实施例一
参见图1-图3所示,本实施例提供一种衣物处理设备,包括衣物处理筒和位于衣物处理筒前部的前面板1,所述的前面板1上设置有衣物投放口,前面板1上位于衣物投放口外周 表面内凹形成安装空间,衣物处理设备的机门安装在所述的安装空间内,所述的安装空间内还设置有洗涤添加剂投放口22。
在上述方案中,通过将洗涤添加剂投放口2设置在了衣物投放口处从而可通过衣物处理装置的机门打开/关闭所述的洗涤添加剂投放口2,方便了用户投放洗涤添加剂,同时将洗涤添加剂投放口2设置在安装空间内,保留了整机前面板1一体结构,使得前面板1具有整体性,有利于前面板1的美观,同时有利于增强前面板1的结构强度。
优选的,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口2设置在安装空间的底壁上或所述的洗涤添加剂投放口2设置在安装空间的周壁上。
在上述方案中,安装空间的底壁中心设置所述的衣物投放口,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口2也可设置在安装空间的底壁上位于衣物投放口的边沿,如此设置则在关闭机门的时候,机门可同时关闭衣物投放口和洗涤添加剂投放口2。另一方面,洗涤添加剂投放口2也可设置在安装空间的周壁上,则在关闭机门时,机门的圆周端面关闭洗涤添加剂投放口2。
在本发明的一实施例中,衣物处理装置内设置有连通至衣物处理设备的衣物处理筒的洗涤添加剂存放盒,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口2连通所述的洗涤添加剂存放盒,用于用户向该洗涤添加剂存放盒投放洗涤添加剂,而衣物处理设备进水管路连通该洗涤添加剂存放盒,在洗涤过程中,进水管路进水流入所述的洗涤添加剂存放盒,将其内的洗涤添加剂冲刷进入洗涤筒,进行衣物的洗涤。
在本发明的另一实施例中,所述的衣物处理设备包括有自动投放装置,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口2与所述自动投放装置的洗涤添加剂存放盒连通,该自动投放装置也包括有洗涤添加剂存放盒,但是与上述实施例结构不同,洗涤添加剂投放口2连通至衣物处理设备内的洗涤添加剂存放盒,用户可以通过该洗涤添加剂投放口2向洗涤添加剂存放盒添加存放洗涤添加剂,其中,用户可向该自动投放装置的洗涤添加剂存放盒投放的洗涤添加剂不是只用于单次洗涤,而是投放较多的洗涤添加剂,该自动投放装置在洗涤过程中,由该洗涤添加剂存放盒内吸取适量的洗涤添加剂至衣物处理筒内,该结构设计方便了用户洗涤衣物,不用每次都需要进行洗涤添加剂的投放。
在本发明的另一实施例中,该洗涤添加投放口也可是用于用户向自动投放装置内安装洗涤添加剂盒,该洗涤添加剂盒为存放洗涤添加剂的盒体,所述的洗涤添加剂存放盒被设计为可以固定洗涤添加剂盒的存放限位装置,该洗涤添加剂存放盒内部限定有至少一个用于放置洗涤添加剂盒的放置空间,其上还设置有限位结构,用于在洗涤添加剂盒安装在洗涤添加剂存放盒时,限制所述洗涤添加剂盒的活动。优选的,所述的洗涤添加剂盒为长方体/正方体结 构,包括出液口,所述的出液口设置在长方体/正方体结构的底部,所述洗涤添加剂存放盒底壁竖直设置连通结构,用于连通所述的出液口与衣物处理设备的投放管路,如此设计,则在将洗涤添加剂盒穿过洗涤添加剂投放口2存放限位在所述的洗涤添加剂存放盒上时,洗涤添加剂存放盒上的连通结构恰好连通洗涤添加剂盒底部的出液口与投放管路,则在洗涤过程重,自动投放装置通过该投放管路抽取洗涤添加剂盒内的洗涤添加剂并投放至洗衣筒内,优选的,所述的洗涤添加剂盒顶部还设置有单向透气阀,用于连通内部空间与外界大气,从而保证了自动投放装置由该洗涤添加剂盒内抽取洗涤添加剂。
优选的,所述的衣物处理筒包括上下设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,所述的前面板1上对应两衣物处理筒上下分别设置有第一安装空间11和第二安装空间12,至少所述第一安装空间11内设置有洗涤添加剂投放口2。其中,第一安装空间11安装有第一机门13,所述的第二安装空间12安装有第二机门14。
优选的,所述第一安装空间11内的洗涤添加剂投放口2用于向第一衣物处理筒和/或第二衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂。
在上述方案中,所述的第一安装空间11内设置洗涤添加剂投放口2,该洗涤添加剂投放口2用于只向第一衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂,也可以是只向第二衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂,也可以是既给第一衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂,也给第二衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂。

优选的,所述的安装空间包括与衣物处理设备的机门相配合的圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽的槽底3或槽壁4上设置有所述的洗涤添加剂投放口2,所述机门在安装空间内与前面板1转动连接2。
在上述方案中,衣物处理设备的机门嵌在圆形的凹槽内,机门的表面与前面板1的表面构成衣物处理设备光滑的前表面。
优选的,所述圆形凹槽中心开设衣物投放口,圆形凹槽的槽底3位于衣物投放口周侧设置有所述的洗涤添加剂投放口2,所述机门打开/关闭时,机门的内侧面打开/关闭洗涤添加剂 投放口2;

实施例二在实施例一的基础上进一步公开该衣物处理设备,该衣物处理设备包括上下设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,位于两衣物处理筒前部覆盖两衣物处理筒的前面板,所述的前面板上下设置有第一机门和第二机门,至少其中一个机门上设置有控制板总成。
在上述方案中,根据双子衣物处理设备的特点,将控制板总成设置在较高的机门上,方便了用户视角进行查看控制板总成的屏幕同时也方便了用户由控制面板输入控制指令,该结构设计更加适合于双子衣物处理设备,用户体验佳。
优选的,所述的第一机门或第二机门包括门体和安装在门体上中空位置的观察窗,所述门体上位于观察窗的上方设置安装空间,所述的控制板总成安装在所述的安装空间内,位置高于所述的观察窗。
在上述方案中,控制板总成的安装位置高于所述的观察窗,从而不影响用户查看衣物处理设备内部情况。

进一步的,该烘干模块为冷凝器烘干模块包括底座、设置在底座上的冷凝器以及设置在底座上用于冷却冷凝器的冷却风道,所述的冷凝器与衣物处理设备的烘干风道连接,衣物处理装置的壳体的侧板或后盖板上开设有用于向冷却风道进风的空气入口;通过将冷却风道的空气入口设置在衣物处理设备的侧板或后盖板上,保留整机前面板一体结构,使得前面板具有整体性,有利于前面板的美观,于改善衣物处理设备的美观性方面起到了明显提高作用, 同时将空气入口设置在侧板或后盖板上有利于增强前面板的结构强度。
优选的,所述的冷却风道包括蜗壳,所述的蜗壳安装在底座上靠近壳体设有空气入口的侧板,其进风口相对所述的空气入口设置。其中,空气入口的形状可以是圆形也可以是正方形,所述的蜗壳的进风口与空气入口同轴心,从而提高了空气入口的进风效率。
优选的,所述的冷却风道还包括有风道上壳体,所述的风道上壳体安装在在底座上与底座之间形成了连通的蜗壳出风口至冷凝器的风道。
优选的,所述的底座上成型有冷凝器安装槽和由蜗壳的出风口逐渐扩展延伸至冷凝器安装槽的凹槽,所述的风道上壳体安装在所述的凹槽和冷凝器安装槽的顶部形成所述冷却风道。
在上述方案中,在底座上设置凹槽有利于降低冷凝器的安装高度,减小了底座冷凝器占用衣物处理设备的内部空间。
优选的,所述的风道上壳体包括覆盖在冷凝器上的第一壳体和与第一壳体连接覆盖设置在所述凹槽顶部用于连通蜗壳出风口与冷凝器的第二壳体;
在上述方案中,通过将风道上壳体设置为相互连接的第一壳体和第二壳体,使得风道的结构简单,第一壳体被设置被设计为利于冷却风扩散至整个冷凝器的外扩结构,而第二壳体被设计为沿着冷凝器长度方向设置的盒体结构,该第一壳体的连接蜗壳的一端为小口端,而连接的第二壳体的一端为外扩的广口端,从而有利于冷却风全面的冷却冷凝器,提高对湿热空气的干燥效果。

在上述方案中,设置空气出口与冷凝器位置相对应,从而减小了冷却风流动的阻力,提高了对冷凝器的冷却效率,同时也有利于降低蜗壳风机的能耗,优选的,在壳体上不设置冷却风道的空气出口,从而有利于增强壳体的结构强度。

优选的,所述后支撑上可拆卸安装有后盖板,所述的后盖板遮蔽所述后支撑的外表面。
在上述方案中,因为所述的开口设置在了后支撑上,从而影响了衣物处理设备后部的外观,因此本发明中进一步在后支撑上可拆卸的设置了后盖板,该后盖板遮蔽住所述的开口,从而使得整机外观一体化,有利于对衣物处理设备进行全方位一体设计。

优选的,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第一衣物处理筒设置有第一后支撑,所述的衣物处理设备的背部对应所述的第二衣物处理筒设置有第二后支撑,其中,所述的开口设置在所述的第一后支撑上。
在上述方案中,开口设置在第一后支撑上,提升了开口的高度,方便了用户安装拆卸冷凝器。
优选的,所述的衣物处理设备上对应所述第一后支撑和第二后支撑分别设置有第一后盖板和第二后盖板,所述的第一后盖板遮蔽所述第一后支撑的外表面,所述的第二后盖板遮蔽所述的第二后支撑的外表面。
在上述方案中,第一后盖板遮蔽第一后支撑,也遮蔽了第一后支撑上的开口,而第二后盖板遮蔽第二后支撑,该第一后盖板和第二后盖板配合可遮蔽整个衣物处理设备的背部。衣物处理设备的背面一般朝向墙面设置,因此对其外观要求较小。
另一方面,本发明中,设置第一后盖板和第二后盖板与只设置一个盖板相比,更加有利于用户安装拆卸冷凝器,在实际的拆卸过程中,用户只需要拆卸下第一后盖板进行更换冷凝器,而不需要拆下第二后盖板,因此大幅度降低了更换冷凝器的难度。
优选的,所述的开口设置在后支撑一侧边沿上,所述底座上对应该开口设置有冷凝器安装腔,冷凝器安装腔的安装开口开设在底座的后侧且正对开口设置;
在上述方案中,通过将所述的开口设置在后支撑一侧的边沿上,则冷凝器被安装在第一 衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间靠近衣物处理设备的左侧或右侧边沿位置,根据第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒的结构可知,衣物处理设备内第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间靠近左右两侧边沿的位置空隙最大,在后支撑的一侧边沿上设置所述的开口则恰好将冷凝器安装在了该位置处,从而充分利用了双子衣物处理设备的结构特点,节约了双子衣物处理设备内部空间。
优选的,所述的冷凝器为长方体结构,与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置。
在上述方案中,该冷凝器被设计为长方体结构,并与两衣物处理筒轴心平行设置进一步节约了衣物处理设备的内部空间。
优选的,所述的底座上还设置有冷凝器冷却风道,所述的冷凝器冷却风道的进风口设置在衣物处理设备的侧面或背面;

  1. 一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,包括衣物处理筒和位于衣物处理筒前部的前面板,所述的前面板上设置有衣物投放口,前面板上位于衣物投放口外周表面内凹形成安装空间,衣物处理设备的机门安装在所述的安装空间内,所述的安装空间内还设置有洗涤添加剂投放口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口设置在安装空间的底壁上或所述的洗涤添加剂投放口设置在安装空间的周壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的衣物处理设备包括有自动投放装置,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口与所述自动投放装置的洗涤添加剂存放盒连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的衣物处理筒包括上下设置的第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒,所述的前面板上对应两衣物处理筒上下分别设置有第一安装空间和第二安装空间,至少所述第一安装空间内设置有洗涤添加剂投放口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一安装空间内的洗涤添加剂投放口用于向第一衣物处理筒和/或第二衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂;
    优选的,所述的第一衣物处理筒为干衣筒,所的第二衣物处理筒为洗衣筒,所述第一安装空间内的洗涤添加剂投放口用于向第二衣物处理筒投放洗涤添加剂。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述的安装空间包括与机门相配合的圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽的槽底或槽壁上设置有所述的洗涤添加剂投放口,所述机门在安装空间内与前面板转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述圆形凹槽中心开设衣物投放口,圆形凹槽的槽底位于衣物投放口周侧设置有所述的洗涤添加剂投放口,所述机门打开/关闭时,机门的内侧面打开/关闭洗涤添加剂投放口;
    或,所述圆形凹槽的槽壁上设置有所述的洗涤添加剂投放口,所述机门打开/关闭时,机门的外周端面打开/关闭洗涤添加剂投放口。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述洗涤添加剂投放口包括至少两个投放口,各投放口沿圆形凹槽的槽壁周向分布设备;
    优选的,所述的洗涤添加剂投放口包括第一投放口和第二投放口,所述的两个投放口对称的分布设置在圆形凹槽的槽壁上;
    优选的,所述的两个投放口设置在圆形凹槽的槽壁的底部位置;
    优选的,所述第一投放口连通至自动投放装置的洗涤添加剂存放盒的洗涤剂存放盒,所 述的第二投放口连通至自动投放装置的洗涤添加剂存放盒的柔顺剂存放盒。
  9. 根据权利要求6-8任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述圆形凹槽的槽底上衣物投放口的下边沿与圆形凹槽槽壁的距离大于衣物投放口其他位置边沿与圆形凹槽槽壁的距离;
    优选的,所述圆形凹槽的槽底上衣物投放口的下边沿水平设置,衣物投放口其他位置边沿呈圆弧线形设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1-9任一所述的一种衣物处理设备,其特征在于,所述第一衣物处理筒和第二衣物处理筒之间还设置有安装台,所述的洗涤添加剂存放盒安装在所述的安装台上。
