技术领域
本申请涉及一种服务提供方法、装置、存储介质和计算机设备。
背景技术
综合金融服务集团是指在符合监管要求的前提下,同时为客户提供银行、证券、保险中两种或两种以上金融服务产品的集团。综合金融服务集团旗下可包含多个子公司及事业部,且不同服务门店可提供不同的金融服务。
传统的技术方案中,当客户到访一个服务门店时,客户需要给接待员提供个人信息以进行进一步的业务咨询或办理。然而,由于不同服务门店的客户信息和服务项目是相互独立的,当客户去同一综合金融服务集团的不同服务门店办理业务时,客户需要多次提供个人信息及已经办理过的业务信息等。这样需要耗费很多不必要的时间在提供信息上,导致为客户提供的接待服务不够及时和全面。另外,客户与接待员进行沟通时,容易遗漏关键信息,这会提高接待员为客户提供业务分析或建议的难度,使得为客户提供的业务服务不够精准。因此,传统的服务提供方式效率较低。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种服务提供方法、装置、存储介质和计算机设备。
一种服务提供方法,包括:接收访客的访客生物信息,所述访客为到访服务门店的访客;将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配,所述待匹配生物信息为所述到访服务门店和与所述到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的生物信息;接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息,所述访客关联信息与所述访客生物信息相匹配的所述待匹配生物信息相对应;及将所述访客关联信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示,以使所述到访服务门店的接待员根据所述访客关联信息提供服务。

为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例所提供的服务提供方法,可应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。参照图1,该应用环境包括门店服务器102、生物信息获取设备104、服务终端106和综合服务器108。门店服务器102和综合服务器108可以是独立的物理服务器,也可以是多个物理服务器构成的服务器集群。生物信息获取设备104可以是图像采集设备、声纹采集设备及指纹采集设备等其中一种或多种的组合。服务终端106可以是手机、平板电脑、个人数字助理或者智能设备,还可以是触摸查询一体机及语音提示器等。门店服务器102与生物信息获取设备104网络连接或有线连接,还与服务终端106网络连接。门店服务器102可与生物信息获取设备104、服务终端106和综合服务器108进行信息传输。比如说,门店服务器102可接收生物信息获取设备104获取到的生物信息,门店服务器102可将生物信息发送至综合服务器108,门店服务器102还可发送信息至服务终端106。
在其中一个实施例中,门店服务器102和综合服务器108可为同一服务器。
在其中一个实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种服务提供方法,该方法可用于如图1所示的应用环境中的门店服务器102,该方法包括:
步骤S202,接收访客的访客生物信息,访客为到访服务门店的访客。
本实施例中,到访服务门店是指访客所到访的服务门店,包括但不限于线下实体门店。比如说,到访服务门店可为银行、证券及保险等行业的实体门店。访客生物信息是指到访服务门店的访客的生物信息。生物信息是指能够标识每个人的信息,包括但不限于人脸信息、声纹信息及指纹信息等其中一种或多种的组合。人脸信息可由图像采集设备进行采集,图像采集设备可以是照相机和摄像头中的至少一种。声纹信息可根据通过声纹采集设备采集的在到访服务门店所处环境的声音信息,将该声音信息通过声纹识别技术处理而提取得到。指纹信息可通过指纹采集设备进行采集。可以在访客进入到访服务门店前,也可在访客进入到访服务门店后,通过生物信息采集设备采集访客的访客生物信息。可以预设访客检测区域,当访客进入到该访客检测区域之后,对访客进行访客生物信息的采集。比如说,可以预设离生物信息采集设备三米或四米等范围之内的区域作为访客检测区域。
步骤S204,将访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使综合服务器将访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配。
本实施例中,综合服务器是指对到访服务门店和与到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店下所有客户及相应的业务进行统计的服务器。比如说,一个综合金融服务集团旗下可 包含多个子公司及事业部,不同的公司或是业务部可开设相应的服务门店,不同服务门店可提供相同或不同的金融服务,比如说银行、证券、保险等其中一种或多种,则该综合金融服务集团的服务器可作为综合服务器。关联关系可指根据服务门店集团内部结构所具有的关系,比如同级或上下级关系,则与该服务门店所属于同一集团的门店都可为该服务门店的关联门店。或者还可指服务门店根据需求建立的自定义关系,比如与服务门店签订有用户信息共享协议的关联门店与该服务门店也可具有关联关系。综合数据库是指综合服务器所对应的数据库,综合数据库包含了服务门店和与服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店所属的综合集团下所有客户的生物信息。待匹配生物信息为到访服务门店和与到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的生物信息,相应的,待匹配生物信息也包括但不限于人脸信息、声纹信息及指纹信息等其中一种或多种的组合。
可按照预设的生物信息识别技术将访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配。生物信息识别技术包括但不限于人脸识别技术、声纹识别技术及指纹识别技术等其中一种或多种的组合。将访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使综合服务器将访客生物信息根据预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息,按照预设的生物信息识别技术计算访客生物信息与每个待匹配生物信息的相似置信度,并将相似置信度大于预设置信度阈值的待匹配生物信息,作为与访客生物信息匹配的待匹配生物信息。
在其中一个实施例中,访客生物信息包括人脸信息、声纹信息及指纹信息等其中两种以上的组合信息。相应的,待匹配生物信息也包括人脸信息、声纹信息及指纹信息等其中两种以上的组合信息。可将访客生物信息中的生物信息与待匹配生物信息中相应的生物信息进行匹配,按照预设的相似度算法可计算得到两个以上的相似度。可根据两个以上的相似度计算访客生物信息和待匹配生物信息的综合匹配度。比如说可直接将两个以上的相似度的平均值作为综合匹配度。再比如,还可将两个以上的相似度进行加权求和,将每个相似度乘以相应的匹配权值之后相加得到的值作为综合匹配度。匹配权值可按照生物信息的可信度进行预先设定。比如指纹信息的可信度大于人脸信息,则可将指纹信息相应的匹配权值预设为大于人脸信息相应的匹配权值。可将与访客生物信息的综合匹配度最高的,待匹配生物信息所对应的客户作为匹配的客户。
步骤S206,接收综合服务器发送的访客关联信息。
本实施例中,访客关联信息是指与访客相关联的信息,与访客生物信息相匹配的待匹配生物信息相对应。比如说,访客的访客个人信息和访客业务信息。访客个人信息可为用户首次办理业务时提供的个人信息,包括但不限于姓名、年龄、联系电话及家庭住址等。访客业务信息包括但不限于访客在到访服务门店和与到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店下办理的所有业务信息,还可以是在网站上通过网络办理的业务。在综合数据库中,每个待匹配生物信息都映射有与该待匹配生物信息对应的客户的访客关联信息。综合服务器匹配好访客生物信息之后,可接收综合服务器发送的匹配的待匹配生物信息所对应的访客关联信息。
步骤S208,将访客关联信息发送至到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示,以使到访服务门店的接待员根据访客关联信息提供服务。
本实施例中,服务终端是指到访服务门店中用于给访客提供服务的终端,包括但不限于移动终端,比如,手机、平板或智能穿戴设备等,还可以是智能信息查询一体机等。到访服务门店的接待员可根据服务终端所展示的访客个人信息对访客进行打招呼,到访服务门店的接待员还可根据服务终端所展示的个人信息和访客业务信息对访客进行业务推荐。比如,当访客进入到保险行业的门店时,服务终端所展示的客户业务信息显示该访客在预设时间内为孩子办理了银行账户,接待员可向该访客推荐儿童保险。再比如,当展示的访客年龄大于预设年龄时,可以向访客推荐重疾保险。
上述实施例中,通过在访客进入门店时获取到访客的访客生物信息,将该访客生物信息发送至综合服务器之后,综合服务器可将访客生物信息和该到访服务门店及与该到访服务门店有关联关系的关联门店的客户所对应的待匹配生物信息进行匹配。将匹配的客户所对应的访客关联信息发送至服务终端进行展示,使得到访服务门店的接待员可根据访客关联信息提供及时的服务。由于访客关联信息包括该用户在多个门店下的业务信息,这可降低业务员为客户提供业务分析或建议的难度,使得客户提供给的业务服务更加精准,从而提高服务提供方式的效率。
在其中一个实施例中,步骤S204还包括将访客生物信息按照预设的加密方式进行加密后发送至综合服务器,以使综合服务器将访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配。步骤S206还包括接收综合服务器发送的访客关联信息,相应的,访客关联信息也可通过综合服务器按照预设的加密方式加密之后进行发送。
本实施例中,步骤S204中的预设的加密方式可与步骤S206中的预设的加密方式为同一方式或相应的方式。预设的加密方式包括但不限于AES(Advanced Encryption Standard,高级加密标准)等对称加密算法、MD5(Message Digest Algorithm MD5,消息摘要算法第五版)等单向hash算法、PBKDF2(Password-Based Key Derivation Function 2,应用一个伪随机函数以导出密钥)算法等其中一种或多种的组合。本实施例通过将信息加密后进行传输,降低了访客关联信息被泄露的风险。
在其中一个实施例中,服务器与综合服务器可分别存放一对公钥和私钥,用于加密或解密。服务器中可存储综合服务器公钥和服务器私钥,综合服务器中可存储服务器公钥和综合服务器私钥。服务器可通过综合服务器公钥对访客生物信息进行加密后发送至综合服务器,综合服务器可通过综合服务器私钥对加密信息进行解密得到访客生物信息。综合服务器可将与该访客生物信息匹配的客户所对应的访客关联信息通过服务器私钥进行加密,并发送至服务器,服务器可通过服务器私钥对加密信息进行解密得到访客关联信息。
在其中一个实施例中,访客关联信息包括访客业务信息;接收综合服务器发送的访客关联信息,访客关联信息与访客生物信息相匹配的待匹配生物信息相对应之后,还包括:根据访客业务信息生成业务推荐信息;将业务推荐信息发送至到访服务门店的服务终端进 行展示。
本实施例中,业务推荐信息是指根据访客业务信息按照预设的推荐算法,结合到访服务门店本身的业务生成的推荐业务的相关信息。推荐业务包括但不限于存款业务、理财业务、保险业务等其中一种或多种的组合。将业务推荐信息发送至到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示,访客可自行进行查看,或者还可以通过接待员提供相应的介绍及推荐服务。
在其中一个实施例中,访客关联信息包括访客个人信息;接收综合服务器发送的访客关联信息之后,还包括:根据访客个人信息生成语音服务信息;将语音服务信息发送至到访服务门店的服务终端进行播放。
本实施例中,语音服务信息是指为访客提供语音服务的信息,比如说语音迎宾信息等。服务终端可以是智能信息查询一体机,还可以是针对语音服务消息设置的语音播放设备,但不限于此。服务器将生成的语音服务信息发送至该服务终端之后,语音播放器可以根据语音服务信息进行播放。举例来说,可根据访客个人信息生成相应的语音迎宾信息进行播放,比如“XXX先生/女士,您好,欢迎光临!”。XXX代表访客个人信息中的访客姓名,先生/女士可取决于访客个人信息中的访客性别。
在其中一个实施例中,当综合服务器在预设综合数据库中未查找到与访客生物信息相匹配的待匹配生物信息时,说明访客可为新客户,则可将访客在到访服务门店首次办理业务提供的访客生物信息及访客业务信息上传至综合服务器,并存储至综合数据库。
在其中一个实施例中,如图3所示,提供了另一种服务提供方法,该方法包括:

在其中一个实施例中,还可以通过多个图像采集设备对访客进行不同角度的拍照或录像。当没有检测到大于预设角度的照片时,可通过多张不同角度的照片合成预设角度的照片。比如说,若没有采集到访客正脸照,可通过多张侧脸照按照预设的算法合成正脸照。
步骤S304,将访客人脸图像发送至综合服务器,以使综合服务器将访客人脸图像与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配人脸图像进行匹配。
本实施例中,待匹配人脸图像包括到访服务门店和与到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的人脸图像。待匹配人脸图像可为客户在首次办理业务时提供的人脸图像,也将客户在到访服务门店和与到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店办理业务时,相应门店的图像采集设备所采集到的人脸图像。可通过人脸识别技术将访客人脸图像与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配人脸图像进行匹配。人脸识别技术包括但不限于基于人脸特征点的识别算法、基于整幅人脸图像的识别算法、基于模板的识别算法、利用神经网络进行识别的算法等。将访客人脸图像与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配人脸图像进行匹配 之后,还可将采集到的访客人脸图像中,与匹配的待匹配人脸图像的相似度小于预设相似度阈值的访客人脸图像,作为该访客的待匹配人脸图像存入综合数据库。本实施例可累积客户多角度的人脸图像,实现更全面的人脸识别及匹配。
在其中一个实施例中,待匹配人脸图像包括到访服务门店和与到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的证件照。证件照包括但不限于身份证、护照、驾驶证等证件的证件照。可在扫描或拍摄客户的证件后通过OCR(Optical Character Recognition,光学字符识别)技术采集客户的证件照,也可以通过证件读取设备提取客户证件中的芯片信息从而获取到证件照。可通过OCR技术或证件读取设备获取客户的个人信息,并存储至综合数据库作为相应客户的访客个人信息。
在其中一个实施例中,可采用基于人脸特征点的识别算法。采集到访客人脸图像之后,可提取访客人脸图像中人脸面部的关键特征,包括五官位置、脸型角度等,对关键特征进行分析计算,与待匹配人脸图像的关键特征进行比对,得到匹配的待匹配人脸图像。
在其中一个实施例中,可采用利用神经网络进行识别的人脸识别算法。在将访客人脸图像与待匹配人脸图像之前,可训练用于识别访客人脸图像的神经网络。初始化神经网络之后,可以针对图像采集设备获取的图像提取人脸图像作为训练样本集,还可以将采集相应客户的证件照作为训练验证集,通过训练样本集和训练验证集对神经网络进行训练,直到神经网络的识别率大于预设识别率阈值。将获取到的访客人脸图像输入训练好的神经网络进行识别,将识别匹配到的待匹配人脸图像作为匹配的待匹配人脸图像。
步骤S306,接收综合服务器发送的与访客人脸图像匹配的待匹配人脸图像所对应的访客关联信息。
本实施例中,综合数据库中每个待匹配人脸图像都与相应的访客关联信息具有映射关系,综合服务器可将于访客人脸图像匹配的待匹配人脸图像所对应的访客关联信息发送至服务器。
在其中一个实施例中,将访客人脸图像与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配人脸图像进行匹配,包括:计算访客人脸图像与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配人脸图像的置信度,将置信度大于置信度阈值的待匹配人脸图像作为匹配的待匹配人脸图像。当检测到存在多个待匹配人脸图像所对应的置信度大于置信度阈值时,则存在多个匹配的待匹配人脸图像时,可根据访客关联信息生成推荐顺序。访客关联信息包括访客个人信息和访客业务信息,包括但不限于访客的年龄、性别、地址、历史办理业务及历史办理业务门店等。可结合访客关联信息生成推荐顺序,还可以结合大数据计算多个待匹配人脸图像的所对应的客户的到访概率,根据到访概率生成推荐顺序。按照推荐顺序接收优先推荐的访客关联信息。
举例来说,客户的地址或历史办理业务门店的所在地属于A地区,则该客户在B地区的门店的到访概率就会较小,则相对其他地址或历史办理业务门店的所在地属于A地区的客户来说就更不推荐该客户。再比如,针对综合金融服务集团来说,不同行业门店的用 户年龄跨度较大,可统计每个行业门店的客户年龄分布,则超出年龄分布的客户的到访概率就会更小。比如说未满十八岁的客户在证券门店的到访概率就会较小。可结合置信度和到访概率确定客户的推荐顺序,将置信度和到访概率大的客户进行优先推荐。
步骤S308,将访客关联信息发送至到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示,以使服到访服务门店的接待员根据访客关联信息提供服务。
本实施例中,服务终端是指到访服务门店中用于给访客提供服务的终端,包括但不限于移动终端,比如,手机、平板或智能穿戴设备等,还可以是智能信息查询一体机等。到访服务门店的接待员可根据服务终端所展示的访客个人信息对访客进行打招呼,到访服务门店的接待员还可根据服务终端所展示的个人信息和访客业务信息对访客进行业务推荐。比如,当访客进入到保险行业的门店时,服务终端所展示的客户业务信息显示该访客在预设时间内为孩子办理了银行账户,接待员可向该访客推荐儿童保险。再比如,当展示的访客年龄大于预设年龄时,可以向访客推荐重疾保险。
上述实施例中,通过在访客进入门店时获取到访客的访客人脸图像,将该访客人脸图像发送至综合服务器之后,综合服务器可将访客人脸图像和该到访服务门店及与该门店有关联关系的关联门店的客户所对应的待匹配人脸图像进行匹配。将匹配的待匹配人脸图像所对应的访客关联信息发送至服务终端进行展示,使得到访服务门店的接待员可根据访客关联信息提供及时的服务。由于访客关联信息包括该用户在多个门店下的业务信息,这可降低业务员为客户提供业务分析或建议的难度,使得客户提供给的业务服务更加精准,从而提高服务提供方式的效率。
应该理解的是,虽然图2-3的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2-3中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。

在其中一个实施例中,如图5所示,提供了另一种服务提供装置500,访客关联信息包括访客业务信息,该装置还包括:业务推荐信息生成模块410,用于根据访客业务信息生成业务推荐信息;将业务推荐信息发送至到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示。
在其中一个实施例中,如图6所示,提供了又一种服务提供装置600,访客关联信息包括访客个人信息,该装置还包括:语音服务信息生成模块412,用于根据访客个人信息生成语音服务信息;将语音服务信息发送至到访服务门店的服务终端进行播放。
在其中一个实施例中,访客生物信息匹配模块还用于将访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使综合服务器将访客生物信息根据预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息,计算访客生物信息与每个待匹配生物信息的相似置信度,并将相似置信度大于预设置信度阈值的待匹配生物信息,作为与访客生物信息匹配的待匹配生物信息。

关于服务提供装置的具体限定可以参见上文中对于服务提供方法的限定,在此不再赘述。上述服务提供装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于计算机设备中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于计算机设备中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。
上述服务提供装置可以实现为一种计算机可读指令的形式,计算机可读指令可以在如图7所示的计算机设备上运行。

  1. 一种服务提供方法,包括:
    接收访客的访客生物信息,所述访客为到访服务门店的访客;
    将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配,所述待匹配生物信息为所述到访服务门店和与所述到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的生物信息;
    接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息,所述访客关联信息与所述访客生物信息相匹配的所述待匹配生物信息相对应;及
    将所述访客关联信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示,以使所述到访服务门店的接待员根据所述访客关联信息提供服务。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述访客关联信息包括访客业务信息;
    在所述接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息之后,还包括:
    根据所述访客业务信息生成业务推荐信息;及
    将所述业务推荐信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述访客关联信息包括访客个人信息;

    所述待匹配生物信息包括所述到访服务门店和与所述到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的证件照。
  6. 一种服务提供装置,包括:
    访客生物信息接收模块,用于接收访客的访客生物信息,所述访客为到访服务门店的访客;
    访客生物信息匹配模块,用于将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配,所述待匹配生物信息为所述到访服务门店和与所述到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店 的客户的生物信息;
    访客关联信息接收模块,用于接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息,所述访客关联信息与所述访客生物信息相匹配的所述待匹配生物信息相对应;及
    访客关联信息发送模块,用于将所述访客关联信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示,以使所述到访服务门店的接待员根据所述访客关联信息提供服务。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述访客关联信息包括访客业务信息,所述装置还包括:
    业务推荐信息生成模块,用于根据所述访客业务信息生成业务推荐信息;将所述业务推荐信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述访客关联信息包括访客个人信息,所述装置还包括:
    语音服务信息生成模块,用于根据所述访客个人信息生成语音服务信息;将所述语音服务信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行播放。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述访客生物信息匹配模块还用于将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息根据所述预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息,计算所述访客生物信息与每个待匹配生物信息的相似置信度,并将所述相似置信度大于预设置信度阈值的待匹配生物信息,作为与所述访客生物信息匹配的待匹配生物信息。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述访客生物信息包括所述访客的人脸图像;及
    所述待匹配生物信息包括所述到访服务门店和与所述到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的证件照。
  11. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收访客的访客生物信息,所述访客为到访服务门店的访客;
    将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配,所述待匹配生物信息为所述到访服务门店和与所述到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的生物信息;
    接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息,所述访客关联信息与所述访客生物信息相匹配的所述待匹配生物信息相对应;及
    将所述访客关联信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示,以使所述到访服务门店的接待员根据所述访客关联信息提供服务。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述访客关联信息包括访客业务信息;所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,在所执行的接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息的步骤之后,还包括执行以下步骤:
    根据所述访客业务信息生成业务推荐信息;及
    将所述业务推荐信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述访客关联信息包括访客个人信息;所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,在所执行的接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息的步骤之后,还包括执行以下步骤:
    根据所述访客个人信息生成语音服务信息;及
    将所述语音服务信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行播放。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,所执行的将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配的步骤,包括以下步骤:
    将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息根据所述预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息,计算所述访客生物信息与每个待匹配生物信息的相似置信度,并将所述相似置信度大于预设置信度阈值的待匹配生物信息,作为与所述访客生物信息匹配的待匹配生物信息。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述访客生物信息包括所述访客的人脸图像;及
    所述待匹配生物信息包括所述到访服务门店和与所述到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的证件照。
  16. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    接收访客的访客生物信息,所述访客为到访服务门店的访客;
    将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配,所述待匹配生物信息为所述到访服务门店和与所述到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的生物信息;
    接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息,所述访客关联信息与所述访客生物信息相匹配的所述待匹配生物信息相对应;及
    将所述访客关联信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示,以使所述到访服务门店的接待员根据所述访客关联信息提供服务。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述访客关联信息包括访客业务信息;所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,在所执行的接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息的步骤之后,还包括执行以下步骤:
    根据所述访客业务信息生成业务推荐信息;及
    将所述业务推荐信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行展示。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述访客关联信息包括访客个人信息;所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,在所执行的接收所述综合服务器发送的访客关联信息的步骤之后,还包括执行以下步骤:
    根据所述访客个人信息生成语音服务信息;及
    将所述语音服务信息发送至所述到访服务门店的服务终端进行播放。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时,所执行的将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息与预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息进行匹配的步骤,包括以下步骤:
    将所述访客生物信息发送至综合服务器,以使所述综合服务器将所述访客生物信息根据所述预设综合数据库中存储的多个待匹配生物信息,计算所述访客生物信息与每个待匹配生物信息的相似置信度,并将所述相似置信度大于预设置信度阈值的待匹配生物信息,作为与所述访客生物信息匹配的待匹配生物信息。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述访客生物信息包括所述访客的人脸图像;及
    所述待匹配生物信息包括所述到访服务门店和与所述到访服务门店具有关联关系的关联门店的客户的证件照。
