技术领域
本公开涉及车辆技术领域,具体地涉及一种控制车辆的方法,以及控制车辆的装置和车辆。
背景技术
随着社会和经济的飞速发展,越来越多的信贷车辆、租赁车辆和网约车辆等涌入市场,但是,上述类型的车辆频频出现安全问题,例如,驾驶员为了逃避法律责任或者因私人矛盾报复租车公司,将车辆行驶到偏远的地区,导致租车公司需耗费大量的人力、物力和财力去寻找车辆,从而给租车公司带来了巨大损失。
发明内容
本公开旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。因此,本公开的第一个目的在于提出一种控制车辆的方法,该方法可以自动管控车辆,省时省力。
本公开的第二个目的在于提出一种控制车辆的装置。
本公开的第三个目的在于提出一种车辆。
为了实现上述第一个目的,本公开第一方面实施例的控制车辆的方法,应用于车载终端,所述方法包括:获取车辆当前的位置信息和预设电子围栏,并根据所述当前的位置信息和所述预设电子围栏确定所述车辆的行驶方向;在确定所述车辆是由所述预设电子围栏内向所述预设电子围栏外行驶时,根据所述当前的位置信息确定所述车辆当前的位置状态,其中,所述位置状态表示所述车辆与所述预设电子围栏的相对位置;确定所述当前的位置状态与所述车辆的上一位置状态是否相同;在所述当前的位置状态与所述上一位置状态不同时,执行输出警告信息和发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项。
根据本公开的控制车辆的方法,应用于车载终端,通过根据车辆当前的位置状态进行警告或对车辆的钥匙信号进行限制,从而可以实现对车辆的自动管控,无需人工参与,相对于 人工管控,更加省时省力。

根据本公开实施例的控制车辆的装置,通过根据车辆当前的位置状态进行警告或对车辆的钥匙信号进行限制,从而可以实现对车辆的自动管控,无需人工参与,相对于人工管控,更加省时省力。
在一些实施例中,所述第二确定模块在根据所述当前的位置信息确定所述车辆当前的位置状态时具体用于,在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设电子围栏内时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设电子围栏内;或者,在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设电子围栏外时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设电子围栏外。

在一些实施例中,所述执行模块用于,在所述当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设内围栏外且位于所述预设外围栏内时,输出所述警告信息;或者,在所述当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设外围栏外时,发出所述钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号,或者,输出警告信息并发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号。
在一些实施例中,所述控制车辆的装置还包括:第四确定模块,用于确定所述车辆是否熄火;所述执行模块,用于在确定所述车辆熄火时,发出所述钥匙屏蔽信号以使所述钥匙控 制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号。从而,可以避免突然地限定车辆运行而造成事故,提高安全性。

为了达到上述第三个目的,本公开的第三方面实施例的车辆,包括钥匙控制器和上述第二方面实施例所述的控制车辆的装置,其中,所述钥匙控制器与所述控制车辆的装置相连。
根据本公开的车辆,通过采用上面实施例的控制车辆的装置,可以实现对车辆的自动管控,无需人工参与,相对于人工管控,更加省时省力。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本公开的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本公开,并不用于限制本公开。
本公开实施例可以应用于一种控制车辆的系统,如图1所示,该系统包括:监控服务器101、与该监控服务器101连接的控制服务器102、与该控制服务器102连接的车载终端103以及与该车载终端103连接的钥匙控制器104,并且该车载终端103和该钥匙控制器104都安装在车辆上。
其中,该监控服务器101可以提供给管理员操作的应用界面,管理员可以通过该应用界面进行注册和登录中的任意一项或两项,例如,管理员可在应用界面输入用户名、密码等信息以完成登录;该应用界面还展示有地图,管理员可以通过应用界面展示的地图手动绘制电 子围栏(相当于本公开中的预设电子围栏),并将车辆的标识信息与该电子围栏进行绑定,该标识信息可以是VIN(Vehicle Identification Number,车辆识别码);并将与车辆的标识信息绑定后的电子围栏发送至控制服务器102。
控制服务器102接收监控服务器101发送的与车辆的标识信息绑定后的电子围栏,并确定与上述车辆的标识信息对应的车载终端103的连接是否正常,且在连接正常时,将电子围栏发送至与车辆的标识信息对应的车载终端103,其中,该控制服务器可以是CAN(Controller Area Network,控制器局域网络)服务器。
车载终端103在接收到电子围栏后,可以获取车辆当前的位置信息,并根据该当前的位置信息确定该车辆的行驶方向,在根据该行驶方向确定该车辆是由预设电子围栏内向该预设电子围栏外行驶时,根据该当前的位置信息确定该车辆当前的位置状态,并在该当前的位置状态与上一位置状态不相同时,输出警告信息或者控制钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号,其中,可以通过向钥匙控制器发送屏蔽指令,以便该钥匙控制器104根据车载终端103发送的屏蔽指令屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号。
下面通过具体实施例对本公开进行详细说明。
图2为本公开实施例提供的一种控制车辆的方法,如图2所示,应用于车载终端,该方法包括:
S201、获取车辆当前的位置信息和预设电子围栏,并根据该当前的位置信息和预设电子围栏确定该车辆的行驶方向。
其中,该预设电子围栏可以包括两种:一种是该预设电子围栏可以为预设的一个围栏,例如,若该车辆租赁到深圳市,则该预设电子围栏为深圳市;另一种是该预设电子围栏可以包括预设内围栏和预设外围栏,且该预设外围栏包括的范围大于该预设内围栏包括的范围,例如,若该车辆租赁到深圳市,则该预设外围栏可以是广东省,该预设内围栏可以是深圳市,上述示例只是举例说明,本公开对此不作限定。
在本步骤中,可以获取该车辆的上一位置信息,并根据上一位置信息和该当前的位置信息确定该车辆的行驶方向。
S202、在根据该车辆的行驶方向确定该车辆是由该预设电子围栏内向该预设电子围栏外行驶时,根据该当前的位置信息确定该车辆当前的位置状态。
其中,该位置状态表示该车辆与该预设电子围栏的相对位置,需要说明的是,在该预设电子围栏包括一个围栏时,若当前的位置信息位于该预设电子围栏内,可以确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设电子围栏内,若当前的位置信息位于该预设电子围栏外时,确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设电子围栏外;在该预设电子围栏包括预设内 围栏和预设外围栏时,若当前的位置信息位于该预设内围栏内,则确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设内围栏内;若当前的位置信息位于该预设内围栏和该预设外围栏之间,则确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设内围栏外且位于该预设外围栏内,若当前的位置信息位于该预设外围栏外时,则确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设外围栏外。
S203、确定该当前的位置状态与车辆的上一位置状态是否相同。
S204、在该当前的位置状态与上一位置状态不同时,执行输出警告信息和发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项。
采用上述方法,车载终端可以根据车辆的位置状态自动输出警告信息或者控制钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号,无需人工参与,从而节约了人力资源。
图3为本公开实施例提供的一种控制车辆的方法,如图3所示,该方法可以基于图1所示的车辆控制的系统,该方法包括:
S301、监控服务器获取预设电子围栏,并将获取的预设电子围栏发送至控制服务器。
其中,该控制服务器可以是CAN(Controller Area Network,控制器局域网络)服务器,该预设电子围栏可以包括两种:一种是该预设电子围栏可以为预设的一个围栏,例如,若该车辆租赁到深圳市,则该预设电子围栏为深圳市;另一种是该预设电子围栏可以包括预设内围栏和预设外围栏,且该预设外围栏包括的范围大于该预设内围栏包括的范围,例如,若该车辆租赁到深圳市,则该预设外围栏可以是广东省,该预设内围栏可以是深圳市,上述示例只是举例说明,本公开对此不作限定。
在本步骤中,管理人员可以通过监控服务器提供的应用界面选择电子围栏中的添加围栏按钮,用鼠标在地图上绘制一个预设电子围栏,并点击保存即可完成预设电子围栏的绘制,随后进行预设电子围栏与车辆的标识信息的绑定操作,具体地,管理人员选择指定的预设电子围栏,并批量选择车辆的标识信息以进行绑定,点击保存即可完成预设电子围栏与车辆的标识信息之间的绑定,这样,可以将与该车辆的标识信息绑定的预设电子围栏发送至控制服务器,使得在后续步骤中该控制服务器可以将该预设电子围栏下发至该车辆的标识信息对应的车载终端。
需要说明的是,在该预设电子围栏发生变化时,如将车辆从深圳市销售到南京市,则该车辆对应的预设电子围栏由深圳市更改为南京市,这样,管理人员可以在该监控服务器提供的应用界面上对之前设置的预设电子围栏进行更改,监控服务器将更改后的预设电子围栏发送至控制服务器,从而保证了车载终端存储的预设电子围栏较准确。
S302、该控制服务器在接收到监控服务器发送的预设电子围栏后,确定与车载终端的连 接是否正常。
在本步骤中,该车载终端为与该预设电子围栏绑定的车辆的标识信息对应的终端,在一种可能的实现方式中,该控制服务器可以向该车载终端发送进行连接的请求消息,并确定在预设时间内是否接收到该车载终端响应该连接的请求消息发送的响应消息,在接收到该车载终端响应该连接的请求消息发送的响应消息后,确定与该车载终端正常连接。
在确定该控制服务器与该车载终端连接正常时,执行步骤S303和S304以及步骤S306和S307;
在确定该控制服务器与该车载终端连接不正常,执行步骤S305至步骤S307。
需要说明的是,在确定该控制服务器与该车载终端连接不正常时,该控制服务器可以向监控服务器发送通知消息,例如,该通知消息可以是:车载终端不在线,预设电子围栏下发失败,从而通过监控服务器告知管理员预设电子围栏下发失败。
S303、该控制服务器向该车载终端发送预设电子围栏。
S304、该车载终端在接收到该控制服务器发送的预设电子围栏后,存储该预设电子围栏。
S305、车载终端获取本地存储的预设电子围栏。
S306、车载终端获取车辆当前的位置信息,并根据该当前的位置信息确定该车辆的行驶方向。
其中,该位置信息可以是GPS(Global positioning system,全球定位系统)信息,在本步骤中,可以获取该车辆的上一位置信息,并根据上一位置信息和该当前的位置信息确定该车辆的行驶方向。
S307、根据该行驶方向确定该车辆是否是由该预设电子围栏内向该预设电子围栏外行驶。
在根据该行驶方向确定该车辆是由该预设电子围栏内向该预设电子围栏外行驶时,执行步骤S308;
在根据该行驶方向确定该车辆是由该预设电子围栏外向该预设电子围栏内行驶时,返回步骤S306。
S308、根据该当前的位置信息确定该车辆当前的位置状态。
其中,该位置状态表示该车辆与该预设电子围栏的相对位置,需要说明的是,在该预设电子围栏包括一个围栏时,若当前的位置信息位于该预设电子围栏内,可以确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设电子围栏内,若当前的位置信息位于该预设电子围栏外时,确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设电子围栏外;在该预设电子围栏包括预设内围栏和预设外围栏时,若当前的位置信息位于该预设内围栏内,则确定该车辆当前的位置状 态为该车辆位于该预设内围栏内;若当前的位置信息位于该预设内围栏和该预设外围栏之间,则确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设内围栏外且位于该预设外围栏内,若当前的位置信息位于该预设外围栏外时,则确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设外围栏外。
S309、车载终端确定该当前的位置状态与上一位置状态是否相同。
在该当前的位置状态与上一位置状态不同时,执行步骤S310;
在该当前的位置状态与上一位置状态相同时,执行步骤S311。
S310、车载终端执行输出警告信息和发送钥匙屏蔽信号以控制钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项。
当该预设电子围栏包括预设的一个围栏时,若车载终端根据该当前的位置状态和该上一位置状态确定该车辆驶出该预设电子围栏,则该车载终端可以发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号,或者,输出警告信息并发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号。
当该预设电子围栏包括预设内围栏和预设外围栏时,若该当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设内围栏外且位于该预设外围栏内,则该车载终端可以输出警告信息,若该当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设外围栏外,则车载终端可以控制钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号,或者,输出警告信息并发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号。这样,若驾驶员在将车辆从预设内围栏内驶出到预设内围栏和预设外围栏之间时,该车载终端可以自动警告驾驶员,以使得驾驶员及时调整行驶路径,从而避免驾驶员误将车辆驶出预设外围栏而造成钥匙控制信号被屏蔽,无法正常行驶的问题。
在本步骤中,该车辆的钥匙控制信号可以是电波信号,这样,车辆上的天线在接收到该电波信号后,经ECU(电子控制单元,Electronic Control Unit)识别该电波信号中包含的钥匙识别码,在该钥匙识别码满足预设代码时,控制车辆执行相应的操作(如开锁或者关锁等操作),为了使得该钥匙控制信号被屏蔽,在一种可能实现的方式中,该钥匙控制器可以通过输出与上述电波信号相同频率的干扰信号对该车辆的钥匙控制信号进行干扰,以使得该天线无法准确接收到该电波信号,上述屏蔽钥匙控制信号的方法只是举例说明,本公开对此不作限定。
需要说明的是,为了管理员更好地对该车辆进行管理,在一种可能的实现方式中,在该车载终端输出警告信息或者控制钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号时,可以向监控服务器发送报警信息,以使得管理员可以及时关注车辆的行驶动态。
另外,由于在车载终端控制钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号时,若驾驶员行驶在 高速公路等路段,则可能会造成交通事故,为了解决上述问题,在本公开另一实施例中,该车载终端可以确定该车辆是否熄火,并在该车辆熄火时,控制该钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号,这样,避免了在车辆未熄火时钥匙控制信号突然被屏蔽而造成的危险,当然,在另一种可能的实现方式中,可以通过钥匙控制器实时获取该车辆是否熄火,并在车辆熄火时,将该熄火信号发送至车载终端,以便该车载终端根据该熄火信号控制该钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号,上述示例只是举例说明,本公开对此不作限定。

需要说明的是,对于上述方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本公开并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本公开所必须的。
采用上述方法,车载终端可以根据车辆的位置状态自动输出警告信息或者控制钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号,无需人工参与,从而节约了人力资源。
基于上面实施例的控制车辆的方法,本公开的一些实施例提出一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现上面第一方面实施例所述的控制车辆的方法。
根据本公开的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,通过存储实现上面第一方面实施例的控制车辆的方法的计算机程序,从而为上面控制车辆的方法的实现提供支持。
本公开第二方面实施例提出控制车辆的装置,图4是示例性实施例示出的一种控制车辆的装置,应用于车载终端,如图4所示,该装置包括:
获取模块401,用于获取车辆当前的位置信息和预设电子围栏;
第一确定模块402,用于根据该当前的位置信息和预设电子围栏确定该车辆的行驶方向;
第二确定模块403,用于在确定该车辆是由该预设电子围栏内向该预设电子围栏外行驶时,根据该当前的位置信息确定该车辆当前的位置状态,其中,该位置状态表示该车辆与该预设电子围栏的相对位置;
第三确定模块404,用于确定该当前的位置状态与该车辆的上一位置状态是否相同;
执行模块405,用于在该当前的位置状态与该上一位置状态不同时,执行输出警告信息和发送钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项。
在一些实施例中,第二确定模块403,用于在该当前的位置信息位于该预设电子围栏内时,确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设电子围栏内;或者,在该当前的位置信息位于该预设电子围栏外时,确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设电子围栏外。
在一些实施例中,执行模块405在执行输出警告信息和发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使控制钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项时,具体用于,在当前的位置状态为车辆位于预设电子围栏外时,发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号,或者,输出警告信息并发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号。
在一些实施例中,预设电子围栏包括预设内围栏和预设外围栏,第二确定模块403,用于在该当前的位置信息位于该预设内围栏内时,确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设内围栏内;或者,在该当前的位置信息位于该预设内围栏和该预设外围栏之间时,确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设内围栏外且位于该预设外围栏内;或者,在该当前的位置信息位于该预设外围栏外时,确定该车辆当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设外围栏外。
在一些实施例中,执行模块405,用于在该当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设内围栏外且位于该预设外围栏内时,输出警告信息;或者,在该当前的位置状态为该车辆位于该预设外围栏外时,发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号,或者,输出警告信息并发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号。
图5是示例性实施例示出的一种车辆控制的装置,如图5所示,本公开实施例的装置还包括:第四确定模块406,用于确定该车辆是否熄火;执行模块405,用于在确定该车辆熄火时,发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽该车辆的钥匙控制信号。
在一些实施例中,所述控制车辆的装置还包括上传模块,上传模块用于在执行模块405执行输出警告信息和发出所述钥匙屏蔽信号中的一项或两项时,上传报警信息至监控服务器以提醒车辆管理员。
采用上述装置,车载终端可以根据车辆的位置状态自动输出警告信息或者控制钥匙控制器屏蔽车辆的钥匙控制信号,无需人工参与,从而节约了人力资源。
基于上述实施例的控制车辆的装置,本公开第三方面实施例还提出一种车辆。
本公开的车辆1000包括钥匙控制器104和以上实施例的控制车辆的装置400,其中,控制车辆的装置400,应用于车载终端,钥匙控制器104与控制车辆的装置400相连,其具体工作过程可以参照上面实施例的描述。
根据本公开的车辆,通过采用上面实施例的控制车辆的装置,可以实现对车辆的自动管控,无需人工参与,相对于人工管控,更加省时省力。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种控制车辆的方法,其特征在于,应用于车载终端,所述方法包括:
    获取车辆当前的位置信息和预设电子围栏,并根据所述当前的位置信息和所述预设电子围栏确定所述车辆的行驶方向;
    在根据所述车辆的行驶方向确定所述车辆是由所述预设电子围栏内向所述预设电子围栏外行驶时,根据所述当前的位置信息确定所述车辆当前的位置状态,其中,所述位置状态表示所述车辆与所述预设电子围栏的相对位置;
    确定所述当前的位置状态与所述车辆的上一位置状态是否相同;
    在所述当前的位置状态与所述上一位置状态不同时,执行输出警告信息和发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的控制车辆的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述当前的位置信息确定所述车辆当前的位置状态包括:
    在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设电子围栏内时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设电子围栏内;
    或者,在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设电子围栏外时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设电子围栏外。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的控制车辆的方法,其特征在于,所述执行输出警告信息和发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使控制钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项,包括:
    在所述当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设电子围栏外时,发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号,或者,输出警告信息并发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的控制车辆的方法,其特征在于,所述预设电子围栏包括预设内围栏和预设外围栏,所述根据所述当前的位置信息确定所述车辆当前的位置状态包括:
    在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设内围栏内时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设内围栏内;
    或者,在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设内围栏和所述预设外围栏之间时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设内围栏外且位于所述预设外围栏内;
    或者,在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设外围栏外时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设外围栏外。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的控制车辆的方法,其特征在于,所述执行输出警告信息和发 出钥匙屏蔽信号以使控制钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项,包括:
    在所述当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设内围栏外且位于所述预设外围栏内时,输出警告信息;
    或者,在所述当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设外围栏外时,发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号,或者,输出警告信息并发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的控制车辆的方法,其特征在于,在所述发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使所述钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号前,所述方法还包括:
    判断所述车辆是否熄火;
    所述控制所述钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号包括:
    在确定所述车辆熄火时,发出所述钥匙屏蔽信号以使所述钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的控制车辆的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述执行输出警告信息和发出所述钥匙屏蔽信号中的一项或两项时,上传报警信息至监控服务器以提醒车辆管理员。
  8. 一种控制车辆的装置,其特征在于,应用于车载终端,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取车辆当前的位置信息和预设电子围栏;
    第一确定模块,用于根据所述当前的位置信息和所述预设电子围栏确定所述车辆的行驶方向;
    第二确定模块,用于在确定所述车辆是由所述预设电子围栏内向所述预设电子围栏外行驶时,根据所述当前的位置信息确定所述车辆当前的位置状态,其中,所述位置状态表示所述车辆与所述预设电子围栏的相对位置;
    第三确定模块,用于确定所述当前的位置状态与所述车辆的上一位置状态是否相同;
    执行模块,用于在所述当前的位置状态与所述上一位置状态不同时,执行输出警告信息和发送钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的控制车辆的装置,其特征在于,所述第二确定模块在根据所述当前的位置信息确定所述车辆当前的位置状态时具体用于,
    在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设电子围栏内时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设电子围栏内;
    或者,在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设电子围栏外时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设电子围栏外。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的控制车辆的装置,其特征在于,所述执行模块在执行输出警告信息和发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使控制钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号中的一项或两项时,具体用于,在所述当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设电子围栏外时,发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号,或者,输出警告信息并发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的控制车辆的装置,其特征在于,所述预设电子围栏包括预设内围栏和预设外围栏,所述第二确定模块在根据所述当前的位置信息确定所述车辆当前的位置状态时具体用于,
    在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设内围栏内时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设内围栏内;
    或者,在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设内围栏和所述预设外围栏之间时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设内围栏外且位于所述预设外围栏内;
    或者,在所述当前的位置信息位于所述预设外围栏外时,确定所述车辆当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设外围栏外。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的控制车辆的装置,其特征在于,所述执行模块用于,
    在所述当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设内围栏外且位于所述预设外围栏内时,输出所述警告信息;
    或者,在所述当前的位置状态为所述车辆位于所述预设外围栏外时,发出所述钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号,或者,输出警告信息并发出钥匙屏蔽信号以使钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号。
  13. 根据权利要求8-12任一项所述的控制车辆的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第四确定模块,用于确定所述车辆是否熄火;
    所述执行模块,用于在确定所述车辆熄火时,发出所述钥匙屏蔽信号以使所述钥匙控制器屏蔽所述车辆的钥匙控制信号。
  14. 根据权利要求8-13任一项所述的控制车辆的装置,其特征在,所述装置还包括:
    上传模块,用于在所述执行模块执行输出警告信息和发出所述钥匙屏蔽信号中的一项或两项时,上传报警信息至监控服务器以提醒车辆管理员。
  15. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括钥匙控制器和如权利要求8-14任一项所述的控制车辆的装置,其中,所述钥匙控制器与所述控制车辆的装置相连。
