Description

一种LED面板灯 技术领域
本发明涉及照明技术领域,特别涉及一种LED面板灯。
背景技术
现有技术中,LED面板灯的大小要适应于安装吊顶处的安装孔的大小,而LED面板灯的底面均采用一整套光电组件作为整个底板,其面积较大,导致成本偏高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供了一种LED面板灯,具有成本低、适用范围广、安装方便的优势。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种LED面板灯,包括:具有第一区域和围绕所述第一区域周向布设的第二区域的、用于与安装吊顶相装配的面板;以及,安装于所述面板的第一区域内的、用于发光以起照明作用的发光组件。
优选的,所述面板包括:用于形成所述第一区域以供所述发光组件安装的第一板;以及,设置于所述第一板周围以形成完整所述面板并充当第二区域的第二板。
优选的,所述第一板为光扩散板,所述第二板为金属板或塑胶板。
优选的,所述发光组件包括导光板、LED灯条和反光板,所述反光板位于所述导光板的远离所述第一区域的一侧,所述LED灯条设置在所述导光板的侧面。
优选的,所述反光板的远离所述导光板的一侧通过海绵胶粘接有盖板。
优选的,所述盖板为金属板或塑胶板。
优选的,所述第一板的四周安装有型材,所述第二板的边缘与所述型材 边缘卡接。
优选的,所述LED面板灯还包括底框,所述底框上形成多个分隔的出光面和结构面,所述第一板安装于所述出光面处,所述第二板安装于所述结构面处。
采用上述技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明的面板外部整体尺寸是固定不变的,可以调节第一区域和第二区域的大小,从而减小了第一区域(即发光面)的面积,且保证了第一区域的光电参数不变,使本申请达到了与常规现有技术中的面板灯外观尺寸一致的目的,降低了成本,此外,本申请还可根据应用场合的不同,给予面板灯不同的安装配件进行安装使用,从而方便了面板灯的安装,拓宽了面板灯的适用范围,使得该LED面板灯具有成本低、适用范围广、安装方便的优势。

下面将结合附图,对本实用新型实施例的技术方案进行描述。
本实施例涉及一种LED面板灯,包括:面板和发光组件,所述面板包括第一区域1和多个第二区域2,所述第二区域2围绕所述第一区域1的周向外侧设置,所述发光组件安装在所述面板的与所述第一区域1对应的位置处。其中,第一区域1为出光面,是LED面板灯光线射出区域部分;第二区域2作用结构面,面板灯面板除出光面的部分均作为结构面。出光面和结构面组成与常规LED面板灯一致的外观尺寸。在同一个面板中,结构面可以有多个,出光面也可以有多个,共同组成面板灯的完整面板。
在图1至图10所示的四个实施例中,面板可以是分体式的拼接结构(例如第一、第二、第四实施例),也可以是一体的整套板(第三实施例)。但是,无论哪种情况,本发明中的面板中部均设置有一个第一区域1,其上部安装发光组件,光线可从该第一区域中向外射出。
在上述各实施例中,与现有技术相比,面板的外部整体尺寸是固定不变的,可以调节第一区域和第二区域的大小,从而减小了发光组件所在第一区域及发光组件本身的面积,且发光组件的光电参数不变,从而在保证光电参数的情况下,使本申请达到了与常规现有技术中的面板灯外观尺寸一致的目的,降低了成本,可根据应用场合的不同,给予面板灯不同的安装配件进行安装使用。
在第一和第二、第四实施例中,优选地,所述面板包括用于形成所述第一区域1的第一板3以及用于形成所述第二区域2的第二板4,所述第一板3及多个所述第二板4拼接成所述面板。
优选地,所述第一板3为扩散板,所述第二板4为金属板或塑胶板。
在第三实施例中,优选地,所述面板采用一块完整且无拼接的第三板5制成。优选地,所述第三板5为扩散板。在此实施例中,如图6和图8所示,第三板5也可被划分为由图中虚线所分隔开的第一区域和第二区域,其中,第一区域用作出光面,第二区域用作结构面。由于采用了这种结构,缩小了出光面的面积,因而降低了成本。
在第一至第三实施例中,优选地,所述发光组件包括导光板6(例如玻璃等)、LED灯条7和反光板8,所述反光板8位于所述导光板6的远离所述第一区域1的一侧,所述LED灯条7设置在所述导光板6的侧面。
优选地,所述反光板8的远离所述导光板6的一侧通过海绵胶9粘接有盖板10。
优选地,所述盖板10为金属板或塑胶板。
优选地,所述第一板3的四周安装有型材11,所述第二板4的边缘与所述型材11边缘卡接。
优选地,所述LED面板灯包括由型材11制成的底框12,所述底框12上形成多个分隔的出光面和结构面,所述第一板3安装于所述出光面处,所述第二板4安装于所述结构面处。
在第四实施例中,发光组件位于灯具的中央部位,该发光组件的周边均为结构面。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种LED面板灯,其特征在于,包括:
    具有第一区域(1)和围绕所述第一区域(1)周向布设的第二区域(2)的、用于与安装吊顶相装配的面板;以及,
    安装于所述面板的第一区域(1)内的、用于发光以起照明作用的发光组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的LED面板灯,其特征在于,所述面板包括:用于形成所述第一区域(1)以供所述发光组件安装的第一板(3);以及,
    设置于所述第一板(3)周围以形成完整所述面板并充当第二区域(2)的第二板(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的LED面板灯,其特征在于,所述第一板(3)为光扩散板,所述第二板(4)为金属板或塑胶板。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的LED面板灯,其特征在于,所述发光组件包括导光板(6)、LED灯条(7)和反光板(8),所述反光板(8)位于所述导光板(6)的远离所述第一区域(1)的一侧,所述LED灯条(7)设置在所述导光板(6)的侧面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的LED面板灯,其特征在于,所述反光板(8)的远离所述导光板(6)的一侧通过海绵胶(9)粘接有盖板(10)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的LED面板灯,其特征在于,所述盖板(10)为金属板或塑胶板。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的LED面板灯,其特征在于,所述第一板(3)的四周安装有型材(11),所述第二板(4)的边缘与所述型材(11)边缘卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的LED面板灯,其特征在于,所述LED面板灯还包括底框(12),所述底框(12)上形成多个分隔的出光面和结构面,所述第一板(3)安装于所述出光面处,所述第二板(4)安装于所述结构面处。
