半夏【别名】三叶半夏、三叶老、三步跳、麻玉果、燕子尾、地文、水玉。【来源】本品为天南星科植物半夏的干燥块茎。夏、秋二季采挖，洗净， 除去外皮及须根，晒干。【性味】辛，温；有毒。【归经】归脾、胃、肺经。【功能主治】燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。用于痰多咳喘，痰饮眩悸，风痰眩晕，痰厥头痛，呕吐反胃，胸脘痞闷，梅核气；生用外治痈肿痰核。姜半夏多用于降逆止呕。【用法用量】内服：煎汤，3～9g。【注意】阴虚燥咳、津伤口渴、血证及燥痰者禁服，孕妇慎服。不宜与乌头类药材同用。【摘录】《中华本草》。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种用于治疗痛风性关节炎的中药，通过选择合适的药材及其配比，达到安全有效治愈痛风性关节炎的目的。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案：
一种用于治疗痛风性关节炎的中药，其特征在于，它是由以下重量配比的原料药材制备而成：桑白皮15份、紫背天葵9份、大腹皮15份、紫花地丁12份、蒲公英15份、龙胆草6份、威灵仙15份、半夏10份。
下面结合临床实验数据说明本发明的有益效果：
1、一般资料
发明人2012年10月～2013年10月间共收集门诊及住院痛风性关节炎患者70例，随机分为治疗组50例与对照组20例，治疗组男48例，女2例，年龄33～65岁，平均年龄49.5岁；对照组男20例，女0例，年龄28～68岁，平均年龄46岁。2组性别、年龄及病程比较差异无统计学意义，具有可比性。
诊断标准
依据全国痛风性关节炎临床专业会议的诊断标准：(1)急性关节炎发作1年以上并在24h内达到高潮；(2)急性炎症局限于个别关节；(3)整个关节呈暗红色；(4)第一跖趾关节肿痛；(5)单侧附关节急性发炎；(6)有可疑证实的痛风结节；(7)高尿酸血症；(8)非对称性关节肿胀；(9)发作可自行中止。
2、试验方法
2.1治疗方法
治疗组口服本发明按照具体实施例3制得的胶囊剂，每日3次。疗程10天。
对照组口服秋水仙碱0.5mg/h，3次/天。疗程10天。
3、疗效标准与治疗结果
3.1疗效标准
临床控制：关节红肿热痛消失，局部无任何异常反应，活动如常，SUA降至正常范围。
有效：关节肿胀消失，疼痛缓解，SUA值下降，但未达到正常范围。
无效：关节红肿热痛症状改善不明显，活动仍受影响，SUA值未下降。

实施例1
称取：桑白皮15克、紫背天葵9克、大腹皮15克、紫花地丁12克、蒲公英15克、龙胆草6克、威灵仙15克、半夏10克；加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩至120克，即得符合正常成人一天用量的煎剂。
用于治疗痛风性关节炎。口服，每日分早午晚三次服用。
实施例2
称取：桑白皮15克、紫背天葵9克、大腹皮15克、紫花地丁12克、蒲公英15克、龙胆草6克、威灵仙15克、半夏10克；加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得符合正常成人一天用量的散剂。
用于治疗痛风性关节炎。口服，每日分早午晚三次服用。
实施例3
称取：桑白皮15克、紫背天葵9克、大腹皮15克、紫花地丁12克、蒲公英15克、龙胆草6克、威灵仙15克、半夏10克；加6倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮 1小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人一天用量的胶囊剂。

  2. 如权利要求1所述的用于治疗痛风性关节炎的中药，其特征在于，其制备方法为：称取：桑白皮15份、紫背天葵9份、大腹皮15份、紫花地丁12份、蒲公英15份、龙胆草6份、威灵仙15份、半夏10份；加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；滤渣加6倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩至120份，即得煎剂；上述份均是指重量份。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的用于治疗痛风性关节炎的中药，其特征在于，其制备方法为：称取：桑白皮15份、紫背天葵9份、大腹皮15份、紫花地丁12份、蒲公英15份、龙胆草6份、威灵仙15份、半夏10份；加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1.5小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，包装，即得散剂；上述份均是指重量份。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的用于治疗痛风性关节炎的中药，其特征在于，其制备方法为：称取：桑白皮15份、紫背天葵9份、大腹皮15份、紫花地丁12份、蒲公英15份、龙胆草6份、威灵仙15份、半夏10份；加6倍量水，煎煮3次，每次煎煮1小时，合并煎煮液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得胶囊剂；上述份均是指重量份。
