本发明涉及一种气泵。具体涉及一种高密封二级高压泵。
背景技术
现有的柱塞式气泵基本上包括有一个泵体,以及安装在泵体外的驱动泵体的电机构成,随着用到气泵的各种小家电越来越多,气泵的应用领域越来越广,输出的气压要求越来越高,然目前市面上的普通气泵显然难以达到要求,使用时经常出现压力不足的情况且密封性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种输出气体压力高且密封性好的高密封二级高压泵。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:高密封二级高压泵,其特征在于:它包括电机、消音过滤器和高压过滤器,所述电机前方设有减速箱,所述减速箱内部有输出轴,所述输出轴一端连接有曲轴,所述曲轴的一端连接有一连杆,所述连杆的一端与曲轴连接,另一端连接有一级活塞,所述一级活塞的一端设有一级气缸,另一端连接有二级活塞杆,所述一级气缸的一端设有一级气缸盖,所述一级气缸的外围固定有气缸座,所述一级气缸盖与消音过滤器连接,所述二级活塞杆与一级活塞密封连接,所述二级活塞杆的另一端连接有高压活塞,所述高压活塞一端设有二级气缸,所述二级气缸的一端连接有高压气缸盖,所述高压气缸盖的一端连接有压力限位防爆装置,另一侧通过高压气管与高压过滤器连接。
所述高压过滤器的上方设有压力表,所述高压过滤器的下端设有泄气阀,所述高压过滤器的内部设有油水分离部件,所述高压过滤器一侧设有高压输出口。

参看图1所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:一种高密封二级高压泵,它包括电机6、消音过滤器1和高压过滤器15,所述电机6前方设有减速箱7,所述减速箱7内部有输出轴20,所述输出轴20一端连接有曲轴8,所述曲轴8的一端连接有一连杆9,所述连杆9的一端与曲轴8连接,另一端连接有一级活塞4,所述一级活塞4的一端设有一级气缸3,另一端连接有二级活塞杆19,所述一级气缸3的一端设有一级气缸盖2,所述一级气缸3的外围固定有气缸座21,所述一级气缸盖2与消音过滤器1连接,所述二级活塞杆19与一级活塞4密封连接,所述二级活塞杆19的另一端连接有高压活塞10,所述高压活塞10一端设有二级气缸11,所述二级气缸11的一端连接有高压气缸盖12,所述高压气缸盖12的一端连接有压力限位防爆装置17,另一侧通过高压气管13与高压过滤器15连接。
所述高压过滤器15的上方设有压力表14,所述高压过滤器15的下端设有泄气阀16,所述高压过滤器15的内部设有油水分离部件23,所述高压过滤器一侧设有高压输出口22。
所述一级气缸盖2与一级气缸3之间设有单向阀片31。
所述一级活塞4内部设有气体储藏室18,所述一级活塞4一端设有一级单向阀41,所述一级活塞4上套有导向环42。
所述二级活塞杆19内部设有气孔192,所述气孔192的一端与气体储藏室18连接,另一端与高压活塞10连接。
所述高压活塞10内部设有二级单向阀191,所述高压气缸盖12一侧设有高压单向阀101。
所述气缸座21与减速箱7连接。
所述二级气缸11的外部还设有一散热装置5。
所述一级活塞4的直径面积大于二级活塞杆19的直径面积。
所述一级气缸3与二级气缸11的压缩腔体同轴180°设置。
本发明的工作原理:电机6输出通过减速箱7减速,加大输出扭力。曲轴8采用圆盘曲轴,在高转速时减少震动。曲轴8带动连杆9做活塞运动,气体通过一级气缸盖2上的消音过滤器1进入一级气缸3,一级活塞4压缩后,气体进入气体储藏室18形成中压气体,一部分中压气体再由气体储藏室18通过二级活塞杆内的孔192和高压活塞10进入二级气缸11,高压活塞10压缩时,通过两次压缩产生高压气体通过高压单向阀101止回进入高压过滤器15后由高压输出口22输出。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:该气泵一级与二级气缸为180°同轴设 计,工作过程用力均衡,体积小,节能环保,输出气压压力高且密封性好。

  1. 高密封二级高压泵,其特征在于:它包括电机、消音过滤器和高压过滤器,所述电机前方设有减速箱,所述减速箱内部有输出轴,所述输出轴一端连接有曲轴,所述曲轴的一端连接有一连杆,所述连杆的一端与曲轴连接,另一端连接有一级活塞,所述一级活塞的一端设有一级气缸,另一端连接有二级活塞杆,所述一级气缸的一端设有一级气缸盖,所述一级气缸的外围固定有气缸座,所述一级气缸盖与消音过滤器连接,所述二级活塞杆与一级活塞密封连接,所述二级活塞杆的另一端连接有高压活塞,所述高压活塞一端设有二级气缸,所述二级气缸的一端连接有高压气缸盖,所述高压气缸盖的一端连接有压力限位防爆装置,另一侧通过高压气管与高压过滤器连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高密封二级高压泵,其特征在于:所述高压过滤器的上方设有压力表,所述高压过滤器的下端设有泄气阀,所述高压过滤器的内部设有油水分离部件,所述高压过滤器一侧设有高压输出口。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高密封二级高压泵,其特征在于:所述一级活塞内部设有气体储藏室,所述一级活塞一端设有一级单向阀,所述一级活塞上套有导向环。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高密封二级高压泵,其特征在于:所述二级活塞杆内部设有气孔,所述气孔的一端与气体储藏室连接,另一端与高压活塞连接。
