一种车辆信息的检测方法、检测设备及车辆设备 技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域,尤其涉及一种车辆信息的检测方法、检测设备及车辆设备。
背景技术
目前,不停车电子收费(Electronic Toll Collection,ETC)系统得到较大发展,其能够通过实现不停车完成扣费处理,较好地缓解拥堵。在ETC系统中,是通过路侧单元(Rate-Senor Unit,RSU)与本车道上车辆安装的车载单元(On Board Unit,OBU)进行通信,完成交易并抬杆使完成收费的车辆通过收费站。
现有技术中车辆的OBU与RSU的通信仅用于进行缴纳路桥费,而无法实现其他功能,功能单一,造成了较大的资源浪费。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种车辆信息的检测方法、检测设备及车辆设备,能够通过获取车辆的在ETC入口和出口的载客数确定车辆是否非法载客,使得提升了资源利用率,有助于规范车辆载客行为。
第一方面,本发明实施例提供了一种车辆信息的检测方法,应用于ETC系统,所述ETC系统包括入口单元和出口单元,该方法包括:
接收车载单元发送的第一数目信息,所述第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在所述入口单元的乘客总数目;
接收所述车载单元发送的第二数目信息,所述第二数目信息用于指示所述目标车辆在所述出口单元的乘客总数目;
检测所述第一数目信息指示的乘客总数目和所述第二数目指示的乘客总数目是否相同;
若不同,则记录所述目标车辆的车牌信息。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
当所述第一数目指示的乘客总数目和所述第二数目指示的乘客总数目不 同时,生成扣费信息;
向所述车载单元发送所述扣费信息。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
将所述目标车辆的车牌信息、所述第一数目信息和所述第二数目信息进行关联存储。
第二方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种车辆信息的检测方法,应用于ETC系统,所述ETC系统包括入口单元和出口单元,该方法包括:
确定第一数目信息,所述第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在所述ETC系统的入口单元的乘客总数目;
确定第二数目信息,所述第二数目信息用于指示所述目标车辆在所述ETC系统的出口单元的乘客总数目;
向路侧单元发送所述第一数目信息和第二数目信息。
可选的,所述方法还包括:
接收所述路侧单元发送的扣费信息,所述扣费信息是根据所述第一数目信息和第二数目信息确定出的。
第三方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种检测设备,该检测设备包括接收单元、检测单元和存储单元。该检测设备通过上述单元执行上述第一方面的车辆信息的检测方法。
第四方面,本发明实施例还提供了一种车辆设备,该车辆设备包括确定单元和接收单元。该车辆设备通过上述单元执行上述第二方面的车辆信息的检测方法。
第五方面,本发明实施例提供了另一种检测设备,包括处理器、收发器和存储器,所述处理器、收发器和存储器相互连接,其中,所述存储器用于存储支持检测设备执行上述方法的应用程序代码,所述处理器被配置用于执行上述第一方面的方法。

本发明实施例可通过接收车载单元发送的目标车辆在ETC系统的入口单元的乘客总数目和目标车辆在ETC系统的出口单元的乘客总数目,并检测两者是否相同,来确定该目标车辆是否非法载客,具体可以在两者不同时确定该目标车辆非法载客,进而可通过记录所述目标车辆的车牌信息,根据该车牌信息对该目标车辆进行处理,比如罚款处理等等,本发明实施例能够通过获取车辆的在ETC入口和出口的载客数确定车辆是否非法载客,使得提升了资源利用率,有助于规范车辆载客行为。

本发明实施例公开了一种车辆信息的检测方法、检测设备、车辆设备及系统,通过获取车辆的在ETC入口和出口的载客数确定车辆是否非法载客,使得提升了资源利用率,有助于规范车辆载客行为。以下分别详细说明。
请参见图1,是本发明实施例提供一种车辆信息的检测方法的流程示意 图。具体的,如图1所示,本发明实施例的车辆信息的检测方法可包括以下步骤:
101、接收车载单元发送的第一数目信息,该第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在入口单元的乘客总数目。
可选的,本发明实施例的该方法可以具体应用于检测设备中,该检测设备可以部署于公路上的收费系统(如收费站的龙门架上,又称承载支架上),并可在收费系统的入口单元和出口单元分别部署。例如,该检测设备可以为路侧单元RSU,或者还可以为独立设置的其他检测设备等等,本发明实施例不做限定。下面以检测设备为RSU为例进行说明。
其中,该入口单元可以是指公路收费站入口,该出口单元可以是指该收费站出口,通过入口单元的车辆可以不停车即可完成入口信息等信息的记录,到达出口单元时,即可以实现不停车完成扣费处理,极大地方便了车辆用户,有效地缓解了拥堵。
102、接收该车载单元发送的第二数目信息,该第二数目信息用于指示该目标车辆在出口单元的乘客总数目。
可选的,该第一数目信息可用于指示该目标车辆在该入口单元的乘客总数目,具体可以是指车辆如客运汽车驶出车站时登记的乘客数,或者在该入口单元实时检测到的乘客数,本发明实施例不做限定。该第二数目信息可以具体指在该出口单元实时检测到的乘客数。RSU可接收目标车辆发送的该第一数目信息和该第二数目信息。
具体的,鉴于目前车辆如客运汽车经常会出现非法载客的情况,比如客运汽车在进入收费站入口即入口单元之后,可能行驶到其他支路再次载客,或者,客运汽车驶出车站后,进入入口单元之前,也可能出现非法载客的情况,等等,此处不一一列举。
103、检测该第一数目信息指示的乘客总数目和该第二数目指示的乘客总数目是否相同。
104、若不同,则记录该目标车辆的车牌信息。
进一步的,在获取到该第一数目信息和该第二数目信息之后,RSU则可根据该该第一数目信息和该第二数目信息确定该目标车辆是否非法载客,进而 可在确定其非法载客时记录该目标车辆的车牌信息以便于对该目标车辆进行处理,如进行罚款处理等等,从而提升了资源利用率,有助于规范车辆载客行为。具体的,RSU可根据该该第一数目信息和该第二数目信息指示的乘客总数目是否相同,并在两者指示的乘客总数目不同时确定该目标车辆非法载客。可选的,RSU具体可在检测到第二数目信息指示的乘客总数目大于该第一数目信息指示的乘客总数目时,确定该目标车辆非法载客,进而可记录该目标车辆的车牌信息或其他标识信息等等。
可选的,RSU还可将该目标车辆的车牌信息、该第一数目信息和该第二数目信息进行关联存储。以便于根据该第一数目信息和该第二数目信息对该目标车辆进行处理,如进行罚款处理等等。
进一步可选的,RSU还可当该第一数目指示的乘客总数目和该第二数目指示的乘客总数目不同时,生成扣费信息,并向该车载单元发送该扣费信息。进一步可选的,该扣费信息指示的扣费金额可以根据该非法载客数确定,即根据第二数目信息指示的乘客总数目与该第一数目信息指示的乘客总数目的差值确定,比如该非法载客数越多,该扣费金额也即罚款越多,反之,该非法载客数越少,扣费金额越少;或者,该扣费金额也可以为某一固定金额,如200元,而与非法载客数(大于0)无关。进一步可选的,还可预先设置一个数目阈值,在该非法载客数大于该数目阈值时,再对该目标车辆进行罚款处理,即确定其扣费信息,例如,为了加强安全意识,该数目阈值可以设置为0。
请参见图2,是本发明另一实施例提供一种车辆信息的检测方法的流程示意图。具体的,如图2所示,本发明实施例的车辆信息的检测方法可包括以下步骤:
201、确定第一数目信息,该第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在ETC系统的入口单元的乘客总数目。
可选的,本发明实施例的方法可以具体应用于车辆设备中,例如可具体应用于车载单元OBU中(安装有OBU的车辆),或者其他独立的配置单元(安装有OBU的车辆或未安装有OBU的车辆)中,本发明实施例不做限定。该车辆设备可以为该目标车辆,下面以目标车辆为例进行描述。
202、确定第二数目信息,该第二数目信息用于指示该目标车辆在该ETC 系统的出口单元的乘客总数目。
可选的,该第一数目信息可用于指示该目标车辆在该入口单元的乘客总数目,具体可以是指车辆如客运汽车驶出车站时登记的乘客数,或者在该入口单元实时检测到的乘客数,本发明实施例不做限定。该第二数目信息可以具体指在该出口单元实时检测到的乘客数。
203、向路侧单元发送该第一数目信息和第二数目信息。
在确定出该第一数目信息和该第二数目信息之后,目标车辆即可向RSU发送(如通过该车载单元发送)该第一数目信息和该第二数目信息,以使RSU根据该该第一数目信息和该第二数目信息对该目标车辆进行处理,从而有助于规范车辆载客行为。
可选的,目标车辆还可接收该路侧单元发送的扣费信息,该扣费信息可以是根据该第一数目信息和第二数目信息确定出的,或者可以是一固定金额。具体的,RSU则可根据该第一数目信息和第二数目信息确定该目标车辆是否非法载客,进而可在确定非法载客时记录该目标车辆的车牌信息以便于对该目标车辆进行处理,如进行罚款处理等等,由此可向目标车辆发送该扣费信息,目标车辆可接收该扣费信息,实现对超载的扣费,从而有助于加强行车安全意识。
在本发明实施例中,检测设备可通过接收车载单元发送的目标车辆在ETC系统的入口单元的乘客总数目和目标车辆在ETC系统的出口单元的乘客总数目,并检测两者是否相同,来确定该目标车辆是否非法载客,具体可以在两者不同时确定该目标车辆非法载客,进而可通过记录所述目标车辆的车牌信息,根据该车牌信息对该目标车辆进行处理,比如罚款处理等等,本发明实施例能够通过获取车辆的在ETC入口和出口的载客数确定车辆是否非法载客,使得提升了资源利用率,有助于规范车辆载客行为。

接收单元301,用于接收车载单元发送的第一数目信息,所述第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在ETC系统的入口单元的乘客总数目;
所述接收单元301,还用于接收所述车载单元发送的第二数目信息,所述第二数目信息用于指示所述目标车辆在所述ETC系统的出口单元的乘客总数目;
确定单元302,用于检测所述第一数目信息指示的乘客总数目和所述第二数目指示的乘客总数目是否相同;

请参见图6,是本发明另一实施例提供的一种检测设备的结构示意图。具体的,如图6所示,本发明实施例的所述检测设备600可以包括:一个或多个处理器601;还可选的包括一个或多个收发器602和存储器603等等。上述处理器601、收发器602和存储器603可以通过总线604连接,或者也可以通过其他方式连接。存储器603可用于存储指令,处理器601可用于执行存储器603存储的指令。
应当理解,在本发明实施例中,所述处理器601可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),该处理器还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
该收发器602可用于接收和/或发送信息。
该存储器603可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器601提供指令和数据。存储器603的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。
其中,处理器601可具体用于:通过所述收发器602接收车载单元发送的第一数目信息,所述第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在所述入口单元的乘客总数目;通过所述收发器602接收所述车载单元发送的第二数目信息,所述第二数目信息用于指示所述目标车辆在所述出口单元的乘客总数目;检测所述第一数目信息指示的乘客总数目和所述第二数目指示的乘客总数目是否相同;若不同,则记录所述目标车辆的车牌信息。
可选的,所述处理器601,还可用于当所述第一数目指示的乘客总数目和 所述第二数目指示的乘客总数目不同时,生成扣费信息,并通过所述收发器602向所述车载单元发送所述扣费信息。

所述计算机可读存储介质可以是前述任一实施例所述的检测设备的内部存储单元,例如检测设备的硬盘或内存。所述计算机可读存储介质也可以是所述检测设备的外部存储设备,例如所述检测设备上配备的插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card,SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital,SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)等。进一步地,所述计算机可读存储介质还可以既包括所述检测设备的内部存储单元也包括外部存储设备。所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储所述计算机程序以及所述检测设备所需的其他程序和数据。所述计算机可读存储介质还可以用于暂时地存储已经输出或者将要输出的数据。
请参见图7,是本发明实施例提供的一种车辆设备的结构示意图。具体的,如图7所示,本发明实施例的所述车辆设备700可以包括:一个或多个处理器701;还可选的包括一个或多个收发器702,一个或多个用户接口703和存储器704等等。上述处理器701、收发器702、用户接口703和存储器704可以通过总线705连接,或者也可以通过其他方式连接,本发明实施例以总线连接进行示例。存储器704可用于存储指令,处理器701用于执行存储器704存储的指令。
应当理解,在本发明实施例中,所述处理器701可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),该处理器还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器(Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路(Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现成可编程门阵列(Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA)或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等。
收发器702可以用于接收和/或发送信息。
用户接口703可以包括触控板、指纹传感器、麦克风等,也可以包括显示器(LCD等)、扬声器等。
该存储器704可以包括只读存储器和随机存取存储器,并向处理器701提供指令和数据。存储器704的一部分还可以包括非易失性随机存取存储器。
其中,处理器701可具体用于:确定第一数目信息,所述第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在ETC系统的入口单元的乘客总数目;确定第二数目信息,所述第二数目信息用于指示所述目标车辆在所述ETC系统的出口单元的乘客总数目;通过所述收发器702向路侧单元发送所述第一数目信息和第二数目信息。
可选的,所述处理器701,还可用于通过所述收发器702接收所述路侧单元发送的扣费信息,所述扣费信息是根据所述第一数目信息和第二数目信息确定出的。

本领域普通技术人员可以意识到,结合本文中所公开的实施例描述的各示例的单元及算法步骤,能够以电子硬件、计算机软件或者二者的结合来实现,为了清楚地说明硬件和软件的可互换性,在上述说明中已经按照功能一般性地描述了各示例的组成及步骤。这些功能究竟以硬件还是软件方式来执行,取决于技术方案的特定应用和设计约束条件。专业技术人员可以对每个特定的应用来使用不同方法来实现所描述的功能,但是这种实现不应认为超出本发明的范围。

在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统、检测设备和车辆设备和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,本发明实施例中对单元的划分是示意性的,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式。本发明实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。另外,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口、装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,也可以是电的,机械的或其它的形式连接。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本发明实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以是两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分,或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例所述方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车辆信息的检测方法,应用于不停车电子收费ETC系统,所述ETC系统包括入口单元和出口单元,其特征在于,包括:
    接收车载单元发送的第一数目信息,所述第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在所述入口单元的乘客总数目;
    接收所述车载单元发送的第二数目信息,所述第二数目信息用于指示所述目标车辆在所述出口单元的乘客总数目;
    检测所述第一数目信息指示的乘客总数目和所述第二数目指示的乘客总数目是否相同;
    若不同,则记录所述目标车辆的车牌信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当所述第一数目指示的乘客总数目和所述第二数目指示的乘客总数目不同时,生成扣费信息;
    向所述车载单元发送所述扣费信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    将所述目标车辆的车牌信息、所述第一数目信息和所述第二数目信息进行关联存储。
  4. 一种车辆信息的检测方法,应用于不停车电子收费ETC系统,所述ETC系统包括入口单元和出口单元,其特征在于,包括:
    确定第一数目信息,所述第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在所述ETC系统的入口单元的乘客总数目;
    确定第二数目信息,所述第二数目信息用于指示所述目标车辆在所述ETC系统的出口单元的乘客总数目;
    向路侧单元发送所述第一数目信息和第二数目信息。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述路侧单元发送的扣费信息,所述扣费信息是根据所述第一数目信息和第二数目信息确定出的。
  6. 一种检测设备,部署于不停车电子收费ETC系统,所述ETC系统包括入口单元和出口单元,其特征在于,包括:收发器、处理器和存储器,所述处理器分别与所述收发器和所述存储器连接;其中,
    所述存储器中存储有程序指令;
    所述处理器用于运行所述存储器中存储的程序指令执行:
    通过所述收发器接收车载单元发送的第一数目信息,所述第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在所述入口单元的乘客总数目;
    通过所述收发器接收所述车载单元发送的第二数目信息,所述第二数目信息用于指示所述目标车辆在所述出口单元的乘客总数目;
    检测所述第一数目信息指示的乘客总数目和所述第二数目指示的乘客总数目是否相同;
    若不同,则记录所述目标车辆的车牌信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的检测设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于当所述第一数目指示的乘客总数目和所述第二数目指示的乘客总数目不同时,生成扣费信息,并通过所述收发器向所述车载单元发送所述扣费信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的检测设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于将所述目标车辆的车牌信息、所述第一数目信息和所述第二数目信息进行关联存储。
  9. 一种车辆设备,部署于不停车电子收费ETC系统,所述ETC系统包括入口单元和出口单元,其特征在于,包括:收发器、处理器和存储器,所述处理器分别与所述收发器和所述存储器连接;其中,
    所述存储器中存储有程序指令;
    所述处理器用于运行所述存储器中存储的程序指令执行:
    确定第一数目信息,所述第一数目信息用于指示目标车辆在所述ETC系统的入口单元的乘客总数目;
    确定第二数目信息,所述第二数目信息用于指示所述目标车辆在所述ETC系统的出口单元的乘客总数目;
    通过所述收发器向路侧单元发送所述第一数目信息和第二数目信息。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的车辆设备,其特征在于,
    所述处理器,还用于通过所述收发器接收所述路侧单元发送的扣费信息,所述扣费信息是根据所述第一数目信息和第二数目信息确定出的。
