Description

木糠筛选装置 技术领域
本发明涉及人造板生产设备领域,具体涉及一种木糠筛选装置。
背景技术
在人造板行业中,目前对于木糠料的筛选处理是采用振动筛和风选方式进行,其效率较慢,消耗的电功率较大,且振动设备的损耗快,维修周期短。而效率高耗能少的滚筒筛筛选的方式通常无法应用于木糠料的筛选处理中,因为木糠料作为一种木质材料易形变,容易堵塞在滚筒筛的筛网网眼中。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种木糠筛选装置,包括支架、设于支架上的外壳、设于外壳内的滚筒筛,滚筒筛为倾斜设置,滚筒筛的入口端高于滚筒筛的出口端,外壳一端设有与滚筒筛中轴连接的驱动电机;外壳上对应滚筒筛的入口端上方设有入料口管道,入料口管道从滚筒筛的入口端斜插入滚筒筛内,外壳上对应滚筒筛的出口端下方设有粗料出料口,粗料出料口和外壳底部之间设有挡板;所述外壳底部为倒锥形,外壳底部中央位置设有细料出料口;外壳的内部顶面和侧面均设有毛刷,毛刷与滚筒筛中轴平行且毛刷上的刷毛紧贴滚筒筛的外壁。
优选的,所述滚筒筛的倾斜角度为15°~30°。
优选的,所述外壳底部靠近细料出料口处设有一振动电机。
本发明提供的木糠筛选装置,针对木糠料进行专门的结构设计, 利用毛刷将堵塞在滚筒筛网眼上的木糠及时清理,以消除滚筒筛通常不能使用在木质材料上的缺陷,从而提高木糠筛选的效率,降低该工序的能耗,并减少设备维护成本。

具体实施方式
为便于本领域技术人员更好的理解本发明,下面结合附图进行进一步的说明。
如图1所示木糠筛选装置,包括支架1、安装在支架1上的外壳2、滚筒筛3,滚筒筛3以15°角倾斜设置于外壳2内,滚筒筛3的入口端高于滚筒筛3的出口端,外壳2上对应滚筒筛3的入口端一端设有与滚筒筛中轴31连接的驱动电机4,驱动电机4驱动滚筒筛中轴31转动,从而带动整个滚筒筛3转动,木糠料在滚筒筛3中进行筛选分为粗料和细料。外壳2的内部顶面和侧面均设有毛刷21,毛刷21与滚筒筛中轴31平行且毛刷21上的刷毛紧贴滚筒筛3的外壁,滚筒筛3在转动过程中毛刷21将塞入滚筒筛网眼中的木糠及时清理,从而避免堵料。
外壳2上对应滚筒筛3的入口端上方设有入料口管道22,入料口管道22从滚筒筛3的入口端斜插入滚筒筛3内,外壳2上对应滚筒筛3的出口端下方设有粗料出料口23,粗料出料口23和外壳2底部之间设有挡板24,防止粗料和细料再度混杂。外壳2底部为倒锥形,外壳2底部中央位置设有细料出料口25;为防止细料出料口25 处堵料,外壳2底部靠近细料出料口25处设有一振动电机26。

  1. 木糠筛选装置,其特征在于:包括支架、设于支架上的外壳、设于外壳内的滚筒筛,滚筒筛为倾斜设置,滚筒筛的入口端高于滚筒筛的出口端,外壳一端设有与滚筒筛中轴连接的驱动电机;外壳上对应滚筒筛的入口端上方设有入料口管道,入料口管道从滚筒筛的入口端斜插入滚筒筛内,外壳上对应滚筒筛的出口端下方设有粗料出料口,粗料出料口和外壳底部之间设有挡板;所述外壳底部为倒锥形,外壳底部中央位置设有细料出料口;外壳的内部顶面和侧面均设有毛刷,毛刷与滚筒筛中轴平行且毛刷上的刷毛紧贴滚筒筛的外壁。
  2. 依据权利要求1所述木糠筛选装置,其特征在于:所述滚筒筛的倾斜角度为15°~30°。
  3. 依据权利要求1所述木糠筛选装置,其特征在于:所述外壳底部靠近细料出料口处设有一振动电机。
