现有技术中的智能终端,如智能手机等,可以安装与智能家电对应的应用程序,用户可通过操作智能终端向智能家电发送指令,以控制智能家电的运行。但在实际应用过程中,通过智能终端上的应用程序控制智能家电所需的操作步骤较为繁琐。具体地,用户需要在智能终端上进行如下操作:点击以打开应用程序,选择需要绑定的智能家电,在与智能家电对应的控制界面上选择相应的操作程序,必要时还需对操作程序的参数进行调节,再点击启动以控制智能家电开始运行。上述操作过程由于不够便捷,无法高效地协助用户进行智能家电的控制,导致用户使用体验欠佳。
另一方面,不同用户对智能家电的控制需求不同。例如,年轻用户对智能家电功能的需求一般较为多样化,需要智能终端所显示的控制界面上提供与多种不同功能一一对应的控件。而老年用户大多对智能终端等电子设备的操作不够熟练,控制界面过于复杂可能导致其无法完成正确的操作,因此,简单的控制界面更适合老年用户操作。现有技术中一般需要用户在智能终端上手动操作以选择合适的控制界面,进一步降低了操作的便捷性。
有鉴于此,特提出本发明。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种智能终端的控制方法及智能终端,能够快速调起用于控制家电设备的控制界面进行显示,提高了用户操作的便捷性,同时智能终端所显示的控制界面与智能终端的所属用户相匹配,方便不同用户进行后续操作。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用技术方案的基本构思是:
一种智能终端的控制方法,包括:
获取预设芯片中的执行指令;
查询所述智能终端所属用户的身份信息;
根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息匹配的控制界面。

采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
本发明中,智能终端获取预设芯片中的执行指令后,可直接进行控制界面的显示,方便快捷。不同的智能终端读取同一个预设芯片时,根据智能终端的所属用户不同,能够显示不同的控制界面和该用户匹配,使得所显示的控制界面更适合当前用户操作,无需用户手动操作选择,或是设置多个预设芯片由用户选择读取,改善了用户体验。
本发明中,根据智能终端所属用户的年龄阶段进行分类,从而自动显示不同的控制界面,方便不同年龄段的用户通过显示的控制界面下发控制命令,控制家电设备的运行。禁用界面的设置能够防止儿童使用智能终端误触预设芯片,进而启动家电设备的情况,提高了家电设备运行的安全性。
本发明中,智能终端获取多种不同的身份信息数据用于对其所属用户进行分类,避免单一渠道收集的信息有误,造成对所属用户身份信息分类的误判。云端服务器对直接身份信息和间接身份信息分别赋予权重系数,用于身份信息分类的判断,同时收集大量数据不断对所述权重系数进行优化,提高了判断结果的准确性,用户体验更好。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例所述的智能终端的控制方法包括:
获取预设芯片中的执行指令;
查询所述智能终端所属用户的身份信息;
根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息匹配的控制界面。
本实施例中,所述智能终端可以为智能手机、平板电脑、可穿戴智能设备等可以显示图像用户界面的智能电子设备。所述预设芯片可以为NFC标签或RFID标签,其中预先写入需要被智能终端执行的执行指令。所述执行指令可以为显示与所属用户的信息匹配的控制界面。
当预设芯片为NFC标签时,智能终端还需要具有近场通信(Near Field Communication, NFC)功能,在NFC标签与智能终端间的距离小于或等于预设距离(一般为3~10cm)时,智能终端可与NFC标签互感,从而获取NFC标签中写入的执行指令,按照所述执行指令执行相应步骤。
当预设芯片为RFID标签时,智能终端还需要具有射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)功能,在RFID标签与智能终端间的距离小于或等于预设距离(可以为10厘米、1米、5米等)时,智能终端可获取RFID标签中写入的执行指令,按照所述执行指令执行相应步骤。
采用RFID标签作为预设芯片与采用NFC标签的作用效果相同,区别仅在于两种方式下的预设距离不同。
本实施例以智能手机作为智能终端,预设芯片为NFC标签为例进行说明。
现有技术中用户通过手机控制家电设备时,一般需要预先在手机上下载安装特定的APP,并在APP内绑定所要控制的家电设备。每次使用时,用户需要在手机上找到该APP的图标,点击所述图标以开启APP,当APP内绑定了多台家电设备时还需要在所述APP内找到所需控制的家电设备并选定,才可以显示该家电设备对应的控制界面。
而在本实施例的方案中,智能终端,也即智能手机采用开源操作系统,家电设备的控制系统中设置可与智能手机的操作系统对接的标准接口,无需在智能手机上安装APP并进行授权绑定操作,即可通过智能手机发生控制命令以控制家电设备的运行。
具体地,家电设备,如洗衣机的外壳上粘贴有预先写入执行指令的NFC标签,用户将智能手机靠近NFC标签,当两者之间的距离小于或等于预设距离时,智能手机可获取到NFC标签中的执行指令,进而根据所述执行指令直接显示用于控制该洗衣机的控制界面。用户可在该控制界面上直接操作以下发对洗衣机的控制命令,极大地简化了用户的操作步骤,使用更加方便。
但如果用户使用的手机其操作系统不能与家电设备的标准接口对接,则不响应NFC标签中的执行指令,从而实现了对家电设备使用权限的保护。
例如,洗衣机的控制系统中设置可与鸿蒙系统对接的标准接口,当装有鸿蒙系统的智能手机靠近NFC标签时,可以根据获取的执行指令显示与该洗衣机的控制界面。而装有其他操作系统,例如安装系统或iOS系统的智能手机靠近NFC标签时,不会做出响应。
不同智能手机的操作用户不同,而不同的操作用户所习惯使用的控制界面样式往往也不 一致。如果不同用户的智能手机靠近NFC标签后,都只能显示相同的控制界面,用户体验欠佳。
即使智能手机中存储了多个不同样式的控制界面,但如果不同用户的智能手机靠近NFC标签后均显示默认的控制界面,再由用户手动操作切换至更习惯使用的控制界面,操作不够便捷。而如果设置多个NFC标签并写入不同的执行指令,以控制智能手机显示不同的控制界面,用户使用时还需要辨认应该将智能手机靠近哪一个NFC标签,不便于用户使用,同时多个NFC标签还增加了成本。
本实施例中,智能手机在读取执行指令后,先查询其所属用户的身份信息,然后显示与所属用户的身份信息匹配的控制界面。不同用户将自己的智能手机靠近同一个NFC标签时,最终在智能手机的屏幕上显示的控制界面不同,从而可以得到符合自己操作习惯的控制界面,用户体验更好。
本实施例中,智能终端存储有与身份信息分类一一对应的控制界面。
所述根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息匹配的控制界面包括:智能终端根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息分类所对应的控制界面。
在上述方案中,对用户的身份信息进行分类,也即对用户进行分类,对每一身份信息分类分别设置与其对应的控制界面,在智能手机(也即智能终端)读取NFC标签后,可直接显示与其所属用户的身份信息分类相对应的控制界面,方便不同类型用户进行后续操作。
具体地,本实施例中,所述身份信息分类为依据所属用户的年龄阶段进行分类。不同年龄阶段的用户对电子设备的操作熟练度不同,因而使用习惯也不相同,按照年龄阶段对用户进行分类以显示不同的控制界面,可以使不同年龄的用户均可以方便地通过智能手机显示的控制界面控制家电设备。
进一步地,所述根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息分类所对应的控制界面之后还包括:接收用户对所述控制界面的操作信息,根据所述操作信息发送用于控制家电设备的控制命令。
智能手机显示相应的控制界面之后,用户可在所述控制界面上进行操作,智能手机根据用户的操作信息生成控制命令并发送至家电设备。所述操作信息可以为用户对控制界面上任意一个控件的触控操作,例如点击操作,或长按操作等。
本实施例中,所述控制界面至少包括与第一年龄阶段对应的第一控制界面,以及与第三 年龄阶段对应的禁用界面。优选地,还包括与第二年龄阶段对应的第二控制界面。
智能终端显示第一控制界面或第二控制界面时,根据用户的操作信息生成相应的控制命令发送至家电设备。但当所属用户的身份信息分类为第三年龄阶段时,智能终端显示禁用界面,且不响应用户对所述禁用界面的操作。
如图2所示,本实施例中,具体按照年龄阶段将智能手机的所属用户分为三类,分别为老年用户、中年用户以及儿童用户。对应地,智能手机靠近NFC标签后可显示的控制界面也设置有三种,即与老年用户相对应的简单控制界面,与中年用户相对应的个性化控制界面,以及与儿童用户相对应的禁用界面。
详细地,老年用户对电子设备的熟悉程度较低,操作不够熟练,其对家电设备的功能需求与年轻人相比较为单一。例如,老年用户使用洗衣机时可能只需要运行洗衣机的常规洗涤程序,而很少甚至从不使用其他特殊洗涤程序。相应地,展示给老年用户的简单控制界面上可以只设置用于启动洗衣机的控件,以及用于调整洗涤水位、漂洗次数等常规参数的几个控件,更方便老年用户的操作,避免控制界面上内容过多导致设置操作的情况。
中年用户对电子设备的操作更加熟悉,其对家电设备的功能需求也更加多样化。当中年用户将自己的智能手机靠近NFC标签时,智能手机可显示更加复杂的个性化控制界面,方便用户下发更加复杂的控制命令。例如,用于控制洗衣机的所述个性化控制界面上可以具有用于设置衣物材质的控件,以及用于执行特殊程序如单漂洗、单脱水、筒清洁的控件等。
儿童用户一般不会单独使用洗衣机等家电设备,而如果儿童意外地启动了洗衣机,还有可能造成一系列安全隐患。本实施例中,当儿童用户将自己的智能手机误触NFC标签时,智能手机的屏幕上显示禁用界面,比如可以显示一个红叉。同时,智能手机不响应用户在该禁用界面上的触控操作,也不会向洗衣机发送控制命令,而是在经过预设时长,如3~5秒后自动退出该禁用界面。如此可以避免儿童使用智能手机时误操作开启洗衣机的情况,提高了安全性。
本实施例的进一步方案中,所述获取预设芯片中的执行指令之前还包括:根据用户信息确定所述智能终端所属用户的身份信息分类。
具体地,智能手机可以在用户使用手机的过程中,通过收集用户使用该智能手机的行为数据进行分析判断,从而确定所属用户的身份信息分类,也即判断用户的年龄阶段。
优选地,所述智能终端与云端服务器通讯连接,从云端服务器获取根据用户信息确定的 所属用户的身份信息分类。
详细地,智能手机可以将其收集的用户信息发送至云端服务器,由云端服务器对所述用户信息进行分析判断,进而确定使用该智能手机的用户的年龄阶段,并反馈至所述智能手机。云端服务器具有更强大的数据处理能力,分析用户信息以确定身份信息分类的过程由云端服务器完成,可以减少智能手机的数据处理量,降低对其数据处理能力的需求,有利于智能手机的小型化,方便用户手持操作。
本实施例中,所述用户信息包括用于登陆所述智能终端的操作系统的账号中所存储的直接身份信息,智能终端根据所述直接身份信息判断所属用户的身份信息分类。
优选地,所述直接身份信息包括年龄信息,智能终端根据所述年龄信息判断所属用户的年龄阶段。
详细地,用户使用智能手机时,需要注册账号以登陆所述智能手机的操作系统,注册账号时,还需要编辑个人信息(即上述直接身份信息)。所述账号及对应的个人信息存储在云端服务器中,若用户在编辑个人信息时设置了年龄信息,可直接根据该年龄信息对用户进行分类,进而在智能手机靠近NFC标签时显示与用户的年龄阶段对应的控制界面。
进一步地,所述用户信息还包括至少一种间接身份信息,智能终端获取所述间接身份信息所对应的身份信息分类,根据由直接身份信息得到的身份信息分类以及间接身份信息所对应的身份信息分类,确定所属用户的身份信息分类。
部分用户在注册账号时可能没有设置年龄信息,或者其设置的年龄与自己的真实年龄不符。为此,还可以通过收集间接身份信息进行分析判断,从而确定用户的年龄阶段。具体地,当用户使用的账号没有对应的年龄信息时,可以直接根据间接身份信息确定用户的年龄阶段,而如果该账号具有对应的年龄信息,也可以根据间接身份信息判断用户的年龄阶段,再与账号对应的年龄信息进行比较,从而提高对用户年龄阶段判断的准确性。
本实施例中,根据间接身份信息确定所属用户的身份信息分类,即年龄阶段的方案可以包括以下几种。
方案一:
所述间接身份信息包括所属用户的面部图像,智能终端对所述面部图像进行识别,或者将所述面部图像发送至云端服务器进行识别,判断所属用户的年龄阶段。
具体地,智能手机在用户使用时对用户的面部图像进行采集,优选将该面部图像发送至 云端服务器,云端服务器分析该面部图像,判断用户的年龄阶段。
方案二:
所述间接身份信息包括所属用户的身体机能信息,根据所述身体机能信息判断所属用户的年龄阶段。
具体地,所述身体机能信息包括用户的心率、心跳等,不同年龄的用户其心率、心跳的水平不同,进而可以判断出用户的大致年龄阶段。
详细地,上述身体机能信息可以通过可穿戴智能设备,例如智能手环进行采集。智能手机与智能手环通讯连接,进而获取所述身体机能信息,然后可由云端服务器进行分析判断,确定所对应的年龄阶段。
或者,所述智能手环采用与智能手机相同的账号登陆,其自动将采集的身体机能信息发送至云端服务器,再由云端服务器将分析得出的年龄阶段发送至同一账号登陆的智能手机。
方案三:
所述间接身份信息包括所属用户的家庭用电信息,根据所述家庭用电信息判断所属用户的年龄阶段。
所述家庭用电信息包括用电高峰时段以及用电量信息,例如老年用户的用电高峰时段可能是早晨,而中年用户的用电高峰时段可能为晚上。通过分析家庭用电信息也可以对用户的年龄阶段进行分类。
具体地,用户所使用的智能手机上需安装有与电网系统关联的APP,所述APP可通过电网系统查询用户家庭的用电情况。用户将登陆智能手机操作系统的账号与登陆该APP的账号进行关联后,智能手机连接的云端服务器就可以调取该智能手机用户的家庭用电信息,进而判断用户的年龄阶段。
以上几种方案可以单独应用从而对用户按照年龄阶段进行分类,也可以相互结合,通过多种方式判断用户的年龄阶段,再将多个判断结果进行比较,从而提高判断的准确性。
进一步地,如果用户使用智能手机的账号具有对应的年龄信息时,还可以将该年龄信息与收集的用户面部图像,和/或身体机能信息,和/或家庭用电信息进行比较,根据比较结果不断优化分析面部图像,和/或身体机能信息,和/或家庭用电信息判断年龄阶段的算法。当智能手机的账号中不具有对应的年龄信息时,也可以通过面部图像,和/或身体机能信息,和/或家庭用电信息准确的判断出用户的年龄阶段。
本实施例中,收集的直接身份信息与间接身份信息由云端服务器进行分析判断。
具体地,云端服务器预设与所述直接身份信息对应的第一权重系数,以及与所述间接身份信息对应的第二权重系数。将由直接身份信息得到的身份信息分类与间接身份信息所对应的身份信息分类按照第一权重系数和第二权重系数进行结合,确定所属用户的身份信息分类并发送至智能终端。
详细地,云端服务器收集智能手机的账号所对应的年龄信息、用户的面部图像、身体机能信息以及家庭用电信息等信息数据,将以上信息数据采用logistic回归算法进行年龄阶段的分类。其中,年龄信息预设有第一权重系数,用户的面部图像、身体机能信息以及家庭用电信息分别预设有不同的第二权重系数,从而得出最终的判断结果。
例如,本实施例中,对应年龄信息的第一权重系数设置为60%,对应面部图像的第二权重系数设置为30%,对应身体机能信息以及家庭用电信息的第二权重系数总和设置为10%。
为提高判断结果准确性,本实施例的优选方案中,所述云端服务器收集多个智能终端所属用户的用户信息,以及根据所述用户信息确定的身份信息分类,对第一权重系数和第二权重系数进行优化。
详细地,云端服务器比较其判断结果与用户真实年龄的差异,对直接身份信息与间接身份信息与用户年龄阶段的相关性进行打分,从而不断优化第一权重系数和第二权重系数的取值,进一步提高对用户年龄阶段判断的准确性。
本实施例中,用户将智能终端靠近预设芯片时,可获取其中的执行指令进而直接调起家电设备的控制界面进行显示,用户可直接在显示的控制界面上操作,从而对家电设备下发控制命令,控制家电设备的运行,省去了开启控制界面的繁琐操作步骤,使用更加方便快捷。智能终端预先对其所属用户进行分类,在获取执行指令后,针对所属用户的身份信息分类,也即年龄阶段不同,可显示与该年龄阶段的用户相对应的控制界面,使得所展示的控制界面更符合当前用户的操作习惯。
智能终端通过多渠道收集数据信息,例如收集其登陆账号中用户手动设置的年龄信息,使用过程中采集的用户面部图像,以及相关联的用户身体机能信息或家庭用电信息,综合比对以分析判断用户的年龄阶段,同时不断对算法进行优化,提高判断结果的准确性。在不同用户将自己的智能终端靠近预设芯片时,能够更加准确地显示符合该用户使用习惯的控制界面,用户体验好。
实施例二
本实施例提供一种智能终端,包括:
读取模块,用于获取预设芯片中的执行指令;
显示模块,用于显示控制界面;
处理模块,用于查询智能终端所属用户的身份信息,并根据执行指令控制显示模块显示与所属用户的身份信息匹配的控制界面。
本实施例的智能终端可用于实现上述实施例一中所述的控制方法,智能终端通过读取模块获取预设芯片中的执行指令,处理模块对智能终端所属用户的身份信息进行查询,然后根据执行指令控制显示模块,使显示模块显示与所属用户的身份信息匹配的控制界面。用户无需在智能终端上进行繁琐的操作,只需要将智能终端靠近预设芯片,即可在智能终端的显示模块上得到符合自身操作习惯的控制界面。
本实施例中,预设芯片选用NFC标签,读取模块为具有NFC读取功能的NFC读取模块。智能终端为可以显示图像用户界面的智能电子设备,例如智能手机。
本实施例的进一步方案中,所述智能终端还包括分类模块,用于根据用户信息确定所述智能终端所属用户的身份信息分类。所述智能终端存储有与身份信息分类一一对应的控制界面,所述处理模块用于根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息分类所对应的控制界面。
在上述方案中,根据用户的身份信息对用户进行分类,对每一身份信息分类分别设置与其对应的控制界面,在智能终端读取预设芯片后,可直接显示与其所属用户的身份信息分类相对应的控制界面,方便不同类型用户进行后续操作。
本实施例的另一种方案中,所述智能终端还包括通讯模块,用于与云端服务器通讯连接,从云端服务器获取所属用户的身份信息分类。
进一步地,所述通讯模块还用于向云端服务器发送用户信息,供云端服务器根据所述用户信息确定所属用户的身份信息分类。
在上述方案中,由云端服务器对用户信息进行分析运算,最终确定对应的身份信息分类。智能终端的处理模块不需要进行复杂的数据分析处理,从而降低了对其数据处理能力的需求。
本实施例的进一步方案中,所述处理模块还用于根据用户对所述控制界面的操作信息,生成用于控制家电设备的控制命令。所述通讯模块还用于向云端服务器或家电设备发送所述控制命令。
本实施例中,将智能终端的操作系统与家电设备的控制系统打通,智能终端无需进行与家电设备绑定授权等操作,可直接向家电设备发送控制命令,以控制家电设备的运行。
可以理解的是,智能终端将控制命令发送至云端服务器,再由云端服务器向家电设备发送该控制命令,也可以实现相同的目的。
所述智能终端还包括输入模块,用于接收用户的操作信息。在显示模块显示控制界面后,用户可通过所述输入模块进行操作,由输入模块将所述操作信息发送至处理模块,处理模块生成相应的控制指令后发送至通讯模块,进而由通讯模块发送至家电设备。
本实施例中,所述输入模块和显示模块集成设置为触控显示装置,例如触摸显示屏,用户可直接在所述触摸显示屏上进行操作,方便快捷。
本实施例的智能终端能够用于对家电设备进行控制,智能终端通过读取预设芯片中的执行指令,能够直接显示可用于控制家电设备的控制界面。使用时,用户只需要将智能终端靠近预设芯片,然后就能够直接在显示出的控制界面上进行操作,向家电设备下发控制命令,而无需通过繁琐的操作步骤从智能终端上调出控制界面。同时,智能终端能够依据所属用户的身份信息对用户进行分类,从而在获取执行指令后显示与所属用户的身份信息分类相对应的控制界面,用户能够获得在智能终端上获得符合自身操作习惯的控制界面,更有利于用户进行操作以下发控制命令,用户体验更好。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种智能终端的控制方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取预设芯片中的执行指令;
    查询所述智能终端所属用户的身份信息;
    根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息匹配的控制界面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智能终端的控制方法,其特征在于,智能终端存储有与身份信息分类一一对应的控制界面;
    所述根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息匹配的控制界面包括:智能终端根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息分类所对应的控制界面;
    优选地,所述身份信息分类为依据所属用户的年龄阶段进行分类;
    更优地,所述控制界面至少包括与第一年龄阶段对应的第一控制界面,以及与第三年龄阶段对应的禁用界面;
    进一步优选地,所述控制界面还包括与第二年龄阶段对应的第二控制界面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的智能终端的控制方法,其特征在于,所述根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息分类所对应的控制界面之后还包括:接收用户对所述控制界面的操作信息,根据所述操作信息发送用于控制家电设备的控制命令;
    优选地,所属用户的身份信息分类为第三年龄阶段时,智能终端显示禁用界面,且不响应用户对所述禁用界面的操作。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的智能终端的控制方法,其特征在于,所述获取预设芯片中的执行指令之前还包括:根据用户信息确定所述智能终端所属用户的身份信息分类;
    优选地,智能终端从云端服务器获取根据用户信息确定的所属用户的身份信息分类。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的智能终端的控制方法,其特征在于,所述用户信息包括用于登陆所述智能终端的操作系统的账号中所存储的直接身份信息,智能终端根据所述直接身份信息判断所属用户的身份信息分类;
    优选地,所述直接身份信息包括年龄信息,智能终端根据所述年龄信息判断所属用户的年龄阶段。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的智能终端的控制方法,其特征在于,所述用户信息还包括至少一种间接身份信息,智能终端获取所述间接身份信息所对应的身份信息分类,根据由直接身 份信息得到的身份信息分类以及间接身份信息所对应的身份信息分类,确定所属用户的身份信息分类;
    优选地,所述间接身份信息包括所属用户的面部图像,智能终端对所述面部图像进行识别,或者将所述面部图像发送至云端服务器进行识别,判断所属用户的年龄阶段;
    和/或,所述间接身份信息包括所属用户的身体机能信息,根据所述身体机能信息判断所属用户的年龄阶段;
    和/或,所述间接身份信息包括所属用户的家庭用电信息,根据所述家庭用电信息判断所属用户的年龄阶段。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的智能终端的控制方法,其特征在于,云端服务器预设与所述直接身份信息对应的第一权重系数,以及与所述间接身份信息对应的第二权重系数;将由直接身份信息得到的身份信息分类与间接身份信息所对应的身份信息分类按照第一权重系数和第二权重系数进行结合,确定所属用户的身份信息分类并发送至智能终端;
    优选地,所述云端服务器收集多个智能终端所属用户的用户信息,以及根据所述用户信息确定的身份信息分类,对第一权重系数和第二权重系数进行优化。
  8. 一种智能终端,其特征在于,包括:
    读取模块,用于获取预设芯片中的执行指令;
    显示模块,用于显示控制界面;
    处理模块,用于查询智能终端所属用户的身份信息,并根据执行指令控制显示模块显示与所属用户的身份信息匹配的控制界面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的智能终端,其特征在于,还包括分类模块,用于根据用户信息确定所述智能终端所属用户的身份信息分类;
    所述智能终端存储有与身份信息分类一一对应的控制界面,所述处理模块用于根据执行指令显示与所属用户的身份信息分类所对应的控制界面。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的智能终端,其特征在于,所述处理模块还用于根据用户对所述控制界面的操作信息,生成用于控制家电设备的控制命令;
    所述智能终端还包括通讯模块,用于向云端服务器或家电设备发送所述控制命令。
