所述加热灯管发出的光经所述反光罩朝向所述纺织品,以烘干所述纺织品上的处理液,使处理液被所述纺织品吸收。
进一步地,所述烘干模组具有多个,多个所述烘干模组将分布于所述传送装置的送给路径上。
进一步地,所述压烫模组包括:
支架;
驱动气缸,所述驱动气缸的一端定位于所述支架,所述驱动气缸相对于所述支架伸缩;
压烫板,所述压烫板平行于所述台板固定于所述驱动气缸的另一端;
所述驱动气缸伸缩时,所述压烫板相对于所述支架移动,从而压紧在所述台板的纺织品上对所述台板及纺织品加热。
进一步地,所述打印模组包括:
导轨梁,所述导轨梁与所述传送装置的送给方向交叉设置;
第一打印小车,设于所述导轨梁的一侧并沿所述导轨梁的延伸方向滑动;
第二打印小车,设于所述导轨梁的另一侧并沿所述导轨梁的延伸方向滑动,;所述第一打印小车与所述第二打印小车上均包括多个打印喷嘴,打印喷嘴用于喷出墨汁,所述第一打印小车用于在所述纺织品上打印图案的底色,所述第二打印小车用于在打印有底色的图案上打印图案的彩色,所述彩色覆盖于所述底色上。
驱动装置,所述驱动装置用于驱动所述第一打印小车以及第二打印小车沿所述导轨梁的延伸方向移动以滑动至所述纺织品上方进行图案的打印;
所述第一打印小车与所述第二打印小车在同一个纺织品上打印的图案的形 状相同。
进一步地,所述第一打印小车前后两次打印的图案的形状不同,所述第二打印小车后一次打印的图案的形状与所述第一打印小车前一次打印的图案的形状相同。
进一步地,所述传送装置为闭环设置,所述台板具有多个,分别间隔设置于所述传送装置的送给方向上;所述传送装置以步进的方式每次送给一个所述台板。
本发明的纺织数码印花机通过处理液机向纺织品上喷涂处理液,并通过烘干模组以及压烫模组使处理液快速被纺织品所吸收,之后在再纺织品上喷涂墨汁形成打印的图案。本发明通过处理液提高图案的打印品质的同时可以使墨汁快速被吸收形成图案;压烫模组使台板具有一定的热量,台板的热量能够进一步地使墨汁快速吸收,提高了墨汁吸收的效率,提高了打印效率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见图1及图2,本发明实施例提供一种纺织数码印花机100,该纺织数码印花机100用于对纺织品印刷图案,具体的,该纺织数码印花机100包括传送装置10以及随传送装置10移动以输送纺织品的多个台板20,多个台板20间隔设置于所述传送装置10的送给方向上,所述传送装置10以步进的方式每次送给一个所述台板20。纺织品固定于台板20上,台板20在传送装置10上移动,将纺织品从一个工位输送至另一个工位上,从而完成多个打印工序。多个工位包括起始位,在起始位上设置有一个控制按钮30,控制按钮30与传送装置10电性连接,用于控制传送装置10的工作以及停止,当传送装置10工作时,台板20自一个工位移动至另一个工位上。在起始位上,由一个操作人员将纺织品固定于台板20上,当固定好纺织品后,操作人员按下控制按钮30,传送装置10工作驱动台板20移动至下一个工位上。
如图3所示,纺织数码印花机100还包括处理液机40,处理液机40用于接收自所述起始位固定于台板20上的纺织品,并向台板20上的纺织品喷涂处理液。处理液是一种液体,当纺织品上喷涂处理液后纺织品的纱线上延伸出的绒毛会被处理液覆盖,防止喷下的墨汁悬挂于绒毛上,不被纺织品吸收,造成打印图案质量差的问题。同时处理液会渗透入纺织品内,提高纺织品的防渗透能力,提高墨汁的遮盖性以及墨汁与处理液的粘结性,防止打印的图案出现脱色的情况出现。除此之外,处理液能够使喷涂至纺织品上的墨汁均匀一致。处理 液具体的,处理液机40包括:平行于台板20设置的滑轨410,定位于滑轨410并在滑轨410上滑动的喷处理液模组420,喷处理液模组420自滑轨410的一端向另一端移动的过程中处理液喷涂处理液。
喷处理液模组420包括:多个喷头421以及通过多个控制阀422与喷头421导通的容器423,容器423中储存有处理液;控制阀422与喷头421一一对应,控制阀422用于控制喷头421的打开以及关闭,当控制阀422打开时,喷头421喷出处理液,同时喷处理液模组420从滑轨410的一端开始移动;当喷处理液模组420喷涂处理液的区域完全覆盖需要打印的图案区域时,控制阀422关闭,喷头421停止喷出处理液。
在本发明的实施例中,控制阀422与控制模块连接,所述控制模块根据接收的控制命令,控制打开的控制阀422的数量以及所述控制阀422打开的时间,从而确定所要喷涂的处理液的区域的大小和位置。
其中,多个喷头421垂直于滑轨410的长度方向上排布,多个喷头421分别受到多个控制阀422的控制分别打开或关闭。喷头421打开的个数根据所要喷涂的处理液的区域的大小而选择,当所要喷涂的处理液的区域的宽度较大时,打开的喷头421的数量较多。当所有喷头421全部打开,喷涂区域的宽度最大;当打开的喷头421的数量最小时,喷涂的处理液的区域的宽度也最小。
在本发明的实施例中,喷涂的处理液的区域的最大长度为滑轨410的长度,喷处理液模组420在滑轨410上滑动时,喷涂处理液。处理液
如图4,纺织数码印花机100还包括烘干模组50,所述烘干模组50用于对喷涂处理液的纺织品烘干,以使纺织品上的处理液被纺织品吸收,处理液渗透入纺织品中,防止喷涂在纺织品上的墨汁的渗透,能够提高墨汁在纺织品上的打印效果,提高打印的效率。
具体的,烘干模组50包括:平行于纺织品设置的多根加热灯管510,加热灯管510固定于灯罩520内,并朝向所述纺织品设置。多根加热灯管510通过产生光照热量使处理液中的水分蒸发,同时使处理液被纺织品吸收。
每根加热灯管510上均设置有反光罩530,所述反光罩530位于所述加热灯管510的外侧;反光罩530的反射角度朝向所述纺织品。加热灯管510产生的加热光经过反光罩530后反射至纺织品上,从而起到加热的效果。
其中,烘干模组50具有多个,多个烘干模组50沿传送装置10的传送方向设置在多个工位上,纺织品依次经过多个烘干模组50加热烘干,烘干效果较好,有利于节省烘干时间。
在本发明的实施例中,优选的,烘干模组50具有3个。
如图5所示,纺织数码印花机100还包括至少一个压烫模组60,压烫模组60包括具有热量的压烫板610,压烫板610平行于所述纺织品设置。当处理液烘干吸收处理液的纺织品传送至压烫模组60时,压烫板610压下,压紧在纺织品上,从而使处理液完全纺织品吸收,同时提高纺织品的平整度,防止纺织品起皱。
具体的,压烫模组60还包括驱动气缸620,驱动气缸620的驱动端固定于压烫板610的一侧,驱动气缸620的另一端固定于支架630上。驱动气缸620驱动压烫板610下降以及升起;当压烫板610压下时,压烫板610压紧在纺织品上。
在本发明中,压烫板610在压紧纺织品提高纺织品的平整度的同时还对纺织品以及固定纺织品的台板20加热,从而使纺织品的台板20以及纺织品表面具有一定的热度,具有热度的纺织品有利于喷涂于纺织品上的墨汁的吸收,起到干燥墨汁的作用,缩短墨汁吸收的时间,提高打印效率。
在本发明中,提高纺织品的平整度有利于提高喷涂的墨汁的精度,防止墨汁因为纺织品起皱而出现喷涂的位置的偏差,从而导致打印的图案效果较差。
如图6所示,本发明的纺织数码印花机100同时还包括打印模组70,所述打印模组70包括导轨梁710、第一打印小车720、第二打印小车730、驱动装置740。第一打印小车720设于所述导轨梁710的一侧并沿所述导轨梁710的延伸方向滑动,所述第一打印小车720用于在所述纺织品上打印图案的底色;第二打印小车730,设于所述导轨梁710的另一侧并沿所述导轨梁710的延伸方向滑动,所述第二打印小车730用于在打印有底色的图案上打印图案的彩色,所述彩色覆盖于所述底色上;第一打印小车720以及第二打印小车730分别位于相邻的两个工位上。第一打印小车720与第二打印小车730上均包括多个打印喷嘴721,打印喷嘴721用于喷出墨汁,从而于纺织品上形成图案。
驱动装置740,所述驱动装置740用于驱动所述第一打印小车720以及第二打印小车730沿所述导轨梁710的延伸方向移动以滑动至所述纺织品上方进行图案的打印;所述第一打印小车720与所述第二打印小车730在同一个纺织品上打印的图案的形状相同。
导轨梁710的延伸方向与打印介质的进给方向交叉设置。本实施方式中,纺织品的进给方向垂直于导轨梁710的延伸方向,纺织品的进给方向自第一打印小车720朝向第二打印小车730。
纺织品沿导轨梁710垂直方向进给,在进给至第一打印小车720下方后停止,驱动装置740驱动第一打印小车720沿着导轨梁710的延伸方向运动,并在纺织品上以底色打印出预设的第一图案。当打印完第一图案后,纺织品继续传送至相邻的另一个工位上,即第二打印小车730的下方,此时第二打印小车730对打印有第一图案的纺织品上以彩色打印第二图案,其中第二图案覆盖于第 一图案上,第二图案与第一图案的形状和样式相同;其中第一图案的底色为白色。在底色上打印彩色可以防止因为打印的纺织品的背景色颜色较深直接在纺织品上打印彩色图案时出现,彩色图案表现力差,模糊不清楚,色彩层次感降低的问题。
在本发明中,同一纺织品在经过前后两个工位的第一打印小车720以及第二打印小车730打印的过程中,控制系统通过软件程序向第一打印小车720发送的第一图案与向第二打印小车730发送的第二图案的形状是相同的,第一图案与第二图案的色彩不相同,从而在一次打印后,第二图案完全叠加在第一图案上,保证了打印的图案的色彩饱和度以及对比度的情况下,防止了第一图案的外漏,从而影响打印品质。
在本发明的其他实施例中,所述第一打印小车720前后两次打印的图案的形状不同,所述第二打印小车730后一次打印的图案的形状与所述第一打印小车720前一次打印的图案的形状相同。
具体的,不同的两件纺织品在经过同一个工位的打印过程中,两件纺织品在前后两次的打印时控制系统通过软件程序向第一打印小车720发送的第一图案并不相同;具体的,第一件纺织品在第一打印小车720打印时,第一打印小车720以白色墨汁打印第一图案(A),打印完成后,传送装置10将第一件纺织品传送至下一工位,即第二打印小车730下方,第二打印小车730以彩色墨汁对第一件纺织品打印与第一图案(A)形状相同的第二图案(A),彩色的第二图案(A)完全覆盖于第一图案(A)上。在第二打印小车730在打印第二图案(A)的同时,第一打印小车720对位于其工位下方的第二件纺织品以白色墨汁打印第一图案(B)。在第二打印小车730对第一件纺织品打印完第二图案(A)后,传送装置10将打印有白色墨汁的第一图案(B)的第二件纺织品传送至第二打 印小车730下方,第二打印小车730以彩色对第二件纺织品打印第二图案(B),同时,第三件纺织品被传送至第一打印小车720下方的工位,第一打印小车720对第三件纺织品以白色打印相应的图案。第一打印小车720以及第二打印小车730按照以上的打印及送给方式对多件纺织品打印图案。本发明的纺织数码印花机100同时还包括一个结束位,打印好图案的纺织品在结束位上从台板20上取下,并保存。至此,整个打印过程结束。
在本发明中,传送装置10为闭环设置,且台板20具有多个,多个台板20间隔设置于传送装置10上,一个台板20自一个工位移动至另一个工位的同时多个台板20同步移动。本发明中起始位与结束位相重合,只需一个操作人员在起始位上将已经打印好图案的纺织品从台板20上拆下的同时,将未打印图案的纺织品固定于台板20上。整个纺织数码印花机100只需要一个操作人员,节省成本,整个打印过程为自动化过程,不需要人为刷墨或者刷处理液,提高了生产效率。
在本发明中,整个纺织数码印花机100仅需要一个人从台板20上取放纺织品,同时按下操作按钮,以启动整个传送装置10,纺织品在台板20上经传送装置10的传送经喷处理液模组420、烘干模组50、压烫模组60以及打印模组70,第一打印小车720和第二打印小车730自动化的完成图案的打印,整个过程为自动化完成,不需要人为操作,节省人力,提高了产率。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种纺织数码印花机,包括传送装置以及连接于所述传送装置上随所述传送装置的移动而送给纺织品的台板,其特征在于,所述纺织数码印花机包括沿所述纺织品送给路线上依次设置的处理液机、烘干模组、压烫模组以及打印模组;
    所述处理液机包括多个喷头,用于向所述纺织品上喷涂处理液;
    所述烘干模组用于对喷涂有处理液的纺织品加热,以使所述处理液被纺织品吸收;
    所述压烫模组用于压烫所述纺织品,使所述纺织品保持平整并对所述台板加热;
    所述打印模组用于对纺织品上喷涂墨汁从而打印出图案;
    具有热量的所述台板用于干燥所述墨汁从而使所述墨汁被所述纺织品吸收。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的纺织数码印花机,其特征在于,所述处理液机包括:
    滑轨,所述滑轨平行于所述台板设置;
    喷处理液模组,所述喷处理液模组定位于所述滑轨并在所述滑轨上滑动;
    所述喷处理液模组包括多个所述喷头、控制阀以及容器,所述控制阀与所述喷头导通,所述容器内储存有所述处理液;
    所述喷处理液模组在所述滑轨上滑动时,所述控制阀导通,以使所述喷头喷出所述处理液。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的纺织数码印花机,其特征在于,所述处理液机包括驱动电机以及控制模块,所述驱动电机驱动所述喷处理液模组相对于所述滑轨滑动;
    所述控制模块控制所述控制阀的导通与关闭。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的纺织数码印花机,其特征在于,多个所述喷头垂直 于所述滑轨长度方向排布,每个所述控制阀控制一个所述喷头的导通与关闭。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的纺织数码印花机,其特征在于,所述烘干模组包括:
    灯罩;
    加热灯管,所述加热灯管固定于所述灯罩内并朝向所述纺织品设置;
    反光罩,每个所述加热灯管的外侧设置一个所述反光罩,反光罩的反射角度朝向所述纺织品;
    所述加热灯管发出的光经所述反光罩朝向所述纺织品,以烘干所述纺织品上的处理液,使处理液被所述纺织品吸收。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的纺织数码印花机,其特征在于,所述烘干模组具有多个,多个所述烘干模组将分布于所述传送装置的送给路径上。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的纺织数码印花机,其特征在于,所述压烫模组包括:
    支架;
    驱动气缸,所述驱动气缸的一端定位于所述支架,所述驱动气缸相对于所述支架伸缩;
    压烫板,所述压烫板平行于所述台板固定于所述驱动气缸的另一端;
    所述驱动气缸伸缩时,所述压烫板相对于所述支架移动,从而压紧在所述台板的纺织品上对所述台板及纺织品加热。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花机,其特征在于,所述打印模组包括:
    导轨梁,所述导轨梁与所述传送装置的送给方向交叉设置;
    第一打印小车,设于所述导轨梁的一侧并沿所述导轨梁的延伸方向滑动;
    第二打印小车,设于所述导轨梁的另一侧并沿所述导轨梁的延伸方向滑动,;所述第一打印小车与所述第二打印小车上均包括多个打印喷嘴,打印喷嘴 用于喷出墨汁,所述第一打印小车用于在所述纺织品上打印图案的底色,所述第二打印小车用于在打印有底色的图案上打印图案的彩色,所述彩色覆盖于所述底色上。
    驱动装置,所述驱动装置用于驱动所述第一打印小车以及第二打印小车沿所述导轨梁的延伸方向移动以滑动至所述纺织品上方进行图案的打印;
    所述第一打印小车与所述第二打印小车在同一个纺织品上打印的图案的形状相同。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的纺织品数码印花机,其特征在于,所述第一打印小车前后两次打印的图案的形状不同,所述第二打印小车后一次打印的图案的形状与所述第一打印小车前一次打印的图案的形状相同。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的纺织品数码印花机,其特征在于,所述传送装置为闭环设置,所述台板具有多个,分别间隔设置于所述传送装置的送给方向上;所述传送装置以步进的方式每次送给一个所述台板。
