其中,所述摄像头设置于所述不停车收费车道的上方,用于拍摄车辆的图像。所述不停车收费车道又称作ETC专用车道。处理服务器是不停车收费系统的处理核心,主要用于向获取车辆的车牌号、查询车辆的车型数据以及进行车辆的分类等一系列处理过程。具体实现中,请一并参见图4,处理服务器可以包括但不限于处理器、网络接口及存储设备。其中,处理器(或称CPU(Central Processing Unit,中央处理器))是处理服务器的计算核心以及控制核心。网络接口可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI、移动通信接口等)。存储设备(Memory)是处理服务器中的记忆设备,用于存放数据。可以理解的是,此处的存储设备可以是高速RAM存储设备,也可以是非不稳定的存储设备(non-volatile memory),例如至少一个磁盘存储设备;可选的还可以是至少一个位于远离前述处理器的存储装置。存储设备提供存储空间,该存储空间存储了处理服务器的操作系统,可包括但不限于:Windows系统(一种操作系统)、Linux(一种操作系统)、Android(安卓,一种移动操作系统)系统、IOS(一种移动操作系统)系统等等,本发明对此并不作限定;并且,在该存储空间中还存放了适于被处理器加载并执行的一条或一条以上的指令,这些指令可以是一个或一个以上的计算机程序(包括程序代码)。
在本发明实施例中,所述处理服务器利用其内的处理器加载并执行存储设备中存放的一条或一条以上指令,以实现上述图1-图2所示方法流程的相应步骤;具体实现中,所述处理服务器用于当车辆进入不停车收费车道时,获取所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息;
根据所述车辆的标识计算所述车辆本次通行所需支付的结算费用;
根据所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息查询所述车辆待处理的交通违章罚款;
按照所述结算费用及所述交通违章罚款对所述车辆相绑定的账户完成扣款后,允许所述车辆通行。
具体实现中,所述车辆的标识包括所述车辆的车牌号;
所述驾驶员信息包括所述驾驶员面部特征。
具体实现中,所述处理服务器具体用于调用摄像头拍摄所述车辆的图像;以及,解析所述车辆的图像以从中识别出驾驶员面部特征及所述车辆的车牌号。
具体实现中,所述处理服务器具体用于根据所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息从交管系统获取所述车辆的交通违章记录;以及,从所述交通违章记录中获得待处理的交通违章罚款。
具体实现中,所述处理服务器具体用于输出合并扣款提示信息,用于提示是否在本次通行过程中处理交通违章;以及,若接收到合并扣款确认,则按照所述结算费用及所述交通违章罚款生成支付账单,并按照支付账单对所述车辆相绑定的账户完成扣款后,允许所述车辆通行。
本发明实施例可以在车辆进行ETC收费时,查询车辆或驾驶员是否存在待处理的交通违章罚款,如果有则可在ETC收费时一并对该罚款进行处理,简化交通管理的流程,提升交管力度。

应当理解,本发明的各部分可以用硬件、软件、固件或它们的组合来实现。在上述实施方式中,多个步骤或方法可以用存储在存储器中且由合适的指令执行系统执行的软件或固件来实现。例如,如果用硬件来实现,和在另一实施方式中一样,可用本领域公知的下列技术中的任一项或他们的组合来实现:具有用于对数据信号实现逻辑功能的逻辑门电路的离散逻辑电路,具有合适的组合逻辑门电路的专用集成电路,可编程门阵列(PGA),现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)等。此外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个处理模块中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以两个或两个以上单元集成在一个模块中。上述集成的模块既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能模块的形式实现。所述集成的模块如果以软件功能模块的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,也可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明权利要求所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种不停车收费方法,其特征在于,包括:
    当车辆进入不停车收费车道时,获取所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息;
    根据所述车辆的标识计算所述车辆本次通行所需支付的结算费用;
    根据所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息查询所述车辆待处理的交通违章罚款;
    按照所述结算费用及所述交通违章罚款对所述车辆相绑定的账户完成扣款后,允许所述车辆通行。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的不停车收费方法,其特征在于,所述车辆的标识包括所述车辆的车牌号;
    所述驾驶员信息包括所述驾驶员面部特征。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的不停车收费方法,其特征在于,所述获取所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息,包括:
    采用摄像头拍摄所述车辆的图像;
    解析所述车辆的图像以从中识别出驾驶员面部特征及所述车辆的车牌号。
  4. 如权利1-3任一项所述的不停车收费方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息查询所述车辆待处理的交通违章罚款,包括:
    根据所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息从交管系统获取所述车辆的交通违章记录;
    从所述交通违章记录中获得待处理的交通违章罚款。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的不停车收费方法,其特征在于,所述按照所述结算费用及所述交通违章罚款对所述车辆相绑定的账户完成扣款后,允许所述车辆通行,包括:
    输出合并扣款提示信息,用于提示是否在本次通行过程中处理交通违章;
    若接收到合并扣款确认,则按照所述结算费用及所述交通违章罚款生成支 付账单,并按照支付账单对所述车辆相绑定的账户完成扣款后,允许所述车辆通行。
  6. 一种不停车收费系统,其特征在于,所述不停车收费系统包括不停车收费车道、车道通行闸、至少一个摄像头及处理服务器,其中,所述摄像头设置于所述不停车收费车道的上方;
    所述处理服务器用于当车辆进入不停车收费车道时,获取所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息;
    根据所述车辆的标识计算所述车辆本次通行所需支付的结算费用;
    根据所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息查询所述车辆待处理的交通违章罚款;
    按照所述结算费用及所述交通违章罚款对所述车辆相绑定的账户完成扣款后,允许所述车辆通行。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的不停车收费系统,其特征在于,所述车辆的标识包括所述车辆的车牌号;
    所述驾驶员信息包括所述驾驶员面部特征。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的不停车收费系统,其特征在于,所述处理服务器具体用于调用摄像头拍摄所述车辆的图像;以及,解析所述车辆的图像以从中识别出驾驶员面部特征及所述车辆的车牌号。
  9. 如权利6-8任一项所述的不停车收费系统,其特征在于,所述处理服务器具体用于根据所述车辆的标识及驾驶员信息从交管系统获取所述车辆的交通违章记录;以及,从所述交通违章记录中获得待处理的交通违章罚款。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的不停车收费系统,其特征在于,所述处理服务器具体用于输出合并扣款提示信息,用于提示是否在本次通行过程中处理交通违章;以及,若接收到合并扣款确认,则按照所述结算费用及所述交通违章罚款生成支付账单,并按照支付账单对所述车辆相绑定的账户完成扣款后,允许所 述车辆通行。
