背景技术
目前,市场上的家用洗衣机都是由洗衣机搭载的控制面板根据用户在洗涤之前选择的程序完成洗涤工作,其洗涤过程通常包括选定程序所规定的洗涤时间、洗涤温度、洗涤转速、洗涤水位、漂洗时间、脱水时间等,然而这些洗涤程序对不同成分衣物护理的针对性较低。家庭洗涤中,各种成分的衣物组成较复杂而多变,普通用户不能做出专业护理判断,这样会造成轻则产生洗衣不净或资源浪费,重则导致衣物洗涤损伤事故,如衣物的磨损破裂、褪色沾色、缩水变形等。同时,即使是衣物护理专家,在洗衣机洗涤程序选择较少的条件下,也难以为洗涤的衣物选择合适的洗涤程序。
另外,当前的洗衣机对于衣物的智能识别及洗涤程序的定制尚处于摸索阶段,对于衣物信息的识别及洗涤程序的优化定制,尚未公开有较成熟的体系。
申请号为CN201410065568.1的中国专利公开了一种基于无线自动识别技术的洗衣机智能洗涤方法,包括附着有智能标签的衣物、智能标签识读设备、洗衣机的智能信息处理设备、洗衣机操作显示界面(触摸显示屏)和用户。
有鉴于此特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种洗衣机衣物识别系统及该系统的绑定和衣物识别方法,将衣物识别模块与无线模块相结合的衣物识别无线模块安装在洗衣机上,可将衣物数据通过服务器发送控制指令给相应洗衣机控制器,从而实现衣物的智能洗护功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:一种洗衣机衣物识别系统,包括衣物识别无线模块、移动终端和服务器:
衣物识别无线模块,为衣物识别模块与无线模块相结合的元件,识别衣物标签并将标签信息传输给服务器;
服务器,接收衣物标签信息,解析为对应的衣物信息,发送给洗衣机和/或移动终端进行展示;根据衣服信息获得对应该衣物的洗涤程序参数,发送给洗衣机,洗衣机根据所获得的参数执行洗涤动作,洗涤程序参数包括洗涤程序、洗涤水位、洗涤水温、洗涤时间、洗涤转速、洗涤转动时间、洗涤停止时间、漂洗次数、脱水时间、脱水转速等;
移动终端,接收服务器发送的信息展示给用户。
一种洗衣机衣物识别系统,包括衣物识别无线模块、移动终端和服务器:
衣物识别无线模块,为衣物识别模块与无线模块相结合的元件,识别衣物标签并将标签信息传输给服务器;
服务器,接收衣物标签信息,解析为对应的衣物信息,发送给洗衣机和/或移动终端进行展示;
移动终端,接收服务器发送的衣物信息展示给用户,移动终端或洗衣机根据所获取的衣服信息得到相应的洗涤程序参数,且移动终端具有启动洗涤功能,洗涤程序参数包括洗涤程序、洗涤水位、洗涤水温、洗涤时间、洗涤转速、洗涤转动时间、洗涤停止时间、漂洗次数、脱水时间、脱水转速等。
所述衣物识别无线模块具有衣物标签识别、网络传输功能;所述服务器具有数据收发、数据解析、数据分析、数据存储、数据计算处理功能;所述移动终端具有衣物信息展示、衣服信息计算处理功能,为手机端或ipad端;所述洗衣机放置衣物识别无线模块,接收和上报数据、执行控制指令,洗衣机本机屏具有衣物信息展示、衣物信息处理功能。
所述衣物的可识别标签为RFID标签;所述衣物识别模块为RFID衣物识别模块,与无线模块结合为RFID衣物识别无线模块。RFID标签读取方便快捷,数据的读取无需光源,甚至可以透过外包装来进行,标签数据可动态更改;RFID衣物识别模块识别速度快,数据容量大,使用寿命长,应用范围广;RFID衣物识别无线模块可将衣物数据通过服务器发送控制指令给相应洗衣机控制器,从而实现衣物的智能洗护功能。
所述衣物识别无线模块为独立的模块,具有独立电源,可拆卸地安装在洗衣机上;或由厂家根据模块结构和安装位置进行安装结构设计,并提供相应的电源端子进行供电。衣物识别无线模块与洗衣机不是一体结构,分开设置,使用灵敏,方便更换。
所述移动终端具有设备绑定功能,衣物识别无线模块中的无线模块的出厂设置为网络配置模式,可以由移动终端进行网络配置,连接路由器;所述衣物识别无线模块上设置一回到出厂设置的按钮,按压后衣物识别无线模块回到网络配置模式。无线模块的出厂设置为网络 配置模式,可以直接进行网络配置,避免了由用户调整为网络配置模式的步骤,方便用户使用;衣物识别无线模块上设置一回到出厂设置的按钮,若用户使用时出现问题又找不到原因时,可按此按钮,重新进行网络配置。
所述移动终端为手机端或ipad端,这两种移动终端较为普及,方便携带,使用方便;所述衣物识别无线模块的无线模块为wifi模块,此模块普及面较广,用户较多,设置简单,无线速度较快,用户体验较好。
一种洗衣机衣物识别系统的衣物识别无线模块配置绑定方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、衣物识别无线模块进入网络配置方式;
S2、移动终端连接家中路由器;
S3、移动终端配置衣物识别无线模块;
S4、衣物识别无线模块连接家中路由器;
S5、移动终端将衣物识别无线模块与同一网络下的洗衣机进行绑定配置。
所述S3和S4的具体操作为:
移动终端根据现有的softapp或smartlink绑定流程将衣物识别无线模块配置到相应的路由器,使之具有联网功能。
所述S5的具体操作为:
S4之后,移动终端将洗衣机配置在同样的网络下,通过移动终端对衣物识别无线模和洗衣机建立绑定关系,使衣物识别无线模块和洗衣机之间可以发送信息。
一种洗衣机衣物识别系统的衣物识别方法,包括以下步骤:
用户往洗衣机中投放带标签衣服或用户投放衣服时要在衣物识别模块附近进行衣服识别动作。
S1、衣物识别无线模块对用户所投放的衣服进行识别,取得相应的衣服标签信息;
S2、衣物识别无线模块将标签信息通过无线模块发送给服务器;
S3、服务器根据标签数据和相应的解码规则进行数据解析,得出所识别衣服的信息,并根据衣物信息进行逻辑判断和程序参数计算,服务器将衣服信息返回给移动终端或洗衣机终端的显示屏,并将洗涤程序参数返回给洗衣机控制板;
或服务器根据标签数据和相应的解码规则进行数据解析,得出所识别衣服的信息,将衣服信息返回给移动终端和/或洗衣机终端的显示屏,移动终端和/或洗衣机带屏终端获取衣服 信息后进行衣服展示并根据所获取的衣服信息进行程序参数计算,并将洗涤程序参数返回给洗衣机控制板;
S4、移动终端和/或洗衣机带屏终端获取衣服信息后进行衣服展示;
S5、洗衣机端接收到洗涤程序参数后进行洗涤。
洗衣机端或移动终端选择启动之后,RFID衣物识别无线模块开始工作,最终从服务器获取衣服信息和洗涤程序参数,衣服信息用户可以进行查看,确认洗涤方式是否正确,洗涤程序参数控制洗衣机进行洗涤,实现专属洗护和精准洗护功能。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
1、RFID标签读取方便快捷,数据的读取无需光源,甚至可以透过外包装来进行,标签数据可动态更改;
2、RFID衣物识别模块识别速度快,数据容量大,使用寿命长,应用范围广;
3、RFID衣物识别无线模块可将衣物数据通过服务器发送控制指令给相应洗衣机控制器,从而实现衣物的智能洗护功能;
4、衣物识别无线模块与洗衣机不是一体结构,分开设置,使用灵敏,方便更换;
5、无线模块的出厂设置为网络配置模式,可以直接进行网络配置,避免了由用户调整为网络配置模式的步骤,方便用户使用;
6、衣物识别无线模块上设置一回到出厂设置的按钮,若用户使用时出现问题又找不到原因时,可按此按钮,重新进行网络配置;

服务器,接收衣物标签信息,解析为对应的衣物信息,发送给洗衣机和/或移动终端进行展示;根据衣服信息获得对应该衣物的洗涤程序参数,发送给洗衣机,洗衣机根据所获得的参数执行洗涤动作,洗涤程序参数包括洗涤程序、洗涤水位、洗涤水温、洗涤时间、洗涤转 速、洗涤转动时间、洗涤停止时间、漂洗次数、脱水时间、脱水转速等;
移动终端,接收服务器发送的信息展示给用户。

洗衣机端或移动终端选择启动之后,RFID衣物识别无线模块开始工作,最终从服务器获取衣服信息和洗涤程序参数,衣服信息用户可以进行查看,确认洗涤方式是否正确,洗涤程序参数控制洗衣机进行洗涤,实现专属洗护和精准洗护功能。
实施例一
本实施例所述的所述衣物的可识别标签为RFID标签;所述衣物识别模块为RFID衣物识别模块,与无线模块结合为RFID衣物识别无线模块。RFID标签读取方便快捷,数据的读取无需光源,无线传播,甚至可以透过外包装来进行,标签数据可动态更改;RFID衣物识别模块识别速度快,数据容量大,使用寿命长,应用范围广;RFID衣物识别无线模块可将衣物数据通过服务器发送控制指令给给洗衣机和移动终端,洗衣机根据所获取的衣服信息计算洗涤参数或所获取的洗涤参数进行洗涤,从而实现衣物的智能洗护功能。
实施例二
本实施例所述的衣物识别无线模块是一个独立的模块,用户可自行安装在洗衣机,且本身有一个独立电源进行供电,或者也可以由厂家根据模块结构和安装位置进行安装结构设计,并提供相应的电源端子进行供电,若衣物识别无线模块损坏,用户可以单独购买该模块后自行安装在洗衣机上,衣物识别无线模块与洗衣机不是一体结构,分开设置,使用灵敏,方便更换。
实施例三
本实施例所述的移动终端为手机端或ipad端,这两种移动终端较为普及,方便携带,使用方便;所述衣物识别无线模块的无线模块为wifi模块,此模块普及面较广,用户较多,设置简单,无线速度较快,用户体验较好。
实施例四
本实施例所述的洗衣机衣物识别系统的衣物识别无线模块配置绑定方法的S3和S4的具体操作为:

实施例五
如图3所示,本实施例所述的衣物识别无线模块由RFID衣物识别模块与wifi模块结合,具有衣物标签识别功能、数据发送功能、网络传输功能,RFID衣物识别无线模块检测到衣物标签后,将衣服标签信息读取并通过无线模块发送给服务器,服务器具有数据收集、处理、发送功能,服务器接收到衣服数据后,对其进行解析,得到相应的衣服信息,根据衣物信息计算得出相应的洗涤参数,将相应的衣服信息和对应的洗涤参数控制指令发送给洗衣机控制板,洗衣机执行相应的洗涤流程;洗衣机的无线模块负责接收来自服务器的命令和数据,并将命令和数据发给洗衣机;移动终端App负责RFID衣物识别无线模块的网络适配、负责RFID衣物识别无线模块与相应的物联网洗衣机建立绑定关系、负责衣物信息展示。
实施例六
当用户往洗衣机中投放相应的带标签衣服时,RFID衣物识别无线模块取得相应的衣服标签信息,并将标签信息通过无线模块发送给服务器后台,服务器根据标签数据和相应的解码规则进行数据解析,并得出所识别衣服的信息,一方面根据所识别的衣服信息获取相应的衣服数据库返回给相应的移动终端或洗衣机终端进行显示,另一方面根据衣服信息和相关算法计算得出相应的一组洗涤程序参数,并返回给洗衣机终端进行洗涤;移动终端获取衣服数据之后,将相应的衣服显示出来;洗衣机带屏终端收到衣服信息之后,也将相应衣服显示出来。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机衣物识别系统,包括衣物识别无线模块、移动终端和服务器:
    衣物识别无线模块,为衣物识别模块与无线模块相结合的元件,识别衣物标签并将标签信息传输给服务器;
    服务器,接收衣物标签信息,解析为对应的衣物信息,发送给洗衣机和/或移动终端进行展示;根据衣服信息获得对应该衣物的洗涤程序参数,发送给洗衣机,洗衣机根据所获得的参数执行洗涤动作;
    移动终端,接收服务器发送的衣物信息展示给用户。
  2. 一种洗衣机衣物识别系统,包括衣物识别无线模块、移动终端和服务器:
    衣物识别无线模块,为衣物识别模块与无线模块相结合的元件,识别衣物标签并将标签信息传输给服务器;
    服务器,接收衣物标签信息,解析为对应的衣物信息,发送给洗衣机和/或移动终端进行展示;
    移动终端,接收服务器发送的衣物信息展示给用户,移动终端或洗衣机根据所获取的衣服信息得到相应的洗涤程序参数,且移动终端具有启动洗涤功能。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机衣物识别系统,其特征在于:所述衣物识别无线模块具有衣物标签识别、网络传输功能;所述服务器具有数据收发、数据解析、数据分析、数据存储、数据计算处理功能;所述移动终端具有衣物信息展示、衣服信息计算处理功能,为手机端或ipad端;所述洗衣机放置衣物识别无线模块,接收和上报数据、执行控制指令,洗衣机本机屏具有衣物信息展示、衣物信息处理功能。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗衣机衣物识别系统,其特征在于:所述衣物的可识别标签为RFID标签;所述衣物识别模块为RFID衣物识别模块,与无线模块结合为RFID衣物识别无线模块,所述无线模块为wifi模块。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗衣机衣物识别系统,其特征在于:所述衣物识别无线模块为独立的模块,可拆卸地安装在洗衣机上。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗衣机衣物识别系统,其特征在于:所述移动终端具有设备绑定功能,衣物识别无线模块中的无线模块的出厂设置为网络配置模式,可以由移动终端进行网络配置,连接路由器;所述衣物识别无线模块上设置一回到出厂设置的按钮,按压后衣物识别无线模块回到网络配置模式。
  7. 一种如权利要求1-6任一所述的洗衣机衣物识别系统的衣物识别无线模块配置绑定方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1、衣物识别无线模块进入网络配置方式;
    S2、移动终端连接家中路由器;
    S3、移动终端配置衣物识别无线模块;
    S4、衣物识别无线模块连接家中路由器;
    S5、移动终端将衣物识别无线模块与同一网络下的洗衣机进行绑定配置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种洗衣机衣物识别系统的衣物识别无线模块配置绑定方法,其特征在于:所述S3和S4的具体操作为:
    移动终端根据现有的softapp或smartlink绑定流程将衣物识别无线模块配置到相应的路由器,使之具有联网功能。

    S1、衣物识别无线模块对用户所投放的衣服进行识别,取得相应的衣服标签信息;
    S2、衣物识别无线模块将标签信息通过无线模块发送给服务器;
    S3、服务器根据标签数据和相应的解码规则进行数据解析,得出所识别衣服的信息,并根据衣物信息进行逻辑判断和程序参数计算,服务器将衣服信息返回给移动终端或洗衣机终端的显示屏,并将洗涤程序参数返回给洗衣机控制板;
    或服务器根据标签数据和相应的解码规则进行数据解析,得出所识别衣服的信息,将衣服信息返回给移动终端和/或洗衣机终端的显示屏,移动终端和/或洗衣机带屏终端获取衣服信息后进行衣服展示并根据所获取的衣服信息进行程序参数计算,并将洗涤程序参数返回给洗衣机控制板;
    S4、移动终端和/或洗衣机带屏终端获取衣服信息后进行衣服展示;
    S5、洗衣机端接收到洗涤程序参数后进行洗涤。
