本申请涉及一种邮件发送方法、装置、存储介质和计算机设备。
背景技术
对于金融产品,比如保险、基金等,产品的种类众多,每种产品在初始运作前,需要估值、风控、清算、账户经理、运营室等多个部门联合准备就绪工作,在此期间,需要经常进行邮件往来,频繁地抄送各个模板的产品处理人员,邮件中还包括个部门准备的一些材料,对于一些非常关键的材料,往往需要等监管部门、其他合作机构出具,并非一次就绪,需要分批发出。
针对上述这种金融产品或类似产品,传统的邮件发送方法,是根据不同的邮件接收者,撰写不同的通知内容和项目文件信息,独立地发送出去。然而,发明人意识到,传统的方法需要多次地进行邮件发送,邮件发送的效率不高。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种邮件发送方法、装置、存储介质和计算机设备。
一种邮件发送方法,包括:获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱 生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
一种邮件发送装置,包括:项目确定模块,用于获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;文件选取模块,用于接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;邮件发送模块,用于根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。

为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例所提供的邮件发送方法,可应用于如图1所示的应用环境中。参考图1,邮件发送端110可通过服务器120实现与邮件接收端130的网络连接,邮件接收端130的数量可包括一个或多个。邮件发送端110可获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,项目信息中包含多个项目文件;接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;根据项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;根据邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端,该接收终端即为邮件接收终端130。该项目信息可为预先存储在邮件发送端110中,或从服务器120上获取。
在其中一个实施例中,如图2所示,提供了一种邮件发送方法,该方法以应用于如图1所示的邮件发送端中为例来说明,具体包括:
步骤S202,获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,项目信息中包含多个项目文件。
本实施例中,该项目为客户委托办理的一种具体的金融产品,或者也可为客户委托办理的其它类似产品。以金融产品为例,该金融产品可包括但不限于汇票、股票、期货、债券、保险等任意的金融产品,还可以是其它客户委托处理的类似产品,该项目可为客户所 委托办理的某一具体险种的保险,或某种债券或几种不同的单个产品所形成的一种组合产品。项目信息包括该项目所属的对应的金融产品的产品信息、客户信息以及在处理项目过程中所产生的项目文件等。其中,项目文件可包括但不限于文本、图片或视频等类型的文件,文本可为Word文本、Excel文本等。项目标识用于位于标识对应的项目,可由预设位数的数字、字母以及其它特殊字符所构成,通过项目标识可关联并查询到对应的项目信息。
在其中一个实施例中,终端可接收用户对待处理项目的项目信息查询展示的操作,而触发的对待处理项目的信息展示指令,根据该信息展示指令中携带待处理项目的项目标识。从而可根据该项目标识查询相关联的项目信息。具体地,终端可检测自身存储器中是否存储或缓存了对应的项目信息,若存在,则提取该项目信息并展示,若不存在,则可将该信息展示指令发送至服务器,获取从服务器上查询得到的项目信息并展示。展示的项目信息包括项目文件的信息,比如可展示项目文件的文件名称等简要信息。
步骤S204,接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令。
本实施例中,该界面上还可提供对每个项目文件的选取操作选项,终端可侦测用于作用于项目文件的选取操作,将选取操作所作用的项目文件作为待发送的项目文件。在其中一个实施例中,选取操作所作用的项目文件可包括多个。举例来说,该选取操作可为勾选操作,比如可在该界面上针对每个项目文件提供对应的勾选框,在检测到对该勾选框的勾选操作时,将所作用的项目文件作为待发送的项目文件。
终端可根据侦测到的作用于用于确定选取的项目文件的虚拟按键的操作、预设的确定对项目文件的选取的语音、预设的选取手势等生成选取指令。其中,该选取指令中包含对所确定的待发送的项目文件的项目标识。
步骤S206,根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱。
本实施例中,可预先设置了与该项目标识对应的邮箱,并进一步预设了对应的每个收件邮箱和其中一个或多个项目文件的对应关系。具体地可预先设置每个项目的项目标识和邮箱之间的关联关系。并可从与该项目标识相关联的邮箱中选取全部或部分邮箱,并设置选取的邮箱与每个项目文件的对应关系。在确定了对应的项目文件后,可根据该项目文件的项目标识与收件邮件的对应关系,确定每个项目文件的收件邮箱。
在其中一个实施例中,可获取每个项目文件对应的邮箱并展示,并将所对应的邮箱默 认作为该项目文件的收件邮箱,以供用户选择确认。用户可对所展示的默认的收件邮件进行修改操作,比如取消一个或多个所默认的收件邮箱,或者添加一个或多个收件邮箱。终端可侦测用户的修改操作,根据该修改操作修改的收件邮箱,确定每个项目文件的收件邮箱。
步骤S208,根据项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
步骤S210,根据邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
本实施例中,终端可在确定了相应的收件邮箱之后,提供邮箱确认的虚拟按键。在侦测到对该虚拟按键的点击操作后,触发相应的邮件发送指令。按照其待发送的项目文件和收件邮箱的收件人信息,生成相应的邮件标题和邮件正文。
该邮件标题中可携带该项目的简要信息,邮件正文中可携带对待发送的项目文件的说明等信息,如邮件正文中可包含邮件正文包含已发送的项目文件介绍信息和待发送的项目文件介绍信息。该简要信息可包括项目名称以及邮件发送次数等,该邮件发送次数为针对该项目,发送给该收件邮箱的次数。在生成相应的邮件标题和邮件正文之后,则按照预设的邮件生成规则,生成包含项目文件的邮件,将所生成的邮件发送至该收件邮箱对应的收件人的接收终端。具体地,可通过将所生成的邮件上传至服务器,服务器可识别该邮件的收件邮箱,并将该邮件发送至该收件邮件的接收终端。
本实施例中,通过获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,项目信息中包含多个项目文件;接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;根据项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;根据邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端,从而可通过对待处理项目的项目文件的选取,确定对应的收件邮箱,并自动地生成包含对应的邮件标题和邮件正文的邮件,提高了在项目处理过程中,邮件发送的便利性。
在其中一个实施例中,项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件。
本实施例中,终端可在项目信息的展示界面上提供多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目 文件获取入口对应一种项目文件种类,并对应一种或多种类型的项目文件。该项目文件种类为与项目相关的材料的种类,以项目为某一年金为例,项目文件种类可分为计划确认函、投资户信息、证券户信息、投资监督合规表、定价日函、组合三费费率等类型。项目文件的类型包括图片、文本等数据类型。从项目文件获取入口所获取的项目文件被判定为归属于对应的项目文件种类。
步骤S204包括:通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状态;在项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选取指令。
本实施例中,终端可针对每种项目文件获取入口,提供进入对该获取入口的虚拟按键,当检测到作用于该虚拟按键的点击操作后,进入项目文件获取状态,从相应的存储路径中查询出对应类型的文件并展示,终端可接收用户对所查询展示的文件的选取指令,将所选取的文件作为对应待发送的项目文件,并根据该项目文件获取入口,将对应的项目文件的种类设置为与该项目文件获取入口所对应的种类。
在其中一个实施例中,在步骤S206之后,还包括:根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量。
本实施例中,终端可自动生成的邮件的数量可为1个或多个。具体地,可根据用户所选取的项目文件,以及每个项目文件的收件邮箱,计算出待生成的邮件的数量。该数量可为1个,或为所需发送的项目文件的数量,还可为所需发送的收件人的数量。
具体地,当待生成的邮件的数量可为1个时,则可将所有的收件邮箱均作为该待生成的邮件的收件邮箱,所有选取的项目文件也作为该带生成的邮箱中的附件。当待生成的邮件的数量为所确定的总的收件邮箱的数量时,则还可针对每个收件邮箱,建立对应的待生成邮件,每个收件邮件关联的项目文件即为对应待生成邮件中的附件。
在其中一个实施例中,步骤S208包括:根据每个待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;步骤S210包括:根据每个待生成邮件的邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将每个生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
本实施例中,可针对每个待生成的邮件,根据对应的收件邮箱、项目文件生成邮件标题和邮件正文。邮件标题可为固定的标题格式,包含多个字段。可获取包含项目名称以及 邮件发送次数等简要信息,将包含该项目名称、邮件发送次数等信息填充至预设的标题模板中,对应位置的字段中,生成相应的标题。类似地,邮件正文也可为固定的正文格式,同样包含多个字段。并可获取待生成邮件中,准备发送的项目文件的信息,将该信息填充至预设正文模板中的对应字段中,生成邮件正文。并根据每个邮件的收件邮箱,将其发送至对应收件邮件的接收终端。
本实施例中,通过进一步计算待生成邮件的数量,使得不同的收件邮箱对应的收件人接收到与之对应的项目文件,从而可使得不具有项目文件接收权限的用户无法接收到对应项目文件的邮件,提高了邮件发送的规范性,以及项目文件的安全性。
在其中一个实施例中,根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量,包括:汇总每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件;根据汇总的每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件计算待生成邮件的数量,使得接收相同项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件。
本实施例中,终端在确定了待发送的项目文件以及每个项目文件对应的收件邮箱后,可汇总每个收件邮箱所接收的项目文件,并检测是否存在某一收件邮箱对应的所有项目文件,是否与其它收件邮箱对应的所有项目文件相同,若是,提取具有相同的所有项目文件的收件邮箱,使得接收相同的所有项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件,并计算出待生成邮件的数量。
本实施例中,通过将接收相同项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件,可在确保收件人对项目文件的接收权限,以保持项目文件的安全性时,可降低待生成邮件的数量,减少了待生成邮件对资源的占用。
在其中一个实施例中,在步骤S208之前还包括:获取与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息;步骤S208包括:根据待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱,以及关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
本实施例中,终端可在获取待处理项目的项目标识后,即可查询与该项目标识相关的历史邮件,该历史邮件即为与待生成邮件关联的邮件。具体地,查询历史邮件中,查询出包含待处理项目的项目名称的邮件,将发送时间最近的一个或多个历史邮件作为待生成邮件关联的历史邮件。进一步地,还可进一步查询该历史邮件的收件邮箱是否与待生成邮件 的收件人相同,并将包含有项目名称的邮件标题、与待生成邮件具有相同的收件邮箱的历史邮件确定为待生成邮件关联的历史邮件,并可进一步获取该历史邮件中的信息,将该历史邮件中文作为待生成邮件中的邮件正文的一部分。并根据该历史邮件的邮件标题中携带的邮件发送次数信息,确定待生成邮件中邮件标题所包含的邮件发送次数的信息。
本实施例中,进一步根据与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,使得待生成邮件的收件人可直观了解到当前项目的情况,提高了项目管理的便利性。
在其中一个实施例中,如图3所示,提供了另一种邮件发送方法,该方法包括一下步骤:
步骤S301,获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示。
具体地,项目信息中包含多个项目文件;项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件。终端在接收到用户对待处理项目的处理操作后,将查询得到的项目信息进行展示。如图4所示,为一个实施例中的项目信息的展示界面示意图。其中,该界面中包含项目的组合信息和项目文件信息。该组合信息包括项目的名称(XXX年金计划)、已发送邮件的次数,以及该项目的定价日和初试运作规模等。项目文件信息中包含多个项目文件获取入口。项目文件获取入口可根据该项目的类型确定,不同类型的项目所包含的项目文件获取入口不同。如图4所示,该项目文件的获取入口包含计划确认函获取入口、投资户信息获取入口、证券户信息获取入口、投资监督合规表获取入口。
进一步地,针对每种项目文件获取入口,还对应设置了该类型的项目文件是否为必备的项目文件,并在项目信息的展示界面上进行标记,以进一步提高对项目文件管理的便利性。比如,其中的计划确认函类型的项目文件为必备材料。
步骤S302,通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状态。
本实施例中,终端可针对每个项目文件获取入口,提供进入对该获取入口的虚拟按键,如图4中的“上载”虚拟按键,当侦测到对该“上载”虚拟按键的点击操作后,进入对该类型的项目文件的获取状态。举例来说,可从上述的计划确认函的项目文件获取入口,获取“第 三方绩效表.xlsx”的文件,将其作为待发送的项目文件,则可将该文件的类型对应设置为该计划确认函。通过提供项目文件获取入口,可提高了对项目文件分类的规范化。进一步地,可将该项目文件的文件信息展示在与对应的项目文件获取入口的对应区域。比如当侦测到用户从计划确认函获取入口中,对“第三方绩效表.xlsx”的选取指令后,可将该“第三方绩效表.xlsx”的文件名称上载至计划确认函获取入口的下方。
步骤S303,在项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选取指令。
本实施例中,可针对每一个项目文件以及每一个组合信息均提供相应的勾选框,通过侦测到对该勾选框的勾选操作时,触发对相应的项目文件的选取指令。比如,当侦测到对“第三方绩效表.xlsx”的选取指令后,可将该“第三方绩效表.xlsx”文件作为待发送的项目文件。进一步地,终端还可接收用户对所上载的项目文件的删除操作,以取消对应待发送的项目文件。
步骤S304,根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱。
具体地,收件邮箱可为与对应该项目标识具有关联关系的邮箱,使得可将待生成的邮件发送至所有与项目标识具有关联关系的邮箱。
步骤S305,获取与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息。
具体地,可查询与该项目标识相关联的发送时间最晚的邮件,并获取该邮件的邮件标题。邮件正文等邮件信息。
步骤S306,根据待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱,以及关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
步骤S307,根据邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
具体地,终端可在项目信息的展示界面上提供邮件发送的虚拟按键,如图4中的“保存并发送”按键。当侦测到对该虚拟按键的点击操作时,生成相应的邮件标题与邮件正文,并将所选择的项目文件作为附件,发送至收件邮件的收件人的接收终端。其中,邮件标题包含待处理项目的邮件发送次数信息;邮件正文包含已发送的项目文件介绍信息和待发送的项目文件介绍信息。具体地,邮件正文中可包含已发送的项目文件的所属的文件类别,以及未发送的项目文件的所属的文件类别。进一步地,该未发送的项目可为必备类型的项 目文件。
举例来说,邮件标题的可为“关于XXX年金计划(二),系统自动发送请勿回复”,其中,“XXX年金计划”为待处理项目的项目名称,括号中的“二”即为针对该代理项目的邮件发送次数,即针对“XXX年金计划”所发送的第二封邮件。邮件正文可包含“附件是:技术啊确认函、投资户信息,证券户信息。投资监督合规表、定价日函、组合三费费率、初试运作通知函,稍后提供。请各位提前做好投资准备,保证组合顺利运作!谢谢!”,并包含所关联的历史邮件的邮件信息。
本实施例中,通过设置项目文件获取入口,可进一步提高对项目文件的选取,并邮件发送的便利性。
应该理解的是,虽然图2-3的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图2-3中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。

在其中一个实施例中,项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件;
文件选取模块504还用于通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状态;及在项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选 取指令。
在其中一个实施例中,邮件发送模块506还用于根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量;根据每个待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及根据每个待生成邮件的邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将每个生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
在其中一个实施例中,邮件发送模块506还用于汇总每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件;及根据汇总的每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件计算待生成邮件的数量,使得接收相同项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件。
在其中一个实施例中,邮件发送模块506还用于获取与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息;及根据待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱,以及关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
在其中一个实施例中,邮件标题包含待处理项目的邮件发送次数信息;邮件正文包含已发送的项目文件介绍信息和待发送的项目文件介绍信息。
上述邮件发送装置中的各个模块可全部或部分通过软件、硬件及其组合来实现。其中,网络接口可以是以太网卡或无线网卡等。上述各模块可以硬件形式内嵌于或独立于终端中的处理器中,也可以以软件形式存储于终端中的存储器中,以便于处理器调用执行以上各个模块对应的操作。该处理器可以为中央处理单元(CPU)、微处理器、单片机等。
在其中一个实施例中,上述的计算机设备可包括但不限于手机、台式机、平板电脑、便携式笔记本等终端。如图6所示,为一个实施例中终端的内部结构示意图。该终端包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器、网络接口以及显示屏。其中,该处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个终端的运行。网络接口可以是以太网卡或无线网卡等,用于与服务器或其它终端进行网络通信。显示屏可以是触摸屏,比如为电容屏或电子屏,可通过接收作用于该触摸屏上显示的控件的点击操作,生成相应的指令。存储器包括非易失性存储介质及内存储器。非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令。该数据库中存储有用于实现以上各个实施例所提供的一种邮件发送方法相关的数据,比如可存储有项目文件、收件人的邮件信息、正文模板、邮件标题模板等数据。该计算机可读指令可被处理器所执行,以用于实现以上各个实施例所提供的一种邮件发送方法。终端中的内存 储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令提供高速缓存的运行环境。本领域技术人员可以理解,图6中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的终端的限定,具体的终端可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现本申请任意一个实施例中提供的邮件发送方法的步骤。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器实现本申请任意一个实施例中提供的邮件发送方法的步骤。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机可读指令来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机可读指令可存储于一非易失性计算机可读取存储介质中,该计算机可读指令在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,本申请所提供的各实施例中所使用的对存储器、存储、数据库或其它介质的任何引用,均可包括非易失性和/或易失性存储器。非易失性存储器可包括只读存储器(ROM)、可编程ROM(PROM)、电可编程ROM(EPROM)、电可擦除可编程ROM(EEPROM)或闪存。易失性存储器可包括随机存取存储器(RAM)或者外部高速缓冲存储器。作为说明而非局限,RAM以多种形式可得,诸如静态RAM(SRAM)、动态RAM(DRAM)、同步DRAM(SDRAM)、双数据率SDRAM(DDRSDRAM)、增强型SDRAM(ESDRAM)、同步链路(Synchlink)DRAM(SLDRAM)、存储器总线(Rambus)直接RAM(RDRAM)、直接存储器总线动态RAM(DRDRAM)、以及存储器总线动态RAM(RDRAM)等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种邮件发送方法,包括:
    获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;
    接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;
    根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;
    根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及
    根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件;
    所述接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令,包括:
    通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状态;及
    在所述项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选取指令。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱之后,还包括:
    根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量;
    所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:
    根据每个待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;
    及所述根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端,包括:
    根据每个待生成邮件的邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将每个生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据每个项目文件和对应的收件 邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量,包括:
    汇总每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件;及
    根据汇总的每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件计算待生成邮件的数量,使得接收相同项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文之前,还包括:
    获取与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息;
    及所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:
    根据所述待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱,以及关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述邮件标题包含所述待处理项目的邮件发送次数信息;及所述邮件正文包含已发送的项目文件介绍信息和待发送的项目文件介绍信息。
  7. 一种邮件发送装置,包括:
    项目确定模块,用于获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;
    文件选取模块,用于接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;及
    邮件发送模块,用于根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件;及
    所述文件选取模块还用于通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状态;在所述项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选取指令。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机 可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;
    接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;
    根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;
    根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及
    根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件;
    所述接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令,包括:
    通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状态;及
    在所述项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选取指令。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量;
    所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:
    根据每个待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;
    及所述根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端,包括:
    根据每个待生成邮件的邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将每个生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述根据每个项目文件和对 应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量,包括:
    汇总每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件;及
    根据汇总的每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件计算待生成邮件的数量,使得接收相同项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    获取与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息;
    及所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:
    根据所述待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱,以及关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
  14. 根据权利要求9至13中任意一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述邮件标题包含所述待处理项目的邮件发送次数信息;及所述邮件正文包含已发送的项目文件介绍信息和待发送的项目文件介绍信息。
  15. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;
    接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;
    根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;
    根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及
    根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件;
    所述接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令,包括:
    通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状 态;及
    在所述项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选取指令。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量;
    所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:
    根据每个待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;
    及所述根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端,包括:
    根据每个待生成邮件的邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将每个生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量,包括:
    汇总每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件;及
    根据汇总的每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件计算待生成邮件的数量,使得接收相同项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:
    获取与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息;
    及所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:
    根据所述待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱,以及关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
  20. 根据权利要求15至19中任意一项所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述邮件标题包含所述待处理项目的邮件发送次数信息;及所述邮件正文包含已发送的项目文件介绍信 息和待发送的项目文件介绍信息。
