本申请涉及护理设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种衣物护理设备。
背景技术
随着人们生活品质的提高,对衣服护理的要求不断提高,衣物护理设备在日常生活中的使用越来越广泛,衣物护理设备能够对衣物实现除尘、熨烫、除皱、杀菌中的一种或多种功能。
相关技术中衣物护理设备利用风机对衣物进行吹风除皱,衣物护理设备内设置有用于悬挂衣物的衣架,衣架能够将衣物撑开配合风机除皱,为了提高除皱效果,现有的部分衣架在底部设置有出风口,从而引导气流吹向衣物。由于衣物悬挂在衣架外,衣架上的出风口位于衣物内部,由出风口吹出的风仅能将衣物撑开,导致除尘和除皱效率低、效果差。
申请内容
本申请旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本申请的一个目的在于提出一种衣物护理设备,所述衣物护理设备的使用效果更好。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备,包括:箱体组件,所述箱体组件具有第一进风部、第一出风部和护理腔,所述第一进风部和所述第一出风部均与所述护理腔连通;第一风机,所述第一风机设于所述箱体组件,所述第一风机的风机进口与所述第一出风部连通,所述第一风机的风机出口与所述第一进风部连通;其中,所述护理腔设有适于安装挂衣架的第一位置,所述第一进风部位于第二位置,所述第一位置与所述第二位置间隔设置。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备,通过将第一位置与第二位置间隔设置,使得第一进风部位于挂衣架的至少一侧,从挂衣架至少一侧的第一进风部进入护理腔内的空气在衣物的外部至少一侧流动,而不是直接进入衣物内,衣物外部流动的空气可以驱动衣物发生抖动,使衣物的掉灰效果更好,并且结合衣物护理设备的烘干或者熨烫功能,可以从衣物的外部对衣物进行烘干或者熨烫处理,从而进一步提高对衣物的烘干或者熨烫效果,进而提高衣物护理设备1的护理效果,提升用户的使用体验。
根据本申请的一些实施例,还包括:通风壳,所述通风壳限定出通道,所述通道连通所述第一风机的风机出口与所述第一进风部,所述通道的至少部分的宽度沿气流方向减小。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述通道的出口处设有多个分隔筋,多个所述分隔筋沿所述通道的出口的长度方向间隔布置。
根据本申请的一些实施例,所述通道包括:主体部;多个分支部,所述主体部的进口与所述第一风机的风机出口,所述主体部的出口与多个所述分支部的进口连通,所述第一进风部包括多个第一进风口,多个所述第一进风口与多个所述分支部的出口一一对应地连通。
在一些实施例中,所述分支部的宽度沿气流方向减小。
在一些实施例中,所述第一风机的风机出口和所述通风壳分别包括多个,所述第一 风机的多个所述出口与多个所述通风壳一一对应连通。
在一些具体实施例中,所述第一风机包括:电机,所述电机具有两个电机轴;两个风机壳,两个所述风机壳与两个所述通风壳一一对应地连接,每个所述风机壳内设有可转动的风轮,两个所述风轮与两个所述电机轴一一对应地连接。
在一些示例中,所述风机壳与所述通风壳通过多个紧固件实现连接。
在一些示例中,所述风轮为离心风轮。
根据本申请进一步的实施例,所述箱体组件包括:外壳;内胆,所述内胆设于所述外壳内,所述内胆限定出所述护理腔且所述护理腔具有前部开口,所述第一风机和所述通风壳设于所述外壳与所述内胆的顶壁之间,所述第一进风部设于所述内胆的顶壁。
在一些实施例中,所述箱体组件还包括:挡风件,所述挡风件设于所述内胆内,所述挡风件与所述内胆的后壁之间限定出与所述护理腔连通的第一通风腔,所述第一风机的风机进口与所述第一出风部通过所述第一通风腔连通。
在一些示例中,所述第一出风部设于所述挡风件在上下方向的中部。
在一些示例中,所述挡风件的左右两侧分别设有第一通风部,所述第一通风部连通所述第一通风腔和所述护理腔。
在一些具体示例中,所述第一通风部包括一个沿所述护理腔的高度方向延伸的长形通风口;或者,所述第一通风部包括多个第一通风口且多个所述第一通风口沿所述护理腔的高度方向间隔布置。
在一些示例中,所述挡风件与所述内胆的后壁之间限定出与所述护理腔连通的第二通风腔,所述内胆的底壁前部具有第二出风部,所述内胆的底壁后部具有与所述第二通风腔连通的过风口;其中,所述衣物护理设备还包括烘道组件,所述烘道组件设于所述内胆的下方且限定出风道,所述风道的进口与所述第二出风部连通,所述风道的出口与所述过风口连通,所述风道内设有加热件和第二风机。

根据本申请进一步的实施例,所述衣物护理设备还包括:蒸汽发生器,所述蒸汽发生器的蒸汽出口与所述护理腔连通。

下面参考图1-图20描述根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1。
如图1、图9-图10以及图13-图17所示,根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1包括箱体组件10和第一风机20。
箱体组件10具有第一进风部101、第一出风部103和护理腔105,第一进风部101和第一出风部103均与护理腔105连通,第一风机20设于箱体组件10,第一风机20的风机进口201与第一出风部103连通,第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风部101连通。
第一风机20工作时,可以驱动护理腔105内的至少一部分空气从第一出风部103排出,并通过第一风机20的风机进口201进入第一风机20内,第一风机20内的空气从第一风机20的风机出口202排出,并通过第一进风部101进入护理腔105内,如此循环往复。
其中,护理腔105内设有适于安装挂衣架的第一位置,第一进风部101位于第二位置,第一位置与第二位置间隔设置。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1,通过将第一位置与第二位置间隔设置,使得第一进风部101位于挂衣架的至少一侧,从挂衣架至少一侧的第一进风部101进入护理腔105内的空气在衣物的外部至少一侧流动,而不是直接进入衣物内,衣物外部流动的空气可以驱动衣物发生抖动,使衣物的掉灰效果更好,并且结合衣物护理设备的烘干或者熨烫功能,可以从衣物的外部对衣物进行烘干或者熨烫处理,从而进一步提高对衣物的烘干或者熨烫效果,进而提高衣物护理设备1的护理效果,提升用户的使用体验。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一进风部101包括多个第一进风口1011,多个第一进风口1011分别位于多个第二位置,至少两个第二位置之间设有第一位置,从而使至少两个第一 进风口1011位于挂衣架的两侧。
举例而言,多个第一进风口1011可以在预设方向(如图13所示的左右方向)上间隔布置,护理腔105的顶壁设有多个安装部1121,多个安装部1121沿预设方向间隔布置,安装部1121用于安装挂衣架,相邻两个安装部1121之间设有至少一个第一进风口1011,相邻两个第一进风口1011之间设有一个安装部1121。
至少两个第一进风口1011设在挂衣架的两侧,从挂衣架两侧的第一进风口1011进入护理腔105内的空气在衣物的外部两侧流动,而不是直接进入衣物内,衣物外部两侧的流动的空气可以驱动衣物发生抖动,使衣物的掉灰效果更好,可以提高对衣物的烘干或者熨烫效果,进而提高衣物护理设备1的护理效果,提升用户的使用体验。
如图15所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,衣物护理设备1还包括通风壳30,通风壳30限定出至少一个通道301,通道301连通第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风部101,通道301的至少部分的宽度沿气流方向减小。
也就是说,通道301的至少部分的宽度从第一风机20的风机出口202至第一进风部101逐渐减小,例如,通道301的靠近第一进风部101的部分宽度从第一风机20的风机出口202至第一进风部101逐渐减小,从而可以提高第一进风部101处的风速。
由此,通过在第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风部101之间设置通风壳30,可以实现导风作用,便于第一风机20在箱体组件10上的布局,通过将通风壳30限定出的通道301的至少部分的宽度设置成沿气流方向减小,可以提高第一进风部101处的风速,有利于提高衣物护理设备1的使用效果,从而提升用户的使用体验。
如图20所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,通道301的出口处设有多个分隔筋31,多个分隔筋31沿通道301的出口的长度方向间隔布置,从而可以将通道301的出口分隔成多个尺寸较小的风口。如此设置,可以实现散风效果,并且,分隔筋31还可以起到导风作用,从而可以根据需要设置分隔筋31的方向,满足通风需求。
如图17-图20所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,通道301包括主体部3011和多个分支部3012,主体部3011的进口与第一风机20的风机出口202连通,主体部3011的出口与多个分支部3012的进口连通,第一进风部101包括多个第一进风口1011,多个第一进风口1011与多个分支部3012的出口一一对应地连通。
具体地,从第一风机20的风机出口202排出的空气从主体部3011的进口进入主体部3011内,然后分流至多个分支部3012,从多个分支部3012的出口排出,并通过多个第一进风口1011进入护理腔105内。其中,多个分支部3012的出口可以按设定的规律进行排布,例如可以根据第一进风口1011的分布规律进行排布。
由此,通过将通道301设置成包括主体部3011和多个分支部3012,可以使气流通过多个分支部3012实现分流,利于增加第一进风部101的占用面积,从而可以使通过第一进风部101进入护理腔105的气流快速地扩散到护理腔105的各个位置,进一步提高衣物护理设备1的使用效果。
为了提高气流在各个分支部3012的出口的排出速度,在一些实施例中,分支部3012的宽度沿气流方向减小。例如,分支部3012的与主体部3011连接的一端截面可以形成较宽的长方形,分支部3012的另一端截面可以设置成较扁平的长方形。
根据本申请的一些实施例,第一风机20的风机出口202和通风壳30分别包括多个,第一风机20的多个风机出口202与多个通风壳30一一对应连通。
第一风机20工作时,从第一出风部103排出护理腔105的空气在第一风机20的作用下进入第一风机20内,第一风机20内的空气从第一风机20的多个风机出口202排出,然后分别流经多个通风壳30的通道301,最终从第一进风部101的多个第一进风口1011进入护理腔105内,如此循环往复。
如图19-图20所示,在一些实施例中,第一风机20包括电机21、两个风机壳22和两个风轮23,电机21具有两个电机轴,第一风机20的两个风机出口202设置在两个风机壳 22上,两个风机壳22上的出口与两个通风壳30一一对应地连接,每个风机壳22内设有可转动的风轮23,即两个风轮23一一对应地设于两个风机壳22内,两个风轮23与两个电机轴一一对应地连接。也就是说,第一风机20的电机21为双轴电机,电机21工作时,电机21可以同时驱动两个风轮23转动,控制更加方便。
在一些实施例中,风机壳22与通风壳30可以通过多个紧固件实现连接。
具体地,如图19所示,第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿设有多个第一连接孔221,多个第一连接孔221沿该出口的周向间隔布置,每个通风壳30的通道301的进口边沿设有多个第二连接孔302,多个第二连接孔302沿该进口的周向间隔布置,多个第一连接孔221与多个第二连接孔302的位置一一对应,第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿与对应的通风壳30通过多个紧固件实现连接,每个紧固件穿设于对应的第一连接孔221和第二连接孔302,结构简单、装拆方便。
在一些实施例中,风轮23为离心风轮23。通过将风轮23设置为离心风轮23,可以实现轴向进风、周向出风的形式,占用空间小且可以达到良好的通风效果。
如图14-图15、图17所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,箱体组件10包括外壳111和内胆112,内胆112设于外壳111内,内胆112限定出护理腔105,护理腔105具有前部开口,外壳111与内胆112的顶壁之间具有安装空间。
其中,第一风机20和通风壳30设于外壳111与内胆112的顶壁之间,即第一风机20和通风壳30设于安装空间内,第一进风部101设于内胆112的顶壁,从而形成从护理腔105的上部进风的效果,这样气流可以从上至下进入护理腔105内。
为了保证箱体组件10的保温性能,外壳111和内胆112之间可以设置发泡层。当然,也可以在二者之间设置其他保温材料。
如图1-图8、图15和图17所示,在一些实施例中,箱体组件10还包括挡风件113,挡风件113设于内胆112内,挡风件113与内胆112的后壁之间限定出第一通风腔11302,第一通风腔11302与护理腔105连通,即第一通风腔11302位于护理腔105的后方,第一风机20的风机进口201与第一出风部103通过第一通风腔11302连通。
具体地,第一风机20工作时,第一风机20可以驱动护理腔105内的至少一部分空气从后流动并通过第一出风部103进入第一通风腔11302内,进入第一通风腔11302内的至少一部分空气朝上流动,并通过第一风机20的风机进口201进入第一风机20内,第一风机20内的空气从第一风机20的风机出口202排出并进入通风壳30的通道301内,然后通过第一进风部101进入护理腔105内并从上至下流动,如此循环往复。
由此,通过在内胆112的后壁处设置挡风件113,利用的简单的结构即可限定出第一通风腔11302,从而可以利用第一通风腔11302连通第一风机20的风机进口201与第一出风部103,使得护理腔105内的空气在第一风机20的作用下循环流动,利于提升衣物护理设备1的使用效果。
可以理解的是,若第一出风部103与第一风机20之间距离太大,可能会导致第一风机20无法提供足够大的动力以使护理腔105内的空气从第一出风部103进入第一通风腔11302内,从而无法驱动空气快速地在护理腔105与第一通风腔11302之间循环流动,若第一出风部103与第一风机20之间的距离太小,可能会导致只有护理腔105上部的少量空气可以在护理腔105与第一通风腔11302之间循环流动,无法实现大量的空气在护理腔105与第一通风腔11302之间循环流动,从而导致衣物护理设备1的护理效果不均匀。
因此,如图9-图10、图13-图14所示,在一些示例中,第一出风部103设于挡风件113在上下方向的中部,可以使护理腔105内中上部的大量空气在第一风机20的驱动下在护理腔105的中上部与第一通风腔11302之间实现循环流动,保证衣物护理设备1的通风效果,从而提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
需要说明的是,挡风件113在上下方向的中部是指,挡风件113中除去上端和下端的位置,可以是挡风件113的正中央位置,也可以是挡风件113的靠上或者靠下的位置。
如图7和图8所示,在一些示例中,挡风件113的左右两侧分别设有第一通风部1146,第一通风部1146连通第一通风腔11302和护理腔105。
第一风机20工作时,护理腔105内的部分空气可以通过第一出风部103排出护理腔105,并进入第一通风腔11302内,也可以通过挡风件113的左右两侧的第一通风部1146排出,并进入第一通风腔11302内。
由此,通过在挡风件113的左右两侧设置第一通风部1146,利用的简单的结构即可限定出第一通风腔11302,从而可以利用第一通风部1146连通第一通风腔11302和护理腔105,实现在挡风件113的左右两侧的出风形式,能够防止护理腔105的局部区域存在气流死角,保证了护理腔105的通风效果,从而使护理效果更加均匀,提升衣物护理设备1的使用体验。
在一些可选的实施例,每个第一通风部1146包括一个长形通风口,长形通风口的长度方向沿挡风件113的长度方向延伸。
具体地,衣物护理设备1工作时,可以在护理腔105的左右两侧分别形成沿上下方向延伸的风帘,不仅可以增加单位时间内的通风量,而且可以增加通风力度,从而保证了护理腔105的通风效果,从而使护理效果更加均匀,提升衣物护理设备1的使用体验。
如图2和图3所示,在另一些可选的实施例,每个第一通风部1146包括多个第一通风口11461,多个第一通风口11461沿挡风件113的长度方向间隔布置。
由此,通过将第一通风部1146设置成包括多个第一通风口11461,不仅可以增加单位时间内的通风量,而且可以根据需要对多个第一通风口11461的结构形状以及尺寸进行单独设计,利于实现个性化设计,满足通风需求。
举例而言,第一通风口11461可以设置成圆孔、方形孔、长方形孔,也可以根据高度位置设置第一通风口11461的排布密度,从而满足通风需求。
如图9和图10所示,在一些示例中,挡风件113与内胆112的后壁之间限定出第二通风腔11301,第二通风腔11301与护理腔105连通,内胆112的底壁前部具有第二出风部104,内胆112的底壁后部具有过风口107,过风口107与第二通风腔11301连通。
进一步地,衣物护理设备1还包括烘道组件40,烘道组件40设于内胆112的下方,烘道组件40限定出风道401,风道401的进口4011与第二出风部104连通,风道401的出口4012与过风口107连通,风道401内设有加热件和第二风机43。
第二风机43工作时,从第二出风部104排出护理腔105的空气可以进入风道401内,经过加热件加热处理之后,通过过风口107进入第二通风腔11301内,进入第二通风腔11301内的部分空气可能会从第二通风部1145排出第二通风腔11301,并进入护理腔105内;在第一通风腔11302与第二通风腔11301连通的方案中,进入第二通风腔11301内的部分空气可能会在第一风机20的作用下从第一进风部101进入护理腔105内
也就是说,第一风机20和第二风机43工作时,护理腔105内中上部的大量空气在第一风机20的驱动下在护理腔105的中上部与第一通风腔11302之间实现循环流动,护理腔105内中下部的大量空气在第二风机43的驱动下在护理腔105的中下部与第二通风腔11301之间实现循环流动,保证衣物护理设备1的通风效果,从而提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
如图9和图10所示,在一些具体示例中,挡风件113的下部设有第二进风部102,第二进风部102连通护理腔105和第二通风腔11301。
第二风机43工作时,从第二出风部104排出护理腔105的空气可以进入风道401内,经过加热件加热处理之后,通过过风口107进入第二通风腔11301内,进入第二通风腔11301内的空气也可以通过第二进风部102排出第二通风腔11301,并进入护理腔105内,从而形成从护理腔105的下部进风的效果,这样气流可以从下至上进入护理腔105内。
在一些具体示例中,加热件包括热泵系统的换热器。例如,热泵系统的蒸发器41和冷凝器42均设置在风道401内,热泵系统的压缩机50设置在风道401的下方。通过采用热泵系统,调控更加方便,并且有利于能源的综合利用,使衣物护理设备1具有控制方便、节能等优点。
在一些具体示例中,第二风机43为贯流风机。通过采用贯流风机,可以根据风道401的尺寸选择贯流风机的叶轮长度,并且贯流风机可以使气流到达很远的距离,出风更均匀,有利于提升衣物护理设备1的护理效果。
如图17所示,根据本申请的一些实施例,衣物护理设备1还包括蒸汽发生器60,蒸汽发生器60的蒸汽出口与护理腔105连通。衣物护理设备1可以对衣物进行护理,蒸汽发器产生的水蒸气可进入护理腔105内,从而对护理腔105内的衣物进行除皱处理,同时方便用户对护理腔105内的衣物进行熨烫。
下面结合附图1-图20描述根据本申请的衣物护理设备1的一个具体实施例。
如图1-图20所示,衣物护理设备1包括箱体组件10、烘道组件40和蒸汽发生器60。
箱体组件10包括箱体11和门体(图中未示出),箱体11限定出护理腔105和容纳腔106,护理腔105位于容纳腔106的上方,护理腔105和容纳腔106均具有前部开口,门体可转动地设于箱体11,用于同时开闭护理腔105的前部开口和容纳腔106的前部开口。
箱体11还具有第一进风部101、第二进风部102、第一出风部103、第二出风部104、两个第一通风部1146、两个第二通风部1145、过风口107、第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301。
其中,第一进风部101位于护理腔105的上部,第二进风部102位于护理腔105的下部,两个第一通风部1146位于护理腔105的左右两侧,两个第二通风部1145位于护理腔105的左右两侧且位于第一通风部1146的下方,第一出风部103位于护理腔105的中后部,第二出风部104位于护理腔105的下部且位于第二进风部102的前方,第一通风腔11302位于第二通风腔11301的上方,第一通风部1146包括多个第一通风口11461,每个第一通风口11461连通第一通风腔11302和护理腔105,第二通风部1145包括多个第二通风口11451,每个第二通风口11451连通第二通风腔11301和护理腔105。
箱体11包括外壳111、内胆112和挡风件113。
内胆112设于外壳111内,内胆112限定出护理腔105,内胆112与外壳111之间设有发泡材料以保证护理腔105的保温性能。第一进风部101设于内胆112的顶壁,第一出风部103设于内胆112的后壁,第二出风部104设于内胆112的底壁前部,过风口107设于内胆112的底壁后部。
挡风件113设于内胆112内,挡风件113与内胆112的后壁之间限定出第一通风腔11302和第二通风腔11301,第一通风腔11302位于第二通风腔11301的上方。两个第一通风部1146分别设于挡风件113的左右两侧,两个第二通风部1145分别设于挡风件113的左右两侧,第一通风部1146位于第二通风部1145的上方,第二进风部102位于挡风件113的下方。
其中,挡风件113包括两个竖杆1131、横杆1132和挡风板1133,两个竖杆1131在左右方向上间隔布置,横杆1132的两端分别与两个竖杆1131的中部连接。
如图2-图5所示,每个竖杆1131包括第一支撑板11311、第二支撑板11313和连接板11315,连接板11315连接在第一支撑板11311和第二支撑板11313之间,并且连接板11315与第一支撑板11311、第二支撑板11313之间限定出安装凹部,连接板11315上设有第一卡钩11316,并且第一卡钩11316的钩头部朝向第二支撑板11313设置,第一卡钩11316与第二支撑板11313之间限定出插槽11317,第一支撑板11311的朝向第二支撑板11313的一侧具有导风面11312,导风面11312从安装凹部内至安装凹部外朝远离第二支撑板11313的方向延伸。
如图6-图8所示,挡风板1133包括前面板11331和两个侧板11332,前面板11331连接在两个侧板11332之间,每个侧板11332包括第一板部11333和第二板部11334,第一板部11333的长度方向和第二板部11334的长度方向均沿前面板11331的长度方向 延伸,第一板部11333连接在第二板部11334和前面板11331的侧部之间,第一板部11333和第二板部11334均相对于前面板11331倾斜设置,并且第一板部11333和第二板部11334相对于前面板11331的倾斜方向相反,第一板部11333的位于下部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第二通风口11451,第一板部11333的位于上部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第一通风口11461,第二板部11334的位于下部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第二通风口11451,第二板部11334的位于上部的板段设有多个沿其长度方向间隔布置的第一通风口11461,第二板部11334上还设有卡孔11336。
在挡风件113安装至内胆112的状态下,第一支撑板11311与内胆112的侧壁止抵配合,第二支撑板11313设于前面板11331与内胆112的后壁之间,并且第二支撑板11313与前面板11331、内胆112的后壁止抵配合,挡风板1133的侧板11332插入第一卡钩11316与第二支撑板11313之间的插槽11317,并且卡孔11336与第一卡钩11316卡接配合,从而保证挡风板1133与竖杆1131的连接可靠性。第二支撑板11313具有避让口11314,避让口11314对第二通风口11451/第一通风口11461形成避让,在保证竖杆1131和挡风板1133的连接可靠性的基础上,使第二通风口11451可以连通护理腔105和第二通风腔11301,以及,使第一通风口11461可以连通护理腔105和第一通风腔11302。
其中,如图10-图12所示,内胆112与挡风件113还通过卡接结构114实现连接。
具体地,如图12所示,卡接结构114包括第一卡接件1141、第二卡接件1142和连接件1143,连接件1143连接在第一卡接件1141和第二卡接件1142之间,第一卡接件1141设在内胆112内,第二卡接件1142适于从内胆112上的穿孔穿过,以将卡接结构114安装在内胆112上。
在内胆112上安装卡接结构114时,可以先使第二卡接件1142穿过内胆112上的穿孔,然后旋转卡接结构114,使第二卡接件1142转动移动角度,这样内胆112外形成发泡层之后,第二卡接件1142可以与内胆112外的发泡层配合,以将第二卡接件1142固定在内胆112外的发泡层处,进而对卡接结构114的位置进行固定,并且可以保证卡接结构114不会从内胆112上脱离,以将卡接结构114稳定地安装在内胆112上。
第二卡接件1142包括多个卡接部11421和连接柱11424,每个卡接部11421的横截面形状与穿孔的形状相同,卡接部11421和穿孔形成为非圆形,相邻两个卡接部11421沿连接柱11424的轴向排布,相邻两个卡接部11421通过连接柱11424实现连接,每个卡接部11421包括固定柱11422和多个固定臂11423,固定柱11422沿连接柱11424的轴向延伸,固定柱11422与连接柱11424连接,固定柱11422和连接柱11424均形成圆柱且二者的轴线重合,多个固定臂11423在固定柱11422的周向间隔布置。
挡风件113上设有卡接配合部11337,卡接配合部11337与第一卡接件1141卡接配合,以通过卡接结构114将内胆112与挡风件113连接一起。
进一步地,连接件1143具有定位部11431,定位部11431适于与内胆112配合,在将卡接结构114安装在内胆112上时,可通过定位部11431固定卡接结构114相对于内胆112的位置。连接件1143和第一卡接件1141通过加强筋1144连接,以增强连接件1143与第二卡接件1142的连接强度,进而增强卡接结构114的结构强度,避免在利用卡接结构114将内胆112与内胆112内的结构安装在一起,卡接结构114因受到力的作用而发生断裂。
如图14-图17所示,外壳111与内胆112的顶壁之间设有安装壳,安装壳与外壳111的顶壁之间限定出安装腔1120,安装腔1120内设有第一风机20,第一风机20的风机进口201与第一出风部103通过第一通风腔11302连通,第一风机20的风机出口202与第一进风部101通过通风壳30连通。
其中,通风壳30限定出至少一个通道301,通道301连通第一风机20的风机出口202 与第一进风部101,通道301的出口处设有多个分隔筋31,多个分隔筋31沿通道301的出口的长度方向间隔布置,从而可以将通道301的出口分隔成多个尺寸较小的风口。如此设置,可以实现散风效果,并且,分隔筋31还可以起到导风作用,从而可以根据需要设置分隔筋31的方向,满足通风需求。

如图19-图20所示,第一风机20包括电机21、两个风机壳22和两个风轮23,电机21具有两个电机轴,第一风机20的两个风机出口202设置在两个风机壳22上,两个风机壳22上的出口与两个通风壳30一一对应地连接,每个风机壳22内设有可转动的风轮23,即两个风轮23一一对应地设于两个风机壳22内,两个风轮23与两个电机轴一一对应地连接。也就是说,第一风机20的电机21为双轴电机,电机21工作时,电机21可以同时驱动两个风轮23转动,控制更加方便。
第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿设有多个第一连接孔221,多个第一连接孔221沿该出口的周向间隔布置,每个通风壳30的通道301的进口边沿设有多个第二连接孔302,多个第二连接孔302沿该进口的周向间隔布置,多个第一连接孔221与多个第二连接孔302的位置一一对应,第一风机20的每个风机出口202边沿与对应的通风壳30通过多个紧固件实现连接,每个紧固件穿设于对应的第一连接孔221和第二连接孔302,结构简单、装拆方便。
烘道组件40设于容纳腔106,并且烘道组件40限定出风道401,风道401的回风口4011与第二出风部104连通,风道401的供风口4012与过风口107连通,烘道组件40包括第二风机43、蒸发器41和冷凝器42,第二风机43可驱动护理腔105内的空气依次从第二出风部104、风道401的回风口4011进入风道401内,在风道401内依次流经蒸发器41和冷凝器42,经蒸发器41和冷凝器42处理后从风道401的供风口4012流出风道401,一部分空气进入第二通风腔11301内,从第二通风部1145(多个第二通风口11451)进入护理腔105,另一部分空气从第二进风部102进入护理腔105,以对护理腔105内的物品进行护理。
衣物护理设备1还包括压缩机50,压缩机50与蒸发器41和冷凝器42相连。具体而言,换热剂能够在压缩机50、蒸发器41和冷凝器42之间流动,以使换热剂能够进行吸热或放热,进而对风道401内的空气进行干燥或加热处理,而护理腔105内的空气可从进口进入风道401内,在风道401经干燥或加热处理从出口流至第二通风腔11301,从第二通风腔11301流至护理腔105内,以对护理腔105内的衣物进行烘干处理。
蒸汽发生器60的蒸汽出口与第二通风腔11301连通,蒸汽发生器60产生的水蒸汽可从蒸汽出口处进入第二通风腔11301内,从第二通风腔11301进入护理腔105内,以护理腔105内的物品进行护理。当衣物护理设备1用于对衣物进行护理时,蒸汽发生器60产生的水蒸汽可对护理腔105内的衣物进行除皱护理,同时方便用户对护理腔105内的衣物进行熨烫。
第二风机43工作时,护理腔105内中下部的大量空气在第二风机43的驱动下从第二出风部104排出护理腔105,并通过回风口4011进入风道401内,风道401内的空气经过加热处理之后,在第二风机43的驱动下从供风口4012排出,一部分空气进入第二通风腔11301,从位于左右两侧的两个第二通风部1145(多个第二通风口11451)进入护理腔105,一部分空气从第二进风部102进入护理腔105。如此循环,使大量空气在护理腔 105的中下部与第二通风腔11301之间实现循环流动。
第一风机20工作时,护理腔105内中上部的大量空气在第一风机20的驱动下从位于左右两侧的两个第一通风部1146(多个第一通风口11461)、第一出风部103排出护理腔105,随后进入第一通风腔11302,在第一风机20的作用下进入安装腔1120,再从第一进风部101进入护理腔105。如此循环,使大量空气在护理腔105的中上部与第一通风腔11302之间实现循环流动。
由此,能够防止护理腔105的局部区域存在气流死角,保证了护理腔105的通风效果,从而使烘干效果和除皱更加均匀,提升衣物护理设备1的使用体验
需要说明的是,第二通风腔11301与第一通风腔11302可以彼此连通或者隔断,在第二通风腔11301与第一通风腔11302连通的方案中,实际工作过程中,气流的流动路径相对比较复杂,例如第二通风腔11301内的一部分空气可能从第二通风口11451进入护理腔105内,也可能一部分空气流向第一通风腔11302。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
根据本申请实施例的衣物护理设备1的其他构成以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种衣物护理设备,其中,包括:
    箱体组件,所述箱体组件具有第一进风部、第一出风部和护理腔,所述第一进风部和所述第一出风部均与所述护理腔连通;
    第一风机,所述第一风机设于所述箱体组件,所述第一风机的风机进口与所述第一出风部连通,所述第一风机的风机出口与所述第一进风部连通;
    其中,所述护理腔设有适于安装挂衣架的第一位置,所述第一进风部位于第二位置,所述第一位置与所述第二位置间隔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的衣物护理设备,其中,还包括:
    通风壳,所述通风壳限定出通道,所述通道连通所述第一风机的风机出口与所述第一进风部,所述通道的至少部分的宽度沿气流方向减小。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述通道的出口处设有多个分隔筋,多个所述分隔筋沿所述通道的出口的长度方向间隔布置。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述通道包括:
    主体部;
    多个分支部,所述主体部的进口与所述第一风机的风机出口,所述主体部的出口与多个所述分支部的进口连通,所述第一进风部包括多个第一进风口,多个所述第一进风口与多个所述分支部的出口一一对应地连通。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述分支部的宽度沿气流方向减小。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述第一风机的风机出口和所述通风壳分别包括多个,所述第一风机的多个所述出口与多个所述通风壳一一对应连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述第一风机包括:
    电机,所述电机具有两个电机轴;
    两个风机壳,两个所述风机壳与两个所述通风壳一一对应地连接,每个所述风机壳内设有可转动的风轮,两个所述风轮与两个所述电机轴一一对应地连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述风机壳与所述通风壳通过多个紧固件实现连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述风轮为离心风轮。
  10. 根据权利要求2-9中任一项所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述箱体组件包括:
    外壳;
    内胆,所述内胆设于所述外壳内,所述内胆限定出所述护理腔且所述护理腔具有前部开口,所述第一风机和所述通风壳设于所述外壳与所述内胆的顶壁之间,所述第一进风部设于所述内胆的顶壁。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述箱体组件还包括:
    挡风件,所述挡风件设于所述内胆内,所述挡风件与所述内胆的后壁之间限定出与所述护理腔连通的第一通风腔,所述第一风机的风机进口与所述第一出风部通过所述第一通风腔连通。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述第一出风部设于所述挡风件在上下方向的中部。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述挡风件的左右两侧分别设有第一通风部,所述第一通风部连通所述第一通风腔和所述护理腔。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述第一通风部包括一个沿所述护理腔的高度方向延伸的长形通风口;或者,所述第一通风部包括多个第一通风口且多个所述第一通风口沿所述护理腔的高度方向间隔布置。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述挡风件与所述内胆的后壁之间 限定出与所述护理腔连通的第二通风腔,所述内胆的底壁前部具有第二出风部,所述内胆的底壁后部具有与所述第二通风腔连通的过风口;
    其中,所述衣物护理设备还包括烘道组件,所述烘道组件设于所述内胆的下方且限定出风道,所述风道的进口与所述第二出风部连通,所述风道的出口与所述过风口连通,所述风道内设有加热件和第二风机。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述挡风件的下方设有第二进风部,所述第二进风部连通所述护理腔和所述第二通风腔。
  17. 根据权利要求15或16所述的衣物护理设备,其中,所述加热件包括热泵系统的换热器,所述第二风机为贯流风机。
  18. 根据权利要求1-17中任一项所述的衣物护理设备,其中,还包括:蒸汽发生器,所述蒸汽发生器的蒸汽出口与所述护理腔连通。
