Description
本发明涉及电子技术领域,尤其涉及一种收费公路计时系统。
ETC(Electronic Toll Collection,电子不停车收费系统)是一种电子收费系统,通过该系统,可以在车辆驶入收费公路的入口时,能够采集到相应的车辆信息,而在车辆驶入收费公路的出口时,可以基于采集到车辆信息对车辆进行自动扣费,从而实现不停车收费,其目的是为了缓解甚至避免收费入口和出口的交通拥堵。
目前在ETC的实际应用中,时常会出现没有安装车载器的车辆错误地进入了ETC车道,这种情况下一般要求车辆驶出ETC车道,到人工收费车道刷卡。在这种情况下,如果此时进入该ETC车道的车辆较多,该错误驶入的车辆可能需要较长时间的倒车才能够驶出ETC车道,反而加深了收费入口或出口的交通拥堵。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种收费公路计时系统,可根据车辆排队情况通知车辆直接用户手动刷卡。

请参见图1,是本发明实施例的一种收费公路计时系统的结构示意图,本发明实施例的所述系统包括:收费通信装置101、摄像机102、处理设备103以及车辆信息采集设备104,其中,所述收费通信装置101设置于计费公路入口处的承载架上,所述收费通信装置101与所述摄像机102、处理设备103相连,所述摄像机102与所述处理设备103相连,所述处理设备103与所述信息采集设备104相连,所采用的连接方式均可以通过有线后者无线方式。
所述收费通信装置101,用于与待计费车辆上配置的车载器进行通信,获
取所述待计费车辆的车辆信息,当没有获取到所述待计费车辆的车辆信息时,发送拍摄触发信息给所述摄像机102;所述收费通信装置101可以通过微波或者射频的方式与车载器交互信息。所述车载器中插入了ETC卡,并固设于车辆的前挡风玻璃内侧,对应地通过微波或者射频通信的方式与所述收费通信装置101交互数据。
所述摄像机102,用于在接收到触发信息时,对当前车道进行拍摄,采集当前车道的影像信息,并将采集到的影像信息发送给处理设备103。所述摄像机102的放置位置和拍摄方向是通过人工设置的方式放置在一个合适位置处。在该合适的位置处,摄像机102能够有效地拍摄到当前所在收费车道上较远距离范围内的车辆影像,以便于后续根据图像识别技术来确定收费车道上所有车辆的长度。
所述处理设备103,用于接收所述影像信息,并对影像信息进行分析,如果根据分析结果确定当前车道上排队等待的车辆的长度达到预设的长度阈值,则发送信息采集指令给所述信息采集设备104。长度阈值时预先设置的,可以根据实际需求进行设备,为了保证避免某些没有自动收费功能的车辆走自动收费车道,可以设置一个较长的长度阈值,例如100米,这样粗略以平均每台车5m计算,大概有20台车在该收费车道上排队时,才通知给信息采集设备104,否则,不会通知信息采集设备104,驶入错误车道的车辆必须倒车退出。

所述存储器103可以包括易失性存储器(volatile memory),例如随机存取存储器(random-access memory,RAM);存储器103也可以包括非易失性存储器(non-volatile memory),例如快闪存储器(flash memory),硬盘(hard disk drive,HDD)或固态硬盘(solid-state drive,SSD);存储器103还可以包括上述种类的存储器的组合。
所述处理器102可以是中央处理器(central processing unit,CPU)。所述处理器102还可以进一步包括硬件芯片。上述硬件芯片可以是专用集成电路(application-specific integrated circuit,ASIC),可编程逻辑器件(programmable logic device,PLD)或其组合。上述PLD可以是复杂可编程逻辑器件(complex programmable logic device,CPLD),现场可编程逻辑门阵列(field-programmable gate array,FPGA),通用阵列逻辑(generic array logic,GAL)或其任意组合。

- 一种收费公路计时系统,其特征在于,包括:收费通信装置、摄像机、处理设备以及车辆信息采集设备,其中,所述收费通信装置设置于计费公路入口处的承载架上,所述收费通信装置与所述摄像机、处理设备相连,所述摄像机与所述处理设备相连,所述处理设备与所述信息采集设备相连,其中:所述收费通信装置,用于与待计费车辆上配置的车载器进行通信,获取所述待计费车辆的车辆信息,当没有获取到所述待计费车辆的车辆信息时,发送拍摄触发信息给所述摄像机;所述摄像机,用于在接收到触发信息时,对当前车道进行拍摄,采集当前车道的影像信息,并将采集到的影像信息发送给处理设备;所述处理设备,用于接收所述影像信息,并对影像信息进行分析,如果根据分析结果确定当前车道上排队等待的车辆的长度达到预设的长度阈值,则发送信息采集指令给所述信息采集设备;所述信息采集设备,用于提示待计费车辆用户在该信息采集设备的信息采集点刷卡以在该用户的车辆信息卡上设置入口关联信息,或者用于自动向待计费车辆用户弹出计费卡,以便于用户在收费公路出口处基于车辆信息卡或该计费卡进行计费。
- 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述处理设备,还用于在确定当前车道上排队等待的车辆的长度小于预设的长度阈值时,向待计费车辆用户发出行驶至错误车道的提醒。
- 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:自动栏杆;所述信息采集设备,还用于在成功刷卡或者成功弹出计费卡并检测到计费卡已被取出后,发送入口信息确认成功的提示信息给所述处理设备;所述处理设备,用于在接收到所述提示信息后,发送打开指令给所述自动栏杆;所述自动栏杆,用于在收到所述打开指令后,自动抬起栏杆以放行所述待计费车辆。
- 如权利要求3所述的系统,其特征在于,所述处理设备,还用于接收配置指令,所述配置指令用于配置长度阈值,所述长度阈值为100米。
- 如权利要求4所述的系统,其特征在于,还包括:通信装置;所述处理设备,还用于在向待计费车辆用户发出行驶至错误车道的提醒,向所述通信装置发送错误车道提醒;所述通信装置,用于在接收到错误车道提醒后,向指定的号码发送通知消息,该通知消息用于向指定号码的用户通知待计费车辆进入了错误车道。
- 如权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述收费通信装置,还用于在成功从车载器获取到车辆信息后,将车辆信息发送给计费服务器,以便于后续自动对所述待计费车辆进行计费。
- 如权利要求5所述的系统,其特征在于,所述收费通信装置,还用于成功从车载器获取到车辆信息后,将车辆信息发送所述处理设备;所述处理设备,还用于将车辆信息发送给计费服务器,以便于后续自动对所述待计费车辆进行计费。
- 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述信息采集设备,具体用于通过语音提示的方式提示待计费车辆用户在该信息采集设备的信息采集点刷卡。
- 如权利要求1所述的系统,其特征在于,所述信息采集设备,具体用于在预置的显示器上显示文本提示信息以提示待计费车辆用户在该信息采集设备的信息采集点刷卡。
- 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的系统,其特征在于,所述处理设备,还用于通过语音报警的方式提示存在待计费车辆进入了错误车道。
