进一步,驱动装置为电机,行走轮为万向轮。电机通过减速器驱动凸轮转动,转动的凸轮借助第二连杆驱动第一连杆的第一端移动。第一连杆通过枢转端与机体枢转连接,并因此形成杠杆结构,所以随着第一连杆的第一端的移动,第一连杆的第二端绕枢转端向与第一端相同的方向转动,从而带动万向轮在竖直方向上移动,使机体升起或落下。因此,本发明的升降装置相对于现有技术中的液压和气压升降装置,结构更加简单。

具体实施方式
本领域技术人员应当理解的是,本节实施方式仅仅用于解释本发明的技术原理,并非用于限制本发明的保护范围。例如,虽然本节实施方式是结合洗衣机来对本发明的升降装置进行说明的,但是本发明的升降装置还可以应用于其他设备,例如空调、冰箱、保险柜等,本领域技术人员可以根据需要对其作出调整,以便适应具体的应用场合,调整后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,在本发明的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“内”、“外”等指示方向或位置关系的术语是基于附图所示的方向或位置关系,这仅仅是为了便于描述,而不是指示或暗示所述装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”、“第三”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。

如图1所示,本发明的洗衣机主要包括机体1和升降装置2。机体1底部设置有或一体成型有固定底脚13和横梁21。机体1上设置有控制升降装置2的动作的上升按键11和下降按键12。通过操作上升按键11能够使升降装置2将机体1从地面顶起,通过操作下降按键12能够使被顶起的机体1下落回地面。本领域技术人员能够理解的是,本发明的升降装置2不仅可以用于洗衣机,还可以被用于其他任何可行的被支撑设备,例如,空调、沙发、保险柜、冰箱等。本领域技术人可根据实际 需要对其进行适当调整,调整之后的技术方案仍将落入本发明的保护范围。
如图2和图3所示,进一步,本发明的升降装置2主要包括电机22、减速器23、第一连杆26和支撑脚(图中未标示)。其中,支撑脚的底部设置有万向轮28,并且支撑脚沿竖直方向可滑动地安装到横梁21上,减速器23固定安装在横梁21上,且减速器23的输入端与电机22相连,减速器23的输出端与第一连杆26的第一端操作连接,第一连杆26的第二端与支撑脚的顶部枢转连接。电机22通过减速器23降低转速后能够驱使第一连杆26的第一端运动,运动的该第一端能够带动第一连杆26的第二端运动,运动的该第二端能够驱使万向轮28在竖直方向上移动,从而使机体1升起或落下。
此外,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,采用其他任何可行的动力装置来代替电机22,例如气压马达、液压马达。或者,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去减速器23,用气缸或油缸来代替电机22驱动第一连杆26的第一端的运动。
进一步,本领域技术人员能够理解的是,上述的万向轮28,可以被其他任何可行的行走轮替代,例如,固定脚轮。本领域技术人员还能够理解的是,减速器23和万向轮28还可以被直接安装到机体1的底部。更进一步,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,省去万向轮28的设置,当机体1被升降装置2举升之后,借助其他移动装置对洗衣机进行转移。例如当机体1被升降装置2举升之后,使小型叉车的前叉插到机体1的底部,通过叉车对洗衣机进行转移。
继续参阅图2和图3,本发明的升降装置还包括凸轮24和作为第二连杆的拉杆25。其中凸轮24基圆的圆心与减速器23的输出轴同轴固定,凸轮24远离基圆圆心的端部与拉杆25的第一端枢转连接,拉杆25的第二端与第一连杆26的第一端枢转连接。减速器23运作时,会驱动凸轮24转动,凸轮24能够带动拉杆25上下移动,拉杆25又带动第一连杆26的第一端上下运动,从而促使第一连杆26的第二端带动万向轮28上下移动,实现机体1的升起和落下。
继续参阅图2和图3,横梁21上还设有支架27和护套29。进一步,第一连杆26还包括位于第一端和第二端之间的枢转端,第一连杆26通过该枢转端与支架27枢转连接。枢转连接的第一连杆26与支架 27形成杠杆结构,具体地,第一连杆26的第一端向上运动时,第一连杆26的第二端向下运动;第一连杆26的第一端向下运动时,第一连杆26的第二端向上运动。万向轮28的支撑柱穿过护套29,并与护套29在竖直方向可滑动地连接。
本领域技术人员能够理解的是,横梁21应广义地理解为用来安装相关部件的载体,可以采用其他任何可行的结构来代替,进一步,其可以与机体1的底部固定连接,也可以与机体1的底部为一体结构。
如图4所示,第一连杆26包括第一横杆261和第二横杆262,支架27包括第一支架271和第二支架272。第一横杆261与第一支架271构成第一杠杆结构,第二横杆262与第二支架272构成第二杠杆结构。
如图5和图6所示,第一横杆261的第一端部2611上设有第一端孔2613,第一横杆261的第二端2612上设有第二端孔2614,第一横杆261中间靠近第二端2612部分设有作为枢转端的第一中间孔2615。销轴(图中未示出)穿过第一端孔2613与拉杆25相连接,从而实现第一横杆261与拉杆25的枢转连接。销轴(图中未示出)穿过第二端孔2614与万向轮28支撑柱相连接,从而实现第一横杆261与万向轮28的枢转连接。销轴(图中未示出)穿过第一中间孔2615与第一支架271相连接,从而实现第一横杆261与第一支架271的枢转连接。
如图7和图8所示,第二横杆262的第三端部2621上设有第三端孔2623,第二横杆262的第四端2622上设有第四端孔2624,第二横杆262中间靠近第四端2622部分设有作为枢转端的第二中间孔2625。销轴(图中未示出)穿过第三端孔2623与拉杆25相连接,从而实现第二横杆262与拉杆25的枢转连接。销轴(图中未示出)穿过第四端孔2624与万向轮28支撑柱相连接,从而实现第二横杆262与万向轮28的枢转连接。销轴(图中未示出)穿过第二中间孔2625与第二支架272相连接,从而实现第二横杆262与第二支架271的枢转连接。
再次参阅图5和图6,由于第一横杆261与第一支架271形成杠杆结构,孔2615需为圆孔,且其直径稍大于第一支架271的轴外径。为保证第一横杆261的第二端2612做弧形运动时,万向轮28的支撑柱做竖直运动,第二端孔2614需设为长条形状,该长条形状的长度方向与第一横杆261的长度方向相同。同理如图7和图8所示地,第二横杆262与第二支架272构成第二杠杆结构,第二横杆262的第二中间孔2625也 为圆形,第四端孔2624也为长条形状,具体要求与第一横杆261上的第二端孔2614相同。
如图6和图7所示,为防止两个横杆与拉杆25挤压卡死损坏装置,需要两个横杆上的第一端孔2613和第三端孔2623中的至少一个为长条形状,该长条形状的长度方向与其所在横杆的长度方向相同,本实施例中设置孔第一端2613为长条形,第三端孔2623为圆形。
如图9至图13所示,为了防止在提升和下降洗衣机时出现因凸轮24转动量过大而导致洗衣机不能停留在最高或最低位置,减速器23上设置了活动开关30和托轮31。活动开关30设有弹性按键301和三个接线端子。该三个接线端子分别记做第一接线端子302、第二接线端子303和第三接线端子304。弹性按键301压缩缩回时,活动开关30接通第一接线端子302和第二接线端子303(如图12所示);弹性按键301伸出时,活动开关30接通第一接线端子302和第三接线端子304(如图13所示)。
需要说明的是,图12和图13中的上升按键11和下降按键12为常开式按键(或常开式开关),即上升按键11和下降按键12在被按下或被操作时才被闭合。
如图9至图11所示,托轮31与减速器23的输出轴同轴固定,使得托轮31和凸轮24能够同步转动,并且与凸轮24分置于减速器23的两侧。或者,本领域技术人员还可以根据需要,将托轮31和凸轮24设置在一侧。该托轮31由两个不同半径的半圆构成,分别记做第一半圆311和第二半圆312。第一半圆311的半径小于第二半圆312的半径,并且第一半圆311和第二半圆312之间平滑过渡。
本发明的用于洗衣机的升降装置工作原理如下。
需要说明的是,洗衣机在常态下,万向轮28处于缩回状态;偏心凸出轴241处于凸轮24轴线的正下方;弹性按键301与第一半圆311和第二半圆312的过渡区接触;第一接线端子302和第二接线端子303接通。
当上升按键11被按下时,电机22与电源被接通,电机22开始转动。电机22通过减速器23带动凸轮24和托轮31同步转动。随着托轮31的转动,弹性按键301与第二半圆312的外缘滑动接触。转动的凸轮24驱使拉杆25向上移动,向上移动的拉杆25向上拉动第一横杆 261的第一端2611和第二横杆262的第三端2621。随着第一端2611和第三端2621的向上移动,第二端2612和第四端2622向下移动,并因此将万向轮28顶出。当托轮31转动到弹性按键301与第二半圆312相脱离时,弹性按键301伸出活动开关30。第一接线端子302和第二接线端子303断开,第一接线端子302和第三接线端子304连通。此时电机22断电停止转动,偏心凸出轴241处于凸轮24轴线的正上方,万向轮28被顶出的长度最长,机体1被顶起高度最高。此时洗衣机被四个万向轮28支撑,用户推动洗衣机,洗衣机借助该四个万向轮28能够移动。
当下降按键12被按下时,电机22与电源被接通,电机22开始转动。电机22通过减速器23带动凸轮24和托轮31同步转动。随着托轮31的转动,弹性按键301与第一半圆311的外缘滑动接触。转动的凸轮24驱使拉杆25向下移动,向下移动的拉杆25向下驱动第一横杆261的第一端2611和第二横杆262的第三端2621。随着第一端2611和第三端2621的向下移动,第二端2612和第四端2622向上移动,并因此使万向轮28缩回机体1。当托轮31转动到弹性按键301与第一半圆311与第二半圆312的过渡区时,弹性按键301缩回活动开关30。第一接线端子302和第三接线端子304断开,第一接线端子302和第二接线端子303连通。此时电机22断电停止转动,偏心凸出轴241处于凸轮24轴线的正下方,万向轮28缩回机体1内,机体1借助固定底脚13与地面相抵。
需要说明的是,在本发明优选实施方案中,电机22优选地具有断电自锁装置(如电机抱闸装置),当电机22断电时,电机22也能保持在当前角度,进而能够使万向轮28保持在当前位置。从而使用户能够在洗衣机通电时,使万向轮28被顶出,洗衣机断电之后能够继续推动洗衣机,进而能够保证洗衣机能够借助万向轮28被推到任何没有电源的地方。
综上所述,在本发明的优选实施方案中,电机22通过减速器23驱动凸轮24转动,转动的凸轮24借助第二连杆25驱动第一连杆26的第一端移动,第一连杆26的第一端通过驱动第一连杆26的第二端带动万向轮28在竖直方向上移动,使机体1升起或落下,因此,本发明的升降装置相对于现有技术中的液压和气压升降装置,结构更加简单。
进一步,通过第一连杆26与支架27形成的杠杆结构,使第一连杆26的第二端顶出和收回万向轮28时更加轻松、省力,同时连杆结构简单易造,能够减少生产成本。
再进一步,减速器23上设置有弹性开关30和托轮31,通过该托轮31能控制弹性开关30动作,进而使上升按键11或下降按键12与电源接通。当上升按键11与电源接通并被按下时,升降装置2将机体1顶起,直至机体1被举升到最高位置。此时托轮31转动过半圈使上升按键11与电源断开连接,使下降按键12与电源接通,电机22停止转动。当下降按键12与电源接通并被按下时,升降装置2将机体1放下,直至机体1底部的固定底脚13与地面接触,万向轮28被完全缩回机体1内。此时托轮31转动过半圈使下降按键12与电源断开连接,使上升按键11与电源接通,电机22停止转动。因此,在本发明的优选实施中,减速器23上的弹性开关30和托轮31使得机体1的上升和下降更加可靠,避免了凸轮24转动过量,机体1上升至最高位置时下降。同时用户通过操作上升按键11和下降按键12就可控制升降装置2使机体1上升和下降,操作更加简单,用户的使用体验更好。
至此,已经结合附图所示的优选实施方式描述了本发明的技术方案,但是,本领域技术人员容易理解的是,本发明的保护范围显然不局限于这些具体实施方式。在不偏离本发明的原理的前提下,本领域技术人员可以对相关技术特征作出等同的更改或替换,这些更改或替换之后的技术方案都将落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种升降装置,所述升降装置用于承载被支撑设备,其特征在于,所述升降装置包括驱动装置、第一连杆和支撑脚;
    所述驱动装置设置在所述被支撑设备的底部;
    所述支撑脚沿竖直方向可移动地设置在所述被支撑设备的底部;
    所述第一连杆的第一端与所述驱动装置枢转连接,所述第一连杆的第二端与所述支撑脚枢转连接;
    所述驱动装置能够通过所述第一连杆驱动所述支撑脚在竖直方向上移动,从而使所述被支撑设备升起或落下。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述第一连杆包括枢转端,所述枢转端位于所述第一连杆的第一端和所述第一连杆的第二端之间;
    所述第一连杆通过所述枢转端与所述被支撑设备枢转连接,使得当所述驱动装置驱动所述第一连杆的第一端时,所述第一连杆的第二端带动所述支撑脚在竖直方向上移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置还包括凸轮,所述凸轮的基圆的圆心与所述驱动装置的输出轴同轴固定;所述凸轮远离所述基圆的圆心的端部与所述第一连杆的第一端枢转连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置还包括第二连杆,所述第二连杆的第一端与所述凸轮的所述端部枢转连接,所述第二连杆的第二端与所述第一连杆的第一端枢转连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括动力装置和减速器,所述减速器与所述被支撑设备相连接,所述动力装置与所述减速器相连接;
    所述动力装置的输出轴与所述减速器的输入轴固定连接,所述减速器的输出轴与所述凸轮的所述圆心固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述动力装置是电机。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的升降装置,其特征在于,一个所述驱动装置配置有两个所述第一连杆,每个所述第一连杆分别配置有一个所述支撑脚。
  8. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述支撑脚的底部设置有行走轮。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的升降装置,其特征在于,所述行走轮是万向轮。
  10. 一种洗衣机,包括机体和设置在机体底部的升降装置,其特征在于,所述升降装置是权利要求1至9中任一项所述的升降装置。
