为了能够保证第一扫风叶片20的表面处的乱流现象,第一扫风叶片20的两个端面上均设置有凸起部10。通过在第一扫风叶片20的两个端面上均设置有凸起部10,从而能够使第一扫风叶片20的两侧均具有轻微的乱流,从而使得气流流动更加缓和,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体的体验感。
为了能够扩大第一扫风叶片20的表面的轻微的乱流现象,如图5所示,凸起部10为多个,多个凸起部10间隔地设置在第一扫风叶片20上。
在本实施例中,通过将凸起部10设置为多个,多个凸起部10间隔地设置在第一扫风叶片20上,从而能够使得第一扫风叶片20的整个表面均具有轻微的乱流,从而使得气流流动更加缓和,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体的体验感。
为了能够使整机吹出的气流在贴近具有凹陷部40的叶片的表面处有轻微的乱流,多个叶片包括:至少一个第二扫风叶片30,至少一个凹陷部40设置在第二扫风叶片30上。
在本实施例中,通过在多个叶片上设置有至少一个第二扫风叶片30,其中,凹陷部40设置在第二扫风叶片30上,从而能够使整机吹出的气流在贴近具有凹陷部40的第二扫风叶片30的表面处有轻微的乱流,从而使得气流流动更加缓和,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体的体验感。
为了能够保证第二扫风叶片30的表面处的乱流现象,如图3和图4所示,第二扫风叶片30的两个端面上均设置有凹陷部40。通过在第二扫风叶片30的两个端面上均设置有凹陷部40,从而能够使第二扫风叶片30的两侧均具有轻微的乱流,从而使得气流流动更加缓和,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体的体验感。

优选地,凹陷部40为凹坑。
通过凹坑结构设计可一定程度上减轻了扫风叶片的重量,防止了左右扫风叶片发生变形的潜在问题,也可以一定程度得整机吹出的风的气流更加缓和,吹出的风更接近自然风,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体体验感。
在本实施例中,转轴70的中心轴线在叶片上的投影为第一直线,第一直线与垂直于转轴70的中心轴的第二直线形成预定角度a,其中,35°≤a≤75°。
优选地,a=45°。
考虑到加工成本,各个叶片与转轴70一体成型。
针对本发明的扫风叶片结构的第一个实施例,其中,转轴70上设置有同向倾斜的多个第一扫风叶片20,第一扫风叶片20的两个端面上均设置有凸起部10,凸起部10为多个,多个凸起部10间隔地设置在第一扫风叶片20上,从而能够使第一扫风叶片20的两侧均具有轻微的乱流,从而使得气流流动更加缓和,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体的体验感。
针对本发明的扫风叶片结构的第二个实施例,其中,转轴70上设置有同向倾斜的多个第二扫风叶片30,凹陷部40为通孔,凹陷部40为多个,多个凹陷部40间隔地设置在第二扫风 叶片30上,从而能够使第二扫风叶片30的两侧均具有轻微的乱流,从而使得气流流动更加缓和,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体的体验感。
针对本发明的扫风叶片结构的第三个实施例,其中,转轴70上设置有同向倾斜的多个第二扫风叶片30,第二扫风叶片30的两个端面上均设置有凹陷部40,凹陷部40为凹坑,凹陷部40为多个,多个凹陷部40间隔地设置在第二扫风叶片30上,通过凹坑结构设计可一定程度上减轻了扫风叶片的重量,防止了左右扫风叶片发生变形的潜在问题,也可以一定程度上使得整机吹出的风的气流更加缓和,吹出的风更接近自然风,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体体验感。
针对本发明的扫风叶片结构的第四个实施例,其中,转轴70上设置有同向倾斜的多个第一扫风叶片20以及第二扫风叶片30,第一扫风叶片20的两个端面上均设置有凸起部10,凸起部10为多个,多个凸起部10间隔地设置在第一扫风叶片20上,第二扫风叶片30的两个端面上均设置有凹陷部40,凹陷部40为多个,多个凹陷部40间隔地设置在第二扫风叶片30上,其中,一部分凹陷部40为凹坑,另一部分凹陷部40为通孔,通过凹坑结构设计可一定程度上减轻了扫风叶片的重量,防止了左右扫风叶片发生变形的潜在问题,通孔结构的设置也可以一定程度上使得整机吹出的风的气流更加缓和,吹出的风更接近自然风,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体体验感。
针对本发明的扫风叶片结构的具体结构进行说明:
为了提高整机的舒适性,使得整机吹出的风更加符合人体触感,本发明的扫风叶片结构在左右扫风叶片上设计了一些结构特征,这些结构特征带来了不同的技术效果。
在每个扫风叶片的两侧设计有微孔结构,通过设计微孔结构可使得整机吹出的风的气流更加缓和,吹出的风更接近自然风,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体体验感。
在每个扫风叶片的两侧设计有凹点结构,通过凹点结构设计可一定程度上减轻了扫风叶片的重量,防止了左右扫风叶片发生变形的潜在问题,也可以一定程度得整机吹出的风的气流更加缓和,吹出的风更接近自然风,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体体验感。
在每个扫风叶片的两侧设计有凸点结构,通过凸点结构的设计使得整机吹出的气流更加缓和,提高了整机舒适性,增强了人体体验感。
本发明中的扫风叶片设计具有一定的倾斜角度,扫风叶片的倾斜角度a的取值范围可为35度到75度,在此范围内都可以一定程度上实现左右扫风功能,且扫风效果比较良好,优选地,扫风叶片的倾斜角度设计为45度。扫风叶片的倾斜角度若小于35度,扫风叶片整个叶片面会阻塞风道口即风道口的风阻变的很大;扫风叶片的倾斜角度大于75度,扫风叶片的左右导向不明显就会影响气流向左向右流动的幅度,导风效果不明显。
左右扫风工作原理的实现是:当扫风叶片靠手动或电动来进行驱动叶片转动时,因扫风叶片本身具有一定的角度,叶片在转动的过程中实现了左右扫风。正是因为扫风叶片本身设 计具有一定的角度,使得扫风叶片的结构设计简单化,优化了传动空调器的左右扫风叶片需要靠叶片间的连杆带动叶片摆动的设计缺陷。
本发明中的扫风叶片与扫风叶片轴(转轴70)是通过注塑一起成型的。扫风叶片与扫风叶片轴成一定的角度,当需要左扫风时,扫风叶片轴转动带动扫风叶片转动,使得扫风叶片的倾斜角指向左方向,空调器吹出的风通过扫风叶片的导向作用,实现向左吹风。当需要右扫风时,扫风叶片轴转动带动扫风叶片转动,使得扫风叶片的倾斜角指向右方向,空调器吹出的风通过扫风叶片的导向作用,实现向右吹风。
本发明还提供了一种导风板组件,如图6所示,导风板组件包括安装板81和扫风叶片结构82,扫风叶片结构82可转动地设置在安装板81上,扫风叶片结构82为上述的扫风叶片结构82。
本发明还提供了一种空调器,包括导风板组件80和用于安装导风板组件80的底座90,导风板组件80为上述的导风板组件80。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本发明上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:
本发明的扫风叶片结构通过将各个叶片相对于转轴70同向倾斜地设置实现了扫风叶片结构的左右扫风功能。其中,转轴70的中心轴线在叶片上的投影为第一直线,第一直线与垂直于转轴70的中心轴的第二直线形成预定角度a,其中,35°≤a≤75°。在具体使用过程中,根据左右扫风需要,转动转轴70完成左右扫风切换。本发明的扫风叶片结构通过将各个叶片相对于转轴70同向倾斜地设置即实现了扫风叶片结构的左右扫风功能,解决了现有技术中实现左右扫风功能的扫风叶片结构较为复杂的问题。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种扫风叶片结构,其特征在于,包括:
    多个叶片;
    转轴(70),各个所述叶片相对于所述转轴(70)同向倾斜地设置;
    其中,所述转轴(70)的中心轴线在所述叶片上的投影为第一直线,所述第一直线与垂直于所述转轴(70)的中心轴的第二直线形成预定角度a,其中,35°≤a≤75°。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的扫风叶片结构,其特征在于,至少一个所述叶片的端面上设置有凸起部(10)和/或凹陷部(40)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的扫风叶片结构,其特征在于,多个所述叶片包括:
    至少一个第一扫风叶片(20),至少一个所述凸起部(10)设置在所述第一扫风叶片(20)上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的扫风叶片结构,其特征在于,所述第一扫风叶片(20)的两个端面上均设置有所述凸起部(10)。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的扫风叶片结构,其特征在于,多个所述叶片包括:
    至少一个第二扫风叶片(30),至少一个所述凹陷部(40)设置在所述第二扫风叶片(30)上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的扫风叶片结构,其特征在于,所述第二扫风叶片(30)的两个端面上均设置有所述凹陷部(40)。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的扫风叶片结构,其特征在于,所述凹陷部(40)为通孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的扫风叶片结构,其特征在于,所述凹陷部(40)为凹坑。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的扫风叶片结构,其特征在于,各个所述叶片与所述转轴(70)一体成型。
  10. 一种导风板组件,包括安装板(81)和扫风叶片结构(82),所述扫风叶片结构(82)可转动地设置在所述安装板(81)上,其特征在于,所述扫风叶片结构(82)为权利要求1至9中任一项所述的扫风叶片结构(82)。
  11. 一种空调器,包括导风板组件(80)和用于安装所述导风板组件(80)的底座(90),其特征在于,所述导风板组件(80)为权利要求10所述的导风板组件(80)。
