Abstract
一种用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置(1),包含一电机(2),所述的电机(2)侧壁上设置有一电源接头(8),所述的电机(2)一侧安装有一基座(3),所述的基座(3)一侧安装有一左壳(5),所述的基座(3)另一侧安装有一右壳(4),所述的基座(3)内部安装有一打磨工位(7),所述的打磨工位(7)上方卡接有一固定件(6),所述的固定件(6)侧壁上安装有一打磨件(14),所述的打磨件(14)与所述的固定件(6)的连接处套置有一套环(13),所述的套环(13)上方卡接有一卡接块(12)。通过在基座(3)两侧外壁上分别安装左壳(5)与右壳(4),利用与基座(3)规格相匹配的左壳(5)与右壳(4)将整个装置密封,使得打磨工位(7)在打磨时能够密封打磨,在确保打磨时褪去的贵金属残料留在装置内部便于回收的同时,有效降低打磨时产生的噪音。通过在将固定件(6)的两端分别固定在左壳(5)与右壳(4)内壁上,顶部通过卡接块(12)卡接在左壳(5)顶部内壁上,从而确保固定件(6)上的打磨件(14)位置稳定,并且其最大打磨程度也被限定。
Description
本发明涉及一种打磨装置,更确切地说,是一种用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置。
潜水艇螺旋桨承托件在生产过程中往往需要经过一系列的加工步骤,其中就包括对其进行休整打磨处理,而打磨处理则需要使用到特定的打磨装置,但是现有的用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置在使用时仍存在一定缺陷,由于承托件一般为贵金属精密零部件,所以在打磨时容易造成贵金属材料的浪费,并且由于在打磨过程中精度难以控制,所以容易导致加工不精准,加工时也容易产生较大的噪音。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题,从而提供一种用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的:
一种用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置,所述的用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置包含一电机,所述的电机侧壁上设置有一电源接头,所述的电机一侧安装有一基座,所述的基座一侧安装有一左壳,且所述的基座另一侧安装有一右壳,所述的电机内部安装的一转子贯穿所述的基座的外壳,所述的基座内部安装有一打磨工位,所述的打磨工位中部安装有一打磨轮,所述的打磨轮一端安装有一传送带,所述的传送带一端套置在所述的转子末端,所述的打磨工位上方卡接有一固定件,所述的固定件侧壁上安装有一打磨件,所述的打磨件与所述的固定件的连接处套置有一套环,所述的套环上方卡接有一卡接块。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的左壳与右壳均与基座的规格相匹配,且
所述的左壳与右壳在安装后与基座之间构成密封结构。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的打磨轮与所述的转子之间通过所述的传送带呈传动连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的固定件两端分别固定安装在所述的左壳与右壳内部,且所述的卡接块卡接在所述的左壳顶部。
作为本发明较佳的实施例,所述的打磨工位与所述的基座以及左壳、右壳之间均通过若干个螺栓固定。
本发明的打磨装置具有以下优点:通过在基座两侧外壁上分别安装左壳与右壳,利用与基座规格相匹配的左壳与右壳将整个装置密封,使得打磨工位在打磨时能够密封打磨,在确保打磨时褪去的贵金属残料留在装置内部便于回收的同时,有效降低打磨时产生的噪音。通过在将固定件的两端分别固定在左壳与右壳内壁上,顶部通过卡接块卡接在左壳顶部内壁上,从而确保固定件上的打磨件位置稳定,并且其最大打磨程度也被限定。装置具有打磨时安全稳定,无噪音,打磨的精度准确的特点。

下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
如图1至图5所示,该用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置1包含一电机2,该电机2侧壁上设置有一电源接头8,该电机2一侧安装有一基座3,该基座3一侧安装有一左壳5,且该基座3另一侧安装有一右壳4,该电机2内部安装的一转子9贯穿该基座3的外壳,该基座3内部安装有一打磨工位7,该打磨工位中部安装有一打磨轮11,该打磨轮11一端安装有一传送带10,该传送带10一端套置在该转子9末端,该打磨工位7上方卡接有一固定件6,该固定件6侧壁上安装有一打磨件14,该打磨件14与该固定件6的连接处套置有一套环13,该套环13上方卡接有一卡接块12。
该左壳5与右壳4均与基座3的规格相匹配,且该左壳5与右壳4在安装后与基座3之间构成密封结构。
该打磨轮11与该转子9之间通过该传送带10呈传动连接。
该固定件6两端分别固定安装在该左壳5与右壳4内部,且该卡接块12卡接在该左壳5顶部。
该打磨工位7与该基座3以及左壳5、右壳4之间均通过若干个螺栓固定。
使用时,如图1、图2和图3所示,通过在基座3两侧外壁上分别安装左壳5与右壳4,利用与基座3规格相匹配的左壳5与右壳4将整个装置密封,使得打磨工位7在打磨时能够密封打磨,在确保打磨时褪去的贵金属残料留在装置内部便于回收的同时,有效降低打磨时产生的噪音。通过在将固定件6的两端分别固定在左壳5与右壳4内壁上,顶部通过卡接块12卡接在左壳5顶部内壁上,从而确保固定件6上的打磨件14位置稳定,并且其最大打磨程度也被限定。
通过电源接口8将装置接入电源,电机2启动,电机2的转子9转动,转子9上的传送带10带动打磨轮11转动,从而对打磨件14实施打磨。
装置具有打磨时安全稳定,无噪音,打磨的精度准确的特点。
不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

- 一种用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置(1),其特征在于,所述的用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置(1)包含一电机(2),所述的电机(2)侧壁上设置有一电源接头(8),所述的电机(2)一侧安装有一基座(3),所述的基座(3)一侧安装有一左壳(5),且所述的基座(3)另一侧安装有一右壳(4),所述的电机(2)内部安装的一转子(9)贯穿所述的基座(3)的外壳,所述的基座(3)内部安装有一打磨工位(7),所述的打磨工位(7)中部安装有一打磨轮(11),所述的打磨轮(11)一端安装有一传送带(10),所述的传送带(10)一端套置在所述的转子(9)末端,所述的打磨工位(7)上方卡接有一固定件(6),所述的固定件(6)侧壁上安装有一打磨件(14),所述的打磨件(14)与所述的固定件(6)的连接处套置有一套环(13),所述的套环(13)上方卡接有一卡接块(12)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置,其特征在于,所述的左壳(5)与右壳(4)均与基座(3)的规格相匹配,且所述的左壳(5)与右壳(4)在安装后与基座(3)之间构成密封结构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置,其特征在于,所述的打磨轮(11)与所述的转子(9)之间通过所述的传送带(10)呈传动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置,其特征在于,所述的固定件(6)两端分别固定安装在左壳(5)与右壳(4)内部,且所述的卡接块(12)卡接在左壳(5)顶部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于潜水艇螺旋桨承托件的打磨装置,其特征在于,所述的打磨工位(7)与基座(3)以及左壳(5)、右壳(4)之间均通过若干个螺栓固定。
