其中,用户特征信息和用户信息的对应关系由用户进行设定。在实施中,可以多个不同的用户特征信息对应一个用户信息,也可以一个用户特征信息对应一个用户信息。
比如可以指纹信息和声音信息一起对应一个用户信息,这样该用户既可以通过指纹信 息确定对应的用户信息,也可以根据声音信息确定对应的用户信息,从而方便用户根据需要选择。
在实施中,用户信息可以是用户标识或其他能够区分不同用户的信息。
由于不是所有的操作命令都需要确定用户信息,所以对于不需要用户信息的操作命令,虽然可以根据上述方式确定用户信息,但是在执行操作命令时,可以直接执行操作命令。
比如,本发明实施例的方法应用于电视机,则观看传统的电视节目可以不需要用户信息;而观看如视频网站上的节目,则需要用户信息。
在具体判断机制上,可以设定一个操作命令集合,集合中的操作命令都需要确定用户信息。
其中,集合中的操作命令可以出厂设定。较佳地,可以由用户在使用过程中进行更新。
较佳地,确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息后,可以根据确定的用户信息,对接收的操作命令进行记录(比如记录到用户信息对应用户的用户行为数据库中),记录用户的行为,从而后台可以根据记录的用户行为进行用户的行为分析,从而提供更人性化的配置。比如,根据行为统计,可以知道用户经常使用哪些应用程序,从而在人机交互界面上,将用户经常使用的应用程序排在前面。
较佳地,当接收的具体操作命令中包括输入互联网应用(如邮箱、微博等)的用户名和密码时,还可以在用户行为数据库中建立具体用户信息与互联网应用用户名和密码之间的关联,以便后续确定该用户进行互联网应用时,可以直接用对应的用户名和密码进行登录,不需要再重现输入用户名和密码。
其中,根据确定的用户信息,执行操作命令包括:
根据上一次操作所确定的用户信息,对上一次执行结果进行记录(比如记录到用户信息对应用户的用户行为数据库中);
根据确定的本次操作的用户信息,确定对应的历史行为,根据确定的历史行为,执行操作命令(即,根据本次操作对应的用户信息读取系统之前记录的用户行为数据库,即时根据不同用户信息及其历史行为响应不同的结果)。
较佳地,根据确定的历史行为,执行操作命令之前,根据用户信息,如果确定本次操作的用户与上一次操作的用户不同,则进行用户切换。
由于操作命令中附带了具体用户信息,因此,多人共享设备也将有可能按照个人的意图进行相关响应,智能设备也将变得更智能。比如,在智能电视中,当调用浏览历史时,将按照不同的用户即时调用对应的浏览历史;进行续播时,也将按照该用户上次中断播放时的断点进行续播;当使用基于互联网应用(邮箱、微博等)时,可即时进行互联网应用的用户切换,从而实现基于互联网应用在不同设备间的便捷切换。
其中,不同的操作命令执行结果也不同。
比如,如果用户关闭某个视频浏览应用程序,其执行结果包括程序关闭,以及当前视频浏览的进度(以便下次启动时可以从之前的进度开始进行观看);
又比如,用户执行的操作是调整电视频道,那么每次操作的结果可能是用户选择的电视频道号,从而可以知道用户对不同电视频道的喜好。
较佳地,用户行为数据库中除了记录用户发出的操作命令,执行的结果外,还可以将下列中的部分或全部记录到用户行为数据库中:
用户的个性化设置,如使用权限、显示界面等;
用于建立本系统中的用户与其他第三方账户之间的联系,如电子邮箱、微博等。
在实施中,每一个用户都对应一个用户行为数据库;或者只有一个用户行为数据库,库中的信息按照对应的用户信息区分属于哪个用户。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例中还提供了一种进行设备操作的系统,由于该系统解决问题的原理与本发明实施例进行设备操作的方法相似,因此该系统的实施可以参见方法的实施,重复之处不再赘述。
如图2所示,本发明实施例二进行设备操作的系统包括:用户行为识别装置200、用户行为接收装置210和操作和响应装置220。
用户行为识别装置200,用于接收到操作命令后,确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息;根据用户特征信息和用户信息的对应关系,确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息对应的用户信息,并向用户行为接收装置发送确定的用户信息和收到的操作命令;
用户行为接收装置210,用于记录并向操作和响应装置转发用户行为识别装置发送的操作命令和确定的用户信息;
操作和响应装置220,用于根据用户行为接收装置转发的用户信息,执行用户行为接收装置转发的操作命令。
较佳地,用户特征信息包括下列中的部分或全部:
指纹信息、声音信息、外貌信息。
较佳地,用户行为识别装置200具体用于:
在确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息时,在通过遥控器接收到操作命令后,通过遥控器上的指纹识别功能,确定当前进行操作的用户的指纹信息;或在确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息时,在通过声音采集器接收到操作命令后,通过声音采集器,确定当前进行操作的用户的声音信息。
较佳地,操作和响应装置220具体用于:
根据上一次操作确定的用户信息,将上一次操作命令的结果记录到用户行为数据库中;根据本次操作确定的用户信息,确定对应的历史行为;根据确定的历史行为,执行操 作命令。
较佳地,操作和响应装置220还用于:
根据确定的历史行为,执行操作命令之前,如果本次操作与上一次操作的用户信息不同,进行用户切换。
本发明实施例进行设备操作的系统中的每个装置可以组合在一个装置中,也可以每个装置独立存在。
在实施中,用户行为识别装置200可以是带有指纹识别功能的遥控器、带有语音识别功能的遥控器、带有指纹识别功能的电视机的按键/电脑键盘、具有人脸识别功能的触摸屏显示器等;用户行为接收装置210可以是电视机的遥控器信号接收装置、电视机或电脑主机中按键信息接收装置、电视机或电脑主机中的触摸屏和摄像头信息接收装置等;操作和响应装置220可以是电视机的中央处理单元和显示屏、电脑的中央处理单元和显示器等。
下面结合智能电视系统给出三个具体的实施例。
实施例一:对应于通过手指按遥控器按钮的行为。
用户行为识别装置为遥控器,用户的关键特征是用户的指纹。在本实施例中,在遥控器的按钮上安装上指纹识别单元,遥控器具有指纹识别功能和用户指纹关键特征库,从而实现通过指纹来识别用户的目的。遥控器在识别出用户和其具体的操作之后,将具体操作命令和具有用户信息通过无线的方式发送给电视机中的用户行为接收装置。
电视机在接收到具体操作命令和具体用户信息后,进行具体的操作和响应。此时,由于操作命令中附带了具体用户信息,因此,在智能电视中,当调用浏览历史时,将按照不同的用户调用不同的浏览历史;进行续播时,也将按照该用户上次中断播放时的断点进行续播。
实施例二:对应于通过声音进行语音控制的行为。
用户行为识别装置为遥控器,用户的关键特征是用户的声音。在本实施例中,在遥控器上按照可以接受语音命令的麦克风,遥控器具有语音识别功能和用户语音关键特征库,从而实现通过语音来识别用户的目的。遥控器在识别出用户和其具体的操作之后,将具体操作命令和具有用户信息通过无线的方式发送给电视机中的用户行为接收装置。
实施例三:对应于通过手指触摸可接收触摸指令的显示屏的行为。
用户行为识别装置为触摸屏及对应处理单元,用户的关键特征是用户的指纹。在本实施例中,在手指接触触摸屏时,触摸屏对应的处理单元将对用户的指纹进行采集,并进行指纹的识别,通过与用户指纹关键特征库的比对,从而实现通过指纹来识别用户的目的。触摸屏及对应处理单元在识别出用户和其具体的操作之后,将具体操作命令和具有用户信息通过有线的方式发送给电视机中的用户行为接收装置。
上述实施例以智能电视机为例,但是本发明给出的方法和装置并不局限于智能电视 机,相关方法同样适用于个人电脑、平板电脑、智能手机等具有多人共享可行性的设备。
从上述内容可以看出:本发明实施例根据用户特征信息和用户信息的对应关系,确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息对应的用户信息;根据确定的用户信息,执行操作命令。由于根据用户特征信息和用户信息的对应关系,确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息对应的用户信息,从而实现在多人共享的设备上,能够识别和记录有效的个人数据。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本发明的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。因此,本发明可采用完全硬件实施例、完全软件实施例、或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。而且,本发明可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器、CD-ROM、光学存储器等)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、设备(系统)、和计算机程序产品的流程图和/或方框图来描述的。应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图和/或方框图中的每一流程和/或方框、以及流程图和/或方框图中的流程和/或方框的结合。可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、专用计算机、嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器,使得通过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中,使得存储在该计算机可读存储器中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品,该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上,使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的处理,从而在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行的指令提供用于实现在流程图一个流程或多个流程和/或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的步骤。
尽管已描述了本发明的优选实施例,但本领域内的技术人员一旦得知了基本创造性概念,则可对这些实施例作出另外的变更和修改。所以,所附权利要求意欲解释为包括优选实施例以及落入本发明范围的所有变更和修改。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明实施例进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明实施例的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明实施例的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种进行设备操作的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:
    接收到操作命令后,确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息;
    根据用户特征信息和用户信息的对应关系,确定所述当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息对应的用户信息;
    根据确定的所述用户信息,执行所述操作命令。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述用户特征信息包括下列中的部分或全部:
    指纹信息、声音信息、外貌信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,接收到操作命令后,确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息,包括:
    在通过遥控器接收到操作命令后,通过所述遥控器上的指纹识别功能,确定当前进行操作的用户的指纹信息;或
    在通过声音采集器接收到操作命令后,通过所述声音采集器,确定当前进行操作的用户的声音信息。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息后,所述方法还包括:
    根据确定的用户信息,对接收的操作命令进行记录。
  5. 如权利要求1~3任一所述的方法,其特征在于,根据确定的所述用户信息,执行所述操作命令,包括:
    根据上一次操作所确定的用户信息,对上一次执行结果进行记录;
    根据确定的本次操作的所述用户信息,确定对应的历史行为;
    根据确定的所述历史行为,执行所述操作命令。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的方式,其特征在于,所述根据确定的所述历史行为,执行所述操作命令之前,还包括:
    如果本次操作与上一次操作的用户信息不同,进行用户切换。
  7. 一种进行设备操作的系统,其特征在于,该系统包括:
    用户行为识别装置,用于接收到操作命令后,确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息;根据用户特征信息和用户信息的对应关系,确定所述当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息对应的用户信息,并向所述用户行为接收装置发送确定的所述用户信息和收到的操作命令;
    用户行为接收装置,用于记录并向操作和响应装置转发所述用户行为识别装置发送的 所述操作命令和确定的所述用户信息;
    所述操作和响应装置,用于根据所述用户行为接收装置转发的所述用户信息,执行所述用户行为接收装置转发的所述操作命令。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用户特征信息包括下列中的部分或全部:
    指纹信息、声音信息、外貌信息。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的系统,其特征在于,所述用户行为识别装置具体用于:
    在确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息时,在通过遥控器接收到操作命令后,通过所述遥控器上的指纹识别功能,确定当前进行操作的用户的指纹信息;或在确定当前进行操作的用户的用户特征信息时,在通过声音采集器接收到操作命令后,通过所述声音采集器,确定当前进行操作的用户的声音信息。
  10. 如权利要求7~9任一所述的系统,其特征在于,所述操作和响应装置具体用于:
    根据上一次操作确定的所述用户信息,将上一次操作命令的结果记录到用户行为数据库中;根据本次操作确定的所述用户信息,确定对应的历史行为;根据确定的所述历史行为,执行所述操作命令。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的系统,其特征在于,所述操作和响应装置还用于:
    根据确定的所述历史行为,执行所述操作命令之前,如果本次操作与上一次操作的用户信息不同,进行用户切换。
