Abstract

본 발명은 세포밖 소포체의 분리 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 본 발명은 세포밖 소포체의 소수성을 이용하여 세포밖 소포체를 분리하는 방법, 상기 방법을 이용하여 분리된 세포밖 소포체 등에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 세포밖 소포체 분리 방법을 이용하면 혈액과 소변을 포함한 다양한 동물의 체액 또는 암조직을 포함한 다양한 조직에서 기존의 방법으로는 어려웠던 지질단백질의 오염이 제거된 세포밖 소포체를 분리할 수 있게 되어, 종래 지질단백질 오염으로 야기된 문제를 해결하고, 동물의 다양한 체액 또는 조직에서 분리한 세포밖 소포체를 이용해 특성과 기능 연구, 다중 오믹스 연구, 신규 바이오 마커의 발굴, 진단과 치료 등 다양한 연구에 파급효과가 큰 필수 기술이 될 것으로 기대된다.
