Description

一种具有回吸功能的乳液泵 技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳液泵,尤其涉及一种具有回吸功能的乳液泵。
背景技术
目前市面上的乳液泵,即类似瓶装洗头水上使用的抽液泵,可通过按压泵头输出瓶装内的乳液。但在实际使用中,乳液泵出液后,泵头留存有余液,残留在泵头内的乳液容易受到外界污染或受到外界触碰,甚至滴落造成浪费,或弄湿弄脏周边环境,若乳液泵装着油等其他液体,其缺陷更具明显。因此,各大生产厂家推出具有回吸功能的乳液泵,通过内部结构与泵头伸缩过程的气压配合,让回升的泵头同时将泵嘴上的乳液回吸。
现有技术的回吸功能乳液泵,泵体内部结构需设备有效的活动机构与活塞结合运动,并形成收纳回吸乳液的收纳空间,才能实现回吸功能。但由于泵体本身结构紧密,内部空间有限,收纳回吸乳液的空间较小,而且回吸力度不足,导致回吸效果不明显,甚至近乎没有,影响用户体验,因此,现有回吸功能的乳液泵已不能满足现今抽液泵技术发展的需求,同时也是目前各大生产厂家的研究难题。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种具有回吸功能的乳液泵,对泵体内部结构作改进,在不改变泵体的体积下,有效地增大回吸乳液的收纳空间,并调整抽液机构,增强回吸力度,提高回吸效果。
为了达到上述目的给出,本发明的技术方案:
一种具有回吸功能的乳液泵,包括相互连接的泵头和泵体,泵体底部设有吸液口,泵体内设有出液管、活塞以及弹性复位机构,所述出液管在弹性复位机构的作用下,在泵体内上下位移;还包括设于出液管管口的管阀,所述活塞设有与管口对位的通孔,所述管阀套接于通孔内,随出液管的位移开闭通孔控制出液;
所述出液管管口还设有外凸环,所述弹性复位机构底部设有向活塞延伸的连接环,所述活塞设有与连接环套接的套环,所述连接环与套环套接后的内壁,与出液管的外壁之间形成外凸环的活动腔;
所述活塞的通孔由设于套环下向内延伸的凸沿围闭而成,所述管阀周壁还设有与通孔接触配合的密封结构,所述密封结构为台阶状设置的上凸环和下凸环;当管阀随出液管上移时,所述上凸环先与通孔内壁贴触,使得管阀先封闭通孔停止出液,并以上凸环与通孔内壁保持贴触状态继续上移;同时所述外凸环在活动腔内上移,将乳液从出液管回吸于活动腔内, 至所述下凸环与通孔抵触为止。
本发明一种具有回吸功能的乳液泵,与现有技术相比,泵体内的出液管管口增设外凸环,并在弹性复位机构底部设有连接环与活塞的套环套接,使得连接环与套环拼接后的内壁,与出液管的外壁之间形成外凸环的活动腔,让外凸环在活动腔内进行抽吸乳液或挤压乳液操作。与之相配合地,还对控制出液的管阀结构作改进,所述活塞的通孔由设于套环下,向内延伸的凸沿围闭而成,并在管阀周壁设置与通孔接触配合的密封结构,该密封结构为两层台阶状设置的上、下凸环,并通过上、下凸环先后与通孔接触配合,实现先停止出液,再回吸乳液的吸液功能,让回吸效果更好。在实际使用中,用户推压泵头,使得出液管下移,推使活塞向下运动,让管阀与活塞配合,打开出液管管口,实现出液操作;当出液管在弹性复位机构的作用下复位回升时,管阀随出液管上移,管阀上的上、下凸环先后与活塞的通孔接触,使得管阀先封闭通孔,停止出液;再通过上凸环与通孔维持贴触状态并继续上移,同时所述外凸环也在活动腔内上移,逐渐打开活动腔的回吸空间,将泵头上残留的乳液,通过出液管回吸于活动腔的回吸空间内,直至下凸环与通孔抵触为止,完成整个回吸过程;当出液管再被泵头下压时,所述外凸环将活动腔的回吸空间内的回吸乳液挤出,汇集于出液管,与输出乳液一起输出,避免乳液的浪费或残留,影响乳液质量。
与现有技术同类型具有回吸功能的乳液泵相比,本发明的乳液泵,一方面,通过连接环与套环套接后的内壁,与出液管外壁之间形成的活动腔作为回吸乳液的存储空间,使得存液容积更大,吸纳残留乳液更多;另一方面,通过管阀的上下凸环与活塞通孔的密封结构,让泵体先停止出液,再进行回吸乳液操作,形成有效的回吸机制;所述外凸环从中起到抽压回吸乳液的作用,在活动腔内上移抽吸乳液,并逐渐打开活动腔的回吸空间,收纳回吸乳液;由于泵体是在先封闭出液的状态下进行回吸操作,因而外凸环在活动腔上移所产生的抽吸乳液力度更强,有效地提高回吸效果,让用户体验更佳。
进一步的,所述管阀与出液管套接,包括插柱和阀盖,所述阀盖与活塞底部拼接盖合开闭通孔;所述插柱呈扁状柱体,顶端两侧设有扣钩;所述出液管内壁设有与扣钩相扣接的内扣沿,让管阀通过插柱与出液管插接固定。一方面,所述插柱呈扁状的柱体,使得管阀打开后,乳液可从扁状的插柱两侧进入出液管内,喷出外部;或回吸时,从插柱两侧回流到活动腔内;另一方面,通过出液管内壁的内扣沿与插柱顶端的扣环扣接,将管阀紧密地固定在出液管上,与出液管联动。
再进一步的,所述插柱下端与阀盖的连接处设有所述上凸环和下凸环,所述上凸环直径少于下凸环,且下凸环的环壁从上往下向阀盖逐渐扩大。两层的密封环设计,在实际使用中,当出液管被泵体下压出液后回升时,活塞逐渐提升,至套环与连接环抵触为止,而管阀随出液管继续上移,所述上凸环先与活塞通孔内壁贴触,密闭通孔停止出液;然后,出液管在弹性复位机构的作用下继续上移,所述上凸环与通孔内壁维持贴触状态密闭通孔继 续上移,同时所述外凸环在活动腔内上移,逐渐打开活动腔的回吸空间,将泵头的残留余液通过出液管,吸入活动腔的回吸空间内,直至下凸环与通孔抵触为止,完成整个回吸过程。在上述结构的配合下,让泵体实现先封闭出液,再在封闭的基础上进行回吸操作,有效地控制余液回吸,提高回吸效果。
在上述基础上,所述插柱上还设有用于疏通回吸乳液的穿孔,为了增加出液管内余液的回流空间,特别是对于体积较细的乳液泵,由于泵体体积少,内部空间紧密,余液回吸空间少,因而通过在管阀的插柱上开设穿孔,疏通回吸乳液,增强回吸效果。
进一步对泵体结构作改进,所述泵体侧壁设有与外部连通的换气口,所述换气口所处位置高于连接环;当泵头下压时,所述连接环与套环分离,并通过换气口进行换气操作。为了让储液瓶内气压流通,才能让乳液泵能正常抽出储液,因而需要在泵体内设置与外部气体交换的结构。因此,在泵体侧壁设置换气口,所述换气口设于高于连接环上方,当用户操作泵头下压时,出液管下移,将活塞推至泵体底部,在此同时,所述连接环与套环分离,使得外部空气可通过换气口进入泵体内进行换气,使得储液瓶内部可通过泵体,与外部气压流通,让乳液泵能正常进行抽液操作。
在上述基础上,为了保证密封效果,所述外凸环的高度与活塞的套环相同,所述套环顶部设有内凸环,所述内凸环与外凸环外壁紧密接触。在上述换气操作的过程中,泵头下压时,所述外凸环随出液管下移,将回吸液从活动腔中挤回出液管内,与出液一起输出泵头;同时外凸环嵌接于套环内与套环的内凸环紧密接触,避免乳液从连接环与套环分离后的缺口中渗出,再从换气口流出外部,有效地保障密封效果,以及泵体的换气性能。
进一步对所述连接环结构作改进,所述连接环的环口设有与套环嵌接的台阶。当活塞回升时,套环与连接环抵触拼接,通过连接环环口增设的台阶,使得套环搁置在连接环内,有效地增强密封性能及固定效果。
在上述基础上,所述连接环外壁还设有与泵体内壁抵触的加强筋。所述加强筋一方面起到增强连接环的硬度作用;另一方面,加强筋有助于定位,由于连接环内为所述外凸环,连接环外为加强筋,两者相互抵触,有效地提高连接环与套环相互对位的同心度,实现准确拼接对位,让连接环与套环拼接形成的活动腔,密封性更好。
进一步对本发明乳液泵的弹性复位机构作改进,所述弹性复位机构包括弹簧、隔套以及出液管外壁的弹簧固定套,所述隔套与出液管套接,并嵌接于泵体内与固定套相互配合形成弹簧的活动槽;所述固定套与隔套内还设有相配合的螺纹结构,使得泵头收缩时旋扣于 泵体上,以便在长时间封存状态下,避免泵头受外力作用下压,意外出液。
在上述基础上,所述管阀底部还设有向下延伸的挡液环,当所述弹性复位机构处于锁紧状态时,所述挡液环与吸液口内壁抵触,封闭吸液口出液。为了避免泵体锁紧后,储液瓶在运输过程中,储液瓶受外力倾倒或倾斜放置时,储液从吸液口流出泵体内造成污染,因此,在阀盖底部设置挡液环,让泵体处于锁紧状态时,挡液环与吸液口管口内壁抵触,封闭吸液口管口,避免储液流出。

具体实施方式
结合附图说明本发明的一种具有回吸功能的乳液泵。
如图1至4所示,该乳液泵,包括相互连接的泵头1和泵体2,泵体2底部设有吸液口3,所示吸液口3外优选连接吸管,让吸管伸入储液瓶内;所述泵体2内设有出液管4、活塞5以及弹性复位机构6,所述出液管4一端与泵头1连接,另一端与活塞5套接,并在弹性复位机构6的作用下,在泵体2内上下位移;所述泵体2内还包括设于出液管4管口的管阀7,所述活塞5设有与出液管4管口对位的通孔51,所述管阀7套接于通孔51内,随出液管4的位移开闭通孔51控制出液。
所述出液管4管口还设有外凸环41,所述弹性复位机构6底部设有向活塞5延伸的连接环61,所述活塞5设有与连接环61套接的套环52,所述连接环61与套环52套接后的内壁,与出液管4的外壁之间形成外凸环41的活动腔8。
如图5至6所示,所述管阀7与出液管4套接,包括插柱71和阀盖72,所述阀盖72 与活塞5底部拼接盖合开闭通孔51;所述插柱71呈扁状柱体,顶端两侧设有扣钩711;所述出液管4内壁设有与扣钩711相扣接的内扣沿42,让管阀7通过插柱71与出液管4插接固定。
一方面,插柱71呈扁状的柱体,使得管阀7打开后,乳液可从插柱71两侧进入出液管4内,喷出外部;或回吸时,从插柱71两侧回流到活动腔8内;另一方面,通过出液管4内壁的内扣沿42与插柱71顶端的扣环711扣接,将管阀7紧密地固定在出液管4管口上,与出液管4联动。
如图8至11所示,所述活塞5的通孔51由设于套环52下向内延伸的凸沿511围闭而成,所述管阀4周壁还设有与通孔51接触配合的密封结构,所述密封结构为设置在插柱71下端与阀盖72连接处的上凸环73和下凸环74,所述上凸环73直径少于下凸环74,形成台阶状设置,且下凸环74的环壁从上往下向阀盖72逐渐扩大。
在实际使用中,如图9至10所示,当出液管4被泵头1下压出液后回升时,活塞5逐渐提升,至套环52与连接环61抵触为止,而管阀7随出液管4继续上移,所述上凸环73先与活塞5通孔51内壁贴触,密闭通孔51停止出液。
然后,如图10至11所示,出液管4在弹性复位机构6的作用下继续上移,所述上凸环73与通孔51内壁维持贴触状态密闭通孔51继续上移,同时所述外凸环41在活动腔8内上移,逐渐打开活动腔8的回吸空间,将泵头1的残留余液通过出液管4,吸入活动腔8的回吸空间内,直至下凸环74与通孔51抵触为止,从而实现整个回吸过程。
当出液管4再被泵头1下压时,所述外凸环41将活动腔8的回吸空间内的回吸乳液挤出,汇集于出液管4,与输出乳液一起输出,避免乳液的浪费或残留,影响乳液质量。
本发明的乳液泵,通过上述结构,使得泵体2实现先封闭出液,再在封闭的基础上进行回吸操作,有效地控制余液回吸,提高回吸效果,并在再出液操作中,将回吸乳液同时输出,避免浪费或残留液,影响质量问题。
优选地,为了增加出液管4内余液的回流空间,如图7所示,所述插柱71上还设有用于疏通回吸乳液的穿孔712,特别是对于体积较细的乳液泵,由于泵体2体积少,内部空间紧密,余液回吸空间少,因而通过在管阀7的插柱71上开设穿孔712,疏通回吸乳液,有效地增强回吸效果。
再对泵体2结构作优化,为了让储液瓶内气压流通,才能使乳液泵能正常抽出储液,因而泵体2内应设置与外部进行气体交换的结构。如图1、5、8所示,所述泵体2侧壁还设有与外部连通的换气口21,所述换气口21所处位置高于连接环61。当用户操作泵头2下压时,出液管4下移,将活塞5推至泵体2底部,在此同时,所述连接环61与套环52分离,使得外部空气可通过换气口21进入泵体2内进行换气,使得储液瓶内部可通过泵体2, 与外部气压流通,让乳液泵能正常进行抽液操作。
在上述基础上,为了保证密封效果,如图8所示,所述外凸环41的高度与活塞5的套环52相同,所述套环52顶部设有内凸环521,所述内凸环21与外凸环41外壁紧密接触。在上述换气操作的过程中,泵头2下压时,外凸环41随出液管4下移,将回吸液从活动腔8挤回出液管4内,与出液一起输出泵头1;同时外凸环41嵌接于套环52内与套环52的内凸环521紧密接触,避免乳液从连接环61与套环52分离后的缺口中渗出,再从换气口21流出外部,有效地保障密封效果,以及泵体2的换气性能。
再对所述连接环61的结构作优化,如图5、8所示,所述连接环61的环口设有与套环52嵌接的台阶611。当活塞5回升时,套环52与连接环61抵触拼接,通过连接环61环口增设的台阶611,使得套环52搁置在连接环61内,有效地增强密封性能和固定效果。
在上述基础上,如图1、5、8所示,所述连接环61外壁还设有与泵体2内壁抵触的加强筋612。所述加强筋612一方面起到增强连接环61的硬度作用;另一方面,加强筋612有助于定位,由于连接环61内为所述外凸环41,连接环61外为加强筋612,两者相互抵触,有效地提高连接环61与套环52相互对位的同心度,实现准确拼接对位,使得连接环61与套环52拼接形成的活动腔8,密封性更好。
如图1、2、5、8所示,该乳液泵的弹性复位机构6包括弹簧62、隔套63以及出液管4外壁的弹簧62固定套64,所述隔套63与出液管4套接,并嵌接于泵体2内与固定套64相互配合形成弹簧62的活动槽;所述固定套64与隔套63内还设有相配合的螺纹结构65,使得泵头1收缩时旋扣于泵体2上,以便在长时间封存状态下,避免泵头1受外力作用下压,意外出液。
在上述基础上,为了避免泵体2锁紧后,储液瓶在运输过程中,储液瓶受外力倾倒或倾斜放置时,储液从吸液口3流出泵体2内,导致储液受污染。因此,如图5至7所示,所述管阀7底部还设有向下延伸的挡液环75,当所述弹性复位机构6处于锁紧状态时,所述挡液环75与吸液口3内壁抵触,封闭吸液口3出液,避免储液流出。
优选地,如图1、2、5、8所示,所述泵体2与吸液口3的连接处还包括阀球9以及阀球9的移动腔90,所述移动腔90的上下腔口小于阀球9,使得阀球9在移动腔90内上下运动,打开或关闭吸液口3。
当用户操作乳液泵下压泵头1时,将泵体2内的乳液送出,阀球9处于移动腔90底部,封堵吸液口3;当出液管4回升时,在活塞5的作用下,阀球9上升,打开腔口,将乳液从 吸液口3抽进泵体2内;当出液管4停止回升时,阀球9复位,封堵吸液口3,进而有效地控制输出的乳液分量。
在上述基础上,如图5所示,所述移动腔90的上腔口外沿设有所述挡液环75的夹槽91,当所述弹性复位机构6处于锁紧状态时,所述挡液环75与吸液口3管口内壁抵触,同时使得挡液环75插入夹槽91内,以便进一步加强封堵吸液口3出液的密封效果。
由于使用场景多为浴室或容易渗水的地方,如图2所示,本发明的乳液泵还包括套设在出液管4外壁的防水套43,所述防水套43与隔套63的上端扣接固定,避免外液渗入弹性复位机构6内,让弹簧62老化生锈,造成损坏,影响回弹效果及使用寿命。

    所述出液管管口还设有外凸环,所述弹性复位机构底部设有向活塞延伸的连接环,所述活塞设有与连接环套接的套环,所述连接环与套环套接后的内壁,与出液管的外壁之间形成外凸环的活动腔;
    所述活塞的通孔由设于套环下向内延伸的凸沿围闭而成,所述管阀周壁还设有与通孔接触配合的密封结构,所述密封结构为台阶状设置的上凸环和下凸环;当管阀随出液管上移时,所述上凸环先与通孔内壁贴触,使得管阀先封闭通孔停止出液,并以上凸环与通孔内壁保持贴触状态继续上移;同时所述外凸环在活动腔内上移,将乳液从出液管回吸于活动腔内,至所述下凸环与通孔抵触为止。
