Description

一种金属板材折弯机构 【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种折弯机,更具体地说是一种金属板材折弯机构。
【背景技术】
目前金属板材折弯这种钣金工艺在产品生产中普遍存在。例如机箱、电箱等产品的生产,都需要用到折弯机对金属板材折弯。但是传统折弯机的折弯机构结构比较复杂,在金属板材折弯时折弯部件只能将金属板材折成固定的角度,如果需要在同一片金属板材上折出多个不同的折弯夹角时,就需要更换不同的折弯模具,生产效率低,生产成本高。
因此,本发明正是基于以上的不足而产生的。
【发明内容】
本发明目的是克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,生产效率高,能够折出多个不同折弯角度的金属板材折弯机构。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种金属板材折弯机构,其特征在于:包括设在机架上并能夹持金属板材100的夹紧部件1,所述的机架上并位于夹紧部件1一侧设有能相对夹紧部件1上下运动和左右运动而将金属板材100折弯的折弯部件2,所述的机架上还设有与折弯部件2连接并能驱动其上下运动和左右运动的驱动部件3。
如上所述的金属板材折弯机构,其特征在于:所述的折弯部件2包括在其上下运动时能推动金属板材100而将金属板材100折弯的折弯刀21,所述的驱动部件3包括设在机架上并能驱动折弯部件2上下运动的曲柄连杆机构31,所述的曲柄连杆机构31包括与机架转动连接的曲柄311,所述的曲柄311与折弯刀21之间设有与二者铰接的连杆312,所述的机架上还连接有能相对其上下运动的块体32,所述的块体32上设有倾斜的滑轨33,所述的折弯刀21上设有与滑轨33滑动配合的滑槽,在曲柄311转动和块体32上下运动时,所述的折弯刀21相对倾斜的滑轨33滑行而实现折弯部件2相对夹紧部件1上下和左右移动。
如上所述的金属板材折弯机构,其特征在于:所述的折弯部件2包括在其上下运动时能推动金属板材100而将金属板材100折弯的折弯刀21,所述的驱动部件3包括设在机架上并能驱动折弯部件2上下运动的曲柄连杆机构31,所述的曲柄连杆机构31包括与机架转动连接的曲柄311,所述的曲柄311与折弯刀21之间设有与二者铰接的连杆312,所述的机架上还连接有能相对其斜向运动的块体32,所述的块体32上设有竖向的滑轨33,所述的折弯刀21上设有与滑轨33滑动配合的滑槽,在曲柄311转动和块体32斜向运动时,所述的折弯刀21相对竖向的滑轨33滑行而实现折弯部件2相对夹紧部件1上下和左右移动。
如上所述的金属板材折弯机构,其特征在于:所述的折弯刀21包括在折弯部件2向上运动时推动金属板材100向上折弯的第一折弯 刃211,所述的折弯刀21还包括在折弯部件2向下运动时能推动金属板材100向下折弯的第二折弯刃212。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:
1、本发明的折弯部件能够相对夹紧部件上下和左右运动,因此,通过驱动部件控制折弯部件的上下运动速度和左右运动速度就能使折弯部件将金属板材折出不同的折弯夹角,避免更换折弯模具而带来的生产效率下降,提高了生产率,节约了生产成本。
2、本发明的折弯部件包括折弯刀,通过曲柄连杆机构驱动折弯刀上下运动而折弯金属板材,在曲柄连杆机构驱动折弯刀上下运动的同时,块体也相对机架上下运动,而块体上又设置有倾斜的并与折弯刀上的滑槽滑动配合的滑轨。所以在曲柄转动和块体上下运动时,折弯刀既相对夹紧部件上下运动又相对夹紧部件左右运动,而通过控制曲柄的转动速度和块体上下运动的速度就能控制金属板材的折弯夹角,设计非常巧妙,而且结构简单。
3、本发明结构简单,生产效率高,能够大大节省生产成本,适合推广应用。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步描述:
如图1和图2所示,一种金属板材折弯机构,包括设在机架(图中未画出)上并能夹持金属板材100的夹紧部件1,所述的机架上并位于夹紧部件1一侧设有能相对夹紧部件1上下运动和左右运动而将金属板材100折弯的折弯部件2,所述的机架上还设有与折弯部件2连接并能驱动其上下运动和左右运动的驱动部件3。折弯部件2能够相对夹紧部件1上下和左右运动,因此,通过驱动部件3控制折弯部件2的上下运动速度和左右运动速度就能使折弯部件2将金属板材100折出不同的折弯夹角,避免更换折弯模具而带来的生产效率下降,提高了生产率,节约了生产成本。
如图1和图2所示,所述的折弯部件2包括在其上下运动时能推动金属板材100而将金属板材100折弯的折弯刀21,所述的驱动部件3包括设在机架上并能驱动折弯部件2上下运动的曲柄连杆机构31,所述的曲柄连杆机构31包括与机架转动连接的曲柄311,所述的曲柄311与折弯刀21之间设有与二者铰接的连杆312,所述的机架上还连接有能相对其上下运动的块体32,块体32的上下运动可以采用在机架上安装滚珠丝杠或其它传统的驱动结构来驱动,所述的块体32上设有倾斜的滑轨33,所述的折弯刀21上设有与滑轨33滑动配合的滑槽,在曲柄311转动和块体32上下运动时,所述的折弯刀21相对倾斜的滑轨33滑行而实现折弯部件2相对夹紧部件1上下和左右移动。曲柄连杆机构31驱动折弯刀21上下运动而折弯金属板材100,在曲柄连杆机构31驱动折弯刀21上下运动的同时,块体32也相对机架上下运动,而块体32上又设置有倾斜的并与折弯刀21上的 滑槽滑动配合的滑轨33。所以在曲柄311转动和块体32上下运动时,折弯刀21既相对夹紧部件1上下运动又相对夹紧部件1左右运动,而通过控制曲柄311的转动速度和块体32上下运动的速度就能控制金属板材100的折弯夹角,设计非常巧妙,而且结构简单。当然,如图3所示,所述的块体32也可以相对机架斜向运动,此实施例中滑轨33竖向设置,所以在曲柄311转动和块体32斜向运动时,折弯刀21既相对夹紧部件1上下运动又相对夹紧部件1左右运动,而通过控制曲柄311的转动速度和块体32斜向运动的速度就能控制金属板材100的折弯夹角。
如图1和图2所示,所述的折弯刀21包括在折弯部件2向上运动时推动金属板材100向上折弯的第一折弯刃211,所述的折弯刀21还包括与第一折弯刃211隔开并在折弯部件2向下运动时能推动金属板材100向下折弯的第二折弯刃212。在折弯金属板材100时,第一折弯刃211向上运动,则将金属板材100向上折弯,此时可以松开夹紧部件1并向前送料,当夹紧部件2向下运动时,第二折弯刃212就在向下运动的过程中将金属板材100向下折弯,因此,使得金属板材100能够出现连续的相反方向的折弯,而不需要翻转金属板材100,能够提高生产效率。如果当金属板材100向上或向下折弯而不再需要连续向下或向上折弯时,松开夹紧部件1并退料即可。
