由上可见,本发明实施例提供了一种基于区块链的车辆关联信息处理方法,区块链网络的节点可以获取用户的车辆关联信息,之后可以为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识,并将嵌入有用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息持久化于区块链中,作为基于区块链网络的交易对象。当检测到交易时,获取交易的车辆关联信息,判断交易的车辆关联信息是否嵌入有用户的归属标识,若有,则确定该交易的卖方,并判断该交易的卖方是否为嵌入的归属标识所对应的用户,若不是,则禁止或限制该交易的继续进行,这样,有利于禁止或限制信息所有方以外的其他人通过区块链网络对信息所有方的隐私信息进行交易传播,有利于保护信息所有方的人身和财产安全。

本发明实施例提供了一种基于区块链的车辆关联信息处理方法及装置、计算机装置及计算机可读存储介质,用于禁止或限制信息所有方以外的其他人通过区块链网络对信息所有方的隐私信息进行交易传播,有利于保护信息所有方的人身和财产安全。
本发明实施例提供一种基于区块链的车辆关联信息处理方法,基于区块链技术,应用于区块链网络。基于区块链技术构建的网络可以称为区块链网络,区块链网络中包含多个网络节点,以下简称为区块链的节点,网络节点指区块链网络中有唯一网络地址的设备,比如工作站、服务器、终端设备等。区块链是一种利用去中心化和去信任方式集体维护一套数据的分布式可靠性技术方案,区块链数据存放在区块链的每个节点中,每个节点中都有一个完整的区块链,任意一个节点瘫痪都不会导致区块链数据的丢失,使得区块链数据具有很强的安全性。区块链由通过一串使用密码学方法相关联产生的区块串成,每个区块中包含了一定时间内区块链系统的全部信息交流数据,并生成数据指纹用于验证区块信息的有效性以及链接下一个区块。若区块链只保存在一个或某几个节点上,造假的可能性就非常大,但是若每个节点中都有一个完整的区块链,而且每个节点的区块链数据保持一致,区块链以及区块便是无法篡改的。区块链的节点在接收到待存储的目标信息后,可以通过某种算法或规则竞争记录权,竞争到记录权的节点通过密码学算法将带存储的目标信息和之前被写入区块链的所有信息生成新的区块,并将生成的新的区块加入区块链中,由于区块链的不可篡改性,也称将目标信息持久化于区块链中。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例中基于区块链的车辆关联信息处理方法一个实施例包括:
101、获取用户的车辆关联信息;
区块链网络的节点可以获取到用户主动或被动上传的车辆关联信息,车辆关联信息指与用户的车辆相关联的信息,比如车辆的维修信息、保险信息、加油信息、违章信息等。
作为举例,获取用户a主动上传的车辆关联信息的过程可以包括:用户a在区块链网络注册后,区块链网络可以为用户a创建一对密钥,用户a可以利用自己私钥对自己车辆的车辆关联信息进行签名,并将签名后的车辆关联信息上传至区块链网络。
作为举例,获取用户a被动上传的车辆关联信息的过程可以包括:
101a、获取用户b上传的车辆关联信息;
用户b在收集到用户a的车辆关联信息后,可以将收集到的用户a的车辆关联信息上传至区块链网络,使得区块链网络根据用户b设置的智能合约对上传的车辆关联信息进行交易。
101b、根据预存的用户a的身份标识判断获取到的车辆关联信息对应的车主是否为用户a;
区块链网络可以预存用户a、用户b和用户c等人的身份标识,比如姓名、身份证号码、住址、车牌号码等,在获取到用户b上传的车辆关联信息后,可以通过关键字识别、语义识别等方式确定车辆关联信息对应的车辆的车主,判断是否为用户a,若是,则执行步骤101c,若否,则执行步骤101d。
101c、判定获取到的车辆关联信息属于用户a;
若判定获取到的车辆关联信息对应的车主为用户a,则判定获取到用户a的车辆关联信息。
101d、执行其它操作。
若判定车辆关联信息对应的车辆的车主不是用户a,则可以执行其它操作,比如继续判断车辆关联信息对应的车辆的车主是否为用户b或用户c,直至找到车辆关联信息对应的车主。若无法根据预存的用户的身份标识找到车主,则可以判定车辆关联信息对应的车主为用户b,即数据上传方。
102、为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识;
获取到用户的车辆关联信息后,可以为获取到的用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识。归属标识用于在车辆关联信息的传输过程中,表明车辆关联信息所属的用户。作为一种可能的实施方式,区块链网络的节点可以为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的数字水印。区块链网络的节点可以为不同用户的车辆关联信息嵌入不同的数字水印,并记录数字水印与用户的对应关系,从而方便根据车辆关联信息中的数字水印识别车辆关联信息所属的用户。
数字水印技术是将一些标识信息(即数字水印)直接嵌入数字载体当中(包括多媒体、文档、软件等)或是间接表示(修改特定区域的结构),且不影响原载体的使用价值,也不容易被探知和再次修改,但可以被生产方识别和辨认。常用的数字水印算法包括空域算法、变换域算法和压缩域算法等,本发明实施例不对嵌入数字水印的具体算法进行限定。
103、将嵌入有用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息持久化于区块链中;
为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识之后,区块链网络的节点可以将嵌入有用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息持久化于区块链中,作为基于区块链网络的交易对象。具体的,在接收到对车辆关联信息的查询请求时,区块链网络的节点可以根据对应的智能合约对车辆关联信息进行交易,当查询请求满足智能合约的要求时,可以将车辆关联信息发送给查询请求的请求方,即交易的买方。
104、当检测到对嵌入有用户的归属标识的目标车辆关联信息的交易时,判断交易的卖方是否为该用户;
当检测到对车辆关联信息的交易时,可以判断交易涉及的车辆关联信息(交易对象)是否嵌入有用户的归属标识,若是,假设嵌入有用户a的归属标识,此时可以判断交易的卖方是否为用户a,若否,则执行步骤105,若是,则执行步骤106。
105、禁止或限制交易的继续进行;
若判定交易的卖方不是用户a,则可以禁止或限制(即有条件的允许)交易的继续进行。
106、执行其它操作。
若判定交易的卖方为用户a,则表明用户a在对自己的车辆关联信息进行交易,此时,区块链网络的节点可以执行其它操作,比如允许交易的继续进行。
本发明实施例提供了一种基于区块链的车辆关联信息处理方法,区块链网络的节点在获取到用户的车辆关联信息之后,可以为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识,并将嵌入有用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息持久化于区块链中,作为基于区块链网络的交易对象。当检测到交易时,获取交易的车辆关联信息,判断交易的车辆关联信息是否嵌入有用户的归属标识,若有,则确定该交易的卖方,并判断该交易的卖方是否为嵌入的归属标识所对应的用户,若不是,则禁止或限制该交易的继续进行,这样,有利于禁止或限制信息所有方以外的其他人对信息所有方的隐私信息进行交易传播,有利于保护信息所有方的人身和财产安全。

在获取到用户的车辆关联信息之后,区块链网络的节点可以确定车辆关联信息的隐私级别,比如,可以通过关键字或者语义识别来确定隐私级别。
作为举例,可以预先设定以下规则:若车辆关联信息包含预设信息类型,比如用户的身份证号码、姓名、手机号码和车牌号码,则确定车辆关联信息的隐私级别为2级;若车辆关联信息不包含上述预设信息类型,则确定车辆关联信息的隐私级别为1级。
203、当确定的隐私级别高于预设级别时,为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识;
确定用户的车辆关联信息的隐私级别之后,可以判断隐私级别是否高于预设级别,隐私级别越高,表明与用户的人身或财产安全的相关性越高,当隐私级别高于预设级别时,可以为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识,方便对用户的隐私信息进行追踪监管,保护用户的隐私安全。继续步骤202中的举例,那么预设级别可以为1级,当车辆关联信息的隐私级别为2级时,可以为车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识。车辆的归属标识可以为用户的数字水印,为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识的步骤可以参考图1对应的实施例中的步骤102,此处不再赘述。
204、将嵌入有用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息持久化于区块链中;
为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识之后,区块链网络的节点可以将嵌入有用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息持久化于区块链中,作为基于区块链网络的交易对象。具体的,在接收到对车辆关联信息的查询请求时,区块链网络的节点可以根据对应的智能合约对车辆关联信息进行交易,当查询请求满足智能合约的要求时,可以将车辆关联信息发送给查询请求的请求方,即交易的买方。
205、当检测到对带有用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息的交易时,判断交易的卖方是否为该用户,若否,则执行步骤206,若是,则执行步骤207;
当检测到对车辆关联信息的交易时,可以判断交易涉及的车辆关联信息(或称作交易对象)是否嵌入有用户的归属标识,若是,假设嵌入有用户a的归属标识,此时可以判断交易的卖方是否为用户a,若否,假设交易的卖方为用户b,则执行步骤206,若是,则执行步骤207。
206、限制交易继续进行;
若判定交易的卖方不是用户a,区块链网络的节点可以阻止或限制该交易继续进行。为了在保障用户a的隐私安全的前提下,提高用户a 的车辆关联信息的利用率,可以选择限制交易的继续进行。具体,请参阅图3,为步骤206一种可能的细化步骤,限制交易继续进行的一种具体的实施方式可以包括:
206a、根据交易的买方身份或交易的用途判断交易是否符合预设条件;
假设交易针对的车辆关联信息嵌入有用户a的归属标识,为了方便描述,可以将该车辆关联信息称作目标车辆关联信息,若判定交易的卖方不是用户a,此时可以根据交易的买方身份或交易的用途判断交易是否符合预设条件,若符合,则执行步骤206b,若不符合,则执行步骤206c。
作为举例,可以判断交易的买方身份是否处于预设的允许名单中,比如,允许名单可以包括警务公职人员、社会保障单位的公职人员和法院的公职人员等,若买方身份处于允许名单中,则可以判定交易符合预设条件,反之,则判定交易不符合预设条件;或者,可以从买方发送的查询请求中获取交易用途,比如用于为用户a提供更好的服务,之后判断交易的用途是否符合预设的用途,若符合,则可以判定交易符合预设条件,反之,则判定交易不符合预设条件。
206b、允许对目标车辆关联信息继续进行交易;
若判定交易符合预设条件,则可以允许用户b对目标车辆关联信息继续进行交易。
206c、识别目标车辆关联信息中与用户的隐私相关的敏感信息;
若判定交易不符合预设条件,区块链网络的节点可以通过关键词识别或语义识别等方法,识别目标车辆关联信息中与用户的隐私相关的敏感信息,比如,身份证号码、姓名、车牌号码等。
206d、从目标车辆关联信息中去掉敏感信息;
识别敏感信息之后,可以从目标车辆关联信息中去掉识别到的敏感信息,优选的,为了提高去掉敏感信息的目标车辆关联信息的可读性,在去掉敏感信息之后,可以用相应的模糊信息填补敏感信息,比如,原目标车辆关联信息包括“张三(车牌号码123456)在2018年3月5日发生一次违停”,去掉并填补敏感信息之后,目标车辆关联信息包括“张某(车牌号码12**56)在2018年3月5日发生一次违停”。
206e、允许对去掉敏感信息的目标车辆关联信息继续进行交易。
从目标车辆关联信息中去掉敏感信息之后,区块链网络的节点可以允许用户b对去掉敏感信息的目标车辆关联信息继续进行交易。并且,由于去掉敏感信息的目标车辆关联信息对用户a的隐私安全影响较小,优选的,可以在去掉目标车辆关联信息的敏感信息之后,去掉其中的归属标识,这样,去掉敏感信息的目标车辆关联信息在区块链网络进行交易流通时,将不再受到区块链网络的监管,减少区块链网络的运算量,提高信息交易流通效率。
需要说明的是,在实际使用中,若步骤206a判定交易不符合预设条件,则可以禁止对目标车辆关联信息继续进行交易,以保护用户隐私。但是,优选的,为了提高目标车辆关联信息的利用率,可以执行步骤206c至206e。
207、执行其它操作。
若判定交易的卖方为用户a,则表明用户a在对自己的车辆关联信息进行交易,此时,区块链网络的节点可以执行其它操作,比如允许交易的继续进行。
本发明实施例通过确定车辆关联信息的隐私级别,并为隐私级别较高的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识,能够在保护用户隐私的前提下,不对隐私性较低的车辆关联信息进行嵌入归属标识的处理以及后续的追踪监管处理,和图1对应的实施例相比,有利于减少区块链网络的运算量,提高车辆关联信息的交易流通效率。

所述处理器可以是中央处理单元(Central Processing Unit,CPU),还可以是其他通用处理器、数字信号处理器 (Digital Signal Processor,DSP)、专用集成电路 (Application Specific Integrated Circuit,ASIC)、现场可编程门阵列 (Field-Programmable Gate Array,FPGA) 或者其他可编程逻辑器件、分立门或者晶体管逻辑器件、分立硬件组件等。通用处理器可以是微处理器或者该处理器也可以是任何常规的处理器等,所述处理器是所述计算机装置的控制中心,利用各种接口和线路连接整个计算机装置的各个部分。
所述存储器可用于存储所述计算机程序和/或模块,所述处理器通过运行或执行存储在所述存储器内的计算机程序和/或模块,以及调用存储在存储器内的数据,实现所述计算机装置的各种功能。所述存储器可主要包括存储程序区和存储数据区,其中,存储程序区可存储操作系统、至少一个功能所需的应用程序等;存储数据区可存储根据终端的使用所创建的数据等。此外,存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非易失性存储器,例如硬盘、内存、插接式硬盘,智能存储卡(Smart Media Card, SMC),安全数字(Secure Digital, SD)卡,闪存卡(Flash Card)、至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他易失性固态存储器件。
本发明还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质上存储有计算机程序,计算机程序被处理器执行时,可以实现如下步骤:
获取用户的车辆关联信息;
为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识;
将嵌入有用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息持久化于区块链中,作为基于区块链网络的交易对象;
当检测到对嵌入有用户的归属标识的目标车辆关联信息的交易时,判断交易的卖方是否为用户;
若否,则禁止或限制交易的继续进行。
在本发明的一些实施例中,该计算机可读存储介质上存储的计算机程序被处理器执行时,为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识的过程中可以可以具体实现如下步骤:
为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的数字水印。
在本发明的一些实施例中,该计算机可读存储介质上存储的计算机程序被处理器执行时,还可以实现如下步骤:
确定用户的车辆关联信息的隐私级别;
当确定的隐私级别高于预设级别时,触发为用户的车辆关联信息嵌入用户的归属标识的步骤。
在本发明的一些实施例中,该计算机可读存储介质上存储的计算机程序被处理器执行时,限制交易的继续进行的过程中可以具体实现如下步骤:
根据交易的买方身份或交易的用途判断交易是否符合预设条件;
若符合,则允许对目标车辆关联信息继续进行交易。
在本发明的一些实施例中,该计算机可读存储介质上存储的计算机程序被处理器执行时,若判定交易不符合预设条件,还可以实现如下步骤:
识别目标车辆关联信息中与用户的隐私相关的敏感信息;
从目标车辆关联信息中去掉敏感信息;
允许对去掉敏感信息的目标车辆关联信息继续进行交易。
在本发明的一些实施例中,该计算机可读存储介质上存储的计算机程序被处理器执行时,获取用户的车辆关联信息的过程中可以具体实现如下步骤:
获取车辆关联信息;
根据预存的用户的身份标识判断获取到的车辆关联信息对应的车主是否为用户;
若是,则判定获取到的车辆关联信息属于用户。
可以理解的是,所述集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在相应的一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明实现上述相应的实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,也可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,所述的计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读存储介质中,该计算机程序在被处理器执行时,可实现上述各个方法实施例的步骤。其中,所述计算机程序包括计算机程序代码,所述计算机程序代码可以为源代码形式、对象代码形式、可执行文件或某些中间形式等。所述计算机可读介质可以包括:能够携带所述计算机程序代码的任何实体或装置、记录介质、U盘、移动硬盘、磁碟、光盘、计算机存储器、只读存储器(ROM,Read-Only Memory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,Random Access Memory)、电载波信号、电信信号以及软件分发介质等。需要说明的是,所述计算机可读介质包含的内容可以根据司法管辖区内立法和专利实践的要求进行适当的增减,例如在某些司法管辖区,根据立法和专利实践,计算机可读介质不包括电载波信号和电信信号。
所属领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到,为描述的方便和简洁,上述描述的系统,装置和单元的具体工作过程,可以参考前述方法实施例中的对应过程,在此不再赘述。
在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的系统,装置和方法,可以通过其它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,所述单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。另一点,所显示或讨论的相互之间的耦合或直接耦合或通信连接可以是通过一些接口,装置或单元的间接耦合或通信连接,可以是电性,机械或其它的形式。
所述作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。
以上所述,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于区块链的车辆关联信息处理方法,应用于区块链网络的节点,其特征在于,包括:
    获取用户的车辆关联信息;
    为所述用户的车辆关联信息嵌入所述用户的归属标识;
    将嵌入有所述用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息持久化于所述区块链中,作为基于所述区块链网络的交易对象;
    当检测到对嵌入有所述用户的归属标识的目标车辆关联信息的交易时,判断所述交易的卖方是否为所述用户;
    若否,则禁止或限制所述交易的继续进行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,为所述用户的车辆关联信息嵌入所述用户的归属标识包括:
    为所述用户的车辆关联信息嵌入所述用户的数字水印。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在获取用户的车辆关联信息之后,在为所述用户的车辆关联信息嵌入所述用户的归属标识之前,所述方法还包括:
    确定所述用户的车辆关联信息的隐私级别;
    当确定的隐私级别高于预设级别时,触发所述为所述用户的车辆关联信息嵌入所述用户的归属标识的步骤。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,限制所述交易的继续进行包括:
    根据所述交易的买方身份或所述交易的用途判断所述交易是否符合预设条件;
    若符合,则允许对所述目标车辆关联信息继续进行所述交易。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若判定所述交易不符合所述预设条件,所述方法还包括:
    识别所述目标车辆关联信息中与所述用户的隐私相关的敏感信息;
    从所述目标车辆关联信息中去掉所述敏感信息;
    允许对去掉所述敏感信息的所述目标车辆关联信息继续进行交易。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,获取用户的车辆关联信息包括:
    获取车辆关联信息;
    根据预存的所述用户的身份标识判断获取到的车辆关联信息对应的车主是否为所述用户;
    若是,则判定获取到的车辆关联信息属于所述用户。
  7. 一种基于区块链的车辆关联信息处理装置,应用于区块链网络的节点,其特征在于,包括:
    获取模块,用于获取用户的车辆关联信息;
    嵌入模块,用于为所述用户的车辆关联信息嵌入所述用户的归属标识;
    持久化模块,用于将嵌入有所述用户的归属标识的车辆关联信息持久化于所述区块链中,作为基于所述区块链网络的交易对象;
    判断模块,用于当检测到对嵌入有所述用户的归属标识的目标车辆关联信息的交易时,判断所述交易的卖方是否为所述用户;
    禁止或限制模块,用于当所述判断模块判定所述交易的卖方不是所述用户时,禁止或限制所述交易的继续进行。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述嵌入模块包括:
    水印嵌入单元,用于为所述用户的车辆关联信息嵌入所述用户的数字水印。
  9. 一种计算机装置,其特征在于,所述计算机装置包括处理器,所述处理器用于执行存储器中存储的计算机程序时实现如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述方法的步骤。
  10.  一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于:所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6中任意一项所述方法的步骤。
