图3所示,在另一些可选的实施例,第一通风口11461和第二通风口11451分别包括多个,多个第一通风口11461沿挡风件113的长度方向间隔布置,多个第二通风口11451沿挡风件113的长度方向间隔布置。
由此,不仅可以增加单位时间内的通风量,而且可以根据需要对多个第一通风口11461、多个第二通风口11451的结构形状以及尺寸进行单独设计,利于实现个性化设计,满足通风需求。
举例而言,第一通风口11461和第二通风口11451可以设置成圆孔、方形孔、长方形孔,也可以根据高度位置设置第一通风口11461和第二通风口11451的排布密度,从而满足通风需求。
如图2-图10所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,侧部风道1130位于护理腔105的后方,侧部风口位于护理腔105的后壁,可以从衣物的后方进风和/或出风。
下面结合附图1-图20描述根据本申请的衣物护理设备1的一个具体实施例。
如图1-图20所示,衣物护理设备1具有护理腔105、顶部风道1120、底部风道401和侧部风道1130,顶部风道1120位于护理腔105的上方,底部风道401位于护理腔105的下方,侧部风道1130位于护理腔105的侧部。
具体地,衣物护理设备1包括箱体组件10、烘道组件40和蒸汽发生器60。
箱体组件10包括箱体11和门体(图中未示出),箱体11限定出护理腔105和容纳腔106,护理腔105位于容纳腔106的上方,护理腔105和容纳腔106均具有前部开口,门体可转动地设于箱体11,用于同时开闭护理腔105的前部开口和容纳腔106的前部开口。
箱体11还具有第一进风口101、第二进风口102、第一出风口103、第二出风口104、两个第一通风部1146、两个第二通风部1145、过风口107。
其中,第一进风口101位于护理腔105的上部,第二进风口102位于护理腔105的下部,两个第一通风部1146位于护理腔105的左右两侧,两个第二通风部1145位于护理腔105的左右两侧且位于第一通风部1146的下方,第一出风口103位于护理腔105的中后部,第二出风口104位于护理腔105的下部且位于第二进风口102的前方,侧部风道1130包括第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301,第一通风腔11302位于第二通风腔11301的上方,第一通风部1146包括多个第一通风口11461,每个第一通风口11461连通第一通风腔11302和护理腔105,第二通风部1145包括多个第二通风口11451,每个第二通风口11451连通第二通风腔11301和护理腔105。
箱体11包括外壳111、内胆112和挡风件113。
内胆112设于外壳111内,内胆112限定出护理腔105,内胆112与外壳111之间设有发泡材料以保证护理腔105的保温性能。第一进风口101设于内胆112的顶壁,第一出风口103设于内胆112的后壁,第二出风口104设于内胆112的底壁前部,过风口107设于内胆112的底壁后部。
挡风件113设于内胆112内,挡风件113与内胆112的后壁之间限定出侧部风道1130,侧部风道1130包括第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301,第一通风腔11302位于第二通风腔11301的上方。两个第一通风部1146分别设于挡风件113的左右两侧,两个第二通风部1145分别设于挡风件113的左右两侧,第一通风部1146位于第二通风部1145的上方,第二进风口102位于挡风件113的下方。
其中,挡风件113包括两个竖杆1131、横杆1132和挡风板1133,两个竖杆1131 在左右方向上间隔布置,横杆1132的两端分别与两个竖杆1131的中部连接。
如图2-图5所示,每个竖杆1131包括第一支撑板11311、第二支撑板11313和连接板11315,连接板11315连接在第一支撑板11311和第二支撑板11313之间,并且连接板11315与第一支撑板11311、第二支撑板11313之间限定出安装凹部,连接板11315上设有第一卡钩11316,并且第一卡钩11316的钩头部朝向第二支撑板11313设置,第一卡钩11316与第二支撑板11313之间限定出插槽11317,第一支撑板11311的朝向第二支撑板11313的一侧具有导风面11312,导风面11312从安装凹部内至安装凹部外朝远离第二支撑板11313的方向延伸。
如图6-图8所示,挡风板1133包括前面板11331和两个侧板11332,前面板11331连接在两个侧板11332之间,每个侧板11332包括第一板部11333和第二板部11334,第一板部11333的长度方向和第二板部11334的长度方向均沿前面板11331的长度方向延伸,第一板部11333连接在第二板部11334和前面板11331的侧部之间,第一板部11333和第二板部11334均相对于前面板11331倾斜设置,并且第一板部11333和第二板部11334相对于前面板11331的倾斜方向相反,第一板部11333的位于下部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第二通风口11451,第一板部11333的位于上部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第一通风口11461,第二板部11334的位于下部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第二通风口11451,第二板部11334的位于上部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第一通风口11461,第二板部11334上还设有卡孔11336。
在挡风件113安装至内胆112的状态下,第一支撑板11311与内胆112的侧壁止抵配合,第二支撑板11313设于前面板11331与内胆112的后壁之间,并且第二支撑板11313与前面板11331、内胆112的后壁止抵配合,挡风板1133的侧板11332插入第一卡钩11316与第二支撑板11313之间的插槽11317,并且卡孔11336与第一卡钩11316卡接配合,从而保证挡风板1133与竖杆1131的连接可靠性。第二支撑板11313具有避让口11314,避让口11314对第二通风口11451/第一通风口11461形成避让,在保证竖杆1131和挡风板1133的连接可靠性的基础上,使第二通风口11451可以连通护理腔105和第二通风腔11301,以及,使第一通风口11461可以连通护理腔105和第一通风腔11302。
其中,如图10-图12所示,内胆112与挡风件113还通过卡接结构114实现连接。
具体地,如图12所示,卡接结构114包括第一卡接件1141、第二卡接件1142和连接件1143,连接件1143连接在第一卡接件1141和第二卡接件1142之间,第一卡接件1141设在内胆112内,第二卡接件1142适于从内胆112上的穿孔穿过,以将卡接结构114安装在内胆112上。
在内胆112上安装卡接结构114时,可以先使第二卡接件1142穿过内胆112上的穿孔,然后旋转卡接结构114,使第二卡接件1142转动移动角度,这样内胆112外形成发泡层之后,第二卡接件1142可以与内胆112外的发泡层配合,以将第二卡接件1142固定在内胆112外的发泡层处,进而对卡接结构114的位置进行固定,并且可以保证卡接结构114不会从内胆112上脱离,以将卡接结构114稳定地安装在内胆112上。
第二卡接件1142包括多个卡接部11421和连接柱11424,每个卡接部11421的横截面形状与穿孔的形状相同,卡接部11421和穿孔形成为非圆形,相邻两个卡接部11421沿连接柱11424的轴向排布,相邻两个卡接部11421通过连接柱11424实现连接,每个卡接部11421包括固定柱11422和多个固定臂11423,固定柱11422沿连接柱11424的轴向延伸,固定柱11422与连接柱11424连接,固定柱11422和连接柱11424均形成圆柱且二者的轴线重合,多个固定臂11423在固定柱11422的周向间隔布置。
挡风件113上设有卡接配合部11337,卡接配合部11337与第一卡接件1141卡接配合,以通过卡接结构114将内胆112与挡风件113连接一起。
进一步地,连接件1143具有定位部11431,定位部11431适于与内胆112配合,在将卡接结构114安装在内胆112上时,可通过定位部11431固定卡接结构114相对于内胆112的位置。连接件1143和第一卡接件1141通过加强筋1144连接,以增强连接件1143与第二卡接件1142的连接强度,进而增强卡接结构114的结构强度,避免在利用卡接结构114将内胆112与内胆112内的结构安装在一起,卡接结构114因受到力的作用而发生断裂。
如图14-图17所示,外壳111与内胆112的顶壁之间设有安装壳,安装壳与外壳111的顶壁之间限定出顶部风道1120,顶部风道1120内设有第一风机20,第一风机20的风机进口201与第一出风口103通过第一通风腔11302连通,第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风口101通过通风壳30连通。
其中,通风壳30限定出至少一个通道301,通道301连通第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风口101,通道301包括主体部3011和多个分支部3012,主体部3011的进口与第一风机20的风机出口202,主体部3011的出口与多个分支部3012的进口连通,第一进风口101包括多个,多个第一进风口101与多个分支部3012的出口一一对应地连通,使气流通过多个分支部3012实现分流,利于增加第一进风口101的占用面积,从而可以使通过第一进风口101进入护理腔105的气流快速地扩散到护理腔105的各个位置,进一步提高衣物护理设备1的使用效果。分支部3012的宽度沿气流方向减小,由此提高气流在各个分支部3012的出口的排出速度。
如图19-图20所示,第一风机20包括电机21、两个风机壳22和两个风轮23,电机21具有两个电机轴,第一风机20的两个风机出口202设置在两个风机壳22上,两个风机壳22上的出口与两个通风壳30一一对应地连接,每个风机壳22内设有可转动的风轮23,即两个风轮23一一对应地设于两个风机壳22内,两个风轮23与两个电机轴一一对应地连接。也就是说,第一风机20的电机21为双轴电机,电机21工作时,电机21可以同时驱动两个风轮23转动,控制更加方便。
第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿设有多个第一连接孔221,多个第一连接孔221沿该出口的周向间隔布置,每个通风壳30的通道301的进口边沿设有多个第二连接孔302,多个第二连接孔302沿该进口的周向间隔布置,多个第一连接孔221与多个第二连接孔302的位置一一对应,第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿与对应的通风壳30通过多个紧固件实现连接,每个紧固件穿设于对应的第一连接孔221和第二连接孔302,结构简单、装拆方便。
烘道组件40设于容纳腔106,并且烘道组件40限定出底部风道401,底部风道401的回风口4011与第二出风口104连通,底部风道401的供风口4012与过风口107连通,烘道组件40包括第二风机43、蒸发器41和冷凝器42,第二风机43可驱动护理腔105内的空气依次从第二出风口104、底部风道401的回风口4011进入底部风道401内,在底部风道401内依次流经蒸发器41和冷凝器42,经蒸发器41和冷凝器42处理后从底部风道401的供风口4012流出底部风道401,一部分空气进入第二通风腔11301内,从第二通风部1145(多个第二通风口11451)进入护理腔105,另一部分空气从第二进风口102进入护理腔105,以对护理腔105内的物品进行护理。
衣物护理设备1还包括压缩机50,压缩机50与蒸发器41和冷凝器42相连。具体而言,换热剂能够在压缩机50、蒸发器41和冷凝器42之间流动,以使换热剂能够进行吸热或放热,进而对底部风道401内的空气进行干燥或加热处理,而护理腔105内的空气可从进口进入底部风道401内,在底部风道401经干燥或加热处理从出口流至第二通风腔11301,从第二通风腔11301流至护理腔105内,以对护理腔105内的衣物进行烘干处理。
蒸汽发生器60的蒸汽出口与第二通风腔11301连通,蒸汽发生器60产生的水蒸汽可从蒸汽出口处进入第二通风腔11301内,从第二通风腔11301进入护理腔105内,以 护理腔105内的物品进行护理。当衣物护理设备1用于对衣物进行护理时,蒸汽发生器60产生的水蒸汽可对护理腔105内的衣物进行除皱护理,同时方便用户对护理腔105内的衣物进行熨烫。
第二风机43工作时,护理腔105内中下部的大量空气在第二风机43的驱动下从第二出风口104排出护理腔105,并通过回风口4011进入底部风道401内,底部风道401内的空气经过加热处理之后,在第二风机43的驱动下从供风口4012排出,一部分空气进入第二通风腔11301,从位于左右两侧的两个第二通风部1145(多个第二通风口11451)进入护理腔105,一部分空气从第二进风口102进入护理腔105。如此循环,使大量空气在护理腔105的中下部与第二通风腔11301之间实现循环流动。
第一风机20工作时,护理腔105内中上部的大量空气在第一风机20的驱动下从位于左右两侧的两个第一通风部1146(多个第一通风口11461)、第一出风口103排出护理腔105,随后进入第一通风腔11302,在第一风机20的作用下进入顶部风道1120,再从第一进风口101进入护理腔105。如此循环,使大量空气在护理腔105的中上部与第一通风腔11302之间实现循环流动。
由此,能够防止护理腔105的局部区域存在气流死角,保证了护理腔105的通风效果,从而使烘干效果和除皱更加均匀,提升衣物护理设备1的使用体验
需要说明的是,第二通风腔11301与第一通风腔11302可以彼此连通或者隔断,在第二通风腔11301与第一通风腔11302连通的方案中,实际工作过程中,气流的流动路径相对比较复杂,例如第二通风腔11301内的一部分空气可能从第二通风口11451进入护理腔105内,也可能一部分空气流向第一通风腔11302。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种衣物护理设备,其中,所述衣物护理设备具有护理腔、位于所述护理腔上方的顶部风道、位于所述护理腔下方的底部风道、位于所述护理腔侧部的侧部风道,所述护理腔的顶壁设有顶部风口以连通所述顶部风道和所述护理腔,所述护理腔的底壁设有底部风口以连通所述底部风道和所述护理腔,所述护理腔的侧壁设有侧部风口以连通所述侧部风道和所述护理腔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述顶部风口包括第一进风口,所述侧部风口包括第一出风口,所述衣物护理设备包括第一风机,所述第一风机用于驱动从所述第一出风口进入所述侧部风道内的至少一部分空气朝所述第一进风口引导。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述第一风机设于所述顶部风道内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述顶部风道内还设有通风壳,所述通风壳限定出通道,所述通道连通所述第一风机的风机出口与所述第一进风口,所述通道的至少一段的宽度沿气流方向减小。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述通道的出口处设有多个分隔筋,多个所述分隔筋沿所述通道的出口的长度方向间隔布置。
  6. 根据权利要求4或5所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述通道包括:
    主体部;
    多个分支部,所述主体部的进口与所述第一风机的风机出口,所述主体部的出口与多个所述分支部的进口连通,所述第一进风口包括多个,多个所述第一进风口与多个所述分支部的出口一一对应地连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述分支部的宽度沿气流方向减小。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7中任一项所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述第一风机的风机出口和所述通风壳分别包括多个,所述第一风机的多个所述出口与多个所述通风壳一一对应连通。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述第一风机包括:
    电机,所述电机具有两个电机轴;
    两个风机壳,两个所述风机壳与两个所述通风壳一一对应地连接,每个所述风机壳内设有可转动的风轮,两个所述风轮与两个所述电机轴一一对应地连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述底部风口包括第二进风口和第二出风口,所述衣物护理设备包括第二风机,所述第二风机用于驱动从所述第二出风口进入所述底部风道内的至少一部分空气朝所述第二进风口引导。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述护理腔具有前部开口,所述第二进风口和所述第二出风口在前后方向上间隔布置。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述衣物护理设备包括:
    箱体组件,所述箱体组件限定出所述护理腔、所述顶部风道、所述侧部风道以及位于所述护理腔下方的容纳腔;
    烘道组件,所述烘道组件设于所述容纳腔且限定出所述底部风道,所述第二进风口、所述第二出风口分别连通所述护理腔和所述底部风道。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述底部风道内设有蒸发器和冷凝器,所述衣物护理设备还包括压缩机,所述压缩机与所述蒸发器、所述冷凝器连接。
  14. 根据权利要求12或13所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述烘道组件包括:
    风道壳;
    风道盖,所述风道盖设于所述风道壳的上方且与所述风道壳限定出所述底部风道,所述底部风道的进口设于所述风道盖且与所述第二出风口连通,所述底部风道的供风口设于所述风道盖且与所述第二进风口连通。
  15. 根据权利要求12-14中任一项所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述箱体组件包括:
    外壳;
    内胆,所述内胆设于所述外壳内,所述内胆限定出所述护理腔,所述顶部风道形成在所述内胆的顶壁与所述外壳之间;
    挡风件,所述挡风件设于所述内胆内且与所述内胆的侧壁之间限定出所述侧部风道,所述侧部风口设于所述挡风件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述侧部风道包括第一通风腔和第二通风腔,所述第一通风腔连通所述护理腔和所述顶部风道,所述第二通风腔位于所述第一通风腔的下方且连通所述护理腔和所述底部风道。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述侧部风口包括第一通风口和第二通风口,所述第一通风口分布在所述挡风件的上部的两侧且连通所述第一通风腔和所述护理腔,所述第二通风口分布在所述挡风件的下部的两侧且连通所述第二通风腔和所述护理腔。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17中任一项所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述侧部风道位于所述护理腔的后方,所述侧部风口位于所述护理腔的后壁。
