一种处理邮件的方法、装置、存储介质及计算机设备
本申请要求于2018年7月19日提交中国专利局、申请号为2018107964720、申请名称为“一种处理邮件的方法、装置、存储介质及电子设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及数据处理技术领域,特别涉及一种处理邮件的方法、装置、存储介质及计算机设备。
背景技术
随着人们网络生活越来越丰富,邮件往来也很频繁,有时候同一个主题的邮件,由于来回回复了很多次,这些邮件散落在收件箱的各个位置,不利于阅读,很难把握来龙去脉;当用户给多个收件人或包含多个收件人的邮件列表发送邮件时,邮件回复的数量更多、且回复过程更加复杂。此时如果一个用户需要完全理解这个主题,需要点开多封邮件才能完全知道关于这个主题的各种讨论;如果需要回复多个人关于这个主题的不同邮件,则需要回复多次。虽然可以采用人工方式归类,但是总归还是要人工的设置邮件标签或者文件夹进行归类,这样比较费时。
现有部分邮箱具有邮件聚合功能,但是邮件聚合功能仅仅实现对同一邮件地址或同一主题的邮件(例如某商家定期发送的订阅邮件等)进行聚合,目前的邮件聚合功能并未应用到邮件往来回复的场景,且更不适用于多收件人的情况。
发明内容
本申请提供一种处理邮件的方法、装置、存储介质及计算机设备,用以解决现有邮箱不能对往来邮件进行整合的缺陷。
本申请实施例提供的一种处理邮件的方法,包括:
获取目标邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系,所述邮件编码为生成所述目标邮件时唯一确定的编码,所述编码引用关系用于表示所述邮件编码与其他邮件编码之间的引用关系;
根据所述编码引用关系确定所述邮件编码所引用的上级邮件编码,并确定与所述上级邮件编码对应的所述目标邮件的第一上级邮件;
显示所述第一上级邮件,并在所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述目标邮件, 所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示所述第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件。
基于同样的发明构思,本申请实施例提供的一种邮件的处理装置,包括:
获取模块,用于获取目标邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系,所述邮件编码为生成所述目标邮件时唯一确定的编码,所述编码引用关系用于表示所述邮件编码与其他邮件编码之间的引用关系;
处理模块,用于根据所述编码引用关系确定所述邮件编码所引用的上级邮件编码,并确定与所述上级邮件编码对应的所述目标邮件的第一上级邮件;

本申请实施例提供的一种处理邮件的方法、装置、存储介质及计算机设备,为邮件设置邮件编码和编码引用关系,并在需要显示邮件时根据邮件编码和编码引用关系可以确定该邮件与其他邮件之间的引用关系,并确定该邮件的上下级邮件,进而根据邮件的引用关系分别在相应的显示区域显示往来邮件,用户通过阅读一封邮件即可得知所有的往来邮件内容,不需要一封封地查看邮件,方便用户阅读邮件,且方便用户管理同类邮件,便于邮件的归档和查阅。根据邮件编码和编码引用关系可以方便快速地确定邮件之间的引用关系,处理效率高。在同一个视图内显示一类的邮件,也方便用户选择所需回复的对象,用户可以在同一封邮件同时回复多个人对同一主题的不同回复,其他收件人也可以在同样的视图阅读该主题的所有邮件和回复,可以提高回复效率。

以下结合附图对本申请的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例提供的一种邮件的处理方法,用于实现往来邮件的整合,参见图1所示,包括步骤101-103:
步骤101:获取目标邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系,邮件编码为生成目标邮件时唯一确定的编码,编码引用关系用于表示邮件编码与其他邮件编码之间的引用关系。
本申请实施例中,目标邮件可以是收件箱、发件箱等中的任何一封或多封邮件,具体的,目标邮件可以是用户新收到的未读邮件,可以是用户之前收到的已读邮件,也可以是用户需要新发出的邮件,还可以是基于用户的选择指令所选择的一封或多封邮件。在生成每一封邮件时,会生成与该邮件唯一对应的邮件编码;同时,当该邮件引用了其他邮件时,则根据该邮件的邮件编码和其他邮件的邮件编码生成该邮件的编码引用关系,编码引用关系用于表示邮件编码与其他邮件编码之间的引用关系;由于邮件编码与邮件之间是一一对应关系,即编码引用关系可以表示该邮件与其他邮件之间的引用关系。例如,用户A向用户B发送了邮件a,在生成邮件a的同时会生成邮件a的邮件编码①,此时邮件a为最原始的邮件,邮件a不存在编码引用关系;当用户B以邮件a为基础向用户A回复邮件b时,首先生成邮件b的邮件编码②,同时由于邮件b为邮件a的回复邮件,此时邮件b引用邮件a,此时根据当前的邮件b和所引用的邮件a的邮件编码生成邮件b的编码引用关系②-①,即邮件编码②引用邮件编码①,对应着邮件b引用邮件a。
步骤102:根据编码引用关系确定邮件编码所引用的上级邮件编码,并确定与上级邮件编码对应的目标邮件的第一上级邮件。
本申请实施例中,目标邮件的编码引用关系具体指的是目标邮件的邮件编码与目标邮件的上级邮件的邮件编码(即上级邮件编码)之间的引用关系,在确定上级邮件编码之后即可确定与该上级邮件编码对应的目标邮件的上级邮件,即第一上级邮件。以上述步骤101中的例子为例,若目标邮件为邮件b,编码引用关系为②-①,则此时的上级邮件编码为编码①,对应着邮件a,即邮件a为邮件b的上级邮件。同时,当目标邮件不存在编码引用关系时,此时说明该目标邮件为最原始的邮件,即使后续存在往来邮件也是以该最原始的邮件为基础的,此时可以直接显示该目标邮件,不需要特殊处理。
本申请实施例中的“引用关系”指的是发送邮件时的回复关系和/或转发关系;例如,邮件a是用来回复邮件b的邮件,则邮件a引用邮件b,且邮件b为邮件a的上级邮件。通过邮件之间的引用关系可以确定目标邮件所引用的上级邮件(即第一上级邮件)该上级邮件可以为1封,也可以为多封。例如,用户A向用户B、C、D同时发送了初始的邮件a,并为邮件a生成了邮件编码①,之后用户B以邮件b回复了邮件a,并生成了邮件b的邮件编码②,此时邮件b的编码引用关系为②-①;再之后用户C以邮件c回复了邮件a,并生成了邮件c的邮件编码③,邮件c的编码引用关系为③-①;最后用户D以邮件d同时回复了邮件b和邮件c,并生成了邮件d的邮件编码④,此时邮件d的编码引用关系为④-②和④-③,或者④-②③。
步骤103:显示第一上级邮件,并在第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示目标邮件,第一上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件。
本申请实施例中,根据邮件的编码引用关系可以确定邮件之间的引用关系,进而可以确定邮件之间的引用关系;基于邮件之间的引用关系可以确定相互关联的一组邮件,该组邮件所引用的最原始邮件相同,邮件组中的邮件之间具有引用关系或上下级关系,故可以根据该引用关系或上下级关系确定每个邮件的显示区域或显示位置。
在确定目标邮件的第一上级邮件后,同时显示目标邮件和第一上级邮件,由于目标邮件是第一上级邮件的一个下级邮件,故目标邮件显示在第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内;同时,该第一上级邮件可能存在多个下级邮件,第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件均可以显示在该下级显示区域内,不同的下级邮件占用不同的显示区域。此外,在确定目标邮件的邮件类别后,可以显示该邮件类别中的所有邮件,也可以只显示发件时间在该目标邮件发件时间之前的同类邮件,具体可以根据实际情况或用户设置而定。
本申请实施例中,每个邮件对应有用于显示该邮件的显示区域,在该显示区域内可以显示相应邮件的发件人、主题、邮件正文等;同时还设有用于显示该邮件的下级邮件的下级显示区域。具体的,当确定目标邮件为某一邮件的下级邮件时,根据该邮件的下级显示 区域确定用来显示该目标邮件的区域或位置。例如,一般邮件可以按照从下往上的顺序排列,即将该上级邮件的上方某一区域作为该上级邮件的下级显示区域,并在该下级显示区域内显示目标邮件;当该上级邮件具有多封下级邮件时(即除了目标邮件外,还有其他邮件引用了该上级邮件),则多封下级邮件可以平分该下级显示区域。例如,用户A向用户B、C、D同时发送了邮件a,之后用户B以邮件b回复了邮件a,再之后用户C以邮件c回复了邮件a,最后用户D以邮件d同时回复了邮件b和邮件c;对于邮件a,邮件a是最初始的邮件,邮件a显示在最底层;对于邮件b和邮件c,二者均为邮件a的下级邮件,故邮件b和邮件c可以并列显示在邮件a的上方;对于邮件d,其为邮件b和邮件c的下级邮件,故可以显示在邮件b和邮件c的上方。邮件a、b、c、d的一种显示方式如图2所示。此外,邮件d可以回复邮件a,但如果在回复的时间点本地邮箱已经收到b和c,此时层级关系以用户选项及时间计算:如用户D选择回复邮件a,则提醒是否归并邮件b和c的内容,如果选择是,则邮件d既回复了a,同时也回复了邮件b和c,即邮件d包含了邮件b和c的内容作为上级,具体如图3所示。如果否,则邮件d作为b和c同级邮件(即邮件d只回复邮件a,如图4所示)。
本申请实施例提供的一种处理邮件的方法,为邮件设置邮件编码和编码引用关系,并在需要显示邮件时根据邮件编码和编码引用关系可以确定该邮件与其他邮件之间的引用关系,并确定该邮件的上下级邮件,进而根据邮件的引用关系分别在相应的显示区域显示往来邮件,用户通过阅读一封邮件即可得知所有的往来邮件内容,不需要一封封地查看邮件,方便用户阅读邮件,且方便用户管理同类邮件,便于邮件的归档和查阅。根据邮件编码和编码引用关系可以方便快速地确定邮件之间的引用关系,处理效率高。
本申请另一实施例提供一种处理邮件的方法,该方法包括上述实施例中的步骤101-103,其实现原理以及技术效果参见图1对应的实施例。同时,本申请实施例中可以显示与目标邮件相关的全部邮件,在显示第一上级邮件之后,该方法还包括步骤A1-A2:
步骤A1:判断第一上级邮件是否存在有效的编码引用关系,在第一上级邮件存在有效的编码引用关系时,根据第一上级邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定第二上级邮件,第二上级邮件为第一上级邮件的上级邮件;显示第二上级邮件,并在第二上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示第一上级邮件,第二上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示第二上级邮件的所有下级邮件。
步骤A2:重复上述对上级邮件的处理过程,直至确定的上级邮件不存在有效的编码引用关系。
本申请实施例中,有效的编码引用关系指的是基于该编码引用关系可以确定相对应的 上级邮件;当该邮件不存在编码引用关系(例如最原始的邮件不存在编码引用关系)、或者该邮件的编码引用关系为空(null,与不存在编码引用关系本质上相同)、或者查询不到与该编码引用关系对应的上级邮件(例如上级邮件被删除等),此时不存在有效的编码引用关系。在该上级邮件存在有效的编码引用关系时,即可按照与步骤102相似的过程确定该上级邮件的上级邮件,即第二上级邮件,并按照与步骤103相似的过程显示第一上级邮件和第二上级邮件。之后在步骤A2中再确定该第二上级邮件是否存在有效的编码引用关系,即确定该第二上级邮件是否还存在进一步的上级邮件;当存在时,重复步骤A1以确定所有的上级邮件;当不存在时,说明当前的上级邮件是最原始的邮件,此时可以停止处理。
本申请实施例中,通过判断是否存在有效的编码引用关系来逐层确定上级邮件并显示,从而可以显示与该目标邮件相关的所有邮件,进而可以分层次地全局显示所有同类的往来邮件,进一步方便用户查阅。
在上述实施例的基础上,在步骤103“在第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示目标邮件”之后,该方法还包括回复邮件的过程,参见图5所示,该过程具体包括步骤104-106:
步骤104:接收指向待回复邮件的回复指令,待回复邮件为当前处于显示状态的一个或多个邮件。
本申请实施例中,当显示某一邮件后,则该邮件在当前时刻即为显示状态。例如,上述步骤103显示目标邮件和第一上级邮件后,该目标邮件和第一上级邮件处于显示状态,即用户可以直接查阅目标邮件和第一上级邮件。当用户需要回复处于显示状态的邮件时,输入指向该邮件的回复指令即可,该邮件即为待回复邮件。例如,用户可以通过单击、双击、长按或滑动等方式来选定待回复的邮件。同时,该回复指令可以指定一个收件人、也可以指定多个收件人或收件人列表等,具体根据用户的指令而定。
步骤105:根据待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件,并生成可编辑的邮件模板,邮件模板中包含待回复邮件和第三上级邮件,且待回复邮件显示于第三上级邮件的下级显示区域内。
本申请实施例中,基于与步骤102相似的处理过程即可确定第三上级邮件,第三上级邮件为待回复邮件的上级邮件;当该待回复邮件为目标邮件时,第三上级邮件即为上述的第一上级邮件。根据待回复邮件和第三上级邮件生成的邮件模板也可以按照邮件之间的引用关系分层级地显示邮件,从而使得接收到以该邮件模板为基础的邮件的用户也可以快速确定邮件之间的引用关系。
同时,本申请实施例中的回复指令可以指向多封邮件,当待回复邮件为多封时,为了避免邮件之间上下级关系错乱,多封待回复邮件可以限定为同级的邮件,即只可以针对同 一级的多封邮件进行同时回复。
具体的,当回复指令指向多个待回复邮件时,在步骤105“根据待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件”之前,该方法还包括步骤B1-B2:
步骤B1:判断多个待回复邮件是否为同一级别的邮件,当所有的待回复邮件为同一级别的邮件时,将所有的待回复邮件作为有效的待回复邮件并执行后续确定第三上级邮件的过程。
步骤B2:当存在不同级别的待回复邮件时,根据待回复邮件的邮件级别进行分组并显示,在接收到用户输入的组选择指令后,将与组选择指令对应的一组待回复邮件作为待回复邮件并执行后续确定第三上级邮件的过程。
本申请实施例中,由于邮件之间具有引用关系,即邮件之间有上下级关系,故不同的邮件可能为不同的级别,若用户同时回复多封具有不同级别的邮件,则容易导致后续邮件引用关系复杂,后续用户不易快速得知邮件之间的引用关系。在步骤B2中,当用户选择回复不同级别的邮件时,系统自动按照邮件级别分组显示所有的待回复邮件,从而方便用户确定哪一组邮件是自己最需要回复的,并输入一个组选择指令以选择自己最需要回复的邮件组;之后终端或系统即可将用户选择的、为同一级别的待回复邮件进行回复或转发,可以使得邮件之间的引用关系清晰明了,方便后续用户快速确定正确的邮件引用关系。
例如,如上图2对应的实施例,由于邮件a和邮件b不是同级的邮件,用户D不同时回复邮件a和邮件b。此时生成的邮件模板中可以包含该用户已知的同类别的所有邮件的内容,展示形式根据用户当前邮箱已收到邮件及回复时间计算所得,且邮件按照上下级关系排列(如上图2所示),方便收件人查看邮件往来,更容易理解整个邮件回复过程。
此外,当用户需要同时对不同级的邮件进行回复时,通过调整当前邮件的显示区域来显示邮件的整体回复过程。例如,用户A向用户B、C、D同时发送了邮件a,之后用户B以邮件b回复了邮件a,再之后用户C以邮件c回复了邮件a,此时,如用户D在回复邮件a时,若还需要回复邮件b和c,则根据用户设定规则(例如,提醒是否归并b和c的内容,如果用户选择是,则邮件d既回复了邮件a,同时也包含了邮件b和c的内容作为上级),把b和c的内容归并到当前邮件,此时的一种显示方式参见图3所示。
步骤106:当基于邮件模板生成一个新邮件时,为新邮件设置唯一的邮件编码,并将新邮件的邮件编码与待回复邮件的邮件编码之间的引用关系作为新邮件的编码引用关系。
本申请实施例中,当用户需要发送一个邮件、或者需要回复或转发一个邮件时,均需要生成一个新的邮件编码;该邮件编码具体可以根据邮件元数据生成,也可以根据该邮件所引用的邮件的邮件编码生成。例如,邮件a的邮件编码为①,当用户需要以邮件b回复该 邮件a时(即邮件b引用邮件a),可以单独生成邮件b的邮件编码②,也可以根据邮件a的邮件编码①生成邮件b的邮件编码①②,或者

等。同时,每生成一个新邮件,还根据该新邮件与其他邮件之间的引用关系生成编码引用关系。在步骤106中,由于新邮件引用的是待回复邮件,即该待回复邮件为新邮件的上级邮件,根据新邮件的邮件编码和待回复邮件的邮件编码即可生成该新邮件的编码引用关系,方便接收到该新邮件的用户根据该新邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系来确定相应的上级邮件。
可选的,邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系可以用一个参数表示,只要保证邮件编码的唯一性以及编码引用关系可以正确定位上级邮件即可。例如,用户B接收到了邮件编码为①的邮件a,当用户B需要以邮件b回复该邮件a时,此时邮件b的编码引用关系可以为②-①,此时也可以同时将“②-①”作为邮件b的邮件编码。
或者,还可以为邮件编码增加层级参数,以表示当前邮件相对于最原始邮件的层级。具体的,步骤106“为新邮件设置唯一的邮件编码”包括步骤C1-C3:
步骤C1:确定待回复邮件的邮件编码和待回复邮件的邮件级别,待回复邮件的邮件级别表示待回复邮件与最原始邮件之间的级别距离。
步骤C2:为新邮件生成唯一的邮件序号,并根据待回复邮件的邮件级别确定新邮件的邮件级别。
步骤C3:根据新邮件的邮件序号、待回复邮件的邮件编码和新邮件的邮件级别生成新邮件的邮件编码。
本申请实施例中,本申请实施例中,每封邮件均由相应的唯一邮件编码,生成邮件编码的过程与生成该新邮件的邮件编码过程类似;其中,待回复邮件的邮件级别表示待回复邮件与最原始邮件之间的级别距离,例如,最原始邮件的邮件级别为1,若该待回复邮件是直接回复该最原始邮件的,则二者之间的级别距离为1,此时待回复邮件的邮件级别可以为2。同时,邮件编码中包含有邮件级别的相关信息。在根据待回复邮件的邮件级别确定新邮件的邮件级别时,由于该新邮件为直接回复该待回复邮件,故二者之间的级别距离也为1,此时将待回复邮件的邮件级别加一处理后即可作为新邮件的邮件级别。
同时,邮件序号为用于唯一标识邮件的一个序号,可以为数字或字符,本实施例对此不做限定;待回复邮件也具有相对应的邮件序号。在确定新邮件的邮件序号、邮件级别以及新邮件直接引用的待回复邮件的邮件编码后即可确定新邮件的邮件编码;此时,根据该新邮件的邮件编码可以直接确定新邮件的级别、单级引用(直接饮用)的上级邮件(即该待回复邮件),方便快速确定该新邮件与其他邮件之间的引用关系。
例如,邮件编码以i-j-k形式表示,其中,i表示当前邮件唯一的一个邮件序号,j表示 当前邮件所引用的其他邮件的邮件编码(或邮件序号,该邮件序号为基于其他邮件的邮件编码确定),k为邮件级别。仍然以图2对应的实施例为例,邮件a的邮件编码为1-0-1,其中的“0”表示不存在引用的上级邮件编码,四封邮件的显示方式以及邮件编码参见图6所示,图6中,j表示上级邮件的邮件序号。
此外,当需要显示邮件内容时,可以只显示该邮件新增的内容,而不显示其引用的内容,因为该邮件的上级邮件已经显示出了该邮件的引用内容。即,在第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示目标邮件包括:确定目标邮件中与第一上级邮件相匹配的邮件内容,在显示目标邮件时隐藏与第一上级邮件相匹配的邮件内容。例如,显示邮件b的邮件内容时,在邮件b的显示区域内只需要显示用户B新增的内容即可,不需要显示上级邮件a的内容。
本申请实施例中,根据邮件编码和编码引用关系可以方便快速地确定邮件之间的引用关系,处理效率高;在同一个视图内显示一类的邮件,也方便用户选择所需回复的对象,用户可以在同一封邮件同时回复多个人对同一主题的不同回复,其他收件人也可以在同样的视图阅读该主题的所有邮件和回复,可以提高回复效率。
在上述实施例的基础上,步骤103中“在第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示目标邮件”具体包括步骤D1-D2:
步骤D1:确定第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件,并确定每个下级邮件的发件时间,根据下级邮件的数量以及每个下级邮件的发件时间确定的下级显示区域内用于显示目标邮件的临时区域。
步骤D2:将所有第一上级邮件的用于显示目标邮件的临时区域组合为有效显示区域,在有效显示区域内显示目标邮件。
本申请实施例中,在需要显示目标邮件时,首先由于第一上级邮件可能对应多个下级邮件,即第一上级邮件的下级显示区域需要显示多个下级邮件;而目标邮件仅仅是多个下级邮件中的一个,此时需要分配该下级显示区域。以图2为例,邮件a的下级邮件包括邮件b和邮件c,此时需要分别在邮件a的下级显示区域内为邮件b和邮件c分配显示区域,图2为平均分配该下级显示区域。同时,对于邮件b来说,邮件b只有一个上级邮件,即邮件a,此时可以在邮件a的下级显示区域内用于显示邮件b的临时区域直接显示邮件b,即此时确定的临时区域只为一个,可以直接作为邮件b的有效显示区域。同时,由于邮件b的发件时间早于邮件c的发件时间,故将邮件b设置在邮件c的左侧。
若目标邮件具有多个第一上级邮件时,此时在步骤D1中每个第一上级邮件为该目标邮件分配一个临时区域,此时需要在步骤D2中将所有的临时区域组合为用于显示目标邮件的有效显示区域。以图2为例,当目标邮件为邮件d时,此时邮件d的上级邮件包括邮件b 和邮件c;同时,邮件b和邮件c的下级邮件均只有邮件d,则邮件b的下级显示区域为邮件d的一个临时区域,邮件c的下级显示区域也是邮件d的一个临时区域,而邮件b和邮件c的所有下级显示区域共同组成用于显示邮件d的区域,即有效显示区域。本申请实施例中,通过将一个或多个临时区域组合成用于显示目标邮件的有效显示区域的方式,可以更加直观的表示邮件之间的引用关系,进一步方便用户查阅往来邮件。
可选的,显示目标邮件时,隐藏目标邮件中与第一上级邮件相关的邮件内容。由于目标邮件在以第一上级邮件为基础进行回复时,目标邮件的邮件内容中可能存在第一上级邮件的邮件内容,此时若同时显示目标邮件和第一上级邮件,则可能会重复显示第一上级邮件的邮件内容,此时通过隐藏目标邮件中与第一上级邮件相关的邮件内容的方式避免重复显示。
本申请实施例提供的一种处理邮件的方法,为邮件设置邮件编码和编码引用关系,并在需要显示邮件时根据邮件编码和编码引用关系可以确定该邮件与其他邮件之间的引用关系,并确定该邮件的上下级邮件,进而根据邮件的引用关系分别在相应的显示区域显示往来邮件,用户通过阅读一封邮件即可得知所有的往来邮件内容,不需要一封封地查看邮件,方便用户阅读邮件,且方便用户管理同类邮件,便于邮件的归档和查阅。根据邮件编码和编码引用关系可以方便快速地确定邮件之间的引用关系,处理效率高。在同一个视图内显示一类的邮件,也方便用户选择所需回复的对象,用户可以在同一封邮件同时回复多个人对同一主题的不同回复,其他收件人也可以在同样的视图阅读该主题的所有邮件和回复,可以提高回复效率。
以上详细介绍了处理邮件的方法流程,该方法也可以通过相应的装置实现,下面详细介绍该装置的结构和功能。
本申请实施例提供的一种邮件的处理装置,参见图7所示,包括:
获取模块71,用于获取目标邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系,邮件编码为生成目标邮件时唯一确定的编码,编码引用关系用于表示邮件编码与其他邮件编码之间的引用关系;
处理模块72,用于根据编码引用关系确定邮件编码所引用的上级邮件编码,并确定与上级邮件编码对应的目标邮件的第一上级邮件;
显示模块73,用于显示第一上级邮件,并在第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示目标邮件,第一上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图8所示,该装置还包括判断模块74和循环模块75;
在显示模块73显示第一上级邮件之后,判断模块74用于判断第一上级邮件是否存在有效的编码引用关系,在第一上级邮件存在有效的编码引用关系时,根据第一上级邮件的 邮件编码和编码引用关系确定第二上级邮件,第二上级邮件为第一上级邮件的上级邮件;显示第二上级邮件,并在第二上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示第一上级邮件,第二上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示第二上级邮件的所有下级邮件;
循环模块75用于重复上述对上级邮件的处理过程,直至确定的上级邮件不存在有效的编码引用关系。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图9所示,该装置还包括接收模块76、模板生成模块77和编码生成模块78;
在显示模块73在第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示目标邮件之后,接收模块76用于接收指向待回复邮件的回复指令,待回复邮件为当前处于显示状态的一个或多个邮件;
模板生成模块77用于根据待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件,并生成可编辑的邮件模板,邮件模板中包含待回复邮件和第三上级邮件,且待回复邮件显示于第三上级邮件的下级显示区域内;
编码生成模块78用于当基于邮件模板生成一个新邮件时,为新邮件设置唯一的邮件编码,并将新邮件的邮件编码与待回复邮件的邮件编码之间的引用关系作为新邮件的编码引用关系。
在一种可能的实现方式中,当回复指令指向多个待回复邮件时,该装置还包括级别判断模块。
在模板生成模块77根据待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件之前,该级别判断模块用于:
判断多个待回复邮件是否为同一级别的邮件,当所有的待回复邮件为同一级别的邮件时,将所有的待回复邮件作为有效的待回复邮件并执行后续确定第三上级邮件的过程;当存在不同级别的待回复邮件时,根据待回复邮件的邮件级别进行分组并显示,在接收到用户输入的组选择指令后,将与组选择指令对应的一组待回复邮件作为待回复邮件并执行后续确定第三上级邮件的过程。
在一种可能的实现方式中,编码生成模块78包括:
确定单元,用于确定待回复邮件的邮件编码和待回复邮件的邮件级别,待回复邮件的邮件级别表示待回复邮件与最原始邮件之间的级别距离;
第一生成单元,用于为新邮件生成唯一的邮件序号,并根据待回复邮件的邮件级别确定新邮件的邮件级别;
第二生成单元,用于根据新邮件的邮件序号、待回复邮件的邮件编码和新邮件的邮件级别生成新邮件的邮件编码。
在一种可能的实现方式中,参见图10所示,显示模块73包括:
确定单元731,用于确定第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件,并确定每个下级邮件的发件时间,根据下级邮件的数量以及每个下级邮件的发件时间确定的下级显示区域内用于显示目标邮件的临时区域;
显示单元732,用于将所有第一上级邮件的用于显示目标邮件的临时区域组合为有效显示区域,在有效显示区域内显示目标邮件。
在一种可能的实现方式中,显示模块73可以用于确定所述目标邮件中与所述第一上级邮件相匹配的邮件内容,在显示所述目标邮件时隐藏与所述第一上级邮件相匹配的邮件内容。
本申请实施例还提供了一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述非易失性计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可读指令,其包含用于执行上述处理邮件的方法的程序,该计算机可读指令可执行上述任意方法实施例中的方法。
图11示出了本申请的另一个实施例的一种计算机设备的结构框图。所述计算机设备1100可以是具备计算能力的主机服务器、个人计算机PC、或者可携带的便携式计算机或终端等。本申请具体实施例并不对计算机设备的具体实现做限定。
该计算机设备1100包括至少一个处理器(processor)1110、通信接口(Communications Interface)1120、存储器(memory array)1130和总线1140。其中,处理器1110、通信接口1120、以及存储器1130通过总线1140完成相互间的通信。
通信接口1120用于与网元通信,其中网元包括例如虚拟机管理中心、共享存储等。
处理器1110用于执行计算机可读指令。处理器1110可能是一个中央处理器CPU,或者是专用集成电路ASIC(Application Specific Integrated Circuit),或者是被配置成实施本申请实施例的一个或多个集成电路。
存储器1130用于可执行的指令。存储器1130可能包含高速RAM存储器,也可能还包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储器。存储器1130也可以是存储器阵列。存储器1130还可能被分块,并且所述块可按一定的规则组合成虚拟卷。存储器1130存储的指令可被处理器1110执行,以使处理器1110能够执行上述任意方法实施例中的方法。

  1. 一种邮件的处理方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取目标邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系,所述邮件编码为生成所述目标邮件时唯一确定的编码,所述编码引用关系用于表示所述邮件编码与其他邮件编码之间的引用关系;
    根据所述编码引用关系确定所述邮件编码所引用的上级邮件编码,并确定与所述上级邮件编码对应的所述目标邮件的第一上级邮件;
    显示所述第一上级邮件,并在所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述目标邮件,所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示所述第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述显示所述第一上级邮件之后,还包括:
    判断所述第一上级邮件是否存在有效的编码引用关系,在所述第一上级邮件存在有效的编码引用关系时,根据所述第一上级邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定第二上级邮件,所述第二上级邮件为所述第一上级邮件的上级邮件;显示所述第二上级邮件,并在所述第二上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述第一上级邮件,所述第二上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示所述第二上级邮件的所有下级邮件;
    重复上述对上级邮件的处理过程,直至确定的上级邮件不存在有效的编码引用关系。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述目标邮件之后,还包括:
    接收指向待回复邮件的回复指令,所述待回复邮件为当前处于显示状态的一个或多个邮件;
    根据所述待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定所述待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件,并生成可编辑的邮件模板,所述邮件模板中包含所述待回复邮件和所述第三上级邮件,且所述待回复邮件显示于所述第三上级邮件的下级显示区域内;
    当基于所述邮件模板生成一个新邮件时,为所述新邮件设置唯一的邮件编码,并将所述新邮件的邮件编码与所述待回复邮件的邮件编码之间的引用关系作为新邮件的编码引用关系。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,当所述回复指令指向多个待回复邮件时,在所述根据所述待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定所述待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件之前,还包括:
    判断多个所述待回复邮件是否为同一级别的邮件,当所有的待回复邮件为同一级别的邮件时,将所有的待回复邮件作为有效的待回复邮件并执行后续确定第三上级邮件的过程;
    当存在不同级别的待回复邮件时,根据所述待回复邮件的邮件级别进行分组并显示,在接收到用户输入的组选择指令后,将与所述组选择指令对应的一组待回复邮件作为有效的待回复邮件并执行后续确定第三上级邮件的过程。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述为所述新邮件设置唯一的邮件编码包括:
    确定所述待回复邮件的邮件编码和所述待回复邮件的邮件级别,所述待回复邮件的邮件级别表示所述待回复邮件与最原始邮件之间的级别距离;
    为所述新邮件生成唯一的邮件序号,并根据所述待回复邮件的邮件级别确定所述新邮件的邮件级别;
    根据所述新邮件的邮件序号、所述待回复邮件的邮件编码和所述新邮件的邮件级别生成所述新邮件的邮件编码。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述目标邮件,包括:
    确定所述第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件,并确定每个下级邮件的发件时间,根据所述下级邮件的数量以及每个下级邮件的发件时间确定所述的下级显示区域内用于显示所述目标邮件的临时区域;将所有第一上级邮件的用于显示所述目标邮件的临时区域组合为有效显示区域,在所述有效显示区域内显示所述目标邮件。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述目标邮件包括:确定所述目标邮件中与所述第一上级邮件相匹配的邮件内容,在显示所述目标邮件时隐藏与所述第一上级邮件相匹配的邮件内容。
  8. 一种邮件的处理装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取目标邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系,所述邮件编码为生成所述目标邮件时唯一确定的编码,所述编码引用关系用于表示所述邮件编码与其他邮件编码之间的引用关系;
    处理模块,用于根据所述编码引用关系确定所述邮件编码所引用的上级邮件编码,并确定与所述上级邮件编码对应的所述目标邮件的第一上级邮件;
    显示模块,用于显示所述第一上级邮件,并在所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述目标邮件,所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示所述第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括判断模块和循环模块;
    在所述显示模块显示第一上级邮件之后,所述判断模块用于判断所述第一上级邮件是否存在有效的编码引用关系,在所述第一上级邮件存在有效的编码引用关系时,根据所述第一上级邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定第二上级邮件,所述第二上级邮件为所述第一上级邮件的上级邮件;显示所述第二上级邮件,并在所述第二上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述第一上级邮件,所述第二上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示所述第二上级邮件的所有下级邮件;所述循环模块用于重复上述对上级邮件的处理过程,直至确定的上级邮件不存在有效的编码引用关系。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括接收模块、模板生成模块和编码生成模块;
    在所述显示模块在第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示目标邮件之后,所述接收模块用于接收指向待回复邮件的回复指令,所述待回复邮件为当前处于显示状态的一个或多个邮件;所述模板生成模块用于根据所述待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定所述待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件,并生成可编辑的邮件模板,所述邮件模板中包含所述待回复邮件和所述第三上级邮件,且所述待回复邮件显示于所述第三上级邮件的下级显示区域内;所述编码生成模块用于当基于所述邮件模板生成一个新邮件时,为所述新邮件设置唯一的邮件编码,并将所述新邮件的邮件编码与所述待回复邮件的邮件编码之间的引用关系作为新邮件的编码引用关系。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,当回复指令指向多个待回复邮件时,还包括级别判断模块;
    在所述模板生成模块根据待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件之前,所述级别判断模块用于:判断多个所述待回复邮件是否为同一级别的邮件,当所有的待回复邮件为同一级别的邮件时,将所有的待回复邮件作为有效的待回复邮件并执行后续确定第三上级邮件的过程;当存在不同级别的待回复邮件时,根据所述待回复邮件的邮件级别进行分组并显示,在接收到用户输入的组选择指令后,将与所述组选择指令对应的一组待回复邮件作为有效的待回复邮件并执行后续确定第三上级邮件的过程。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述编码生成模块包括:
    确定单元,用于确定所述待回复邮件的邮件编码和所述待回复邮件的邮件级别,所述待回复邮件的邮件级别表示所述待回复邮件与最原始邮件之间的级别距离;
    第一生成单元,用于为所述新邮件生成唯一的邮件序号,并根据所述待回复邮件的邮 件级别确定所述新邮件的邮件级别;
    第二生成单元,用于根据所述新邮件的邮件序号、所述待回复邮件的邮件编码和所述新邮件的邮件级别生成所述新邮件的邮件编码。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块包括:
    确定单元,用于确定所述第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件,并确定每个下级邮件的发件时间,根据所述下级邮件的数量以及每个下级邮件的发件时间确定所述的下级显示区域内用于显示所述目标邮件的临时区域;
    显示单元,用于将所有第一上级邮件的用于显示所述目标邮件的临时区域组合为有效显示区域,在所述有效显示区域内显示所述目标邮件。
  14. 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述显示模块用于确定所述目标邮件中与所述第一上级邮件相匹配的邮件内容,在显示所述目标邮件时隐藏与所述第一上级邮件相匹配的邮件内容。
  15. 一种非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,其存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现邮件的处理方法,包括:
    获取目标邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系,所述邮件编码为生成所述目标邮件时唯一确定的编码,所述编码引用关系用于表示所述邮件编码与其他邮件编码之间的引用关系;
    根据所述编码引用关系确定所述邮件编码所引用的上级邮件编码,并确定与所述上级邮件编码对应的所述目标邮件的第一上级邮件;
    显示所述第一上级邮件,并在所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述目标邮件,所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示所述第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现所述方法在所述显示所述第一上级邮件之后,还包括:
    判断所述第一上级邮件是否存在有效的编码引用关系,在所述第一上级邮件存在有效的编码引用关系时,根据所述第一上级邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定第二上级邮件,所述第二上级邮件为所述第一上级邮件的上级邮件;显示所述第二上级邮件,并在所述第二上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述第一上级邮件,所述第二上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示所述第二上级邮件的所有下级邮件;重复上述对上级邮件的处理过程,直至确定的上级邮件不存在有效的编码引用关系。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被处理器执行时实现方法在所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述目标邮件之后,还包括:接收指向待回复邮件的回复指令,所述待回复邮件为当前处于显示状态 的一个或多个邮件;根据所述待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定所述待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件,并生成可编辑的邮件模板,所述邮件模板中包含所述待回复邮件和所述第三上级邮件,且所述待回复邮件显示于所述第三上级邮件的下级显示区域内;当基于所述邮件模板生成一个新邮件时,为所述新邮件设置唯一的邮件编码,并将所述新邮件的邮件编码与所述待回复邮件的邮件编码之间的引用关系作为新邮件的编码引用关系。
  18. 一种计算机设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,所述至少一个处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现一种邮件的处理方法,包括:获取目标邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系,所述邮件编码为生成所述目标邮件时唯一确定的编码,所述编码引用关系用于表示所述邮件编码与其他邮件编码之间的引用关系;根据所述编码引用关系确定所述邮件编码所引用的上级邮件编码,并确定与所述上级邮件编码对应的所述目标邮件的第一上级邮件;显示所述第一上级邮件,并在所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述目标邮件,所述第一上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示所述第一上级邮件的所有下级邮件。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现方法在所述显示所述第一上级邮件之后,还包括:判断所述第一上级邮件是否存在有效的编码引用关系,在所述第一上级邮件存在有效的编码引用关系时,根据所述第一上级邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定第二上级邮件,所述第二上级邮件为所述第一上级邮件的上级邮件;显示所述第二上级邮件,并在所述第二上级邮件的下级显示区域内显示所述第一上级邮件,所述第二上级邮件的下级显示区域用于显示所述第二上级邮件的所有下级邮件;重复上述对上级邮件的处理过程,直至确定的上级邮件不存在有效的编码引用关系。

    接收指向待回复邮件的回复指令,所述待回复邮件为当前处于显示状态的一个或多个邮件;根据所述待回复邮件的邮件编码和编码引用关系确定所述待回复邮件所引用的第三上级邮件,并生成可编辑的邮件模板,所述邮件模板中包含所述待回复邮件和所述第三上级邮件,且所述待回复邮件显示于所述第三上级邮件的下级显示区域内;当基于所述邮件模板生成一个新邮件时,为所述新邮件设置唯一的邮件编码,并将所述新邮件的邮件编码与所述待回复邮件的邮件编码之间的引用关系作为新邮件的编码引用关系。
