一种便于排屑的合金钻头,包括有钻杆和安装在钻杆上的合金刀头。钻杆包括有切削部(1)和排屑部(2),切削部上设有刀头槽(3),排屑部上设有螺旋排屑槽(4);在切削部的刀头槽两侧分别设有第一切削面(5)和第二切削面(6),第一切削面和第二切削面分别与螺旋排屑槽相连通;第一切削面的角度Aa为45°±1°,第二切削面的角度Ab为67.5°±1°。上述合金钻头将切削部两侧的第一切削面和第二切削面的角度加大,这就相对增加了钻头切削面与螺旋排屑槽的排屑间隙,切削废屑可快速的通过螺旋排屑槽排出,避免废屑对合金刀头和切削部进行重复摩擦而降低工作效益和提升合金刀头的工作温度。上述钻头有效提高了合金钻头的工作效益和使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种五金工具,更具体的说是涉及一种便于排屑的合金钻头,主要应用于五金钻头等领域。
现有的合金钻头主要由钻杆和合金刀头组成,为了提高钻头的切削性能和使用寿命,合金刀头需要焊接在钻杆的端部,这样当钻头在工作时,合金刀头可快速的在工作面上进行切削作业。现有的钻杆卡接部、排屑部及切削部,切削部上设有焊接槽,合金刀头固定在焊接槽内。由于现有的钻杆切削部的切削面角度没有国家标准予以限定,所以现有合金钻头钻杆切削部上的切削面角度都是依据国外或客户要求而进行生产的。而由于现有的切削部上的切削面角度过大,导致其与排屑部的排屑槽口处排屑间隔就变小了,造成合金钻头在工作时,排屑不及时,影响合金钻头的工作效益;其次,合金刀头切削下来的废屑不能及时排出,会引起合金刀头和钻杆的切削部重复的与废屑进行旋转摩擦,这样会使合金刀头的温度急剧升高,从而影响合金钻头的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有的合金钻头的切屑部切削面角度较大,导致排屑槽口的排屑间隔变小,造成排屑不及时,影响合金钻头的工作效益和合金钻头的使用寿命等技术问题,本实用新型提供一种便于排屑的合金钻头,该钻头不仅可快速排屑,提高合金钻头的工作效益;同时,还可有效降低合金刀头的工作温度,从而延长合金钻头的使用寿命。
为解决以上技术问题,本实用新型采取的技术方案是一种便于排屑的合金钻头,包括有钻杆及安装在钻杆上的合金刀头,其特征在于
所述的钻杆包括有切削部和排屑部,切削部上设有刀头槽,排屑部上设有螺旋排屑槽;在所述的切削部的刀头槽两侧分别设有第一切削面和第二切削面,第一切削面和第二切削面分别与螺旋排屑槽相连通;所述的第一切削面的角度Aa为45°±1°,所述的第二切削面的角度Ab为67.5°±1°。
进一步,在所述的切削部上刀头槽靠近第二切削面的一侧槽壁厚度为1mm±0.2mm。
进一步,所述的刀头槽的深度小于合金刀头高度0.2mm~1mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是将合金钻头切削部两侧的第一切削面和第二切削面的角度加大,这样相对就增加了钻头切削面与螺旋排屑槽的排屑间隙,切削废屑可快速的通过螺旋排屑槽排出孔外,避免废屑在孔内对合金刀头和切削部进行重复的摩擦而降低工作效益和提升合金刀头的工作温度,有效提高了合金钻头的工作效益和使用寿命。

如图1所示,本实用新型为一种便于排屑的合金钻头,包括有钻杆及安装在钻杆上的合金刀头,其特征在于所述的钻杆包括有切削部1和排屑部2,切削部1上设有刀头槽3,排屑部2上设有螺旋排屑槽4;在所述的切削部1的刀头槽3两侧分别设有第一切削面5和第二切削面6,第一切削面5和第二切削面6分别与螺旋排屑槽4相连通;所述的第一切削面5的角度Aa为45°±1°,所述的第二切削面6的角度Ab为67.5°±1°。将合金钻头切削部1两侧的第一切削面5和第二切削面6的角度加大,这样相对就增加了钻头切削部1
与螺旋排屑槽4的排屑间隙,切削废屑可快速的通过螺旋排屑槽4排出孔外,避免废屑在孔内对合金刀头和切削部1进行重复的摩擦而降低工作效益和提升合金刀头的工作温度,有效提高了合金钻头的工作效益和使用寿命;当然,第一切削角5和第二切削角6也可根据客户的要求进行定制;或者设置更小或更大的角度,如设置更小的角度,无形中缩小了切削部1与螺旋排屑槽4之间的间隙,废屑就无法快速的排出孔外;而如果设置更大角度,虽然可便于快速的排出废屑,但会影响切削部1的强度,易造成切削部1断裂,因此,本实施例的实施方式是本公司的技术人员通过不断的实验而取得的最优角度值,为优选实施方式。
在本实施例中,为了进一步加大切削部1与螺旋排屑槽4之间的间隙,在所述的切削部1上刀头槽3靠近第二切削面6的一侧槽壁L厚度为1mm±0.2mm;通过控制刀头槽3靠近第二切削面6一侧的槽壁L厚度,这样相对的进一步提升切削部1与螺旋排屑槽4的间隙,在钻头打孔过程中,废屑就能更快的通过螺旋排屑槽4排出孔外,从而有效提升合金钻头的打孔效益和降低合金刀头的工作温度延长使用寿命。
在本实施例中,为了提升合金钻头的打孔效益和延长使用寿命,所述的刀头槽3的深度小于合金刀头高度0.2mm~1mm;通过降低刀头槽3的深度来调整合金刀头的露出高度,这样不仅可保证打孔时的切削效益,同时,还可最大程度的延长合金钻头的使用寿命;具体的高度可根据钻头的规格或客户的要求进行定制,但刀头槽的深度小于0.2mm~1mm为本实用新型的优选实施方式。
上述实施例不应视为对本实用新型的限制,但任何基于本实用新型的精神所作的改进,都应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

- 一种便于排屑的合金钻头,包括有钻杆及安装在钻杆上的合金刀头,其特征在于所述的钻杆包括有切削部和排屑部,切削部上设有刀头槽,排屑部上设有螺旋排屑槽;在所述的切削部的刀头槽两侧分别设有第一切削面和第二切削面,第一切削面和第二切削面分别与螺旋排屑槽相连通;所述的第一切削面的角度Aa为45°±1°,所述的第二切削面的角度Ab为67.5°±1°。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于排屑的合金钻头,其特征在于在所述的切削部上刀头槽靠近第二切削面的一侧槽壁厚度为1mm±0.2mm。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种便于排屑的合金钻头,其特征在于所述的刀头槽的深度小于合金刀头高度0.2mm~1mm。
