进一步可选的,当该车型信息和车牌信息不匹配时时,还可禁止该目标车辆通过当前车道。其中,该当前车道可以为ETC车道。可选的,当该车型信息和车牌信息不匹配,即确定该目标车辆被非法篡改时,该篡改行为也可能来自合法用户逃避缴费等等,则该检测设备还可生成扣费信息,并向预先关联的第二设备发送该扣费信息。可选的,该第二设备可以是合法用户的移动终端,以对该不法行为进行处理。
在本发明实施例中,检测设备可通过获取目标车辆的车型信息和车牌信息,并通过判断该车型信息和该车牌信息是否相匹配,在该目标车辆的车型信息和车牌信息不匹配时,进一步按照预设时间间隔获取该目标车辆的位置信息,进而可通过向预先关联的第一设备发送包括该目标车辆的位置信息的告警信息,以提升车辆安全性,降低车辆被非法篡改的情况的发生。
请参见图2,是本发明实施例提供的一种检测设备的结构示意图。具体的,如图2所示,本发明实施例的所述检测设备包括获取单元201、判断单元202以及发送单元203。其中,这些单元可以执行上述方法示例中检测设备的相应功能,例如,
获取单元201,用于获取目标车辆的车型信息和车牌信息;
判断单元202,用于判断所述车型信息和所述车牌信息是否相匹配;
所述获取单元201,用于在判断单元202的判断结果为不匹配时,按照预设时间间隔获取所述目标车辆的位置信息;
发送单元203,用于向预先关联的第一设备发送告警信息,所述告警信息中携带所述目标车辆的位置信息。
可选的,所述告警信息还包括所述目标车辆的行驶轨迹信息,所述行驶轨迹信息是根据所述预设时间间隔获取的所述目标车辆的位置信息确定出的。
进一步的,在一些可选的实施例中,所述检测设备还可包括处理单元204;
所述处理单元204,用于生成扣费信息;
所述发送单元203,还可用于向预先关联的第二设备发送所述扣费信息。
进一步的,在一些可选的实施例中,
所述处理单元204,还可用于当所述车型信息和所述车牌信息不匹配时,禁止所述目标车辆通过当前车道。
可选的,所述当前车道为不停车电子收费系统ETC车道。
具体的,该检测设备可通过上述单元实现上述图1所示实施例中的车辆告警方法中检测设备执行的部分或全部步骤。应理解,本发明实施例是对应方法实施例的装置实施例,对方法实施例的描述,也适用于本发明实施例。
在本发明实施例中,检测设备可通过获取目标车辆的车型信息和车牌信息,并通过判断该车型信息和该车牌信息是否相匹配,在该目标车辆的车型信息和车牌信息不匹配时,进一步按照预设时间间隔获取该目标车辆的位置信息,进而可通过向预先关联的第一设备发送包括该目标车辆的位置信息的告警信息,以提升车辆安全性,降低车辆被非法篡改的情况的发生。
请参见图3,是本发明另一实施例提供的一种检测设备的结构示意图。具体的,如图3所示,本发明实施例的所述检测设备300可以包括:一个或多个处理器301;还可选的包括一个或多个收发器302和存储器303等等。上述处理器301、收发器302和存储器303可以通过总线304连接,或者也可以通过其他方式连接,本发明实施例以总线连接进行示例。存储器303可用于存储指令,处理器301可用于执行存储器303存储的指令。
应当理解,在本发明实施例中,所述处理器301可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),该处理器还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组 件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
该收发器302可用于接收和/或发送信息。
该存储器303可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器301提供指令和数据。存储器303的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。
其中,处理器301可具体用于:获取目标车辆的车型信息和车牌信息;判断所述车型信息和所述车牌信息是否相匹配;若不匹配,则按照预设时间间隔获取所述目标车辆的位置信息,并通过所述收发器302向预先关联的第一设备发送告警信息,所述告警信息中携带所述目标车辆的位置信息。
可选的,所述告警信息还包括所述目标车辆的行驶轨迹信息,所述行驶轨迹信息可以是根据所述预设时间间隔获取的所述目标车辆的位置信息确定出的。
可选的,所述处理器301,还可用于生成扣费信息,并通过所述收发器302向预先关联的第二设备发送所述扣费信息。
可选的,所述处理器301,还可用于当所述车型信息和所述车牌信息不匹配时,禁止所述目标车辆通过当前车道。
可选的,所述当前车道为不停车电子收费系统ETC车道。
具体实现中,本发明实施例中所描述的处理器301、收发器302、存储器303可执行图1所示实施例中的车辆告警方法所描述的实现方式,也可执行本发明实施例所描述的检测设备的实现方式,在此不再赘述。
在本发明的另一实施例中提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现图1所述实施例的车辆告警方法。
所述计算机可读存储介质可以是前述任一实施例所述的检测设备的内部存储单元,例如检测设备的硬盘或内存。所述计算机可读存储介质也可以是所述检测设备的外部存储设备,例如所述检测设备上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述计算机可读存储介质还可以既包括所述检测设备的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述计算机可读存储介质用于存 储所述计算机程序以及所述检测设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述计算机可读存储介质还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统、检测设备和车辆设备和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,本发明实施例中对单元的划分是示意性的,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。本发明实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。另外,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口、装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,也可以是电的,机械的或其它的形式连接。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本发明实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以是两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分,或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车辆告警方法,其特征在于,包括:
    获取目标车辆的车型信息和车牌信息;
    判断所述车型信息和所述车牌信息是否相匹配;
    若不匹配,则按照预设时间间隔获取所述目标车辆的位置信息,并向预先关联的第一设备发送告警信息,所述告警信息中携带所述目标车辆的位置信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述告警信息还包括所述目标车辆的行驶轨迹信息,所述行驶轨迹信息是根据所述预设时间间隔获取的所述目标车辆的位置信息确定出的。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    生成扣费信息,并向预先关联的第二设备发送所述扣费信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述车型信息和所述车牌信息不匹配时,禁止所述目标车辆通过当前车道。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述当前车道为不停车电子收费系统ETC车道。
  6. 一种检测设备,其特征在于,包括:收发器、处理器和存储器,所述处理器分别与所述收发器和所述存储器连接;其中,
    所述存储器中存储有程序指令;
    所述处理器用于运行所述存储器中存储的程序指令执行:
    获取目标车辆的车型信息和车牌信息;
    判断所述车型信息和所述车牌信息是否相匹配;
    若不匹配,则按照预设时间间隔获取所述目标车辆的位置信息,并通过所述收发器向预先关联的第一设备发送告警信息,所述告警信息中携带所述目标车辆的位置信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的检测设备,其特征在于,所述告警信息还包括所述目标车辆的行驶轨迹信息,所述行驶轨迹信息是根据所述预设时间间隔获取的所述目标车辆的位置信息确定出的。
  8. 根据权利要求6或7所述的检测设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于生成扣费信息,并通过所述收发器向预先关联的第二设备发送所述扣费信息。
  9. 根据权利要求6或7所述的检测设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于当所述车型信息和所述车牌信息不匹配时,禁止所述目标车辆通过当前车道。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的检测设备,其特征在于,所述当前车道为不停车电子收费系统ETC车道。
