技术领域
本发明涉及照明器材领域,具体涉及一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组。
背景技术
LED灯具有节能、寿命长和环保等优点,现在已广泛应用在照明领域。而现有的LED灯具大部分是一体式结构,无法通过模块化组装获得新的外形结构。而一些可以拼接的LED灯具,如中国发明专利《多边形LED的组合结构》(专利号201020002708)公开的多边形LED灯组合结构,是通过焊接组合,组合难度高,用户无法自由调整组合的结构。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有的LED灯组合难度高的问题,提出一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,包括多个作为模块组件的LED灯,所述LED灯设置有多边形的外壳,外壳内设置有LED光源,所述LED灯的外壳侧壁设置有磁性组件,多个LED灯之间通过磁性组件互相吸附连接固定。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述外壳为多边形柱体,外壳一端开口并在开口端设置有透光的灯罩。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述LED光源设置在外壳的内侧壁,可以避免灯光直射,使灯光更均匀柔和不刺眼。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述LED灯内设置有导光板,导光板将灯光引导后向灯罩方向均匀射出,使灯光均匀柔和。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述LED灯内设置有将光线反射向开口端的反光片,提高光效。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述LED灯在外壳的开口端设置有扩光片,或所述灯罩设置为扩光面罩;扩光片和散光层的设置可使灯光更均匀柔和。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述LED灯内设置有电容式感应开关,电容式感应开关的感应范围略小于灯罩面积,用户触摸灯罩的大部分位置,电容式感应开关都能通过感应触发,进行开关灯的控制。
作为上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述外壳背面设置有用于挂靠在墙壁上的凹扣位。进一步,所述凹扣位包括宽度较大的进入凹口和宽度较窄的限位凹口。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提出一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,多个LED灯之间通过设置在外壳侧壁的磁性组件进行组合连接,组合简单方便,用户可根据自己喜好随时更换组合结构,设计人性化。

具体实施方式
参照图1、图2,本发明提供的第一种优选实施例,所述LED灯1包括六边形的外壳,外壳一端开口并在开口端设置有透光的灯罩,外壳底部设置有PCB电路板,所述PCB电路板表面设置有电容式感应开关,且电容式感应开关的面积略小于灯罩的面积,用户触摸灯罩表面,电容式感应开关感应到电容变化后进行开关灯的控制;外壳内设置有LED光源,LED光源设置在外壳的内侧壁;外壳内部设置有反光片,反光片设置在PCB电路板上方,将LED光源的光线反射向开口端,反光片上还设置有导光板,导光板将灯光引导后向灯罩方向均匀射出;灯罩上设置有磨砂状的散光层,使灯光更加均匀柔和。外壳背面设置有用于挂靠的凹扣位。外壳侧壁设置有磁性组件2,磁性组件2埋藏在外壳1的侧壁内。本设计的LED灯组,包括多个上述的LED灯1作为模块组件,所述LED灯1通过设置在侧壁的磁性组件2拼接在一起,如图2所示。本设计的LED灯组组合简单方便,用户可根据自己喜好随时更换组合结构,设计人性化。
本设计的LED灯组可适用于各种多边形形状的LED灯,如三角形、矩形、五边形、六边形、菱形、梯形、八边形和十二边形等。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,包括多个作为模块组件的LED灯,所述LED灯设置有多边形的外壳,外壳内设置有LED光源,其特征在于:所述LED灯的外壳侧壁设置有磁性组件,多个LED灯之间通过磁性组件互相吸附连接固定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,其特征在于:所述外壳为多边形柱体,外壳一端开口并在开口端设置有透光的灯罩。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,其特征在于:所述LED光源设置在外壳的内侧壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,其特征在于:所述LED灯内设置有导光板。
  5. 根据权利要求2至4任一所述的一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,其特征在于:所述LED灯内设置有将光线反射向开口端的反光片。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,其特征在于:所述LED灯在外壳的开口端设置有扩光片,或所述灯罩设置为扩光面罩。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,其特征在于:所述LED灯内设置有电容式感应开关。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种利用磁铁拼接的LED灯组,其特征在于:所述外壳背面设置有用于挂靠在墙壁上的凹扣位。
