具体实施方式
在相关技术中,查阅企业员工的工作状态的操作过程十分不便。举例而言,图1A是相关技术中的一种查阅企业员工的工作状态的示意图,如图1A所示,企业用户需要登录到企业内部的企业管理系统中,才能够通过该企业管理系统中的如请假子系统、考勤子系统等,查询到某个企业用户的工作状 态,比如正常上班、出差或休假等。
然而,企业内部的企业管理系统往往具有权限限制、操作复杂、功能臃肿等缺点,对于查询工作状态的需求,其操作过程显得过于复杂。
图1B是相关技术中的另一种查阅企业员工的工作状态的界面示意图,如图1B所示,企业员工之间可以相互添加为即时通讯应用的联系人,则通过进入另一企业员工如“小白”的资料信息界面,即可通过“个人签名”的内容,了解该企业员工的工作状态,比如图1B中的个人签名为“23号~26号休假,电话可能无法接听。”,表明“小白”在相应时间内的工作状态为“休假”。
然而,虽然图1B所示的实施例中,操作过程明显比图1A所示的基于企业管理系统的实施例更为简便,但“个人签名”需要由企业员工自己填写,很可能由于工作较多、忘记等原因而无法及时更新内容;同时,由于内容由企业员工自行编辑,没有固定的内容格式,很可能导致个性化的填写内容无法被其他企业员工快速理解。
因此,本申请通过改进工作状态的提示方式,以解决相关技术中存在的上述技术问题。为对本申请进行进一步说明,提供下列实施例:
图2是本申请一示例性实施例中的一种基于移动设备侧的工作状态的提示方法的流程图,如图2所示,该方法应用于移动设备,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤202,获取即时通讯应用中的预设联系人的工作状态。
在本实施例中,即时通讯应用可以为任意可以实现“即时通讯”的应用程序,比如可以为企业即时通讯应用(Enterprise Instant Messaging,EIM),例如,企业即时通讯应用“钉钉”(DingTalk)。
步骤204,检测到所述即时通讯应用的预设功能页面被触发。
在本实施例中,预设功能页面可以为即时通讯应用的任意页面,比如通讯录页面、联系人资料页面等;具体地,可以为默认设置,或者由用户根据实际需求进行设定。
步骤206,当所述预设功能页面与所述预设联系人相关时,将所述预设 联系人的工作状态展示于所述预设功能页面。
相应地,图3是本申请一示例性实施例中的一种基于服务器侧的工作状态的提示方法的流程图,如图3所示,该方法应用于服务器中,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤302,分别获取每个用户的工作状态。
步骤304,根据任一用户在即时通讯应用中设定的预设联系人,将所述预设联系人的工作状态推送至所述任一用户,以使所述即时通讯应用中的预设功能页面被所述任一用户触发时,所述预设功能页面对相关的预设联系人的工作状态进行展示。
由以上实施例可知,本申请通过主动获取预设联系人的工作状态,可以将工作状态展示于即时通讯应用的预设功能页面中,便于用户及时查看和了解。同时,通过将工作状态展示于即时通讯应用中,实现了移动环境下高效的企业状况(即企业员工的工作状态)管理,无需在移动办公的即时通讯应用与企业内部的管理系统之间进行反复的应用环境、页面等的切换,有助于简化用户操作、提升企业管理效率。
在图2所示的步骤202和图3所示的步骤302中,通过主动获取作为企业员工的“预设联系人”的工作状态,无需该企业员工通过如图1B所示的实施例中的“个人签名”来主动填写工作状态的内容。其中,“预设联系人”可以为:所有联系人、当前用户设置的任意一个或多个联系人、与当前用户处于同一企业或同一部门的联系人等;用户或即时通讯应用可以自行设置,本申请并不对此进行限制。
作为一示例性实施例,可以通过即时通讯应用与企业中各个维度下的管理子系统之间的预定义数据通道,获取管理子系统内的企业管理事件;然后,根据与预设联系人相关的企业管理事件,确定对应的工作状态。
比如图4A所示,通过即时通讯应用与企业管理系统中的考勤子系统、日志子系统、请假子系统等各个管理子系统进行交互,并由该即时通讯应用将得到的各个管理子系统的企业管理事件进行整合后,即可确定任一企业员 工的工作状态。比如根据企业员工的考勤情况,可以了解该企业员工的工作状态是否为正常工作或脱岗、工作地点等信息;或者,根据企业员工的请假情况,可以了解该企业员工的工作状态是否为正常工作或请假、出差、轮休等。
因此,无需单独登录企业管理系统及其各个管理子系统,而由即时通讯应用主动获取企业管理事件,并分析得到企业员工的工作状态,从而极大地简化了查看工作状态的操作复杂度,有助于提升工作效率。
作为另一示例性实施例,可以建立起“管理子系统——服务器——即时通讯应用”的预定义数据通道,则如图4B所示,服务器通过与企业中各个维度下的管理子系统之间的预定义数据通道,获取所述管理子系统内的企业管理事件;根据与每个用户相关的企业管理事件,确定对应的工作状态;然后,服务器将工作状态推送至即时通讯应用。在该实施例中,与图4A所示的实施例相似,但由服务器与管理子系统进行对接和数据获取,有助于提升数据安全性,然后由服务器与即时通讯应用的对接,从而实现最终的工作状态展示。
作为又一示例性实施例,服务器根据每个用户发起的企业审批事件的审批结果,确定对应的工作状态;对应地,即时通讯应用可以从预设服务器接收所述预设联系人的工作状态;其中,所述工作状态由所述预设服务器根据所述预设联系人发起的企业审批事件的审批结果得到。
如图5所示,假定由用户“小白”发起企业审批事件,并由用户“小小”和“小黑”对企业审批事件进行审批处理,并将审批结果返回用户“小白”。如图6所示,假定“小白”通过移动设备上的审批管理页面发起“年假”的审批请求,且请假时间为“从2015年6月21日至2015年6月23日”共3天,还可以填写相应的请假事由后,一并生成对应审批请求,并发送至对应的审批人员,即“小小”。“小小”可以在图7所示的审批管理页面内查看到“小白”发起的审批请求,并通过触发页面内的“同意”或“拒绝”按键,执行对该审批请求的处理。当“小小”完成审批处理后,继续由“小黑”在 类似于图7所示的审批管理页面内执行审批处理,最终完成对审批请求的处理。其中,上述图6或图7所示的审批管理页面,可以位于即时通讯应用中,也可以为独立的功能页面,本申请并不对此进行限制。
在上述审批过程中,各个用户之间的审批请求、审批结果等,均可以由服务器进行转发;或者,用户之间在点对点直接发送审批请求、审批结果等数据时,可以同时告知服务器。因此,服务器在获取审批请求以及相应的审批结果后,即可了解相应用户的工作状态。比如,当“小白”提出的请假请求被批准时,表明“小白”在相应的“从2015年6月21日至2015年6月23日”的日期内,工作状态必然为休假状态。
当然,以上实施例仅用于举例,任何对于工作状态的主动获取方式,均可以应用于本申请的技术方案中,本申请并不对此进行限制。
图8是本申请一示例性实施例中的另一种工作状态的提示方法的流程图,如图8所示,该方法应用于移动设备,可以包括以下步骤:
步骤802,检测到即时通讯应用的预设功能页面被触发。
步骤804,判断该预设功能页面是否与多个联系人相关,若是则转入步骤806,否则转入步骤808。
步骤806,当所述预设功能页面与多个联系人相关时,将简要工作状态展示于所述预设联系人的关联区域。
在本实施例中,如图9A所示,当被触发的预设功能页面为通讯录页面时,由于该页面内同时包含多个联系人的姓名、头像等信息,则每个联系人的关联区域(仅与该联系人相关,不会导致与其他联系人混淆的区域)必然显示面积较小,因而通过展示简要工作状态,从而在有限的显示面积内,完成对工作状态的展示。
比如图9A所示,对于企业员工“白白”、“小白”等,仅展示简要工作状态为“出差中”、“请假中”等,而对于相应的时间信息等,则并不进行显示。同时,对于正常的工作状态,如图9A所示,对于企业员工“阿白”、“阿黑”等,可以省略对应的工作状态,而仅对“出差中”、“请假中”等 异常状态进行显示,有助于用户快速了解异常状态。当然,也可以通过诸如“正常工作中”等信息,对正常的工作状态进行展示,本申请并不对此进行限制。
步骤808,当所述预设功能页面仅与所述预设联系人相关时,将详细工作状态展示于所述预设功能页面的预设区域。
在本实施例中,如图9B所示,当被触发的预设功能页面为“小白”的资料信息页面时,该页面仅用于显示“小白”的信息,并不存在与其他联系人的信息混淆的风险,并且显示区域的面积也很大,因而可以通过显示详细工作状态,使用户能够充分了解工作状态的各个细节。
在详细工作状态中,可以包括如图9B所示的“工作状态:请假中”,还可以包括与工作状态相关的补充信息,该补充信息可以包括以下至少之一:状态维持时间、状态发生地点、代理联系人;当然,本申请并不对补充信息的类型进行限制。
当然,上述实施例中,仅以“通讯录”、“资料信息”等页面进行举例,但本申请的实施例显然还能够应用于更多的场景中。举例而言,在通过企业即时通讯应用“钉钉”发送群消息时,假定作为接收方的群成员分别为企业员工A、B、C、D和E,则在完成该群消息的发送后,发送方可以对各个接收方的消息阅读情况进行查看。
具体地,如图10所示,当被触发的预设功能页面为“查看参与人”页面时,该页面内将所有接收方的群成员分为两类:A、B和D属于已完成阅读的“已确认”类,C和E属于未完成阅读的“未确认”类。为了帮助发送方确定C和E未确认的原因,可以对C和E的工作状态进行展示;比如企业员工C为“请假中”、企业员工E为“正常工作中”,则发送方可能需要与企业员工E进行沟通,以进一步了解其工作状况。
图11是本申请一示例性实施例中的一种基于工作状态的处理通信事件的流程图,如图11所示,该流程可以包括以下步骤:
步骤1102,检测到移动设备中发起的通信事件。
步骤1104,判断该通信事件是否针对预设联系人发起,且该预设联系人的工作状态是否为预设状态;其中,若为预设联系人且工作状态为预设状态,则转入步骤1106,否则转入步骤1110。
步骤1106,当预设联系人的工作状态为预设状态时,暂停对发起的通信事件的执行,并显示针对该工作状态的提示信息。
在本实施例中,预设状态可以为默认或用户设置的任意工作状态,比如“请假中”、“出差中”等任意的非正常工作状态。比如图12所示,当用户向“小白”发起呼叫请求时,由于“小白”为预设联系人且工作状态为预设状态“请假中”,因而移动设备暂停对“小白”的呼叫操作,并通过譬如在屏幕上显示图12所示的“对方请假中,是否继续呼叫?”的提示信息,避免用户未留意到被呼叫方的工作状态不适合于发起本次呼叫。
步骤1108,接收针对该提示信息的用户操作指令。
步骤1110,处理通信事件。
在本实施例中,以“呼叫”操作为例。若被呼叫方非预设联系人,或者该预设联系人的工作状态非预设状态,则直接处理步骤1102中检测到的通信事件。
若被呼叫方为预设联系人,且该预设联系人的工作状态为预设状态,则对于图12所示的实施例中,当用户点击选项“是”时,恢复步骤1106中暂停的通信事件,继续执行呼叫操作。当用户点击选项“否”时,终止步骤1106中暂停的通信事件。
进一步地,当预设联系人的工作状态或工作状态的补充信息中包含“代理联系人”的描述信息时,还可以在步骤1106中展示该代理联系人的描述信息,比如在图13中展示出“是否需要切换至代理联系人(阿白)?”,表明预设联系人“小白”设置了代理联系人“阿白”,可以代为处理“小白”的工作等事情。那么,当用户点击选项“请切换”时,表明该用户操作指令为联系代理联系人,则将通信事件的通信目标更改为该代理联系人(更改被呼叫方;或者,以“发邮件”为例,相当于更改“收件方”),或在通信目标 中添加该代理联系人(由双方通话更改为多方电话会议;或者,以“发邮件”为例,相当于添加了“收件方”或“抄送方”);当用户点击选项“继续原呼叫”时,表明该用户操作指令为忽略代理联系人,则直接恢复步骤1106中暂停的通信事件;当用户点击选项“停止呼叫”时,表明该用户操作指令为停止联系时,终止步骤1106中暂停的通信事件。
除了由移动设备对预设联系人的工作状态进行提示(例如图12-13所示的实施例)之外,还可以由服务器对用户发起的通信事件进行监控和处理,并实现相应的工作状态提示。具体地,当服务器接收到任一用户针对所述预设联系人发起的通信事件时,若所述预设联系人的工作状态为预设状态,则向所述任一用户返回针对所述工作状态的提示消息。
为了便于理解,下面对该实施例的多个应用场景进行介绍:
1、即时通讯消息的发送场景
如图14所示,若当前触发的预设功能页面为即时通讯消息的收发界面,可以通过在作为消息接收方的预设联系人的名称(如图14中的“小白”)后方,通过类似于“请假中”的文字内容,表明该预设联系人的工作状态为“请假中”。
那么,当用户向“小白”发送即时通讯消息“小白,下班一起吃饭吧?”时,服务器监测到该消息的发送,并且检测出“小白”是预设联系人且工作状态“请假中”属于预设状态,则可以通过即时通讯消息的形式,向消息发送方回复诸如“小白正在【请假】状态,可能无法正常回复您的消息~”的提示信息,以进一步向用户提示“请假中”的工作状态。
2、邮件发送场景
如图15所示,若当前触发的预设功能页面为即时通讯应用中的邮件收发界面,比如企业即时通讯应用“钉钉”中的“钉邮”界面,则用户在选取联系人“小白”时,可以在类似于图9A所示的通讯录页面中,查看到“小白”的工作状态为“请假中”。
那么,当用户向“小白”发送邮件时,服务器监测到该邮件的发送,并 且检测出“小白”是预设联系人且工作状态“请假中”属于预设状态,则可以通过发送邮件的形式,向邮件的发件人回复诸如“XX:您好!您在2015年6月22日10:45向【小白】发送了一封邮件。由于【小白】处于【请假】状态,可能无法正常回复您的邮件~望知悉!”的提示信息,以进一步向用户提示“请假中”的工作状态。
当然,上述实施例还可以应用在其他通信场景中,此处不再一一列举,但本申请并不对此进行限制。
图16示出了根据本申请的一示例性实施例的电子设备的示意结构图。请参考图16,在硬件层面,该电子设备包括处理器、内部总线、网络接口、内存以及非易失性存储器,当然还可能包括其他业务所需要的硬件。处理器从非易失性存储器中读取对应的计算机程序到内存中然后运行,在逻辑层面上形成工作状态的提示装置。当然,除了软件实现方式之外,本申请并不排除其他实现方式,比如逻辑器件抑或软硬件结合的方式等等,也就是说以下处理流程的执行主体并不限定于各个逻辑单元,也可以是硬件或逻辑器件。
请参考图17,在软件实施方式中,该工作状态的提示装置可以包括获取单元、检测单元和展示单元。其中:
获取单元,获取即时通讯应用中的预设联系人的工作状态;
检测单元,检测到所述即时通讯应用的预设功能页面被触发;
展示单元,当所述预设功能页面与所述预设联系人相关时,将所述预设联系人的工作状态展示于所述预设功能页面。

    获取即时通讯应用中的预设联系人的工作状态;
    检测到所述即时通讯应用的预设功能页面被触发;
    当所述预设功能页面与所述预设联系人相关时,将所述预设联系人的工作状态展示于所述预设功能页面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取即时通讯应用中的预设联系人的工作状态,包括:
    通过所述即时通讯应用与企业中各个维度下的管理子系统之间的预定义数据通道,获取所述管理子系统内的企业管理事件;
    根据与所述预设联系人相关的企业管理事件,确定对应的工作状态。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取即时通讯应用中的预设联系人的工作状态,包括:
    从预设服务器接收所述预设联系人的工作状态;
    其中,所述工作状态由所述预设服务器根据所述预设联系人发起的企业审批事件的审批结果得到。

    所述根据接收到的针对所述提示信息的用户操作指令,处理所述通信事件,包括:当所述用户操作指令为联系代理联系人时,将所述通信事件的通信目标更改为所述代理联系人,或在所述通信目标中添加所述代理联系人;当所述用户操作指令为忽略代理联系人时,恢复所述通信事件;当所述用户操作指令为停止联系时,终止所述通信事件。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用。
  10. 一种工作状态的提示方法,其特征在于,包括:
    分别获取每个用户的工作状态;
    根据任一用户在即时通讯应用中设定的预设联系人,将所述预设联系人的工作状态推送至所述任一用户,以使所述即时通讯应用中的预设功能页面被所述任一用户触发时,所述预设功能页面对相关的预设联系人的工作状态进行展示。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分别获取每个用户的工作状态,包括:
    通过与企业中各个维度下的管理子系统之间的预定义数据通道,获取所述管理子系统内的企业管理事件;
    根据与每个用户相关的企业管理事件,确定对应的工作状态。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分别获取每个用户的工作状态,包括:
    根据每个用户发起的企业审批事件的审批结果,确定对应的工作状态。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收到任一用户针对所述预设联系人发起的通信事件;
    当所述预设联系人的工作状态为预设状态时,向所述任一用户返回针对所述工作状态的提示消息。
  14. 一种工作状态的提示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,获取即时通讯应用中的预设联系人的工作状态;
    检测单元,检测到所述即时通讯应用的预设功能页面被触发;

  15. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体用于:
    通过所述即时通讯应用与企业中各个维度下的管理子系统之间的预定义数据通道,获取所述管理子系统内的企业管理事件;
    根据与所述预设联系人相关的企业管理事件,确定对应的工作状态。
  16. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体用于:
    从预设服务器接收所述预设联系人的工作状态;
    其中,所述工作状态由所述预设服务器根据所述预设联系人发起的企业审批事件的审批结果得到。
  17. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述展示单元具体用于:
    当所述预设功能页面与多个联系人相关时,将简要工作状态展示于所述预设联系人的关联区域;
    当所述预设功能页面仅与所述预设联系人相关时,将详细工作状态展示于所述预设功能页面的预设区域。
  18. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    补充信息展示单元,将所述工作状态相关的补充信息展示于所述预设功能页面。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的装置,其特征在于,所述补充信息包括以下至少之一:
    状态维持时间、状态发生地点、代理联系人。
  20. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    提示单元,当检测到针对所述预设联系人的通信事件,且所述预设联系人工作状态为预设状态时,暂停所述通信事件的执行,并显示针对所述工作状态的提示信息;
    处理单元,根据接收到的针对所述提示信息的用户操作指令,处理所述通信事件。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述提示单元具体用于:展示所述预设联系人对应的代理联系人的描述信息;
    所述处理单元具体用于:当所述用户操作指令为联系代理联系人时,将所述通信事件的通信目标更改为所述代理联系人,或在所述通信目标中添加所述代理联系人;当所述用户操作指令为忽略代理联系人时,恢复所述通信事件;当所述用户操作指令为停止联系时,终止所述通信事件。
  22. 根据权利要求14所述的装置,其特征在于,所述即时通讯应用为企业即时通讯应用。
  23. 一种工作状态的提示装置,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,分别获取每个用户的工作状态;
    推送单元,根据任一用户在即时通讯应用中设定的预设联系人,将所述预设联系人的工作状态推送至所述任一用户,以使所述即时通讯应用中的预设功能页面被所述任一用户触发时,所述预设功能页面对相关的预设联系人的工作状态进行展示。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体用于:
    通过与企业中各个维度下的管理子系统之间的预定义数据通道,获取所述管理子系统内的企业管理事件;
    根据与每个用户相关的企业管理事件,确定对应的工作状态。
  25. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取单元具体用于:
    根据每个用户发起的企业审批事件的审批结果,确定对应的工作状态。
  26. 根据权利要求23所述的方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    接收单元,接收到任一用户针对所述预设联系人发起的通信事件;
    提示单元,当所述预设联系人的工作状态为预设状态时,向所述任一用户返回针对所述工作状态的提示消息。
