- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱之后,还包括:根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量;所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:根据每个待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及所述根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端,包括:根据每个待生成邮件的邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将每个生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
- 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据每个项目文件和对应的收件 邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量,包括:汇总每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件;及根据汇总的每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件计算待生成邮件的数量,使得接收相同项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文之前,还包括:获取与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息;及所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:根据所述待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱,以及关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
- 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述邮件标题包含所述待处理项目的邮件发送次数信息;及所述邮件正文包含已发送的项目文件介绍信息和待发送的项目文件介绍信息。
- 一种邮件发送装置,包括:项目确定模块,用于获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;文件选取模块,用于接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;及邮件发送模块,用于根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件;及所述文件选取模块还用于通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状态;在所述项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选取指令。
- 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机 可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
- 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件;所述接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令,包括:通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状态;及在所述项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选取指令。
- 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量;所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:根据每个待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及所述根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端,包括:根据每个待生成邮件的邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将每个生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
- 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述根据每个项目文件和对 应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量,包括:汇总每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件;及根据汇总的每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件计算待生成邮件的数量,使得接收相同项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件。
- 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:获取与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息;及所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:根据所述待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱,以及关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
- 根据权利要求9至13中任意一项所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述邮件标题包含所述待处理项目的邮件发送次数信息;及所述邮件正文包含已发送的项目文件介绍信息和待发送的项目文件介绍信息。
- 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:获取待处理项目的项目标识,根据所述项目标识查询对应的项目信息并展示,所述项目信息中包含多个项目文件;接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令;根据选取的项目文件确定对应的收件邮箱;根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
- 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,项目信息的展示界面上包括多个项目文件获取入口,每个项目文件获取入口对应一种或多种类型的项目文件;所述接收对所展示的至少一个项目文件的选取指令,包括:通过检测到的作用于其中一个或多个项目文件获取入口的操作,进入项目文件获取状 态;及在所述项目文件获取状态下接收对对应类型的项目文件的选取指令。
- 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量;所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:根据每个待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文;及所述根据所述邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端,包括:根据每个待生成邮件的邮件标题、邮件正文以及项目文件生成对应的邮件,将每个生成的邮件发送至对应收件人的接收终端。
- 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述根据每个项目文件和对应的收件邮箱计算待生成邮件的数量,包括:汇总每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件;及根据汇总的每个收件邮箱对应的所有选取的项目文件计算待生成邮件的数量,使得接收相同项目文件的多个收件邮箱共用一个待生成的邮件。
- 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时还执行以下步骤:获取与待生成邮件关联的历史邮件的邮件信息;及所述根据所述项目文件和收件邮箱生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文,包括:根据所述待生成邮件中包含的项目文件和收件邮箱,以及关联的历史邮件的邮件信息生成对应待生成邮件的邮件标题和邮件正文。
- 根据权利要求15至19中任意一项所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述邮件标题包含所述待处理项目的邮件发送次数信息;及所述邮件正文包含已发送的项目文件介绍信 息和待发送的项目文件介绍信息。
